We recently had dinner at Restaurant Gamarjoba, and while the food was absolutely delicious, the service was a complete disaster. We truly hope it was just bad luck, but our experience left much to be desired. From the start, things were chaotic. It took at least 10 minutes for a waiter to bring us the menu and clear the table, followed by another 10 minutes before we could even place our order. Once we finally did, the wait for food was another 25 minutes—and when it arrived, it wasn’t even complete. One dish was missing its side (French fries), and we had to remind the staff twice before they finally brought them. To be fair, the restaurant was packed, and with only 2–3 overwhelmed waiters managing the entire place, it was clear they were struggling to keep up. We weren’t the only ones frustrated—many other guests were also complaining about service issues that evening. The final straw? When it was time to pay, we were handed the wrong receipt, apparently belonging to another table. I unknowingly paid for it, and while they were able to cancel the payment, it was not a pleasant way to end the meal. Verdict: If you’re looking for great food, Gamarjoba won’t disappoint. Hopefully, they can improve their service because the food truly deserves better.

Cannot not to mention their service - very good! Food: - Kharcho has a taste of home, big portion and very flavorful. - Khachapuri had a good thin dough and plenty of cheese, wasn’t oily/buttery like others may do. Overall, we were very happy with the food and the service 👐🏻

Lovely place, food is very good, especially relatively to the other restaurants around. Service is great, nice people, Abit weak with English but that's not a big deal. Surely recommended

Very very awesome place and the owner and staffs were very friendly and kind. The Napoleon cake was very delicious and the best Shkmeruli I ever have. I went there on my birthday. They were so kind and helpful. Thank you so much❤️

We had a lot of fun. Food is very delicious not huge portions but reasonable . Quick service and delicious cocktails recommend to visit and try original Georgian dishes ❤️

I went to other places with a higher rating (as per March 25) than Gamajorba but I personnally liked it way more than other restaurants nearby. The staff is nice although a bit unorganised. Most importantly the food was delicious, I had a Chikhirtma and great Khinkalis. The place has nice vibes compared to other places around, more suitable for families (they have special chairs for kids). Prices were also reasonable considering the location (and compared to other restaurants nearby).

Terrible place to avoid, expensive, small portion, burned vegetables, crazy expensive wine.. horrible service there are so many other nice places, drunk cherry, red wine etc enjoy this beautiful place

We had a great dinner at Magi Style. The restaurant was very busy, but the waiter was friendly and polite. He explained why it was so crowded. The food was good. The portions were big. Everything was very tasty. Part of the bill goes to support Ukraine. Glory to Ukraine!

I tried the borscht. It was delicious! Quality food, nice and fast service. I highly recommend this place. I was there for lunch and I think this place will be fun and noisy at night. You should try it. Thank you all for the food and the mood.

We had an amazing experience at Magi Style! We enjoyed it so much that we ended up coming here every day during our vacation! The food was consistently delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection. We’ll truly miss both the incredible meals and the fantastic service. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area – we can’t wait to come back!

We ate at Magi Style for 5 nights while skiing. We tried to eat everything, we wanted to eat everything, because everything was great! Roman was our waiter every evening and he was the best! 100% would recommend this as my favorite skiing restaurant.

Great place, good food and nice atmosphere. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the craft wheat beer which was bad - it tasted of nothing but yeast. So stay away from that - everything else, the Khinkali and Ostri (Beef stew) was amazing 🤩

Atmosphere is modern and cool, the styling is very modern bistro style. The food is good . Pay attention the prices are without vat. The menu doesn't says anything. 20 feet from there is a different restaurant without vat. Maybe it's because it's in a hotel. Overall the prices are expensive although the food is medium

Amazing foods with affordable prices! I was surprised how big the portions were compared to what you can get from Tbilisi with the same prices! Staffs were kind, professional and very welcoming! 5/5 experience and would definitely come again!

As a lover of live music, the evening dinner was a great impression on arrival. The restaurant has a modern decoration with the plates served at a good portion. Although at a better look as it gets a little busier, the staff missed many orders. The menu doesn't offer alot of variety but that does not affect the quality of the offered good. Nothing major but some training will put the service up to the place level. Reasonably priced with some view, you can have agood time ofver there with no doubt.

During our stay at the Gudauri ski resort we ate here for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of meats, cheeses, vegetables and fruits. The dinner was amazing as well. The staff recommend great dishes. The service was great and the atmosphere there felt comforting. I really like how they have the entire place setup. The beer and wine selection are top notch! Don't be fooled by the low rating's google says this place is. It is 5 stars for sure.

