I went to Sabarmati Riverfront early in the morning during my exam days, and it turned out to be a very relaxing experience. The place is calm, the sound of the river waves is very soothing, and the cool morning breeze makes it even better. Ahmedabad can be quite hot, so visiting this place in the morning felt really peaceful. There’s a metro station around 2 km away, so it’s also easy to reach. The main riverfront area is open 24/7, but if you want to visit the Atal Bridge or garden area, they open after 9 AM. There are trees all around, and you can even find bicycles nearby to ride, though they are a bit costly. Still, it’s a good experience, especially for visitors from outside the city. Overall, a great spot for a quiet walk or just to sit and relax in the fresh air.

The riverfront is very beautiful and it is very peaceful during non-peak hours. I visited during early morning hours and I saw people cycling and jogging on the promenade. The river was very calm and greenery was lush. The infrastructure developed by the government there is very well maintained. The walking space is huge and very picturesque. The long riverfront offers ample space to exercise, cycle, run and walk. The place is also clean and not littered by plastic. I also saw a river cleaning boat gathering trash that was thrown in river during early hours.

Every year Kite festival is organized at this place during 14-January week. It's runs for 4 days approximately. During day there are people from different countries participating their kite flying skill. During evening there is cultural programs. Parking is not available at this event place. Laden is 2-3km far near the flower park. Is wish a visit. There's food court, wash rooms and drinking water facility.

The place is very beautiful with a proper cleanliness maintained throughout. Here their was few public entertainment thing here like the bicycle ride and other things. The river is also very neat and clean. The police persons also take rounds continuously through the river front for security. 0

I visited the Amul Chocolate and Sweet House during my trip to Amul Foodland. I tried their samosa and also treated myself to some Amul ice cream. As always, Amul means excellent quality—no complaints at all. Both items were tasty, and I truly enjoyed the experience!

One of India's pride has always been Amul. It has held a place in every Indian's heart. Witnessing the home at Anand and being given a friendly tour, at absolutely no cost is what makes this place a must visit. The food plaza is also a must visit after the industrial tour.

Here you will get each and every product line of amul, ice cream, choclates, e.t.c. Absolutely loved it. The lake is very beautiful and amazing. It has few entry points but not all of them have parking option available. There are so many activities to do in the lake. Lots of food options. Lots of amazing activities. The train is very amazing, it gives you a one round about tour of a lake. In addition with that, it has flower garden, fishes to see and joy to experience.

Great place for a fun outing with family or friends! Kankaria Talav has something for everyone — toy train, zoo, kids' play areas, food stalls, and a beautiful lake view. It's clean, well-maintained, and lively in the evenings. Best to visit during sunset for a nice walk around the lake. Good spot for kids and couples too!

Nice place to hang out with kids. There is a toy train ride which is a nice experience for kids. Multiple food restaurants and snacks sellers are there. We also visited 2 zoos in the same area. Recommend 5-6 hours time if you want to cover everything.

Kankariya lake is a beautiful Park for children. Here lots of people come. Lots of swings and sliders for kids. A toy train which is an attraction for visitors. 10 ₹for adults and 5₹ for kids

This is a very good place. The people come there to eat. The scenery there is very nice. I like it there a lot. There is a ride here. I also play with the children. There is an old tarin here. I sit in it and go around the whole Kakaria. This is a good one.

The development has happened in last ten 10 years to reduce the congestion in the road. However noting has changed much since it is opposite to RS, still traffic can't be managed. However infrastructure is better than old one. The bus station is very spacious with a large waiting area. Many small stalls & branded shop are available for shopping along with known food stalls. There are entertainment zones, shopping zones, exhibition zones, food zones available for passangers. The state owned public transport facilities provided by GSRTS. The parking area is good & well maintained.

Wonderfully built and thoughtfully designed place. And you get all the flexibility in bus schedules because all bus routes available at all times. No complaint. Wherever you want to go, you can have a ride in time. Volvo, sleeper and all. Inquiry response is also straightforward and clean. Waiting space is so neat and impeccable... Plus food is good, too 😍

Very nice Bus stand. Maintenance can be improved more but I will give it 5 stars as it is very well managed. Buses are running on time, very good sitting arrangement, lots of shops for eatries, washrooms are clean. However it could be made a world class station by making it more clean and organized.

