Shopping
Bicester Village is a luxury shopping destination located just outside London, towards Oxford. Established in 1995, it has become a leading fashion and lifestyle boutique with over 160 stores offering discounts of up to 60%. The village features renowned brands such as Oscar de la Renta, Paul Smith, Belstaff, Gina, Marni and Rupert Sanderson. Visitors can enjoy valet parking, hands-free shopping services and onsite tax refund facilities.
⭐️Bicester Village Shopping Outlet. Bicester Village Outlet is a luxury shopping destination that offers a wide range of premium brands with decent discounts. From designer clothes and jewellery to fragrances and gourmet food options, there’s something for every high-end shopper. While the prices are still on the higher side—even after discounts—it’s a great place for those who enjoy luxury shopping or simply want to indulge a bit. It's particularly recommended for people who value branded goods and have a taste for finer things. The village layout is well-designed with a clean, safe environment and beautiful surroundings. It's also very tourist-friendly, attracting people from all over the world. Whether you're visiting with family, friends, or even solo, it makes for a nice holiday outing with a luxurious touch. That said, if you're on a tight budget or looking for deep bargains, this may not be the ideal place. But for quality, brand variety, and overall experience, Bicester Village doesn't disappoint.
MALLIKARJUNA K — Google review
Bicester Village is a fantastic destination for luxury and premium brand shopping. The place offers a wide selection of high-end and well-known brands, all set in a beautiful and clean environment. Both the exterior and interior designs of each store are meticulously crafted, adding to the overall pleasant shopping experience. The only downside during my visit was the lack of particularly attractive discounts, which was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, overall, it was a great place to shop and explore.
Amanda L — Google review
Bicester Village is a nice designer outlet that features most of the well-known luxury brands. However, I couldn’t find many good deals, most prices were almost the same as regular market prices, and many of the items seemed to be older collections that didn’t sell well. The design of the village is beautiful, though. It’s very clean and pleasant to walk around, with charming little streets and lovely store façades. The place isn’t very large, so you can explore it in a few hours. There are only a couple of restaurants, so dining options are limited, but the big parking area is definitely convenient. Overall, it’s a peaceful and stylish place to visit for a short walk and some window shopping, but not necessarily the best destination if you’re looking for real outlet bargains
Alistair — Google review
Absolutely loved it, definitely worth a visit especially if you’re into shopping. Might not be as fun if you’re not into shopping. Lots of designer and high end brands at discounts prices, *discounted* not cheap. All the shops look really nice especially during the Christmas period. Nice and easy to walk around, shops are all next door to one another kind of like on a parade.
Tehj P — Google review
This is a polished and enjoyable shopping destination, especially if you’re looking for luxury brands at reduced prices. The village-style layout makes it feel more relaxed than a typical outlet mall, and the pathways are clean, well-kept, and easy to navigate. The selection of designer stores is strong, and the customer service is generally excellent. It can get extremely busy—especially on weekends and holidays—which sometimes means queues both for parking and for popular boutiques. Still, if you time your visit well, it’s a great place to find quality pieces at good value while enjoying a pleasant, upscale atmosphere.
Manjudarsh — Google review
I recently visited Bicester Village and had a fantastic shopping experience. It's a premier luxury outlet shopping destination with a wide range of designer brands offering excellent discounts. The village is beautifully laid out and perfect for a day trip. I recommend buying your shopping ticket in advance online for a smooth entry and special services. Also, if you travel by train, note that Bicester Village station not supports contactless travel cards, but importantly there is currently no tap-in or tap-out system for contactless payments on the train journey. This means it’s best to buy a ticket in advance or check carefully to avoid any issues. The combination of great shopping, easy access, and the convenience of modern payment options makes Bicester Village a must-visit. Don’t forget to book your tickets ahead and enjoy a seamless, luxurious shopping day out!
ADARSH V — Google review
Visited recently for a shopping day out and had a very enjoyable time overall. Bicester Village offers lots of high-end brand outlets, making it a premium destination for luxury and designer shopping. You’ll find major names like Gucci, Prada, Burberry, and many more — definitely a paradise for fashion lovers! The atmosphere is great — beautifully designed, open-air, and feels classy yet welcoming. We were so busy shopping that we completely forgot to take any photos! One thing that really stood out was how well the parking situation was managed. As we were about to reach the Village, we noticed clear signage informing us that the main parking was full and directing us to an alternate parking location. There was also a free Park & Ride bus service available, which was super convenient and very well organized. The only downside was the long queues outside some of the popular stores, which took up quite a bit of time. It would be great if they could introduce an appointment or token system to help manage the crowd and make the experience smoother. Overall, a fantastic shopping destination with a wide range of luxury brands, good facilities, and a pleasant vibe — just be ready for some waiting during busy times. We’ll definitely be visiting again!
Davinder S — Google review
Great place to spend a few hours. Mainly top-end expensive designer outlets but also a few more “high street” shops. Some excellent places to enjoy a coffee or a meal. Free parking. Well laid out and very beautifully maintained. Nice place to browse, but you do need fairly deep pockets for actual purchasing.

