I eventually ended up finding buttons behind the TV to power it off but other than that the room was great. Checking in and out was super easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Pool onsite looks fantastic too but it was a little on the chilly side to try that out too (maybe next time). Not to mention when I ordered and asked for an extra skewer the manager/man taking our order actually suggested that I don’t, saying there was already one skewer that comes with it. I wanted two, not just one and he ended up leaving it off the order anyway so I had to ask for it again. The skewer was one scallop and two small prawns, whereas he’d made it out that I wouldn’t even be able to finish one single skewer and that I was crazy to ask for extra despite only getting half a cray. The half cray tail was good but also quite small. Again, if it didn’t cost about $90 and the add on skewer, I wouldn’t have minded the smaller portions. My partner got the snapper which was $40 and was just two very small snapper crusted filets with barely anything else on the plate except some leaves and sauce. With the entrees being so large it seems like a bit of a money grab when it comes to the mains. The food was nice enough though and cooked well. Just a shame about the other parts.
