Terrassa is a beautiful small town outside of Barcelona which surprises with awesome quiet art, nature and historic spots such as the Casa Alegre. More then worth a visit. Much less obercrowded as a museum of the same great format in Barcelona itself.

Great house in modern style. A must if you visit Terraca. Visit nice cousy garden on the back side.

Modernist urban mansion from 1911, the first to have electricity in Terrassa. Well preserved with original possessions to show you what life was like then. My favourite room is called Hernán Cortés which has four doors giving access to the bedrooms.

Regular market with fresh produce and also prepared food. There's a variety of meat and seafood but not extensive. They have a stall selling spices and herbs (some of the spices and herbs are quite difficult to find in a supermarket). There's also a vegan stall. Overall, a decent market but not the best or biggest market (as in variety of produce, environment, stalls) that I have seen in Catalonia.

All your fresh grocery needs can be met here. There's even a little cafe that knows how to make good coffee (and sells bags from quality local roasters).

Bums and delinquents living behind the castle really ruins the view, no police whatsoever to remove them from the spot, these illegals are pestering and living behind historic monuments.

A really nice and relaxing place in the middle of the city of Terrassa. Here you can walk, run, take the sun and just take a break during the whole year.

A beautiful canyon that runs across the city. Good for walking jogging sports. In summer a large public swimming is active.

Excellent food and service, particularly impressive given the team running it had changed only 2 weeks prior to visit. Bonito with tuna heart bottarga perhaps the standout dish. Cod brandade bun and chicken liver pâté also particularly good.

Honestly a MUST experience! Minimal intervention, fresh, local produce and 100% menu knowledge. A perfect example of owning and delivery what you create, know and are good at! The team so knowledgeable about what they do with a ‘this is us and this is what we deliver attitude’ and nailed every part of it! My work colleague and I were staying in Catalonia and wanted to eat some authentic Catalonian food outside of our hotel. We found this restaurante which was tucked away on a side street with only a few tables but wow! We were blown away with the dedication of the workers and how they prepare the food. We ordered 4 tapas items and our favourite was the mussels and baraquito dessert. With each item, the waiter would explain the ingredients, origin and any back story. He was incredibly enthusiastic and even translated everything into to English using his phone to ensure we had the full experience. I also do not eat pork or drink wine and the waiter was super accommodating, he even made me baraquito without alcohol! I highly recommend this restaurante if you are ever in Terressa, it was one of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. And its very affordable, we ordered 4 tapas items, 2 desserts, a lemonade and glass of wine for £75 euros. Please visit this restaurante and show love to the staff, they deserve it highly!! Thank you again!

Amazing. You wouldn't know by looking at the place but this is an absolute hidden gem. The man who runs the place is really nice (and does everything on his own), the food is 5-star quality, the wine selection is ample, and the price for value is not bad (4 people ate and drank fo 60€). Only two tables in the restaurant so make a reservation! Highly recommend.

The food is tasty, well-prepared, and the menu offers a good variety of options inspired by traditional Catalan dishes. The service is average. However, in my opinion, the restaurant could greatly benefit from a more thoughtful restyling focused on guest comfort, acoustics, and attention to detail. The poor acoustics, combined with small tables placed too closely together, create a noisy and uncomfortable dining experience. Additionally, the walls are painted in a flashy green color with noticeable stains, which we also found on the table linen. A refresh in décor and overall maintenance could significantly enhance the atmosphere.

Bib Gourmand level for years on the Michelin Guide, this owner/chez/sommelier operated place will surprise you with incredible quality, service and creativity. Settled in a pedestrian set of streets, lively and with a good, laid back vibe. Boníssim!

We had an amazing time here. If I could give 6 stars to the food and service, I would. Thank you so much for a great last meal in Spain! We had burratta, Artichoke hearts, potatoe omelette, and the Iberian secret. They were cooked to perfection and delicious. Definitely a must eat if you are near Terrassa! Cheers, from New Zealand!

What a gem of a place! The food is exquisite, but what makes Tocaboires very very special is the personal touch. They love their food and are very happy to help you find the perfect match to drink with it. It’s a truly great little place to visit.

The food is good and the staff is super friendly. They also have a nice IPA. The Spanish omelettes are really tasty. Highly recommended.

The food was next level my senses were pleased in all levels. I totally recommend it, service was great as well very knowledgeable servers explaining origin and process of the dishes.

The food came cold, we did go to the Taberna del Ciri because we watched the program joc the cartes on TV. We thought that the chef was at the kitchen but noooo, has some people working for him and taking his place. Very disappointing.

I would have loved being with Marc Ribas at the restaurant but I have to admit that the other Marc (Dinares) did a great job! Lovely place with outstandingly good meal 👍
