Casa de los Balcones, also known as the House of the Balconies, is a historic building dating back to 1632. It houses souvenir shops and showcases folk art crafted by local artisans. The town's historic center features several charming residences constructed in the 16th and 17th centuries, reflecting traditional Canary Islands architecture.
If you are a big fun of architecture, then it would be your dream place. Still wondering, how can such an oriental style standing there through all the historical years.

Definitely recommend a visit here and learn more about the local history. It’s quite small so you won’t need more than 30 minutes, unless you plan to buy something at the gift store.
Salome D — Google review
Built back in 1632, this charming house once belonged to a wealthy family and is a perfect example of traditional Canarian architecture. Its famous carved wooden balconies are a true symbol of La Orotava — you just can’t miss them. Today, it’s a museum where you can step into the everyday life of people from the 17th to 19th centuries. I was pleasantly surprised by how many rooms there are and how carefully everything has been preserved. Each corner is full of little details — from the bedroom and dining room to the vintage bathroom and kitchen, which especially caught my eye. Walking through the house, you just want to slow down and take in every piece — from the furniture to the smallest decorations. The visit takes about 30 minutes, but these half an hour will take you on a real journey back in time. If you’re ever in La Orotava — I highly recommend stopping by! By the way, the balconies here are more than just beautiful. In traditional Canarian architecture, balconies helped protect homes from the sun and rain, served as spaces for socializing, and even reflected the family’s status. That’s why they’re so elaborate and iconic — they truly define the character of this house and the city. Plus — it’s such a photogenic spot! From the detailed woodwork to the charming old rooms and cozy courtyard, this place is perfect if you’re looking for unique and atmospheric photos.

The Casa de los Balcones, located in the historic center of La Orotava, Tenerife, is an architectural jewel of the seventeenth century that stands out for its elaborate carved wood balconies and its charming interior patio. Built in 1632, this manor house houses a museum that offers an authentic vision of the life of the noble families of the time, with rooms decorated with original furniture and exhibitions of traditional Canarian handicrafts, such as calados and embroidery. In addition, it has craft workshops in operation and a store where you can buy local products. It is an essential visit for those who wish to immerse themselves in the history and culture of Tenerife.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La Casa de los Balcones is a beautiful step back in time. This 17th-century Canarian mansion is famous for its carved wooden balconies, but what really makes it special is how it shows life in Tenerife centuries ago. Inside, you can walk through rooms furnished as they would have been in the past, see traditional crafts, and get a feel for how wealthy families lived here. Built in 1632, the house belonged to the Méndez-Fonseca family and later became a symbol of La Orotava’s rich cultural heritage. Today it’s part museum, part cultural center, with exhibitions of Canarian embroidery, traditional costumes, and everyday tools. The courtyard filled with plants is stunning, and the craftsmanship in the woodwork is incredible. It’s not a long visit, but it’s a must if you’re in La Orotava. For a small entrance fee, you leave with a real sense of Tenerife’s history and traditions, and it’s a great complement to exploring the town’s old streets.
Przemyslaw K — Google review
Beautiful building in the heart of La Orotava and at only €6 per person entry well worth it. Scan the bar code upon entry for a free online tour with descriptions of all rooms and there are descriptions on the wall outside each room in Spanish and English. They also have a shop selling local artisan goods as well as postcards etc. As La Oratava is only 15 minutes by bus from Puerto de la Cruz and only €1.45 per person each way it would be a shame not to visit.

Historical landmark
Casa Lercaro is a 16th-century palatial mansion in La Orotava, known for its wooden balconies and Mediterranean-influenced cuisine. This well-preserved building offers a glimpse into the island's history and Canarian culture through its museum, showcasing ancient art, interior gardens, and distinctive architecture. Visitors can also enjoy a meal in the restaurant housed within this charming 17th-century mansion with a cool interior courtyard.
What a wonderfully beautiful place for a lovely meal. The surroundings of the dining room, the decor and ambience were stunning and the food very good, delicious and tasty. The portions were not massively huge but with 3 courses it was sure plenty. We would definetely visit again if were were in the area. The whole meal felt very special and the waiting staff were very attentive. Their was a court yard bar/dining area to which was very nice. The toilets were spotless.