Garth Park is a charming and versatile park in Bicester, offering something for visitors of all ages. The park features well-maintained formal gardens, open lawns, and play areas for children, including skate ramps and a water feature. It's an ideal spot for picnics and leisurely strolls, with quiet areas available for relaxation.
Another great Christmas lights at Garth park. Less food options this year though

Lovely little park for a nice little walk. Went to eat in the cafe but got told you have to reserve a table as they were fully booked (went on a weekend).
Jade B — Google review
Lovely big play park for children, pity the cafe was closed, and NO icecream van close by on a very hot day!!! Disappointed you have to pay to go to the toilet with your grandchildren or any children and only 2 toilets!!!
Elaine S — Google review
Lovely place for a picnic, the grounds and park were lovely and clean, the addition of the cafe is great. Toilets are 20p if you need them, no biggie.
Ashley B — Google review
Great little park and play area for kids of all ages. Arrived quite late (6.30pm on a Saturday evening) so nearby ice cream shop was closed. And 20p to use the loo! Bit excessive in my opinion. With no change o didn't get to use them but would hope they're very clean if paying that much. Good lawns etc for picnics.

It's a great little space close to Bicester town centre. Nice for walking the dog's. Paths are ideal for wheelchairs & prams. Plenty of benches around to sit on. Nice variety of equipment, including swings for younger children, basket swing, huge see-saw, zip wire & great hills with tunnels that the kids can crawl through. Lovely pavillion & wishing well in one of the gardens. There is an area for skateboarding too. Cafe on site is absolutely worth a visit.

Two years since I left the review below! It's even worse now 😒. It's a shame but the smaller parks are busier and in a better condition. Come on Bicester council! Garth Park is looking tired.. In the last 2 years I've reported the roundabout as faulty.. I needs new bearings but nothing has still been done about it! Poor show for an easy fix..

Nice place for a picnic! Much more for older children than younger ones, and the water features weren't on although that could be a Covid thing.

Café Wolseley, located in Bicester Village, is a delightful all-day café and restaurant that brings a taste of its iconic London counterpart to this charming shopping destination. This establishment marks the first venture outside of London for the renowned restaurateurs Corbin & King. With a menu inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, Café Wolseley offers an inviting atmosphere perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Additionally, it features a convenient takeaway counter for those on the go.
Lovely and friendly staff, my Mrs told them it was my birthday and they surprised me with a birthday cheese cake which was delicious. The food didn't even take long to come nither from when we ordered & for a table of four I was impressed, the food was done very well and looked delicious😋. Having said that I did ask for a medium well stake and got a well done one instead but it was still nice anyway. The question is would I go back.... that's a big old yes from me! This place is easy accessible for wheelchair users and caters for vegetarian and a very sort vegan option, they have indoor and outdoor seating also.

