The beach seemed beautiful with crystal clear waters. Unfortunately on the day we visited, it was very crowded, hardly any places to walk or sit on the beach. Would recommend going earlier in the day if you want a sunbed, even so, it would get crowded eventually, so if you don't mind that, it's still a nice pebble beach.

3 stars reflects the complete over crowding of the beach. Yes scenery is beautiful but you can't really enjoy and relax. Worth a working visit but if you want to swim and have space there are loads of other options.

We went in October and had a great time!! The beach is so nice. There also weren’t to many people around. There was enough space to lay down. All the bars, stores and the toilets were closes however. But that is normal for the off season. It’s a great place to take pictures and overall enjoy the nature of Budva!!

We visited Mogren Beach in the middle of summer, around noon, and it was extremely crowded. We walked from Old Budva City Center all the way to Mogren 2 Restaurant along a stunning, well-paved path right on the water — the walk itself is definitely worth the trip. Once you arrive, you’ll find that the beach is mostly fine rocks and pebbles, but there are wooden pathways to make getting around easier. Loungers, chairs, and umbrellas are available for rent (€20–30 per person, depending on the row you choose). There are also lockers for valuables, plenty of restaurants, and places to grab drinks. Because it was so busy, we ended up sitting by the rocks instead of renting loungers. A big tip: bring water shoes — the rocks can be painful to walk on. The water temperature was typical for the Adriatic in summer: refreshing and perfect for cooling off. Overall, Mogren Beach is a beautiful spot with plenty of amenities, but in peak summer it can be frustrating to find space. If you don’t mind the crowds, it’s worth the visit for the views, the clear water, and the lively atmosphere.

The beach itself is simply wonderful, very beautiful pebbles and crystal clear water. However, about 90% of the time it’s ridiculously overcrowded and impossible to enjoy your time here, unfortunately, choosing a less crowded beach in the area would be a better option.

Nice spot with a beautiful view but 95% of the beach is privet so you must to pay 30/40€ for an umbrella and 5.5€ for a beer. Really crazy prices.

Beautiful monastery. Very nice, old church. Old-style, julian calendar is used in here. Even if you are not orthodox i recommend to visit, have a look at mass and enjoy amazing view from monastery.

Lovely monastery, quiet, peaceful, and not overrun by tourists. Lush garden, well-maintained buildings, and great interior frescoes. Great photo spot at sunset.

Nice monastery to visit . We just walked up the hill from town and enjoyed the sunset, observed the service in the evening.

There are no showers or changing rooms. There are no barriers in the water, it is dangerous to swim because the ships pass too close. I do not recommend this beach!

This is a stone beach, but the stones and the sand are very painfull to walk on. The water is very clear, and there are small fish .

Amazing views, beautiful nature. But very very cold water. If you like to swim a lot, not suggested to choose this location. In case you want to relax with unbelievable views, it is best place to visit. Prices for 2 sun-beds and umbrella vary between 20-50 euro for full day.

Very good nature, very tasty food and very bad room cleaning, they just wet the floor and don't clean. Nobody took out the waste from the litters It's not the cleanest place on the Adriatic coast. I like the place.. I don't like the service 🥳

The worst beach I've ever seen. Probably the worst time of the year (august) to see it but, so crowded and so much trash on the floor... it looked like a festival just ended. Montenegro has amazing nature to offer/show, unfortunately this beach is not a good example of that.

A dirty, neglected beach. I’ve been to different countries, but it’s the first time I’ve seen all the beaches packed with sunbeds at an unreasonable price! The sea is dirty, there’s filth everywhere, café prices are inflated, and the food is of poor quality.

Good restaurant right by the water with great views. The food on this entire boardwalk is pretty mid but at least it's all clean ingredients and healthy. It is pricey but that's a given due to the location. Our waiter was great and funny, and deboned the fish which was very nice.