This is one of the most crowded bus depots in the state, only behind gitamandir bus depot in Ahmedabad. This is one of the busiest also. Buses from almost across the state comes here.

The main place to catch GSRTC buses to various places in Gujarat and some places in Rajasthan, Madhya pradesh and Maharashtra. Cleanliness is being maintained by the staff. There are outlets selling food and other stuffs here.

An Amazing Bus Terminal Infrastructure of Vadodara bus Stand is Very much Appreciative. Very Awesome Place Because There is Shopping Mall and Other Facilities Like, Theater, Kids Zone playing for Kids Game, ATM, Restaurants, Rooms for stay.. amazing. And proximity to Vadodara railway station is another advantage as it is just 5 mins walking distance.

Nestled on the banks of the Sabarmati River in Ahmedabad (with a wide access now created from the Sabarmati Riverfront project), the Sabarmati Ashram stands as a pillar of India’s freedom movement and the personal abode of Mahatma Gandhi from 1917 to 1930. Founded by Gandhi, the ashram served not only as his residence but as the nerve-centre of the Non-Violent Civil Disobedience Campaigns, including the 1930 Salt March. The simple, humble buildings and open spaces reflect Gandhi’s ideals of truth, simplicity, self-reliance and community life. A standout architectural element of the ashram is its museum complex – the Gandhi Smarak Sangrahalaya – designed by legendary architect Charles Correa and completed in 1963. Correa imbued the museum with a vernacular modernism: modular 6 m × 6 m units arranged around courtyards and water-bodies, brick piers, stone floors, tiled roofs and wooden louvre screens all deliberate to reflect ‘swadeshi’ materials and climatic responsiveness. The museum architecture draws inspiration from the layout of village houses in Gujarat’s Banni region and is designed for incremental growth, symbolic of a ‘living institution’. This is my second visit after fifteen years. During my first visit I spent about three hours at the place going through each and every display. On the River front things were not so well organised. Now the place looks aged and lacks maintenance. The river front is now totally revamped and looks very inviting. Construction work for the new museum has started and may be, after couple of years it will again be a place to visit.

The Dakshinamoorthy and Navgraha EME Temple is very Unique in design, very peaceful and Amazing Hindu temple dedicated to Devo ke Dev Mahadev 🔱. The EME Temple was built in 1966 by the Electronics & Mechanical Engineers (EME) School of Indian Army and is maintained and run by the Army in Vadodara city of Gujarat. Temple has 108 major archaeological stone statues circa 600-1600 CE of various Hindu deities. The statues are placed in various open spaces of the temple and attract a large number of students of architecture and archaeological studies.

Out of respect, we didn't click any pics instead of the temple. 1. The guards were very polite and humble to talk to. 2. There are many sculptures, and I request people not to touch them. 3. The gurudwara is one of its kind. Do not miss it. 4. Peaceful and very well maintained place. 5. You have to submit your identity proof. They will return it once you are done with your exit. There is no charge or fees.

The place is one of the unique temples located within the city of Vadodara! You can tell “ Hidden Gem” , the tranquil environment and beautifully managed premises that attract you lot more !! You can enter this place by giving your identity card to reception ( it’s mandatory)

The temple is unique with main deity as Dakshineshwar Shiva in form of Shiv Murti (rather than linga). The temple is located within the premises maintained by Indian Army and hence entry is regulated where you need to carry an Identity Card (License, PAN, Aadhar or such). Needless to mention that being maintained by Army it is very clean and crowd is managed well. The temple premises have various small shrines of multiple gods, Navgraha, Ganpati, Sai Baba, Buddha, etc.

I am visiting it since my childhood. In the heart of the city, one of the oldest temple yet so esthetic, peaceful, calm and positive vibes around. EME (Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Temple) or also known as Dakshinamurthy temple is under the preservense of EME. Hence one of the groupember must submit Photo ID proof with number of person taking entry and vehicle details. After that they'll allow you to take your vehicle in. If you are riding 2 wheeler, helmet is cumpolsary for all travellers otherwise you need to park outside the entry point and go by walk. Temple timing: 5:30 am to 08:30 pm. Dress code: Modest clothing that covers the shoulders, chest, and knees.

