Great beach on the North Goa coastline, just after the Baga beach & before Candolim beach. Calangute beach is a clean beach with amazing vast sea view.🤩 Sea is here active with continuous waves🌊 pounding on beach shore. Same goes with visitors, its always buzzing. Beach is guaranteed to give you the Goa feel & magic that one would have imagine. You will find people of all age groups enjoying sea splash, the view, playing with sand & their food & drink on Shacks 🏖️. Yes the beauty of the North Goa beaches is that the sea & your boozy / soft drink 🍾🥤& yums 🌯are at your reach right on the beach. Shacks are lined up against the sea to give both views of serenity & party. Coast guards are placed at intervals to ensure safety & avoid deep intrusion in the sea. Evening time is the best time to visit this beach & it has got everything for all for your peaceful & pleasant time. As it gets dark, coast guards start to vacate the visitors away from sea. Found this to be well managed, maintained, safe beach. Car parking area is available on the approach road on right side 🚗.

In September this beach is quite empty but that's the plus point as it becomes so peaceful and beautiful. Nice breeze and very much clean. Yuy can spend more time with you sitting at the shore. Very less people come to visit this beach ⛱️ as water sports activities are closed. So if you need some peace, you can definately come to visit.

Very nice beach in Goa. Safety seems to be their main focus which is very nice to see. Shopping outside beach is Plenty and you will get similar feels in every shop so no point in haggling Shack seems fine but also overpriced. Parking for bikes are adequate and easy to access

One of the most popular beaches in Goa, known for its lively atmosphere, water sports, and vibrant shacks. It can get very crowded, but it’s a great spot to enjoy the sea, food, and nightlife.
Eldho P — Google review
One of the best and most happening beaches in Goa — definitely a highlight of North Goa. Calangute Beach offers a complete mix of fun, adventure, and local charm. All major water sports like jet ski rides, banana boating, parasailing, and speed boating are available here, and the rates are quite standardized and well controlled by local authorities. Trained lifeguards are always on duty, which adds to the feeling of safety. There are plenty of food and drink options — from beach shacks serving Goan seafood to juice stalls and cafés nearby. The beach also has areas marked for bathing, although the state-provided bathing section is not very clean and can be better maintained. Parking is available near the main entrance, and reaching the beach is easy from any part of North Goa. It gets crowded during weekends and evenings, but that’s part of its charm. Overall, a fun place to spend half a day — ideal for families, couples, and adventure lovers alike! 🌴🌊

Calangute Beach truly lives up to its name as the “Queen of Beaches” in Goa. The shoreline is wide, the waves are great for a quick dip, and the vibe is always lively. There are lots of shacks offering good food, refreshing drinks, and music that keeps the energy high throughout the day.

Anjuna Beach, located in North Goa, is a popular destination known for its stunning natural beauty and white sandy shores. It offers a range of activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat rentals, bungee jumping from an 80-foot tower, paragliding, and windsurfing. The beach is famous for its full moon beach parties during New Year and Christmas and attracts both domestic and foreign tourists.
Anjuna Beach!!! Lovely beach, good vibes U will find good beach shacks U can enjoy sunset here Clean water, U will find shells, colorful stones, pebbles here, u can take it home for memories Good place to enjoy sunset and party !!!

Great beach to enjoy a peaceful evening and stunning sunset views. The waves come very close to the shore, which makes it scenic but not very safe for swimming. Best time to visit is during pleasant weather, as it’s not recommended in the monsoon due to strong tides. Perfect for sunset photography, relaxing walks, and soaking in the coastal vibes.
Hardik V — Google review
I recently visited this beach with the hope of enjoying a relaxing day by the sea, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite disappointing for several reasons. The beach feels extremely congested. The number of shacks, restaurants, and bars set up right along the shoreline leaves very little open space to actually enjoy the beach or its views. There's hardly any breathing room, and it’s difficult to find a peaceful spot to sit and relax. It seems like every inch of the beach is commercialized, which seriously takes away from the natural charm and openness you'd typically expect at a beach. Another downside was the constant pestering from locals trying to sell water sports activities. While it's understandable that water sports are a part of the beach economy, it becomes frustrating when you’re approached every few minutes, even after politely declining. It really disrupts the peace and makes it hard to enjoy your time. Most of the restaurants and beach shacks are quite overpriced, especially for the quality and portion size offered. Even basic refreshments or snacks are charged at premium rates, which seems to be targeting tourists rather than offering fair value. If you're planning to spend a day here, be prepared for high prices without necessarily getting a premium experience.
Ganesh B — Google review
I went to Anjuna beach early morning and evening. I would say if you need less crowd and play in water it’s better to go in the early morning around 6.30Am and If you need good music and enjoy drinks then go in the evening!
Apoorva B — Google review
Anjuna Beach has a unique charm — a perfect blend of rocky coastline, calm vibes, and bohemian culture. It’s the ideal spot if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the busier beaches in Goa.