Ok meal in a lovely setting but not worth the price! Me and my friend stopped there for lunch on our shopping trip to Bicester Village, it looked amazing from the outside so we had to go there! The good points: The place is really well decorated and had a great atmosphere. The food was nice. The staff were polite and service wasn’t too long. The not so good points: Our drinks came in dirty glasses. The setting was slightly cramped. The food was nice but not worth the cost. The bill came with an insane service charge! There was only 2 of us for lunch and even so the service wasn’t that great. I don’t think I would go back there if I visited Bicester Village.

What a delicious afternoon!! Thank you Alicia and Anna and the entire team for making everything so enjoyable. The fish and chips portion is huge, the chardonnay was the perfect match for me and the best tartare sauce I have ever tried 🤩I forgot to take pictures with the deserts 🤤🤤🤤And I returned to the same place again for fish and chips🥰. Amazing service Jaqueline, thank you so much for the lovely evening, food and laughs!

Visited this restaurant for lunch today and it was ok. The place looks and feels upmarket and the staff really bring that experience to life. The food deserved a bit more of work especially the signature burger which was pretty bland. The menu was very limited so that was a bit disappointing but the pricing was not too bad making it very attractive. The place is very busy due to the fact that this is one of the few restaurants in Bicester Village so it's hard to miss it.

I really like this cafe and always visit when I go to Bicester village. The coffee is excellent and the eggs benedict is superb as a mid morning treat. Recently I had the full English breakfast. (Before 11.30am) it was absolutely gorgeous if a breakfast can be be gorgeous. See picture. You will not be disappointed. The staff have always been friendly. Well worth a visit and really not that expensive given the quality.

Called in after a very busy day around the shops. Very warm welcome and they cleared a table for us within a couple of minutes as we hadn't booked in advance. We were just at the right time to order a cream tea which was delicious. Beautifully served in silver tea set. Fresh scones with jam and cream. If you are visiting it is definitely worth booking in advance as it was quite busy. Good toilets. Very welcoming and attentive staff . The lunch menu looked very good as did the ala carte menu.

Lovely restaurant in Bicester Village outlet. The person at the door was very friendly and polite and not too pushy. He suggested some food options and my family and I decided to try it out. I had the chicken salad as I wasn't too hungry. It looked great and was very filling. It's a little on the pricey side so if you're on a budget it's probably not for you. The service was impeccable and I'd definitely go again next time I'm in Bicester.

Good place to visit for breakfast before starting your shopping. Book ahead and ensure your table. A Good solid English breakfast with all the trimmings served by efficient staff in a very English setting. Eggs Benedict was also very tasty and easy on the eye. Coffee could have been a little hotter but all round it was very acceptable.

Sandwich shop
Pret A Manger is a popular counter-serve chain known for its ready-made sandwiches, breakfast options, coffee, soups, and salads. It offers a wide variety of breakfast foods and fresh sandwiches along with baguettes, bakery items, cold and hot drinks, juices, wraps, and snacks. In the United Kingdom, it is one of the well-known cafe chains alongside other brands like Starbucks and Costa Coffee.
I absolutely love Pret A Manger! The cheese croissant is my go-to – so buttery and satisfying. Perfect for a quick bite on the go. Their sandwiches are always fresh and packed with flavor, and I can never resist grabbing a slice of cake with a hot drink. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a light lunch, Pret never disappoints. Friendly service and cozy vibes make it even better
Maria H — Google review
Not cheap but the food was delicious. It was evident it had all been made fresh. The crayfish and rocket sandwich was something I'd never had before and was beautiful, as was the smoked salmon, egg and avocado baguette, the hot Italian style chicken and basil wrap and the scandi style salmon roll. It's a massive Pret, and tonnes of seating inside. Didn't like the fact dogs were running riot inside in the vicinity of us and our baby, but thankfully they soon moved on. Dogs shouldn't be allowed inside in my opinion. But overall it was a nice experience and the food was fresh, healthy and delicious.

