The lady offered me something else- o ordered calamari- mine was burnt and crispy. I asked the waitress what our mains would come with in replacement for the ciabatta. She said we could have extra chips which we agreed with. We then waited a further 40 mins for our mains. The mains came with no extra chips that we had paid for, again a slice of bread with my salad plastered in pesto! My husband did say his lasagne was nice. We asked to speak to the manager. The waitress told us that he would not come out as he was cooking. I said we would wait and she advised us ‘customers need to have respect for staff members and listen’! I advised her all I asked was to speak to a manager about the more service and meal we had received. Lots of people were in on that day and lots of people seemed unhappy so we weren’t the only ones.