Take the main road and not the roads which goes from the village. We almost got lost out in nowhere the Google maps can be wrong in such a place. So take the road which are used by most peoples. The beach was very pretty. Saw the most beautiful sunset.
Christina A — Google review
Not a clean beach. Other beaches like Calangute are better. Baga is also good but too much of crowd. These are all in North Goa
Archana K — Google review
Rocky choppy waters. Very Less crowded compared to Baga. Avoid Speed boat Ride there which is a loot. Be careful going to the beach from Baga or Calangute if you are drunk. Police check point near Anjuna police station which is marked up in the map. Pay attention to where you park or may have to take a long walk . Good location for photo shoots.

Visited the beach at night and it was spectacular. They have multiple beachfront restaurants and clean and well maintained surroundings. They have placed beautiful night lights decorations to make beach look good for night life. Only downside was 500rs for parking at night which was ripoff.

Britto's Restaurant & Bar is a popular family-friendly eatery that has been dishing out traditional Goan dishes for years. With multiple branches in Goa, Britto's is celebrated for its delectable Goan fare, fresh seafood, and creative cocktails. The Baga outlet is particularly renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and quick service, making it a favorite among both tourists and locals.
Honestly its my second time going to this place. It’s pricey now but the food is sooooo good. Lobster 110/10, golden king prawns 10/10 , mousse pastry 111/10 . We even ordered the virgin mojito and refreshing orange drink with chia seeds it was very good. Drool worthy food with a very scenic view of the Baga Beach . Loved the whole experience!

We were very hungry after a long day on the road in Goa, and we heard of this place being good for seafood and offering vegetarian meals. It was placed on a beach, which was a tourist attraction, but was slightly dirtier than other beaches I’ve visited. The seafood, especially the Goan fish curry and the seafood pasta, was delicious, definitely worth a try. The mushroom pasta and other vegetarian dishes were great. If I had one specific critique, it was that the seating area was a bit too sandy.

Lovely place by the Baga beach with all the hustle buslte!! Cool interior and lots of space 😎 Food is good 👍🏻 Coffee is served in cups and tea is served in mugs! The service was prompt and the servers were able to explain the contents clearly. Washrooms are available however parking can be an issue as the road is narrow and one will have to park on the common beach parking. Using Wheelchair can be a bit tricky as the floor is all sand.

⭐ Crowded but Worth Every Second! ⭐ Despite the heavy crowd, this place absolutely delivered! The crab and squid were outstanding, bursting with fresh flavours, and even the salad was on point. The beer paired perfectly with everything — truly a satisfying combo. A big shout-out to the amazing service guy who went above and beyond — from making sure we were comfortable to even checking that our shoes stayed safe when the waves came under the table! Hospitality like that is rare and deserves appreciation. The only downside? Washrooms were average and not well-maintained. But apart from that, the experience was fantastic. Great food, great vibe, and unforgettable service.