In the heart of the historic center of La Orotava, Casa Lercaro is a 17th century manor house, with a beautiful garden. The restaurant is wonderful with very delicious food. Everything what we eat was very delicious. The only negative thing was the service, which was very slow.
Biro B — Google review
The Monteverde house is a building with a late renaissance façade that was built in the late 17th century. It has always belonged to the Monteverdes, a family of Italian merchants who settled in the 17th century in La Orotava and in other points of the islands such as Las Palmas and La Laguna. They never lost their connection to Italy, and from there they imported the tradition of flower carpets in the mid-19th century. Three women of the Monteverde family designed geometric shapes with wine barrel rings that they filled with flower petals to honour the passage of the Corpus Christi procession. The original design of this first flower carpet is the one that appears in the glass window in front of this house, and in the Homage to the Flower Carpet Maker sculpture. Today, the entire Corpus Christi procession is covered with flower carpets made by the people of La Orotava. Right next to where you are, you can see Lercaro house on the same pavement. This late 17th-century manor house was originally linked to the Ponte family, descendants of a Genoese banker who invested in the conquest. Since the land distribution, his heirs have held the noble title of Marquises of Quinta Roja. This building was originally a private house. Due to its large size, its original use was subsequently combined with a warehouse and even a tobacco drying house. A standout feature is the carpentry work, especially on the four balconies. Look at the sgraffito designs that frame the doors and windows. Sgraffito is a decoration technique that creates a sense of volume, using two successive layers to reveal patterns by scratching through the surface layer. This property includes a disused mill, the last of a line of them up the street, along the water channel that flowed here. From this point, the water was used to irrigate the farming plots. At the end of the 19th century, a tannery that supplied La Orotava's shoe and hat makers operated in the back of this house.

Wonderful Octopus dish. Brownie dessert clinched the spot of the best restaurant in Tenerife. It was light and not too sweet. View was one of the best I had in a Tenerife’s restaurant. Waitress was there whenever I turned my head. Unexpectedly great food in the middle of a small city.

Hijuela del Botánico, officially known as the Servicio Agronomico Nacional Hijuela del Botanico, is a charming park located just a short walk from the Botanical Garden in La Orotava. This beautiful garden is home to a diverse range of plant species and trees, making it an ideal place for a leisurely stroll.
It's a nice and free botanical garden, small but pretty. The only thing I would recommend is for the authorities to pay attention and hold responsible the illegal migrants on the street in front as this makes a bad impression. But in general there are a lot of tourists so it's safe during daylight.

I want to thank you, the staff of the botanical garden, "those hands"🫶 who take care of flowers. Although the garden is not at all big, you can sit down, relax and enjoy beauty. I like Clivia nobilis, Strelitzia reginal, Ensete ventricosum. Thanks!🤩🌼🌴

A lovely, pretty little botanical garden next door to the victorian garden. Most of the plants are labelled and packed with colourful flowers, shrubs and trees. Their are some seats to rest on and the foot paths are mostly flat but beware of some trees roots in places. Their is a big fish pond at the top. Apparently most of the specimens came from cutting /seeds etc from the botanical gardens in Puerto de la Cruz. Entry is free and it is definitely worth a visit.
Sheila B — Google review
Nice walk in tiny botanical garden in a heart of historical Orotava, even in a winter time. Free access, no fee, couple of benches to rest or to look up to giants (trees)
David N — Google review
This area was designed over the old garden of the Clarisas Convent. The extension was conceived in the last third of the 19th century as a nursery for the Botanical Garden in Puerto de la Cruz, although most of the species planted here have remained. The extension is a haven of peace, which is unusual in La Orotava's historical centre. It houses a unique compendium of plant species, thanks to its special conditions that make it conducive to acclimatisation. Most of the plants are of tropical origin, both African and American. It’s also home to some really unusual plants for these latitudes such as the Roxburgh fig of the Himalayas. You’ll also find one of the most impressive dragon-trees in La Orotava today. The extension is home to numerous birds, and a short walk through it will open your senses to a wealth of songs and plant and flower fragrances. Take a moment to enjoy and then head towards the town hall to discover its art collections.