Everything was perfect and the food was absolutely delicious. Due to a translation mistake we ordered the wrong dish at first, but the staff quickly and kindly corrected it. The service was excellent and the waiters were very polite. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I absolutely love this restaurant. This is the first restaurant in my life I actually want to come back because of the food, the service and the music! I came here off season, there weren’t many people but the waiter was serving me right! The food is amazing. I got fish soup and seafood risotto, and fish the next time. Everything was delicious. The musicians were really good and they played old golden songs mainly. I love the atmosphere soooo much. I will come back to Budva next time, just because of this restaurant!

Service was perfect. As expected sea food was delicious. I liked the fish and the shrimps, calamari could be better ( we tried fried version may be grilled one better ). Black risotto was better than i expected. Cevabi is moderate.

The location is unbeatable—right on the waterfront, just steps away from the Old Town, with beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea. We were warmly welcomed and seated quickly, even though the restaurant was bustling. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful with recommendations. The atmosphere was lively but still relaxing, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a family meal. The food was outstanding. We tried fish soup and the portion Shrimps and Pasta with mix seafood. which was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, especially considering the prime location. We also enjoyed a local wine recommended by our server, which paired perfectly with the meal. Overall, Jadran lives up to its reputation as one of Budva’s best traditional restaurants. Delicious food, great service, and unforgettable views. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Jadran, perfectly located right by the beach with absolutely stunning sea views. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you can enjoy your meal while watching the waves and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The highlight of this place is definitely their seafood — everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. From the grilled fish to the seafood platter, each dish truly showcased the quality and taste of the Adriatic. The staff was friendly, attentive, and happy to make recommendations. If you’re looking for a spot to enjoy delicious seafood with a breathtaking view, Jadran is definitely worth visiting.

We arrived for dinner at 7:45pm just the two of us on. Tuesday evening in August, and we were the only ones sitting inside or outside. By 9, the patio was filling up, and the energy was lively. We enjoyed the truffle risotto as a warm appetizer, and I had the tuna steak in sesame with a delicious sweet potato puree as a bed for some seasonal vegetables. My partner ate a burger, that he said was delicious (came with fries and a mustard sauce). The servers were attentive and kind, welcoming our English and complimenting our Serbian efforts. So professional. The decor is so sleek and contemporary inside with what I think was a living tree branching across the front window. Such a really great meal and dining experience.

Lovely little place with outside area, lovely green plants/trees with quaint seating area. Gorgeous food and brilliant service, the waiter (Martin) was very nice and friendly, great guy! Very accommodating to dietary requirements/requests and the service was fast and friendly. It is quiet but is next to the main road so you can hear traffic if you’re outside, but it wasn’t a problem for us to speak! Lovely night time spot for chilling at night with a good selection of music playing to allow for a mellow vibe.

Really nice food, we have been coming here for breakfast for several days now, good prices, for a breakfast of 3 eggs with sausages/ham, bread, vegetables and coffee on average €8 per person, this is a very good price and the food is very tasty. Good service. 100% recommend

Really nice restaurant in Budva. Was looking for something else than just the usual pizza, pasta, burger etc. I wanted something more fresh and light and got the tuna tartar. It was a really good portion and was perfectly fine as a main dish. Everything was very tasty and good wine! 🍷 Waitress was very kind and polite. Hope more people will visit this restaurant rather than the restaurants near the beach. You should really try this instead 🙏🏼

Excellent, fresh and affordable dishes (half of what the Touristic restaurants in the city centre and on the promenade ask for!) As usual a 15% tax is added to the food and 21% to the drinks. The atmosphere of true city life and locals is charmingly observed from the terrace. The service is friendly and we spent 70 euros on four people including drinks and starters.

A gem in Budva! The terrace is such a cool spot to enjoy dinner. Service was fast and friendly, and the food went beyond our expectations. Perfect place for meat lovers, generous portions, full of flavor, and at prices that are surprisingly affordable. Definitely worth a visit!