The interior is clean and provides a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The combination of fresh vegetables and chicken was perfect — it was really delicious!! 😋

Very large Pret’s. Delicious and Fresh food, gets busy but a nice atmosphere.
Kumar — Google review
The service at this store is one of the best with speedy attentive service. The food on the other hand was a different story with over baked hot food that was tepid not hot, smaller sized hot drinks, as well as sub-par baked goods. Choices seemed to be limited. I maybe unfairly comparing baked goods from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, USA, Italy, France and Korea raises the question of why the UK standard for baked goods is soo low. Having worked and tried globally it's disappointing to experience baked goods which lack freshness, crunch, and thorough baking. I'm sure the French God of Baking would be most disappointed. The lack of consistent quality of baked goods in the UK is disappointing and frankly worrying. Pret is not alone with badly bake croissant 🥐 and pastries with rubbery center with a well known chain, G****s. I certainly never had a rubbery Croissant or Pain au Chocolate at Paul's in the UK.
Will O — Google review
Always my first stop when at Bicester Village. Food is of high quality. Service is quick. Can get busy but service is fast Have been many times and will return
Gary J — Google review
I visited this Pret today and whilst the service was good the food and drinks are very overpriced and are much higher than other Pret's (even at motorway service stations). I have noticed how expensive it is before but it really seems to have drastically increased since our last visit which was only 6 months ago. As a result we only had hot drinks and no food due to how expensive it was. In the future, due to the excessive pricing, I will likely try and avoid coming here and instead get a coffee from Costa/Starbucks/McDonald's which are just outside of Bicester Village and are much lower priced.
Cricketer 1 — Google review
Coffee awful. The grind on the coffee beans is not right. Had a flat white coffee, hardly any taste and should be a strong coffee. Food dry and no alternative sauces ? Mayonnaise etc.

The service was very fast — they brought the food quickly, and I honestly didn’t expect such a great vibe. The food was delicious, everything was just excellent, and the service was at a really good level. It’s not exactly fine dining, but our assistant/waiter was amazing and very attentive. I really enjoyed this place, and I highly recommend everyone visiting outlet to stop by and try it.

Wow! The food blew my mind off. It was delicious and freshly made. Everything we ordered for the table was amazingly delicious. I loved everything about this place and would love to come back. They were super busy but managed to give us a table at a lovely family spot and food came pretty quick. Their menu has good brunch options as well as lunch/dinner.

The food and drinks were delicious, and perfectly cooked. The staffs were nice, the service was excellent. I like the room design (wooden walls & roof). The toilets were on the first floor, it was clean, and some parts of the toilet were made of wood. Nice design...

Good food at the start of the village , quick service . Great food portions but a tad formulaic , understandable to feed everyone who comes in for breakfast. Sausages weren’t that meaty (personal preference) but high quality and great hashbrowns ! . Good start to the day here :)

A nice restaurant with halal options, the only place to have a proper meal at Bicester Village. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff but not very attentive as the restaurant is quite large. The menu was limited but food options were very tasty. The fish and chips and salmon were cooked and presented very well. For starters i recommend the halloumi bites. A very filling meal overall with nice family friendly vibes.
Nayha — Google review
Really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Best fish and chips I've had from a non dedicated fish and chips restaurant. Best scotch egg I've ever had. Double cheeseburger was also very good, I do feel a bit of onion would enhance it even more. Apple pie was also good with generous amounts of apple.

Family restaurant
Bicester Brewers Fayre is a relaxed family pub and restaurant chain offering a variety of classic dishes and international favorites. Located in Bicester, Oxfordshire, this casual dining spot serves British cuisine with operating hours from Monday to Saturday until 8:00 PM and Sunday until 7:00 PM. It's a great option for those looking for a laid-back dining experience in the market town of Bicester.
We ate here the two nights we stayed over the road at the Premier Inn. The food was as good as a Brewers Fayre gets, and I've eaten in a lot on my travels. My rump steak on the second night was trimmed to perfection, cooked as I wanted, and please tell the chef the best steak from a Brewers Fayre in the country. Great staff with a bit of crack and banter. Super helpful as I had a 40% off voucher, so they explained all that. A nice location brand new and shops in walking distance close by.
Kev B — Google review
We had a fantastic time at this restaurant's breakfast buffet with our family. The variety of dishes and drinks was everything on an English Breakfast menu and everyone found something they loved. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent value. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s also parking space for up to 2 hours! We'll definitely be back! 😊

We visited for the Sunday carvery at around midday. Booked in by friendly staff, shown to our seat. Nothing was explained how their carvery system worked so we were sent from the carvery line over to tills where there was a long queue. Meat was lovely, not a huge choice of veg but all well cooked. Free parking for 3 hours - book in on tablet at front door. Toilets upstairs. Overall, nice, clean place for a standard carvery at a good price.