Outdoor Activities
Loro Park, located in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, is a beautifully landscaped zoo that offers an impressive variety of animal attractions. The park is renowned for its extensive collection of parrots and hosts classic shows featuring these colorful birds. Additionally, visitors can enjoy dolphin shows and witness the majesty of killer whales in action.
Amazing Day at Loro Parque! Loro Parque is absolutely incredible – a must-visit! There’s so much to see and do, and the animals are clearly very well cared for. The enclosures are spacious, beautifully designed, and give you great views without ever feeling overcrowded for the animals. Everything felt clean, organised, and really well maintained. The dolphin and orca shows were a real highlight – absolutely amazing and definitely a must-see while you’re there. They were professional, fun, and showed off the animals’ intelligence and beauty in such a memorable way. There’s plenty to keep you entertained all day, from the variety of animals to the shows and the little details around the park that make it special. The only downside is that food on site is a bit pricey – but that’s the same in most attractions and didn’t take away from how fantastic the experience was. Overall, a beautiful park, well worth the visit, and somewhere I’d happily return to again!
Adrianna B — Google review
Got tickets online earlier as they're discounted, easy to park in their nice underground car park (7 euro). Well worth a visit, clean, accessible, plenty of clean toilets and food outlets which were reasonably priced. It's very clear that your entrance fee and any profits go towards animal welfare and conservation, which is great to know. Get to the Orca, sea lion and dolphin shows early for the beat seats, avoid the front if you want to stay dry, but that's part of the fun. Sea lions were our favourite 🦭. The fish tank displays are brilliant and absolutely massive! 🐟 🐠 The gardens and fauna are amazing! 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 🦭🐬👏👏👏👏

My husband and I loves animals and we arrived 2:30 before closing and we made the best out of it. We saw almost everything but had to be fast. Well maintained and a lot a variety. The aquarium tube is fantastic. A must attractions on the island, no wonder they is pub all over the place.

Loro Parque is a fantastic place to visit a little on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it. I originally had reservations about the park because of the orca and dolphin shows. However, once the staff explained the science behind their work, the level of care the animals receive, and the size of their habitats, my perspective completely changed. It’s clear that the animals are well looked after, and that the park is genuinely committed to conservation and education. The parrot show was a real highlight entertaining, well-presented, and suitable for all ages. Food and drink prices were also fairly reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Loro Parque for a family day out or even a memorable date day. It’s an enjoyable, educational, and well-run experience that leaves you with a real appreciation for the work they do.
Keaton H — Google review
Loro Parque is an exceptional experience, and exceeded our expectations. We attended all the shows and each show showed us the true beauties of these animals. We also got the beautiful feeling that each and every staff really love and care for these animals and it adds to the beauty of the experience. The whole park is exceptionally well kept and when you read around the park and listen to all the information when attending the shows, you realise how much the park really does and it makes you really appreciate the experience even more. We actually spent 6+ hours here and we still felt we could of stayed longer. We visited the Orca show twice as we needed to get splashed 😆 🤣. My favourite show was the Sea Lions but that's not to say that the Dolphins, Parrots & Orca's weren't worth the watch even if you want to watch them twice lol.
Sjcartier L — Google review
This place is definitely worth a visit! It’s interesting for everyone — from small kids to adults. The penguins are a must-see! Go up to the top of the Amazon section to take photos with the colourful parrots — it’s very impressive. There are plenty of shaded areas and spots to take a break, as well as a nice playground for kids. One of the most beautiful zoos I’ve ever seen!
Marina D — Google review
Park that worth visiting. Many attractions for all ages. Orca, dolphin and sea lions show are great. Get ready to get wet when watching Orcas! Beautiful, well kept grounds with areas to relax. Food available on premises but very limited options. Animals kept in Loro Park look very happy and well cared for. Workers and trainers are happy to answer questions, there is no swimming with dolphins or orcas
Lena — Google review
My husband and I had a wonderful day in this lovely park. This experience isn’t just for kids also for adults that would love to see so many parrots in the same place, a show with dolphins and orcas. I am grateful that the animals are taken care of and with their help we can learn more things about ocean wildlife. Also I would like to add something very important. A street away are 2 men that are taking money from the tourists saying that are on the behalf of Loro Park, and you need to pay 5 euro for a parking spot that should be free as it is on a street without interdiction. People to believe them they bought hats with Loro parque.I don’t know if the police is aware.

Dabeke Restaurante is a fantastic establishment that offers an exquisite dining experience. Each dish is meticulously prepared, with great attention to the quality of ingredients used. The menu seamlessly blends traditional Canary cuisine with innovative fusion elements, resulting in a rich and delightful flavor profile. The croquettes are particularly recommended, especially the cheese variety that will pleasantly surprise you. The chef's suggestion of the mushroom wok dish is unexpectedly delicious.
Very attentive service. The waiter offered superb advice as to what to order and we were so glad we listened. We ate here twice during our stay on the island it was so good. Highly recommend the goats cheese croquettes, pork knuckle and cheesecake. Oh my God the cheesecake.