🦀 Britto's, Baga Beach: The Quintessential Goan Shack Experience Britto’s is an iconic establishment on Baga Beach, delivering the quintessential Goan shack experience with a side of legendary seafood. Located right on the sands, it offers a vibrant, lively atmosphere where you can dine with your feet literally in the sand or enjoy a sunset view from a spacious table. The main draw is the fresh seafood. A must-try is their famous Seafood Platter, loaded with the catch of the day, or the Stuffed Crab, a rich and flavorful Goan classic. Their menu is vast, extending beyond Goan cuisine to Continental and North Indian, but the local seafood dishes and meat items like Pork Vindaloo are the true stars. Despite being perpetually crowded—a testament to its popularity—the atmosphere is genial, often featuring live music or karaoke in the evenings, adding to the festive beach vibe. While service can occasionally be slow during peak season, the combination of excellent, authentic Goan food and the incredible beachfront setting makes Britto's a mandatory stop on any North Goa itinerary. Would you like to know the approximate cost for two people at Britto's, or are you interested in a similar review for another iconic Goan restaurant, like Martin's Corner?

If you’re hitting Baga Beach in Goa, Britto’s is an absolute must-visit. The vibe here is spot on — chill beachside seating with a great mix of indoor-outdoor options that let you soak in the sunset while you dig in. The food? Consistently on point. Whether it’s the butter garlic prawns or the tandoori specialties, everything tastes fresh and packed with flavors that make you want to keep coming back. Service is smooth and friendly, no waiting forever or feeling rushed. They’re clearly well-trained and keep things efficient, which I really appreciate given how busy this place gets. Prices are totally fair for the quality and location, plus their portions don’t leave you hanging. All in all, Britto’s nails it with great food, solid service, and an atmosphere that’s lively but not overwhelming — perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying family time. If you’re in Goa, skip the second guesses and put this place on your radar. Happy vacationing! Follow me on Instagram: @healthy_techguy

Greek restaurant
Restaurant
Thalassa is an upscale Greek taverna located in Vaddy, Siolim, offering scenic water and sunset views from its outdoor tables shaded by palm trees. The restaurant was established in 2006 by Mariketty Grana and her son Spiro, known for their warm Greek hospitality. Guests can enjoy top-notch services and amenities including complimentary internet access and airport transportation services. The resort also provides complimentary parking for guests with their own mode of transport.
📍 Thalassa Goa – Where Every Sunset Turns Into a Celebration | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thalassa in North Goa isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an emotion that captures the true essence of Goan celebration. Nestled near Vagator Beach, you don’t need an address to find it—just follow the rhythm of laughter, music, and joy that fills the air. The ambiance is spectacular, with stunning sea views, open-air seating, and fairy lights that create a dreamy festive vibe. Every evening here feels like a carnival. Asia’s finest belly dancers take center stage, while aerial acts and fiery flame shows light up the night sky. Live music flows through the crowd, making it impossible not to sway along. The energy is infectious—vibrant people from around the world come together to celebrate life the Goan way. Booking in advance is essential; we made our reservation a month ahead for the office season. During peak time, last-minute tables are nearly impossible to get. The price is around ₹2500 per head, fully redeemable on food and drinks—and every penny feels worth it. The food is fantastic—Greek and Goan flavors blend perfectly—and the cocktails are pure art. Thalassa doesn’t just serve meals; it serves memories you’ll cherish forever. 🌅🍹💃

So they have cover charges and you can feel it to be new caste system - but then who's not doing it. Food was ok..nothing special. Service was good, waiters were receptive and fulfilled the order in decent time. Coming to atmosphere - yup performances were great, a lot of Instagram worthy stuff

Our evening at Thalassa turned out really good, but the start was quite frustrating. The person who seated us wasn’t in uniform and looked more like a random guest than staff. He made us wait almost 20–30 minutes, and then took us to a table squeezed in between two others. It felt very uncomfortable, especially when you’re paying 8–9k for a night out. When we asked for a better spot, his reply was “be open minded” – honestly not the kind of response you’d expect. After a lot of back and forth, he finally gave us a proper table, which was much better. From there, things picked up. The food was tasty (a little overpriced, but that’s expected here), and the live show was absolutely fantastic. Great music, amazing performances, and the male belly dancer really stole the show, he was the star of the night! So yeah, a rocky start but in the end we had a memorable evening.