Had a fantastic visit to Brewers Fayre! The food was great value for money, and everything came out hot and fresh. The place had a really nice, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal. A big thank you to Nicky White, who was absolutely lovely — so welcoming and attentive from start to finish. She really made the experience enjoyable and made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back again soon!
Gemma Y — Google review
I was in the area and decided to check the place out as a few other colleagues will be in the area soon and it's always good to have somewhere that's recommended, (something this won't be) I had a pint and ordered a mixed grill, usually a safe bet and you get a selection of different meats. I ordered my steak medium to well and after about 20 minutes it arrived. Initially it looked great, gammon was ok as was the chicken although they were a little small. I paid extra for a bigger steak and it had a couple of eggs on top. Gammon and chicken were fine, but on cutting the steak a flood of blood oozed out, not what I had ordered, this was medium rare and ok if you sleep through the day and sink your teeth into someone's neck at night, but fortunately I don't do that. Young girl asked me everything was ok, answered no and she said she'd get the manager, 20 minutes later and I'm still waiting. Definitely NOT recommended, there's another pub a couple of hundred yards up the road, let's see if they fare better

With its charming ambiance and delicious menu, it's a great place to enjoy a meal. Additionally, the restaurant provides options for takeaway and food delivery. Whether you're craving classic Italian cuisine or looking to explore new flavors, La Tua Pasta is an excellent choice for dining in Bicester Village.
Found at one end of Bicester village. This has both outdoor and indoor seating. The outdoor seating also has a covered area, plus a sofa area with a small fireplace. The menu was good quality with a vast selection. The pricing was also reasonable. Service was fast and efficient, and the staff were very attentive even when it started to rain. I could not fault this establishment, and it was a pleasure to visit. It's run very professionally and smoothly and absolutely as a restaurant should be. I would visit again.

La Tua Pasta was a delight. The pasta and pizza were so good that my girlfriend and I happily shared both and enjoyed them so much we ordered extra pizza to take home. Each dish tasted incredibly fresh and authentic, with perfectly balanced sauces and just the right amount of char on the crust. Our server was warm, attentive, and great fun to chat with, which made the meal feel even more special. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Bicester Village and we might just have to grab a few more pizzas to go!

A lovely restaurant at the bottom of the village. It is always busy and tables cannot be reserved in advance. The food was delicious and served quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is good as everyone here is a shopper in the village. The only downside was a feeling that the staff were keen to feed us and move us out so they can get the tables cleared ready for the next customer. Our plates were removed within 20 seconds of each course being finished. I will definitely come back as the eating options in the village is quite limited but this is definitely one of the top 2 restaurants in Bicester Village. Thank you.

Amazing experience at La Tua Pasta! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh — you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. We tried several pasta dishes, and every one was perfectly cooked with rich, authentic flavors. Our server Manuela was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive — she made the whole experience even better. The place has a cozy, authentic Italian vibe. Definitely coming back next time I visit Bicester Village! 👌🍝
ABDULRAHMAN A — Google review
I am not satisfied with the pasta. They claim it is an Italian restaurant, but the pasta does not taste Italian. The spaghetti they used was cheap tasting it was the same kind of a noodle for stir fry you eat from a chinese restaurant. Although the sauce was delicious, I was not informed that it is too spicy. I ordered the mussels with prawn. The other pasta dish with pork they claimed was "crispy pork", but it was a gummy pork; it wasn't even crunchy. The penne they used was very hard, not al dente at all. Having eaten at different Italian restaurants, I can tell the pasta is not tasting authentically Italian. We also ordered marghretta pizza and thankfully it was new and hot tasting good. Finally we were happy just with the pizza but the pasta was not good i must say.
Carol L — Google review
Visited here prior some shopping for lunch. Was seated quickly and was given a choice of tables which was nice. The place has a very high end feel about the restaurant when you look at the tables, decor and bar. Tables are close together as it is quite a small floor space. We were told the chicken is halal. Cotoletta Di Pollo dish, the chicken was abit on the tough side fresh fried chicken you wouldn't expect that, the dressing on the salad was great. The roast potatoes were not fresh, potato was not fluffy inside and lacked seasoning. Spinach Ravioli was tasty. There was no table check back done on us to ask how our food was and for that reason we declined the 12.5% service charge which they automatically added to the bill. Waitress was in a bit of hump about it from her body language so not good impression here. Would we visit again? no simply there's better around in Bicester village.