Very few places to cheer about in this town of ski resort of Georgia for food and service. This place is very vibrant and definitely offering some of the best local food if you want to try local Georgian dishes. Great staff and excellent live music to add to the good experience. In the centre of new Gudauri this restaurant is best. My favourite was eggplant dishes and lamb kebab. Fish was not that good. Enjoy and don’t forget to give your feedback.

The taste of the food made here will take you in a journey of taste it truly ignites your taste buds, if you make this high up the mountain you might as well do the same for your soul. P.s everything was made fresh, full of flavor and truly amazing. Many thanks to Tia for her warm service.

We were off-season, and the restaurant was open only for us. The food was delicious! The owner set to talk with us for an hour and a half and gave us 2 glasses of his homemade wine (super tasty), and 3 different types of his homemade chacha (original, peach, roses)

Promisingly looking place left us dissapointed. The food quality and taste is heavily bellow the price tag. Despite the restaurant being half-empty, they didnt't manage to bring the food all at once. They delivered the driest steak possible 10 minutes before the other dish. The service was friendly but slow and not very helpful. I do not recommend this place. Not worth the money.

It was an excellent experience! After a long struggle and searching for suitable halal restaurants in Gudauri, we found that this restaurant was the best we tried. It combines Italian and Georgian cuisine. The staff member in charge of orders was very helpful and guided us to the halal food options. The pizza was very delicious, and the potato wedges were great. However, the mushroom soup was a bit sweet and could use a little more salt.

Great place for social media photos. High level of serving food, it's just a jaw-dropping moment when your food appears on the table. Nice and polite waiters. Food is tasty, juicy, spicy exactly how Georgian food should be

Update: our 2nd visit was much worse then the first one (that was excellent). In the 2nd time it took over 1 hour to get the grill barbeque lamb and other dishes. The waiters tried to do their best but it seems like the kitchen forgot some of our food. The prices in the menu are without tax and without service (so *1.18,*1.10-15). #they also had ALOT of missing dishes and ingredients because of the storm but cant do anything about that. # lava cake is super small. Not worth 25GEL for 3 bites. מאוד נהנינו. היה זול וטעים והשירות היה מצוין. החצפורי megrelian מאוד מאוד מוצלח, גם החינקלי. ושתינו fun mango citrus 1L משהו כזה ממש טעים! מיץ, We enjoyed it very much. Thank you Sofi for being such a great and friendly waitress and person ☺️ The food was great and service was even better. Will come again.

Most of the menu (Pizza & Dessert) was not available at around 19:30, but the pizza we ordered were perfect. If you are in Gudauri and have a crave for nice pizza, this is the place to go

We arrived 5 people without a reservation. The restaurant was full but a place was immediately freed up. We ordered mushroom soup which was amazing and we ordered two large pizzas one came first and the pizza arrived after 20 minutes it was not fun, I gave three stars for the service because the waitress brought the first pizza at the beginning and didn't tell him which pizza it was because two people ordered a different pizza this meant that each group would only eat the other's pizza if the waitress would say the name of the pizza as soon as she served it to the table.

We visited this restaurant in the winter season but we were surprised that the pizzas weren’t available at 9:00 pm while the restaurant’s speciality is Italian food. The waiters were very passive almost unfriendly, she dropped the cutlery randomly on the table without arrangement. The menu should be more elaborated and the prices should include the taxes to be more clear for customers. We took one cesar salad with chicken, it was good. The marinara pasta was not that good, the seafood was over cooked and the portion was not generous. The last dish was chicken steak, it was not steak actually it was a fried half chicken breast and it was very dry. Also one lowlight that made me very disappointed, they served ketchup in a broken dip sauce container, it’s very unpleasant.

We only had a four cheese pizza and it was very tasty!! 😄 About the service I can’t say much, because it didn’t have any interaction.

Great huge and tasty pizza but unfriendly stuff. When I’ll be in Gudauri again - I would be happy to eat here. But I hope this waiters will take hospitality courses

Staff is little bit rude, very impolite to customers, i feel uncomfortable. Serving our orders like they don’t care he almost just drop the coffee in our table. Presentation is good but staff is unmotivated.

If you want to try the best pizza in New Gudauri, hurry to this wonderful establishment, the staff is very friendly, the service is pleasant and fast!