WOW, we were recommended to come to this restaurant by a waiter in another establishment that we visited and what an absolute gem. We ordered the rolled kebabs, Cevapi, stuffed chicken white fillet, grilled mushrooms served on rice, beef soup & pork knuckle. Every dish was cooked to perfection. Definitely a place to visit if you want local cuisine. The waiters were very hospitable with knowledge of each dish. Don’t miss this one!!

Good restaurant. A huge advantage is large portions. I ordered grilled mushrooms, the portion came with rice. Very tasty! It is worth trying the traditional Montenegrin pancakes (palačinke) with different fillings (I ordered with wildberries and ice cream). Delicious! The waiters know English well. The only thing is that if it is very hot, the fans do not save from the heat.

Tasteful food and great service. Once you go a bit further from the Old Town, you’ll find true gems with good prices, and Kuzina is definitely one of them.

Very good value for money. The cheapest meal we had in Budva. Spent 18 euros for 2 (cevapi and gulash) and a big bottle of water. Attentive servers, free WiFi, and pleasant atmosphere with locals dining as well. No smoking, thankfully.

Came to Casper one evening for drinks and visited again the following morning for breakfast and coffee, and have only positive things to say. Starting with the bar, it is a lovely place to have a drink, chat, listen to music and meet new people. There is a lovely atmosphere about the place, one that really made me forget life outside of the walls of the old town. The drinks were delicious and the music accompanying it was equally entertaining. In the morning, we returned for a croissant and some coffee, and both were exceptional. Can safely say Casper provided me with one of the best coffee’s and croissants I’ve had in my life! It’s a must visit spot if you’re in Budva and want a drink in the day or the night!🤠

A very charming spot in the old town, where we came back several times during the week. They serve excellent coffee, great local wines, and tasty snacks, with really good music playing in the background. The waitress was attentive and cheerful, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy place to relax.

We stumbled upon this very charming coffee roastery in the old town just after visiting the Citadel. Instead of coffee, we ended up having drinks from the very comprehensive menu. What a great little bar! The cocktails weee fabulous and the service first rate. We also loved the music selection playing and shazamed pretty much every track!

This is the best coffee in Montenegro! It’s 100% Arabica — not an over-roasted, bitter drink, but truly tasty, smooth, and well-balanced. If you know your coffee and want to enjoy a proper cup, this is the place for you.

Food was pretty delicious and the price was good. We had the big soup pot. The complementary bread was amazing too. But the attitude of our waiter was appalling. He would struggle to understand us, and while we tried to Google translate, he would just wave his hand and walk away. Some of the worst hospitality I've ever had at a restaurant anywhere. Thank god the food was decent.

The food was great, the prices were alright. However staff could be nicer and faster. It took them ages to get us our bill, some waiters would see us and say no to us because our assigned waiter was the one who had to give us our bill, which I think it’s a bit impractical. Also, waiters could be nicer and smile more, our waiter was a bit grumpy and didn’t say thank you or anything. I’d recommend turning the AC on.

We went in for lunch in a good mood, but after ordering, the waiter wanted to get up and leave. It seemed like we were forcing the waiter to take our order, at some point it even seemed like he shouted at us when we asked. To be honest, I have never encountered such terrible service. Although, when we went in, we really liked the atmosphere and wanted to come here for dinner.... I do not recommend this establishment !!!!!!

Another beautiful gem we found! Food service was very fast after ordering, food prices were perfect (not to high) The lamb soup was delicious, pastas were perfect and the salad perfect 👌 Great outdoor area with a family run atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

We came here on a friend’s recommendation. The restaurant is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and fountains. The food was excellent, with very generous portions. Prices are reasonable — not too expensive at all. Unfortunately, the service didn’t live up to the rest of the experience. The waiter was rude, and after we finished our meal, we asked for the bill, but he didn’t bring it for quite a while. In the end, we had to go up to the counter to ask for it ourselves. There, we were met by an unfriendly cashier who didn’t even try to understand what we were saying — she just stared at her phone and shouted at someone without even looking up. It was really disappointing. Because of that, we won’t be coming back.
