Came as a family for lunch and even drinks took 15/20 minutes to arrive. I believe there was a shift change halfway through and there was a noticeable difference in quality of service but the food was amazing and I think that makes a big difference. Assumably it was just Saturday morning and long hours that led to the poor service but this restaurant could be fantastic and it is a welcome addition to maynooth, definitely recommended especially if you’re overstimulated by the other non pub-grub options.
