Beautiful lake with some fun fishing holes. Not to be confused with the San Roque dam. Which creates the lake and was built in the late 1800s.

(Translated by Google) Magnificent work in the province of Córdoba. I have honestly been there many times in my life and it still seems impressive to me, especially when the funnel is in operation. In this case, we had to see it dry since there is not much water flow at this time of year, but the size of this work is still impressive.

Complejo Aerosilla - Villa Carlos Paz is a chairlift complex that offers various entertainment options at its second stop. The chairlift takes visitors to the top of the hill in just a few minutes, providing a breathtaking 360-degree view of the valley, where the city and lake are nestled. Inaugurated in 1955, this site has witnessed significant growth over the years.
The experience was truly magnificent. The venue captivated with its beauty, and the path leading to the Christ statue atop the mountain offered breathtaking views. Taking the chairlift added to the thrill, making the panoramic vista from the summit even more exhilarating. Overall, it was a phenomenal experience.

great views especially at the cafe. Thought the place would be much bigger with more things to do judging by the 2k entrance fee. Overall still pretty good but get ready for cool winds

The idea of this park is really interesting and I'm sure it was a amazing place done years ago (10/15). Now it is a nice attraction park with not much clear information about the schedule ( since we were with kids, this was Something relevant) Definitely organization is something they should work on (there is a lot of space to improve). Went to different attractions with kids and some shows (magician, sea wolf, 5D cinema) and they were really good. Security is something that they should put more focus.
Matt T — Google review
I loved seeing all of the animals, had fun on the small haunted house, and only had time to try a few rides. When I go I try to focus on the nice features but get a little dissapointed to find places open to the public that are filled with construction and plant debris...I am not sure why they don't lock up those areas. The view of the sierras in Pecos is gorgeous. The mercats and cabras are so fun to interact with.
Anna W — Google review
Too many people, very little shade. Do not like seeing caged animals nor animal shows. Extremely expensive for what it is: $1200 each; $4800 a family of four; if you pay cash, $3600 (one ticket for free). The black theatre is awesome. It is necessary to queue inside to do anything worth doing. Especial attractions like la casa del horror are not included in the price. //Demasiada gente y muy caro para lo que es. Poca sombra. No está bueno ver espectáculos con animales ni animales encerrados en tan poco espacio. Me chocó bastante. Espectacular el show de teatro negro.

Very nice park to spend a beautiful day with the family and enjoy the different activities of the park. It has bathrooms in excellent condition and outdoor parking. The price is quite expensive.

A landmark of the city, the Cuckoo Clock is characterized by the presence of a cuckoo that comes out and goes back in every hour, marking the time. It is a prominent tourist attraction in Villa Carlos Paz.
Brilliant clock face in the heart of Carlos Paz not far from the river. The clock is near to a small fountain overlooking load of shops and stores. Perfect pivot opportunity.
William P — Google review
Changed a lot from before. Now the bird only comes out and does 3x a ringing sound. Not much noise or anything to see. Waited for a long time and although it is neat to see, bit disappointing to see how it has changed and not for the beneficial entertainment of tourists or locals. Nice to see if you’re passing by, but not much to make a big detour for.
Chantelle — Google review
Nice bird. Just need more colours. The small door opens to the right side (looking from the front), so it's not a good view from that side. It's better to wait in the center or the left hand side (heading alfajores La Quinta)
Alejandro C — Google review
Seriously, this silly clock is a tourist attraction that draws crowds? Had I waited to see this and not passed at the moment t it went off I would have regretted every minute wasted. Uninspired
Eric J — Google review
If you arrive 1 or 2 minutes before the hour, you can see 1 bird pop out. If you need to wait more than 2 minutes, continue your journey

Pueblo Mío is a renowned Argentinian steakhouse located in Villa Carlos Paz, Argentina. Situated on the lakeshore, it offers a diverse menu including fast food, homemade dishes, ice cream, and bars. The restaurant is part of a comprehensive gastronomic proposal by a group of investors who also own La Pulperia and Bravo in the same market-like space. This is an excellent restaurant. We had the premium asado to share and the only problem was the meat though very nice was all overcooked. Dulce crepe was necessary 🤣

Came to Argentina excited to tried bife de chorizo at an Argentinian steakhouse and Purblo Mío it exceeded expectations! Service was amazing! Portions are generous. We had one child whose menu included ice cream the teenagers on the table got ice cream too. Carlos our server took good time to explain how to order the wine and the menu.
Gonzalez F — Google review
Great food, good portions, and good service.
Brandon H — Google review
Great meat, the restaurant doesn't let down with the quality of the cuts, there are some other options for those who don't eat meat and those who would like something like a pasta. The service was good, and the atmosphere of the place is comfortable. The decoration and the location are also good the first giving a sense of a rural grill. The price should be considered as it will probably be one of the more expensive options in the area.
Albert B — Google review
The pros: Very nice staff Nice Ambiente Cool Location Very nice wine However I found my food to be a little blend, especially the steak wasn't medium as I ordered it. Still better than the average but Wiese than what you would expect.

Great view of the lake and great food. It was our first meal after landing in Argentina and was the perfect place to start our culinary journey through Argentina. One of the better places we went to over a three week period.

I’m outraged. I was at a restaurant with my family on October 21, 2023. I ordered the parilla ligero and fries. The waiter brought instead of parilla ligero (for 7,000), parilla largo (for 15,000). Which I only found out when I saw the bill. I began to explain to the waiter that I ordered a parilla for 7000. Instead of an apology, I heard from him that he did not bring a parilla for 7000 because it was small and would not have been enough for three of us. He chose the order for me at his own discretion and didn’t even apologize!

Stopped in for beer and nachos. If you're going to sell boring beer, at least serve it very cold. Nachos featured cheez-wiz. Salt would be nice. Servers seem depressed.

Small portions when you order the plate for 2 and for their up charge to call chips fries is a little lackluster. Great staff nice and clean

Breakfast restaurant
Up Clover Irish Pub is a casual 13th-floor bar and restaurant that offers international food, beer, cocktails and scenic views. The service is great and the food is decent, but the real draw of this spot is its view. Come up in the morning or evening for quieter times or check it out during the day when it's more populated.
Excellent restaurant here in the heart of Villa Carlos Paz❤️ Highly recommended🫶🫰

The views and the service are great here! The food is decent and the prices are reasonable. Definitely give this place a visit if you’re downtown and looking for a good spot to grab lunch or dinner. They serve breakfast too so if you want to avoid the crowds, make your way up in the morning. But the bar really comes alive in the evening hours.
Adrl M — Google review
This Cafe Bar’s views are THE BEST in town, no doubt about that. Food is good, prices are pretty expensive, but you’re basically paying for the views. The sandwich I had was a little over ARS $500 pesos (about USD $8.50 dollars) and a pint of Local Craft beer was around ARS $200 pesos (a little over USD $3.25 dollars) Still, the place is nothing out of the ordinary, tables and chairs are old, dirty and pretty beat up. This place is only worth it for the views. Enjoy!

Amazing view and great food with reasonable prices.
Federico C — Google review
We were sadly disappointed from the moment we arrived the hostess Agostina was not friendly at all and made us feel unwelcome, she sat us at the only table in the restaurant that was not set up no placement or cutlery etc... this was very strange considering all other tables were set and the place was almost empty. We then waited over 15 minutes before anyone came by our table and the first thing the waitress said was so what do you want to order no greeting whatsoever. We pointed out that our table was not set yet, and she just responded that she would set it once we ordered. So we walked out hence the low rating. The view is very nice but the poor and unfriendly service ruins the expirience.