Adalaj Step Well is a hidden gem in Gujarat! This 15th-century marvel is a testament to India's rich history and architectural prowess. The carvings on the pillars and the walls. It can't be described. There is specific boards which explains the history of the monument. It will help the visitors to know and see the monument. The surroundings of the monument was little bit mess. There is cow dung every where ehich makes the visitors uncomfortable. To book the tickets its good to go through online.

The architecture is mesmerizing, with detailed stonework and patterns that tell stories of ancient craftsmanship. The peaceful ambiance and cool, shaded corridors make it a perfect escape from the heat. The stepwell’s design is not only functional but also stunning, with layers that create an almost surreal vibe. I spent hours exploring and learning about its history - it’s amazing to think about how it was constructed so many centuries ago! Definitely a must-visit if you're in the Gandhinagar area. Whether you're a history buff or just someone who appreciates beautiful architecture, Adalaj Ni Vav is a place you can’t miss. Would love to return again soon!

A very fine example of craftsmanship in stone and the art of building Step wells. Structure is well preserved and offers a glimpse of architectural mastery of the age. It is a five storied structure with intricate carvings adoring the walls and ceilings. At the ground level structure is protected by a thick boundary wall and there are steps in multiple directions to get into the well.

The Adalaj Stepwell (Rudabai Stepwell) is a magnificent five-story architectural marvel built in 1499, which holds the poignant history of Queen Rudabai who ensured its completion after her husband's death before tragically ending her own life. The well's intricate carvings, including detailed ornamentation and mythological scenes across its galleries, showcase exquisite craftsmanship and create a truly atmospheric subterranean space. Its stunning geometry and interplay of light and shadow make it a perfect, visually rich location for heritage photography.

So I visited the Monsoon Palace recently, and honestly, it’s one of those places that’s more about the view than the palace itself. It’s located on a high hill a bit outside the main city, and once you reach the top, you can literally see all of Udaipur — the lakes, City Palace, and everything else. The view is amazing, especially around sunset or during monsoon when it’s cloudy. Getting there is a bit of a ride though. The road is quite steep and curvy, and it takes around 15–25 minutes to reach the top if you’re going by car or scooty. The entry fee is ₹170 per person, and they also charge ₹300 for cars and ₹70 for two-wheelers. There’s a cab service from the base too, around ₹120 per person if you don’t want to drive up yourself. Once you’re at the top, there’s a small parking area, and you have to walk for about 5 minutes to reach the palace. There’s a small café near the palace that sells basic snacks like samosas, puffs, tea, and cold drinks — nothing fancy but it’s good enough if you just want a quick bite or some water. The palace itself is okay-ish, not very grand or well-maintained, but that’s not really the main attraction. The views from up there totally steal the show. You can see the whole city spread out below — it’s especially beautiful during sunset. Overall, I’d say it’s worth going once, mainly for the views and the drive. Don’t expect a super fancy palace, but if you enjoy scenic spots, it’s a nice little trip.

The entry fee plus vehicle charge can feel a bit high, and the road uphill is narrow, so it’s better to go with a local driver. Also, there’s limited food or water available at the top, so carrying your own bottle is a good idea. Overall, it’s a great place for sunset lovers and photography, but go mainly for the view, not the palace interiors.

Though the interiors are minimal, the real highlight is the location and the spectacular scenery it offers in every direction. The ride to the top can be steep and narrow at places, but the view at the end makes it all worthwhile. There’s also a small café and a few viewing points where you can relax and enjoy the cool breeze. Entry tickets are reasonably priced, and parking is available near the base. A tip: Visit in the late afternoon to enjoy the sunset views. Overall, Monsoon Palace is a must-visit attraction in Udaipur for its serene atmosphere, stunning vistas, and a glimpse into royal history. A perfect spot for photographers, couples, family and anyone who loves nature and scenic views!

Watching sunset from here is really peaceful. You need to buy a ticket for this place. Prefer to go on weekday as crowd will be less. It’s situated on hill top so city View from here is so mesmerising. Its a Small Palace you can easily cover it in 2-3 hours. You can Visit this place with your friend and family.