The Lamb Inn in Bicester offers a lively atmosphere with typical English decor and a menu featuring pub classics. The venue also hosts regular promotions, making it an attractive dining option for locals and visitors alike. Customers have praised the excellent food, pleasant staff, and great value for money at this Greene King pub. Whether you're looking for a casual dining experience or a family meal, The Lamb Inn provides a welcoming environment with delicious food and friendly service.
It's great in the evenings if you like your sport, music on a Friday and Saturday night til late at reasonable prices on the drinks.

I recently visited the Lamb Inn pub and have mixed feelings about my experience. Although the atmosphere was inviting and there weren't many customers present, the food unfortunately fell short of expectations. I ordered the nachos, peppercorn sauce, and mixed grill, but was disappointed with what arrived at my table. The food took 30 minutes to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and missing key items. The sausage was absent from my mixed grill, and the peppercorn sauce was nowhere to be found. I informed the waiter of the situation, and while she promptly notified the kitchen, it still took an additional 10 minutes for the missing parts to arrive. While I appreciated the efforts of the staff to address the situation, I feel the overall organization and quality of the food could be improved upon. I expected the food to be fresh and hot, especially given the small number of customers present. Additionally, the missing items and long wait time were concerning. If these issues can be addressed, I believe the Lamb Inn pub has potential to be a great spot to frequent. The inviting atmosphere and friendly staff add to the overall experience, but the quality of the food and efficiency of service must be improved in order for me to return in the future.

Perfect place! I had dinner here! It’s just a delicious place. I had small fish and chips. It was a lovely piece of fish! Also Kyla is so sweet and helpful. She showed up with a new bottle of mayo without us asking for it when she heard the sound of our almost empty mayo bottle. She was super patient with me when I was checking allergens and hesitating about the drinks. I had a great time here! Will definitely come back!

I’d visited Bicester for the first time today and went into The Lamb Inn where I’d been served by Sandy. One of the best experiences I’d received for my very first time here, Sandy was an amazing host and served me all night with a big smile and cheerful energy/atmosphere. There’s enough TVs in here to last anyone a lifetime and seems to be a very clean atmosphere as tables get cleaned every couple minutes as I’d seen. I’ll definitely be returning here again. Keep up the good vibes and good service, hope everyone had an amazing shift.

Just popped in for pre opening night great staff and good food. Recently been refurbed and renamed THE LAMB INN suitably Impressed. Hope they can keep up the good work 😊

Quadruple burger with chips and drink £8.99! Order at the bar, good service. Various comfortable seating arrangements with projector screening and private HD, perfect for sports! Will definitely visit again soon 5*****

Always had good service when I visited. Always busy when football is on and unfortunately you do get some people who do not consider others when they are supporting their team. When sport is not on it is a good friendly place to have a drink.

Thai restaurant
Cabbages & Condoms Bicester is a cozy restaurant that serves traditional Thai dishes such as curry, rice, and noodle dishes. It also offers year-round savings at luxury fashion and lifestyle boutiques. The restaurant prides itself on using locally sourced produce to create British dishes and afternoon teas. Additionally, it supplies some of the best restaurants in the UK and provides direct delivery of fresh pasta since March 2020.
Delicious authentic Thai food served by lovely, friendly staff. The disused charming Chapel building adds to the atmosphere and experience.