A truly wonderful evening! We had a beautiful evening and were warmly welcomed right from the start. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive – we felt at home immediately. The food was something truly special: every course was lovingly prepared, beautifully seasoned, and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the quality and the passion in every single element. We thoroughly enjoyed the menu and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you ! A real hidden gem
Kerstin L — Google review
We are visiting from the Untied States. Dabeke is the best restaurant we have been to on Tenerife. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The gazpacho was a nice addition to the meal that was provided free of charge. The ras el hanout butter provided with the bread was delectable. Fruit salad paired nicely with goat cheese which was slightly caramelized giving it a light crunch. Fish ceviche was perfectly acidic and the corn nuts were interesting, giving it some extra texture. The pork knuckle fell off the bone and the rosemary that came along with it was so fragrant and paired extremely well. The octopus (pulpo) which is off menu was the best octopus I have ever had in my life (and I've eaten a lot of octopus). Most places simply grill octopus but Dabeke lightly batters the octopus and fries it, giving it an extra crunch and texture that I've never had while eating octopus. Perfectly cooked.

One word: perfection. Dabeke gave us one of those dinners that we won’t ever forget. We dined at Dabeke in January 2023 during a two-week trip through the Canaries, and it was the highlight of our trip. The food was just other-worldly — everything was beyond delicious. Out of 10 stars, they get 100. First off, the service. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt so welcomed. It was like walking into someone’s home; you could feel the warmth and energy. Our server — whose name I unfortunately forgot — went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect night. Our interactions went beyond the food; he told us about his travel through the other Canary Islands, the history behind their wines, and cool details about the restaurant. He was so knowledgeable. When it came to the food, he could tell you every little ingredient by heart. Thank you for making our night so special. The food itself… where do I start? We just wanted to order the whole menu. Every dish tasted better than it looked. We were thoroughly impressed. Paired with the recommended wine, it made for an immaculate dinner. The wine was so good we ended up taking a second bottle home. If you’re in the area, just visit this place. You’ll thank me later.

An excellent place to have a delicious food experience. All dishes were prepared with such care, very conscious of the quality of the product, with a rich flavor and combining the traditional canary cuisine with fusion ingredients. We tasted their delicious croquettes, I specially recommend the cheese ones, they will surprise you!. Then we follow the chef suggestion of a mushrooms wok dish, surprisingly delicious. And as a main course the ox tail ravioli and steak tartare, simply amazing, so fresh and tasty. As a dessert, their specialty, the cheese cake, a reason to come back over and over!. If you find yourself in Tenerife, take a trip to this beautiful restaurant, it's really worthy of the distance 😉

It was the best restaurant experience during our stay in Tenerife, but also probably in our whole life! Very professional and kind service, the starters and the main dishes were all just perfect by taste, portion and serving. You can find great dishes with fish and meat but also vegetarian options are available , I took the best truffle risotto of my life. We even got an additional starter as gratis, sent by the chef which was really amazing. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you can get here. Would return any time!! Thank you for this experience:)

What a nice restaurant located in a slightly remote area outside of Orotava, but definitely worth a trip. Their plates are all designed to be shared dish. We ordered the Egg Low Temperature, Pig Knuckle and Cochinillo. Warm welcome, with Apertivo of Gazpacho, very well managed checking Covid pass before showing our seat. If you want something different and fine prepared, plated...Dabeke is definitely a great choice. Lots of local wine as well. Come early in evening, as some popular dishes will be disappeared from the menu board very quickly 2nd time, the fried octopus was just amazing as well..paired with the Mareba afrutado white wine

Japanese restaurant
Restaurante Izakaya LO is a top spot for Japanese cuisine in La Orotava. The restaurant offers some of the best sushi on the island, with a perfect balance of price and quality. Diners can witness the chefs at work in the open kitchen, adding to the experience. The menu features delicious and innovative dishes, including fusion sushi sets that are highly recommended. While there may be some language barriers with no English menu available, it's worth overcoming for the fresh and delicious offerings.
Delicious and quite innovative dishes! The garlic dessert yum. Good wine to go with the soft sashimi and definetly try the tuna tartar
Teodora V — Google review
Located in a mall on a plaza, Izakaya LO is a cozy little sushi spot with a nice atmosphere. The food is fresh and well-prepared, though most dishes lean slightly on the sweeter side, which may not suit everyone's taste. Prices are on the higher end compared to other local restaurants. A small downside is that sushi isn't automatically served with wasabi, soy sauce, or ginger—you’ll need to ask for it, which is unusual for a Japanese restaurant. While some dishes are amazing, others felt a bit underwhelming, making it a mixed experience. Still, it’s worth a visit if you're in the mood for Japanese flavours and don’t mind the price.