One of the most beautiful palace I have ever visited. It's very magnificent and well maintained. The museum has lot of information. The weapons used during those days, the paintings, dress and culture all are very well preserved. It's a must visit place. There are authorised guides at the entrance please hire one for 500 to get the detailed information about the palace. Do not exit from the exit gate which you will need to pay 50 more and have to take a boat ride which is way expensive instead exit from the entry gate where there are lot of shopping options. There are is also authentic Rajasthani Thali available inside the palace which is good and reasonable.

Very long queue both for tickets and entry. Online option is not easily found on the web. Some of the performances were good but some very average, specially the duet snake dance performers, they were both doing their own thing ,no co-ordination and appeared to be very casual. The group dances were good. Overall seemed a little like a tourist trap

Bagore ki haveli offers you 2 kinds of experiences, one is the rich history through its museum and the beautiful view and sunset that you can catch from it's jharokhaas and windows. And the other one is ofcourse the dharohar dance show that you cannot miss at any cost. Book the tickets beforehand and buy another ticket for your camera as it's worth it. I went there thrice, and each time it had something new to offer.

Bagore Ki Haveli is a beautifully maintained heritage haveli located near Gangaur Ghat on Lake Pichola. The entry ticket is ₹60, which makes it a very budget-friendly attraction. You can explore the entire haveli in about 30–45 minutes. Inside, you’ll see old Rajasthani rooms, colorful glasswork, jharokhas, traditional costumes, utensils, masks, turbans, and artwork, which show how people lived in the old Mewar period. It’s also a great place for photography, with beautiful courtyards and mirror work. If you want to watch the traditional folk dance and puppet show, there is a separate ticket for the Dharohar Cultural Show held in the evening. The folk dance, music, and puppet performance offer a wonderful glimpse into Rajasthan’s cultural traditions. Bagore Ki Haveli was built in the 18th century by Amar Chand Badwa, the prime minister of Mewar. Later, it was used by members of the royal family, including Maharana Shakti Singh of Bagore. After years of neglect, it was restored by the West Zone Cultural Centre, which turned it into a museum showcasing Mewar’s heritage. I visited Bagore ki Haveli museum yesterday and it was brilliant. Previously a guest house and a government office, this is now converted into a cultural center and museum. Entry to the venue is ticketed and foreigner tickets cost INR150 and can be bought at the gates.

Saheliyon ki bari - A huge and majestic garden located near the banks of Fateh sagar lake, was built by Maharana Sangram Sinh for the royal ladies. He presented this garden to his queen. The queen was accompanied by 48 maids in her wedding. To offer all of them pleasurable moments away from the political environment, this garden was made. This patterned garden used to be the popular relaxing spot of the royal ladies. It has many sections, fountains, lotus pool and marble elephants. Currently, the fountains are managey electronically. But in the old times, this was managed by the vacuum. The garden is very well maintained and full of greenery. There is a nominal entry fees. Must recommend everyone to visit.

Amazing Gardens and fountains built over 200 years ago. Some of the fountains and sprinklers are in wrought iron and imported from Liverpool back then. Some marble fountains are actually marvel fountains with water moving through hollow legs or elephants and out their trunks or through hollow pillars and out the pergola. All of this is using gravity and there are no pumps to keep the water the moving - the water comes from the Fatehsagar lake which is 80 - 90 mts higher than the gardens and the height of the fountain therefore depends on the level of water in the lake. Amazing engineering.......

Visited this garden in Udaipur, entry ticket is ₹30 per person. It’s nicely maintained with clean toilets and even fresh drinking water available at the entry, which is great. The garden itself is good, but since I went during the daytime, the harsh sun made it difficult to enjoy fully. They definitely need more big trees for shade to make the experience more comfortable. The only parts I truly loved were the Savan Bhado and Bin Badal Barsat spots inside the garden - those were beautiful!

This beautiful man made lake is the 2nd largest in Asia. Which provides drinking water to Udaipur though being about 50 kms from the city . Has been built between 1711-1730 by the ruler of the famous Mewar royal family, roughly 387 years ago. Also, I took this shot from a place which is popular by the name Roothi Rani ka Mahal initially know as “Hawa Mahal”.