Nestled a bit off the beaten path in Bicester, Cabbages & Condoms is a hidden gem for those in search of Thai cuisine. The restaurant itself boasts a charming and inviting atmosphere, making it a delightful spot to dine, albeit easy to miss if you're not on the lookout. As a fan of Thai food, I had high hopes and the menu certainly offered all the traditional dishes you'd expect. The service here was lovely, with attentive and friendly staff, which added a nice touch to the dining experience. We started with a mixed appetiser, followed by a Thai green curry, and rounded off with some desserts. The portion sizes were reasonable across the board. However, the food quality varied; while the main dishes were good—very average to slightly above average—the papaya salad was a bit of a letdown. It seemed a little tired, perhaps not as fresh as one would hope for, which was a disappointment given its usual vibrancy in flavor and texture. Overall, Cabbages & Condoms offers a decent dining experience with some hits and misses. It’s worth a visit if you're in the area and craving Thai, just keep your expectations in check regarding some of the dishes.

The food was awful. Starters came out cold in the middle. Had steak which tasted gone off and an awful sauce served with it which looks wise also looked vile. Someone else ordered fried rice with chicken the chicken was incredibly tough and dry. When we let the gentleman know he was really not happy had terrible customer service the lady who he sent over to talk to us was lovely and understanding

I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner because I had been wanting to try it for a while, but unfortunately, not everything was good. The Pad Thai was tasty, but the tofu dish was awful and the chicken dish very average, which really brought down my impression of the place. The staff were very friendly, and our waiter genuinely cared, but sadly the food just didn’t deliver. Only 200 meters away you can find much better and cheaper Thai food. It’s a shame, because the place itself is really nice.

Nice surroundings, pleasant staff until you give them you honest opinion of the food let alone not order dessert 😂. My portion was a good size and looked pleasant to the eye but had no flavour and meat wasn’t tender which shocked me for a Thai restaurant. My wife’s plate was 70% batter ( see photo which shows what was left )with hardly any chicken again lacked any flavour. When the owner asked how the food was halfway through and I told him he ignored my comments and didn’t return until time to pay, no apology or attempt to resolve the issue. Needless to say we won’t return. The B C Thai just round the corner has delicious food even if the decor is a little tired. We thought we would try somewhere different but left hungry and dissatisfied.

It wasn’t as quite bad as some of the horror stories I’ve read on here (service was ok), however the meal was disappointing and overpriced. The chicken was a strange texture, certainly not fresh and some of it looked off. Veg was fresh, but there wasn’t a huge amount of flavour to the meal and quite dry. Doesn’t compare to what I had in their branches in Thailand. It didn’t come with rice you had to order that separately - bit cheeky. I’d hoped this would be authentic Thai food but sadly it’s a poor immitation at inflated prices.

So firstly, I’m sorry for having to write this but I feel it’s 100% necessary. We opted for the sharing starter, it was oily, no flavour, not cooked properly, presented like a child had put it together - genuinely (and I mean this) worse than 3rd world standards. We also had coloured prawn crackers - tasted stale, oily and unpleasant. For mains : My friends chicken pad Thai was passable - just. For mains I ordered the lamb Massaman (I ordered this when I ordered starters, otherwise I would have left right away but I wanted to give the place a chance) Surprise surprise this was also a shambles, a few new potato’s cut in half -no flavour or care , the lamb was all the off cuts and the sauce was like a soup. Genuinely revolting. Had 2 bites and called it a day. We complained and only paid for drinks, had a bad stomach all evening. (Not surprised) : To the owner - I’d strongly suggest firing your chefs and evaluating how the company is run, how this place has any ratings over 1 star is beyond me but I guess everyone has different standards. Until this place has had some serious alterations done, I wouldn’t Recommend to anyone. On the plus side, the outside of the building is pretty. Again, I’m sorry but this was the worst food I’ve ever had (I eat out 3-4 times a week) Should you wish to contact me, please feel free to do so. Thanks