Even with low expectations, we decided to try Izakaya Lo, and were really disappointed. The food was awful and it took a very long time to come out from the kitchen. Why would you put candy (Pop Rocks/Peta Zetas) in sushi? That should be illegal. For the price of dinner for two people at this restaurant, I recommend going somewhere else. This is a bad imitation of sushi and Japanese cuisine.

El Calderito de La Abuela is a charming restaurant situated in the northern part of Tenerife. It offers a delightful selection of traditional Canary dishes that have been given a contemporary twist to cater to modern tastes. As part of a family-owned group of restaurants, it stands out for its focus on tapas and its very own organic garden where fresh produce is cultivated.
El Calderito de La Abuela can be freely translated as "Grandma's cauldron". This typically Canarian restaurant not only has very tasty cuisine but also fantastic views over the ocean and Puerto de la Cruz. They manufacture their own wine, bread and vegetables and you can taste it on your plate. This really is Tenerife at its best. Booking is the message!

I had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere and hospitable staff set a positive tone. The standout dish for me was the perfectly cooked pork cheek—tender and bursting with flavour. The unexpected delight of sweet eggs with black pudding left a lasting impression. Overall it was a really good experience , and I would recommend it to anyone who loves a good food , however a bit overpriced.

Very rare that we return to a restaurant but we did to El Calderito. A wonderful selection of tapas, some excuisite (mushroom terrine, black pork cheeks, iberico pork, lemon ice cream, chocolate mouse that was nearly like cookie dough, ), some hearty (liver, beef with onion and apple) some surprising (tuna salad that tasted like ham), specials (huevo mole (our favourite dessert), delice de turron). Good wine and service, you can tell they have a passion for their cuisine, and to top it off a great night time view and good prices (we are from London though!). Well done guys!

Guachinche La Casona is an authentic dining spot located just north of Oratava, offering large portions of simple grilled meats and fried potatoes in a rustic setting under wooden rafters. The menu features delicious local dishes such as ropa vieja and papas arrugadas, accompanied by a great selection of local wines. Love this place!!. Only just a bit tricky to find the entrance, but once in there is plenty of parking and amazing food and staff. It's huge so no problem to find a table, maybe just a bit of waiting, but in any case during peak times it's good to book a table in advance.

I mean it when I say I wish I could get this food in Los Angeles!

Absolutely fantastic meal, we ordered multiple plates of meat and chips and mushrooms, wine and beers and ended with desserts for 7. Hugo our waiter was a standout. Everything was perfect, and the view and the staff even better

Hands down the best food I had in Tenerife. The Ropa Vieja was so good I was scooping up the leftover sauce when we were done. The staff were some of the nicest people i’ve ever met. We decided to change our plans for the rest of the week so we can come back here again and get lechona during the weekend. It was that good - cant wait to be back.

A 20 min uphill walk from the centre of La Orotava but very much worth it. The food and the wine was amazing. Our favourite dish was the rabbit stew.

Don't understamd the hype and positive reviews. Save your money! How can you mess up French fries so badly? The smell and taste was disgusting. Didn't eat them. Waitress, or whatever her job was there, refused to speak English in the order process, but was fluent when it came to payment. We managed to order grilled chicken. Dry, unseasoned and purely smokey taste. Bread in the basket hard as brackets. Female chef wearing blue gloves for I guess hygiene reasons, however she walked through the restaurant with them on holding her huge key chain in her hand, scratching her bum and typing on the tablet. Glasses on the table dirty. Waitress sprayed sort of disinfection spray on a microfiber cloth polishing the washed cutlery. Table and benches sticky, overall disgusting place.

We ordered 2 appetizers but received only one. We had to ask twice to finally receive it. Also ropa vieja was served like it was a dog food - see on the picture. Then the mail meal. We ordered chuleton. It was burnt and pure fat, no meat. There was nothing special about the deserts and they are super overpriced. Also, we received french fries (we didn't order them) but we thought it was a part of the meal. Turned out it wasn't since we had to pay for it (we didn't eat them). At the menu there are no prices and on top of that there were these young girls taking orders and there was one old man who walked between the kitchen and customers with the meals! I believe there is something wrong in the system. The wine was good tho.