We went on a safari in Zone 2 of Ranthambore during the monsoon season, and the weather added a dramatic and beautiful atmosphere to the forest. Despite the rain, we were incredibly lucky to spot three tigers, which was an unforgettable experience and made the trip worthwhile. The natural beauty and thrill of the jungle were truly remarkable. However, the experience was dampened by the behavior of our guide and driver. Unfortunately, they were rude and unprofessional, and to our surprise, they asked for extra money at the end of the safari, which left us feeling uncomfortable. It’s disappointing when such a special experience is marred by a lack of courtesy and transparency. Overall, the wildlife and setting were outstanding, but the service and conduct of the staff need serious improvement. I’d recommend the safari for nature and wildlife lovers but advise being cautious and clear about expectations beforehand

Ganesh temple located at the top of a hill inside the world heritage Ranthambore fort There are many steps to the temple along the fort, so though the journey is scenic, it can be challenging for elderly. Also, you can get a guide as there are many of them offering their services. The place is surrounded by beautiful scenery overlooking the Ranthambore tiger reserve and mountains and valleys. The temple is simple and modest. You'll find ample of small shops, cafes and sellers of offerings and garlands as is the norm outside all Indian temples. Beware of the monkeys though as they can be pretty aggressive at times

This is a divine experience. Darshan is so calming and peaceful. It’s a little long walk along the fort to reach here but it’s worth the walk. There are monkeys here so be a bit careful with flowers and food/ Prasad. There is long queue during key days else it isn’t too crowded. Maintained well.

Our first tiger safari was very enjoyable but we did not see a tiger. They were spotted by forest ranges near us but with it being just after the wet monsoon period it’s very green and beautiful with lots of long grass for tigers to hide. It also means there’s many places for them to and their prey to drink so they are spread out a lot. We still enjoyed it and our guide and driver are excellent and really trying. We didn’t see a sloth, leopard or jackal either. We saw deer, boars, monkeys many bird type including peacocks and eagles. Hopefully we will see a tiger. I was very grateful that we got to go to Zone 5 in the park as it’s entrave is only 15min from Aman-I-khas luxury tented camp which is the best place to stay in the area. I have had problems with my eye retinas detaching so it’s quite a risk on these bumpy roads. I really hope we get another close zone tomorrow and see a tiger. It will be our only trip to India and it took so long to get to the national park. I will update after tomorrow’s safari.

It's a picturesque national park of about 1800sq km, but it may be vast but feels intimate and beautiful with mountains & lakes. We came to see a tiger and after three visits we were unlucky. But luckily we did see a black bear and lots of birds and dear..Great time dispite the road at times.

I went on a safari each through zones 1, 2 and 3 and was lucky enough to see a tiger on 2 of the safaris. There is a real variety of wildlife and each zone has such different scenery. I loved my time here and can't recommend it enough!

Visited zone 3 which Is known for higher chances of Tiger sightseeing and luckily we spotted one in the morning safari. We booked canter and was a good experience . It's a 20 seater open truck.. Route being same for Jeep and Canter.. Zone 3 is also famous for its lakes. Two of them being Rajbagh Lake and Padam Lake..also has beautiful Hunting palace and Johri mahal which is very picturesqueanda gives the heritage touch

Not worth, went there end of October, morning and evening safari, didn't see any tigers and neither did any of the people we met at our hotel. There was not much to look at otherwise, we were falling asleep the whole 3 hours on each safari ride. The safari booking is basically only possible though a hotel which will rip you off big time for it. On the ticket is says 1600 INR per person in canter. I think you just need to be extremely lucky. I doubt that the people in jeeps saw anything. If there was a tiger to see they would see it from more close up but that's it. It's 1700 square meters of park, 10 zones, they always take you to just one. Total of 69 tiger. Count your chances. Like you might be right next to it and not see it because there is a bush. Simply overhyped. There's trash too. UPDATE: went to Kaziranga in Assam and saw a tiger 3 times, out of our 3 safari rides (we were lucky but still), the national park is waaay better.

A part of the Jaipur king's palace is open to visitors as museum. Ticket rate of 300rs per person. Wonderful museum. Most of it is covered, so okay to visit during daytime with high temperature. We visited in September 2025 Current descendents of the King reside in a part of this palace, which is not open to regular visitors. There is a private tour of 4000rs (if I remember right) per person, to view 4 rooms in the section where King resides. Anyone wanting to get a pic in the famous blue-white design room famous in social media - this is one of these 4 rooms available through the 4k rs ticket - don't be disappointed like me 😅

It's a beautiful place where the royal family lives. We buy a ticket for 300 but it was for very limited access, for entire palace the ticket was of 4000 which is huge. Even spending 300 for museum was not worth. The palace is definitely a good place and carrying a great history but spending 300 for visiting museum for 45 minutes is costly. Definitely a place to visit but cost is also royal.