Nice pub to visit, I have visited with my kids and they enjoyed the food, it was too good and they have lots of options to choose from, so the place I recommend for singles, couples and even the family, they should have a kids play area too as I have seen lots of family have visited with their kids, Live performances have increased the enjoyment and the overall ambience was very good, only I didn't like is the chairs, it's like old wooden chairs and it was not comfortable. You can spend 4 to 5 hours easily. They are charging 2000 per person on entry for those who are booking the table, first i think it was too high as we were 7, but then after I was satisfied so I fully recommend the place. I have enjoyed the Live show, food and ambience and chocolate Bakhlava.

🌊 Beachside Club with Greek Flair – A One-Time Experience This club is located right on the beach and features a Greek-themed restaurant. It offers a wide selection of liqueurs, diverse food options, live performances, and loud party music that creates a vibrant atmosphere. 🕘 Entry begins around 8:30 PM, with performances kicking off at 9:30 PM and continuing until 12:30 AM. Table bookings start at ₹3,000, which can be redeemed against food and drinks. However, guests who book tables at 8:30 PM must vacate them by 11 PM, and orders for those tables are accepted only until 10:45 PM. After 10 PM, most people leave their seats to enjoy the performances up close. 🎶 The vibe, DJ music, and energetic hosting make the night memorable. That said, the food quality is underwhelming—especially for vegetarians. If you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, consider dining elsewhere and entering with the ₹1,500 standing entry around 10 PM. 📌 Overall, it's a "once-in-a-lifetime" kind of place—worth visiting for the experience, but not something you'd return to often, especially since the performances remain the same each night.

Regret regret regret going here. Had been to the older thalassa at Vagator and had loved it. This time a friend recommended to this new one to celebrate a birthday. We paid 20,000 for entry with a table. It was a Saturday night and was decently empty when we entered. Some weird 10 ft big teddy bears were dancing. The place is big and basically a non ac tent. It started getting crowded by 10. And the crowd was really really bad. They were allowing stags for 1 k or 2k. And the whole place was filled with young boys with high testosterone. They were climbing on the table, smoking hookahs standing on tables, spraying champagne on other people. I just don't know what to call this type of crowd. I actually felt I was in a cheap shady joint. The entertainment was continously on abs was like a circus. There was some guy doing belly dance and it got disgusting when some guys from the crowd started putting 500 rupee note in their mouths and the belly dancer started putting his mouth on theirs to take the money. The staff also mixed up our birthday cakes and got us with someone else's name on it. Everything is overpriced too. Overall never ever going to this place again and wasted 20k. If you loved the old thalassa don't even think of going to this one.. There are so many better places in Goa you would enjoy, atleast I would.

Unforgettable Greek Vibe & Show-Stopping Entertainment! Thalassa is, without a doubt, a mandatory experience in Goa. It's not just a restaurant; it's a celebration! We visited right before sunset and managed to snag a table with breathtaking views as the sun dipped over the river and the sea. The white, Greek-inspired decor combined with the stunning natural backdrop creates the perfect, vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere that is genuinely perfect for all groups—whether you're with family, friends, or on a romantic night out. The highlight of the evening, as expected, was the phenomenal entertainment. The traditional Greek dances, including the energetic Sirtaki and Zorba, were an absolute spectacle, followed by a thrilling fire show and other captivating performances like belly dancing. The energy from the performers is infectious and gets the whole crowd involved. While the entertainment and ambience steal the show, the Greek cuisine and cocktails are delicious. Be sure to make a reservation well in advance, especially if you want a prime sunset spot! It’s on the pricier side, but the sheer vibe and unforgettable evening you get in return make it completely worth the money. A must-visit destination in Siolim!
Akshat J — Google review
If I can give a rating in minus, I would, but alas. This place is a loot and a scam. The staff is extremely unhelpful, rude and arrogant, almost as if they own the place and the customers don’t have a space here until they are paying more than 50k. We booked our table more than 2 weeks ago, then when we reached they increased the price from what was mentioned earlier, we paid anyway. When we finally entered the restaurant after much wait, they offered us a table inside a small room where there were spiders in the room, unhygienic. Of course, we argued about it, but the other choice was a table inside the outer area where there was no fan. We were 7 people, and they joined two unmatched tables for which made it extremely difficult for us to sit. Btw we paid more than 21k. We tried to sit in the main area, which was the only space well lit up, with music and with fans but even the waiters are trained to not even offer you a menu card if you sit in a table they haven’t assigned. We gave up of course and sat in the room. We had a spider in our table, no lights in the room, except for some dim table lights. They took more 20 minutes to give basic water bottle. So if you are wondering if you should spend your money here to watch Dharmesh, I would suggest, you should rather watch his Instagram reels, save your self respect and some money because this place is a clear example of class hierarchy in our society, and scams in tourism industry.