Typical canarian food I enjoy every dish you must go if you are in the area. Order the Moose de gofio the best dessert

Bambi Gourmet is a top restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz, offering a diverse menu of Romanian dishes paired with fine wines. Located near Martianez Lake, this casual-chic venue is known for its excellent reputation and meticulous, creative presentation of national and international dishes made with high-quality ingredients. It's a great choice for those looking to experience artistically presented cuisine in a polished yet relaxed setting. With affordable prices and delightful desserts, it's definitely worth a visit while staying in the region.
Very chic decor. The staff were very friendly. We had goulash, stuffed vine leaves, and an eggplant dish. It was nicely plated and tasted good. They have a cute little robot that helps with the serving. My Romanian friend who was with me really liked the food, so it is authentic.

One of the best dining experiences I had dinner at Bambi Gourmet tonight and I can honestly say the food was exceptional. The veal goulash was the best I’ve ever had — full of flavor, tender meat, and perfectly balanced spices. The risotto with duck was incredibly creamy and rich, and the starters with aubergine were beautifully presented. For dessert, I had Chocolime and Passion Mango — both light, fresh, and the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. The service was warm and professional, and it felt special to see such passion behind every dish. Thank you to the team for creating such a memorable experience — I’ll definitely come back!

This was definitely my best culinary experience during the whole stay in Tenerife. Food was exquisite and served in an interesting way. I am not a gourmet eater, but we were totally enamoured by this lovely place and its owners. Fantastic selection of both food and wine! The place is a bit expensive but the price tag is totally deserved and, at the same time you can choose less pricy options too. 100% recommend! We ate salmon mango starter with a lot of weird stuff :) then, for main course my girfriend got lamb roast that was one of the best I've ever tasted and I chose dry-aged steak, also done in a much better way than I can ever prepare. We finished this excursion with mango-passion fruit dessert that was also great. Do yourself a favour and go eat here!

Fantastic food and wine, but not without some flaws My dinner at Bambi Gourmet was a fantastic culinary experience, but considering the €140 price tag for one person (including tip), I feel it's fair to be a bit critical. Starter: I started with the hand-cut Bellota Iberian ham, which was excellent—intensely flavorful, nutty, and perfectly cured. A highlight was the delicious herb-infused olive oil on the table, perfect for dipping bread. A great and authentic way to start the meal. Main Course: The absolute highlight was the dry-aged entrecote. A nice touch was that I got to choose my own cut of meat (575 grams in my case). The steak was fantastic in flavor, well-grilled, and rich thanks to the dry-aging process. Minor issue: There was a tendon in the meat, which some guests might find tough. Personal preference: A sauce was added without prior notice, which I personally found unnecessary, as the steak was flavorful enough on its own. Wine Pairing: The Majuelo de Callejo 2020 (Ribera del Duero) was an excellent choice. Its deep fruit notes, well-balanced oak, and structured tannins complemented the entrecote perfectly. A spot-on pairing. Ambiance & Service: The interior has a premium feel, but the atmosphere felt a bit cold and lacking warmth. The service was handled by one person, who was very knowledgeable but somewhat distant and slightly arrogant. That being said, he was working hard, managing all tables on his own. Fun detail: They have a robot assisting with food service, which was a unique and modern touch. Price & Conclusion: At €140 (for one person, including tip), you expect not just great food but an overall premium experience. The entrecote and wine were absolutely fantastic, but the ambiance and service could have been a bit more inviting and personal. Final rating: 4/5 stars – Excellent food and wine, but for the price, a few things could be improved to create a truly outstanding experience.

The best restaurant we’ve visited in Tenerife! So happy to find such tasty vegan options - it’s usually so hard to come across good ones on the island. The vegan risotto and mushroom ratatouille were absolutely delicious! My husband had the lamb moussaka, and it was amazing too. And you have to try their desserts - they’re so unique and full of flavor!

We went to Bambi Gourmet for lunch and were absolutely amazed by the food, every dish was delicious and beautifully prepared. The highlight was Vampiavocado, a unique dessert that’s definitely worth trying. A perfect final touch to an incredible meal. 100% recommend!

We had a great meal here, probably the best food in Puerto De Le Cruz. I recommend the Goulash. Amazing deserts too, disguised as something different. Added bonus of Bella the robot waitress too!

Really good food here and many local also visit here 🥰 The dessert is a must try! It is super creative and delicious 😋 We came twice during our one week visit and tried out three different kind of dessert. Have to say the mango passion is my favorite. If you love fruit and fresh taste overall, go for that! And also the chocolate combination is awesome 🤩