The city palace is one of its kind and so beautifully designed. Also, entry fees of 300 rs for indian and 1000 rs for foreigners is applicable. They have restaurant and caffe as well inside the fort. The blend of Rajput and Mughal design is beautifully maintained, and you can easily spend hours exploring and clicking photos. Truly one of Jaipur’s finest landmarks. That said, a small word of caution about the shops inside the palace complex. Many items are marketed as “authentic”, “royal”, or “handmade”, but the prices are heavily marked up. You can find very similar items — textiles, handicrafts, accessories and souvenirs — outside the palace for a fraction of the cost. A special mention for the perfume/attar shops inside: they narrate long stories about rare fragrances and royal formulas, but most of it is just regular attar being sold at extremely high prices. There’s no harm in browsing, but it’s better to buy perfumes and handicrafts from trusted markets outside. Overall, City Palace is an incredible place to experience the heritage of Jaipur, but be mindful of purchases inside the premises. Go for the architecture, culture and history — they’re 100% worth it!

It looks like honeycomb as it has many small windows and balconies. Thats why the name is Hawa Mahal ( Palace of winds). It is open at 9.30 am and closes 7.00 pm. The closing time varies on season basis. Entry fee is 50 rs for Indian citizen.

Really lovely palace which sits right in the middle of the man sagar lake in jaipur. The view of the palace is beautiful with the hills to one side and water all around. Need more maintenance and cleanliness as the water is dirty and needs treatment. Its a pity that common man has no access to the palace. You will be hawked by photographers offering to take snaps in traditional rajasthani dressing. Bargain well if you want to engage their service.

The fort is one of the beautiful forts i have seen but if you are visiting this fort, you must wear sport-shoes as you have to walk around 8-10 km within the fort. Also, as the fort is having history with jodha bai, i recommend to take guide with you(200 rs charges). Also, elephant ride is available at the starting point to reach to the main gate of the mahel i.e chand pole.

went to amber palace, taking a jeep to get to the top of the castle. the visit was truly amazing because i had no expectations. there were lots of couples shooting for their wedding. there are so many hidden photo spots. the garden was beautifully managed and the castles (esp sheesh mahal, the mirror castle) were very intact and fascinating. if i had to choose only two spots to visit in the northern india i would choose taj mahal and amber palace.

Busy place, but really beautifull. To many people try to sell you stuff, be your guide or want to take pictures for money. Pretty annoying, you could not take one or two steps without being bothered, so -1 for that. The place itself had a lot of information signs, beautifull corners and places to Explorer or take pictures. But it was way to busy. We sometimes had to wait before we could walk up a stairs and taking a picture was not possible in some places. -1 for that. (Probably better if you can avoid the weekends!) The price was kind of alright 500 irp for International tourist. 100 per person for Indian, 20 per person for Indian Students, 150 per person for Foreign Students. In the end a place with great history and beauty.

Absolutely stunning place to be. It literally gave me goosebumps when i took the first glance at Amer Fort. Parking area is clean, helpful people there. A pro tip, please wear sports shoes as you have to walk a lot. Also, hire a guide if you really wanted to know the history of the Fort and king. Otherwise it's fine to roam around, click photos and adoring the historical architectural beauty. Don't try to go to Jaigarh from secret tunnel. It is 1.5km long and you will feel drained after that. Just go to Amer and then visit Jaigarh and Nahargarh by car. You need whole day for these forts, so plan accordingly.

Amber palace is the best and must to visit place in Jaipur. On weekends there is heavy rush on this fort. It took us almost one hour to reach parking area of fort. The fort ia very nice architectural monument. The Diwan e Khas or Shish mahal is the main attraction of Ambet fort. There are other areas like Diwan e Aam, King's bathroom, various rooms are also nice to see.