Las Olas - Bollywood Beach Club is a vibrant beachside cafe with a hip atmosphere and regular DJs. It offers a diverse range of international cuisines, including Seafood, European, Lebanese, Indian, Chinese, Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, and Continental. The venue features three sections: an outside beach area that closes at 1am without coverage charge and two indoor sections requiring a coverage charge. The club is known for its lively Bollywood music starting at 11pm until 6am.
Located right on Baga Beach, Las Olas is an excellent spot for partying, offering a lively ambience and well-designed lighting that sets the mood perfectly. The venue features both a covered outdoor seating area with a view of the beach and an indoor space, making it versatile for different preferences. We visited on a Saturday night, and as expected, the place was buzzing with energy. If you enjoy Bollywood music, this is the place to be—the DJ was fantastic and kept the crowd grooving all night. Be prepared for a super crowded atmosphere, especially after midnight when the indoor space transforms into a full-blown dance floor. Food & Drinks: We ordered a pizza, which was delicious, paired with red wine and Long Island Iced Tea (LIT). Both the food and drinks were satisfying, and despite the crowd, the bartenders were impressively quick, minimizing wait times. Ambience & Crowd: The ambience is one of the highlights of Las Olas. The outdoor area offers a relaxed vibe with beach views, while the indoor section becomes a high-energy dance hub. However, the venue tends to get overly crowded by midnight, making it challenging to find space to move, let alone dance comfortably. Service: The staff were polite and courteous despite the rush, and the bartenders managed to keep the service efficient—a big plus in such a packed venue. Areas for Improvement: While the energy and vibe are great, the washrooms are a major drawback. They’re insufficient for the crowd size, leading to long queues, and the cleanliness needs significant improvement. Additionally, it’s advisable to arrive early, around 10 PM, to secure a good spot and avoid the chaotic rush after 11 PM. Overall Verdict Las Olas is a fantastic place for Bollywood music lovers and anyone looking for a vibrant party spot on Baga Beach. However, the overcrowding and washroom situation could be better managed. If you can handle the crowd, it’s worth experiencing for the great music, food, and drinks.

Worst Club Experience in Goa – Avoid Las Olas at All Costs! This was by far the worst clubbing experience I’ve had in Goa. They charged us ₹10,000 for a table, promising a premium experience, but delivered absolutely nothing close to it. There was no one attending the table, and placing an order took over 20 minutes, only for the drinks to arrive another 30 minutes later. The staff is arrogant and extremely unprofessional, with one person juggling multiple tables and clearly not interested in providing any kind of service. To top it off, they label all tables as “reserved” to create false hype, but once you’re inside, you’ll notice most of them are empty and just kept that way to trick people. We were given a corner table, clearly because we were stags, even though there were several better ones available right in front. It’s clear they discriminate based on group type, and once they’ve taken your money, they couldn’t care less about your experience. Las Olas is all about fake vibes, overpriced tables, and pathetic service. You’re better off partying literally anywhere else in Goa.

Las Olas is a must-visit Bollywood club in Goa.. truly one of the oldest and most legendary ones around! We make it a point to come here at least one night every time we’re in Goa. There are many places that play Bollywood music now, but Las Olas has really kept up with the times and upgraded well. The music system is great, the food and drinks are solid, and the prices are much more reasonable compared to the newer clubs. They’ve done a nice interior upgrade too, which gives it a fresh vibe while keeping that classic energy. Make sure to reserve your table in advance if you want proper seating. The club’s right on the beach, so post-party walks by the sea are just perfect. Parking can be a bit tricky, and there’s a short walk from the main lane to the club, but it’s totally worth it. Overall, still one of the best Bollywood party spots in Goa!

