The food and the atmosphere at the restaurant is amazing, but the service is awful. Most of the time the waitress was super distracted, didn’t remember the orders and some of the the stuff we ordered didn’t came but were on the bill. It’s a pity, because the food is really good but the staff is not very professional 😕

Incredible!!! We made the order, they brought the wine, the appetizer or it took a long time more than 2 hours and they didn't bring the main order, when we asked they say we didn't order anything. A complete fiasco. The restaurant has a spectacular sea view but the service is terrible. In fact, the girl said it had been two days..... I leave here super frustrated and dissatisfied .... I'm not coming back here.

Beautiful setting right on the beach. Good food in a nice setting. Wait staff spoke Bulgarian, Russian and English.

Great staff, tasty food and very nice atmosphere! Unfortunately the main dishes, that we come for, was not available at the end of the August, or at the end of the day... they said that mussels are not available at this period. Fish was good,

The food is OK but WORST service ever! Especially if you are a guest at the hotel and they have to serve you, its like you are begging for their attention! They mostly don't speak English even though most customers are foreign people. The complex and hotel is amazing but restaurant unfortunately does not justify it.

When we ordered (everyone ordered medium) we waited 40 minutes for the food and everyones food was cooked well done. I told the waiter about it. He took the food back and after 20 minutes we got new ones and those were cooked a bit better but not medium. Told the waiter about it again and he just said "it's medium" and shrugged it off.

Delecious food. Especially the Sach is very good and also a lot of food. The other items were also good and tasty. Service was good too.

The quality of the food is amazing. And quantity is perfect. The staffs are very friendly. Ome most important thing which I love , they have lot of items( of every options) in their menu which I have not seen in many restaurants. They have so many options( e. g bbq, local dishes, fish, meats, desserts, & satisfying dishes for Asian people also. Not expensive at all, very reasonable price. Highly recommended. I would say, this restaurant is one of the best restaurant not only in Golden Sand but also in Varna.

The food was absolutely delicious! The steak was juicy, busting with flavour. This place just can't go wrong with making steak! I will definitely come back here next visit. Truly recommend!

We received pulled meat burger without the meat almost, shopska salad very tastless and with no spices. We had to bring to ourselves the spices and oil, also napkins from other table, as it was not brought to us. There was a couple sitting next to my husband and me, when the waitress noticed that they have a group of 8 people, she made couple move to another table, although they were in the middle of the meal. All in all, seems like priority is money over quality and customer satisfaction.

Good resturant in an older style, good food pizza was great eaven tho there was like 3 kinds on the menue. The resturant might have to upgrade its bathroom becouse it was pretty bad and the 2 chefs went out of the kitchen to smoke inside the resturann witch might not be plesant for most

Warmly Recommend this place! Very authentic Great fresh and tasty food, great super fast service, good location! You gotta go for the mussels and fish dishes, try the cold local cucumber soup (similar with a tzatziki - ish). I tried also the fried shark, but not my kind of dish to be fair. You cannot pay by card, but you can pay cash in euro. Price wise I would say it is quite cheap - for 6 dishes (mixed with salads and stuff) and beers/ wine 35€ Would definitely come again.👍🏻

They give me fish fillets with old potatoes puted in the microwaves...tipic bulgarian style...they want money with minimum cost and jokes

We loved this place. The food was delicious and cheap, and our waiter was the sweetest! He spoke with us in English, no problem, and was overall so kind. We are there several times and tried different dishes each time and we liked everything we had. Definitely recommend!

Decent food at more than reasonable prices. Price/quality it's a league above any of the neighbors. Great if you love fish. The place is quite popular so it can be hard to find a table free. Best to have a backup plan. Service depends on who you get. Some of the staff is what must be some sort of "Bulgarian friendly", in the sense they alternate between being very polite (though it often comes off as false politeness) and very rude. Some of the younger girls working there are genuinely nice though.

Very cheap and delicious food! They have a fish farm nearby and they bring fresh fish everyday. Decor is also very nice. NB: The 3 pictures represent the entire menu.

Amazing Atmosphere and Perfect Steak! We had a fantastic evening at Steak House Krivata Lipa. The atmosphere is truly special – cozy, vibrant, and elevated by live music every night. The singer was excellent and really added to the experience. I ordered the New Yorker steak with boat potatoes and sauce, requested medium rare – and they absolutely nailed it! The steak was cooked perfectly, and the potatoes were delicious. Service was top-notch. The staff was very welcoming, and the owner himself was incredibly friendly. As a nice surprise, we were even treated to a free drink( tap beer) for coming by and trying their food. A great personal touch! Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area – great vibes, great food, and genuinely great people.

Nice spot in Golden sands resort. Beautiful, traditional cuisine ( mostly the nice Bulgarian salads) and good grill tasted. Service was quite fast. Very normal prices. Highly recommend.

We were disappointed with our experience at this place. Our order was mixed up by the waiter, and the explanation we received was vague. We could have overlooked the mix-up if the rest of the experience had been smooth, but we asked for the bill from about three different servers, and it still took over 30 minutes to arrive. When asked if we wanted to leave a tip, we said no. We believe the choice to tip or not is entirely justified and should be respected, but the waitress seemed both surprised and visibly displeased. After that, we were not greeted or acknowledged when leaving, not even with a simple “goodbye.” We understand that there may have been too few staff members, but that is the employer’s responsibility. Regardless of the circumstances, customers should always be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism from start to finish. On a positive note, the live music was fantastic. The performer was very talented and knew how to engage with the audience, which really added to the atmosphere.

The main problem was that the waiter was extremely rude. We came as a group of six people - he gave us the menus and just walked away. After five minutes, we asked him to come over, and he started questioning us, saying things like: “Where are you from? Do you think it’s normal to come to the bar and call me? That’s not okay for me.” His tone and attitude were terrible - he spoke to us in a very unpleasant way. Every time he came to our table, he looked at us like this: 🤨 it felt really uncomfortable. As for the food, it was 2.5 to 3 out of 5. We ordered shrimp and a burger. The cocktails were awful - way too sweet.

We ordered Black Angus burgers, it was missing sauce and the bun was old with fungus on it, bun smelled bad and old. Be careful when opening ketchup, cockroach kind bugs fall out of the bottle. Very disappointed, do not recommend visiting. Not sure how this restaurant was called the best on Tripadvisor. There are many restaurants around that are much-much better.

Where do I even start. The waiter was rude, generaly uninterested and overall seemed he'd rather go home have a cigarette than take care of his customers in this s*ithole (pardon my language). Instead of being helpful with choices from menu, he stated, that the drink I chose is "without alcohol".... Okay, and? Anyway let's get to the food. I had a lasagna bolognese, my friend had a small Margherita pizza. The lasagna was bland and clearly frozen (probably from previous summer season), the pizza was chewy and tasted like one of those Lidl frozen pizzas and also made my friends stomach sick later that evening. What I'm most shocked about is the fact that this is supposed to be "best restaurant in Golden Sands" in years 2019, 2020 and 2021 by TripAdvisor. Hilarious. Please go spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Quiet and nice place. The waitress was really polite and the food came in time. The steak was perfect, and the burgers were really good. The Shopska salad was good and the fried zucchini was amazing!

The place it’s very good and relaxing. Food it’s more then expected and the deserts amazing. One soup it’s about 4 lv, spaghetti about 11 lv, pizza about 9 lv. It’s my recommendation in Golden Sands.