The magnificient Amer palace looks majestic on top of a hill. The view from below the hill is mindblowing. The road to the palace is narrow and crowded,but the palace is worth the time spent navigating and reaching the palace. You will get to see the kingly palace, its gardens,fountains, huge halls and hallways, the kings bath etc etc. Be ready to spend good amount of time here. Its the main attraction of jaipur city. There are enough gaurds and security to help us around with directions. Hire a good guide if you wanto explore the history of Amer palace.

Pick up and drop off at our hotel was smooth. Lunch was delicious. The experience at the sanctuary was lively - staff were friendly, each elephant had an employee with them, we asked the employee questions and he was very knowledgeable. The elephants looked happy and healthy.

The greatest experience so far! The place, the staff, the environment and the lunch was just amazing! You really feel that this is a family-company who have been working for this in a lot of generations. Great stories about the elephants and great work for saving the population of elephants in India! This is an incredible and genuine experience! If you want to have a close-up encounter with an elephant and not the cruel elephant rides at Amber Fort, this is the place to go. Here, elephants have been rescued from bad treatment and are truly happy. The people here truly care for the animals and give you lots of time to pet, scratch, cuddle, and walk the elephants. The entire staff is really friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and within 3 hours there is plenty of time to bond with your elephant. In my case it was Padma, a really sweet girl. Afterwards, we had a delicious lunch prepared by the owner's mother. Not only is she a fantastic cook but a very sweet lady, who makes you feel welcome at her home. It gives this experience another special personal touch. Everybody on this trip makes you feel at home, starting from the very friendly driver to the handlers of the animals to the guide who gives you detailed information about the elephants and the owner and his mother. A big recommendation if you want to stay away from the commercial road-side elephant experiences and still want to interact with the animals. Short note: Here is only the location of the office and booking service. The experience takes place near Amber Fort at a large open area where there is enough space for the elephants.

We and our kids (11, 9 and 3) loved the experience! We met Padma, a 35-year old elephant who has been with the sanctuary for 10 months. We fed her, caressed her, painted (a little bit), walked with her around the camp, we washed and brushed her. It was so great to be so close to such impressive and placid animal, and with great security. I highly recommend for families with kids or families without kids whatsoever!

The place is claimed to be haunted but during the day of course there are no spooky vibes. In fact it's like just another fort. ASI renovation and restoration is going on. The guides tell intresting stories and it is recommended to hire one. Be careful of what you pay them since there in always scope of bargaining. There is nothing which offers anything to eat or drink within the fort and hence carry your own water. There is natural aquifier system with a baori or a stepwell which is intresting. The fort in itself is not very large and can be covered in 1-2 hours. Views after climbing to the top roof are impressive and give you the layout of the market, approach, fort walls and the temples within the fort. Cleanliness is a big issue and within the fort there is too much litter which we the citizenry have created. Approach is ok ok as it's a state highway. Beautiful views of the arravalis

Firstly, visit the place before sunset or reach not later than 4 in the evening because the guard will suggest doing it quickly. By the time I reached there, it was closed (5 o'clock in the evening), so I just conversed with the guards; they were very friendly, and there was a Hanuman temple at the entrance. The whole vibe was different. I was very excited to be there, and my sister was feeling low at the same time.

It was good to visit over there and diving into the history of Bhangarh fort. While going to the top there was a small area which was stinging too much due to the presence of bats. Good to go during October - April. Nature beauty is there and pics also come ausmn. If it is raining then do go in rubber slippers because you will confront the water coming from the nearby water falls.

I was there at noon so the temple was almost empty. The temple is located right next to the Chand Baori step well. At first, I didn't know it was the temple there. My curiosity took me to the temple. It was a small temple, yet it was old, quiet and beautiful. I had to say its architecture and design were super impressive. I spent some time there to pray and look around.

Entry to Zone 1 and 2, has gos parking a canteen , had good chai, and latter parantha which was also good, sighted jungle cat, hare, water snake, no luck with tiger as they was a Buffalo kill inside the bushes by a male and female tigers, waited for long but no luck as they did not show up.

Safari ride was good and we were able to see many animals including a tiger. However the 65 km of the road that leads to sariska, is in horrible shape with potholes all over. Can't drive at more than 10kmph on it. Toilets are in bad shape with horrible smell. Punctuality is lacking in the timings of safari.

Wonderful experience. One of the best jungle safari. Guide was really nice. Carry water with you on safari as it gets really hot during this time of the year on afternoons rides. There are two different times one in morning and other one in afternoon. Please check timings before coming to safari gate.