Las Olas stands out as a genuine surprise in the lively environment of Tito’s Lane. While the area is often characterized by a young, high-energy crowd seeking a "Thailand-like" nightlife experience, Las Olas offers a distinctly more refined and decent alternative. This is arguably the best nightclub in the area for those seeking a good crowd and high-quality experience without the usual cheap thrills. Beyond the main club, the establishment wisely caters to all preferences, featuring tranquil beachside shacks and a dedicated, peaceful outdoor dining area. The value proposition here is exceptional given the prime location. The drinks are solid, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a running happy hour promotion offering one free beer with the purchase of one—a welcome steal considering the generally high prices in this vicinity. Furthermore, the food is quite reasonable for the cost. A highlight from the menu that cannot be missed is the Tandoori Pomfret, which is truly excellent. Las Olas offers a balanced, enjoyable night out for a mature and discerning crowd.

After a string of disappointing nightlife experiences, Las Olas was a refreshing breath of sea air. Right on the beach, this place nails the perfect Goan vibe — great music, amazing cocktails, and a crowd that knows how to have fun without getting unruly. The seating is spacious and well laid out — no drama, no hidden charges, and definitely no random rules about who sits where. The staff is attentive, courteous, and actually knows what they’re doing (what a concept!). You get your value — not just in terms of food and drinks, but in overall experience. The live music and beach breeze just elevate the mood, and everything from lighting to sound to service feels thoughtfully done. If you’re looking to party in Goa but still want a place that gets the basics right — Las Olas is a solid pick. It’s what places like Titos used to be. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Highly recommend. Great vibe, better service, no drama.

The music was crazy. I like their inhouse touch to the music they are playing. Adding the bells sound. The day i visited it was their anniversary. Overall a good experience.

Bollywood Theme Night - awesome experience! Guy at the reception said 5k per couple, guy on phone said 4k per couple. This is not how people should behave.

Pineapple Villa by Raddish is a charming eatery situated alongside a river, offering a delightful fusion of Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisine. The restaurant provides an inviting atmosphere with its organic and floral surroundings. Patrons can enjoy delectable dishes that not only taste great but also include healthy options. The menu boasts an array of snacks and mains to satisfy various cravings. The bar offers a wide range of drinks skillfully mixed by the talented bartender, Mr. Ravinder.
We had a great meal here, the pork chops were amazing. The ambience was great even though there was only two groups dining when we arrived. The staff were really good. Highly recommend.

Had lunch here with friends. Many options available and drinks also available. I felt like I could recommend food and drinks. Easy accessible location. Order through the online but I recommend that you ask the boy to take order ahead. If you are looking for a nice ambience and spice-less restaurant I recommend this restaurant and you can ask for more spicy food if you want.

We visited for the first time and had an outstanding experience—the food was absolutely delicious, and the service, especially from the amazing Vikas and Dinesh (the Russian dudes), was exceptional. We’ve enjoyed it so much that we’ve been coming back three nights in a row for dinner. The food remains consistently delightful, and the service is truly top-notch.

Ohh this is heaven. Went there for after after party at 4 AM and it was still packed! It was my second time visiting and it never fails to amaze me. Pro tip do not bring 4-wheelers here. Prefer scooters as the road to Shiva Valley is very cramped and the parking is crunched!

My experience at Shiva Valley was kickass. I went to this place for the New Year party and the vibe was amazing. In food, I loved their Kingfish and chicken chilli, also their drinks were not that expensive so its totally worth the hype.

one of the oldest beach shacks with trance parties on Tuesdays. the atmosphere is super relaxed, all the declared DJs played 100 out of 100. nice decoration, the sound is loud enough to dance even on the beach. the sunset was incredibly beautiful. didn't really like the food, but everything else was very fine! If you want to have fun and dance from the heart, I recommend to look here.

Shiva Valley is a hidden gem in the heart of Goa! The ambiance is chill and psychedelic, perfect for a laid-back evening. The food is amazing, with a great selection of veg and non-veg options. But what really sets this place apart is the vibe - it's like a spiritual haven, with great music and a sense of community.