Good place to visit in summers. Do carry waterbottle while going in canter/gypsy. Canter price around 700 something for indian person. One local guide will be available in canter. Online booking can be done one day prior.

Overall experience was good. If you want gypsy then book it in advance otherwise canter will be available. Check time slots before visiting. Chances of tiger sighting is low but if you are lucky enough you can sight tiger

⭐️⭐️ (2 stars only for the kind staff and good food) I’m giving 2 stars — and that too only because of the extremely generous and polite staff, and the surprisingly good food. Apart from that, the entire stay was a huge disappointment. The rooms were far from clean, full of insects, and felt completely neglected. The bathroom didn’t even have an exhaust fan, and there was no water in the tap — forget about using the shower. It was honestly shocking for a place that claims to be 4 stars property. Cleanliness and basic facilities were completely missing. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Wouldn’t recommend unless the management seriously upgrades the property and pays attention to hygiene and guest comfort.

We stayed at Sariska Tiger Camp Resort for our company’s offsite, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is peaceful and green, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout. The team was also very accommodating with our requests and made sure everything ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend it for group outings or a weekend getaway!

The reception staff at this hotel are pathetic, and the property manager is just as bad. From the moment I arrived with two friends, we felt judged by the staff before we even said a word. Despite booking through Cleartrip for a better rate, they changed the room from what was initially shown. Not a single order was delivered on time. The hotel’s infrastructure is terrible and completely fails at basic customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, when we returned from dinner, the main door was locked and the staff were asleep, leaving no security at the entrance. Poor management, especially the arrogant receptionist from Kerala and the rude manager, makes this place unfit for the hospitality industry.

Believed to have been built by Maharaja Vinay Singh for his queen, it was once used as a summer retreat by the royals. Nestled on the baks of the Siliserh Lake on the outskirts of Always, the palace offers scenic views over the lake sone some surrounding hills. Entry is ₹100 & one can exchange the ticket for a bottle of water and some insipid tea/coffee.

Siliserh Lake is a peaceful escape from the city. The lake is clean, surrounded by green hills, and perfect for photography or a quiet walk. You can see local fishermen and enjoy a calm boat ride. There are small food stalls near the entrance, but bringing your own snacks is also nice. Great for couples, families, and solo travelers who want a relaxing day in nature. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Alwar.

Beautiful place to see this place. We all enjoyed there. Small cafe is on the top of the building on Lake. Wifi is available in the cafe. You can use this as mobile internet connectivity is not there. Small bar also in this same building in bottom floor. Boating facilities are there with minimum charges. Nearby spot are there for quick visit.

The road to the viewpoint is in decent, manageable condition, but it’s best to avoid very sunny days as there’s limited shade. You can easily spend 1–2 hours here and even enjoy boating. A great option for a short day trip from NCR!

Best time to visit during winter early morning or evening. The place has wide rangw of birds. You can explore this place either on bicycle, on foot or on rickshaw. Best mode to explore is on bicycle as you can explore all the lanes. At the end other end there is a temple plus a cafe which is quite affordable. You will have to pay entry fee and bicycle rent. You take a guided tour where the guide will help you understand the birds migration pattern and how to best identify or locate the birds. Overall its good to visit one time.

Must visit place if in Bharatpur. Entry free of 150, take a Electric Cycle for 150/- for 4 hours, best way to explore this beautiful santury. When i visit led it was off season so no tourist, loved the quite and peace and the entore nature. Its spread accross 30kms. Explore as much as u can in the early morning. Carry enough water and fruits for yourself. Soo many different species of birds and animals here to experience.

Absolutely fabulous place to visit. It's a mirror to our history. Must visit if you want to see post Mughal transition of Architecture. There are adequate Bus services available from Rajasthan government Alwar depot from Govardhan chowk Mathura. It's a one day tour, on a good day 2 to 3 hours, for an enthusiast 5 to 6 hours. No restaurant in the vicinity.

Deeg Palace is magnificent piece of history yet kept very nicely. Museum inside the palace is unique in way that it is maintained as if royals are living there. A little or no changes have been made to the original decor and furniture placement of this palace. Gardens are very well maintained. A must visit place for good pictures as well as it's history.
