One of the worst hotel in terms of cleanliness and food. There were cockroaches. Bathroom and wash area was unhygienic. Don't know how come such a unclean hotel is running near a temple. Food quality cannot be justified for the amount charged.

Tried lunch at this veg restaurant in East Nada of Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple. The meal was served in a traditional vazhayila, which was a nice touch, but overall it was just average. For ₹120, it didn’t feel like good value for money. The service was okay, but nothing exceptional.

As I had not tasted the food this time I can not review the same, because the behaviour of the staff was sufficient enough for me to just leave.. we went to have breakfast and we were near a table which was not clean.. so I asked the cleaning staff who had just cleaned the table near me, he acted as if he didn't hear me and tried to go past me, I again asked them but they didn't give a heed to my requests and left, then I asked another staff he also acted as if he is deaf. I went to complain at the billing counter and there were two ladies who on listening to my complaints just made faces, giving odd expression and laughing.. Been to so many Eateries but this was the worst one can go. . Not at all clean.. filthy.. Rude staff to top it all

Visited this hotel near Guruvayoor and tried their Poori Masala, Vada, and tea. The food—Poori masala and vada—was just okay, nothing special. Unfortunately, the tea was really disappointing and didn’t taste good at all. The cleanliness of the place was decent, but nothing to write home about. One major issue was parking; it was difficult to find a spot because taxis were constantly parked right in front of the hotel, making it inconvenient for guests. Overall, would say it’s average—might work if you need a quick bite, but don’t expect anything great, especially with the tea and parking situation.

Average vegetarian hotel near guruvayoor east Nada. Customer service is not bad but the quality of food is just average, and cleanliness is not up to top notch. During our visit there is no water in the hand wash area this will be a little disappointing.

Visited there on September, they have a huge price difference in their Ac section and other section. Different menu with very huge price difference is given. Felt overpriced. Service and cleanliness is good on the Ac section. When it comes to the cleanliness, service and everything to the normal section. There is a drastic change. Staffs having two different manner to people in their Ac and non Ac sections

The potato masala component of the masala dosa is being prepared with MAIDA. If you care even a little bit about your health, then definitely not. I would advise against visiting this restaurant, after the blessings from Guruvayoorappan.

Saravana bhavan is a chain of restaurants based in Tamil nadu,GCc amd manyother countries. But this one isnt from them might be the owners are related. They are right outside the east Nada. They have veg meals and descent selection of Indian sweets

We traveled all the way from Mumbai .Once we had a seat at the restaurant, a banana leaf was put at our table without being asked what was needed. We (myslef along with my mom) assumed it was Sadya. The guy randomly started putting the condiments to which we asked if mangacurry(mango pickle) will be served or not and then, the staff behaved super rudely stating mango curry is only for sadya and you are being served MEALS. We never requested for MEALS in the first place and they assumed so.. This spoiled the whole experience of sadya(which was not served anyway) Food was not top notch as well.. Sambhar and pineapple pachadi was better compared to other dishes, parippu being a nightmare.

I was a regular visitor in this restaurant when i used to visit Guruvayur. At that time the food was delicious and the staffs were too good. Now what happened i donno the quality of food get reduced and moreover i feel the staff attitude was so poor.. Ac was not working.U were so good guys.. Better correct yourself..

THE WORST RESTAURANT IN GURUVAYOOR IS THE SURABHI RESTURANT OF ELITE. YEARS BACK IT WAS GOOD. TODAY I HAVE VISTED THERE AND THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. 1) CHAPPATTI/ KURUMA ORDERED. CHAPPATTI IS COLD LIKE ANYTHING. SEEMS TO BE MADE IN THE MORNING AND SERVED AT NIGHT.ITS JUST LIKE A PAPER. 2) COFFE HAS GOT A SOUR TASTE, WAS THERE. 3 ) Unhygienic CONDITION with lots of HOUSE FLIES. WHEN I TOLD ALL THESE TO THE MANAGER, HE STOOD INFRONT OF ME LIKE A CRIMINAL. DON'T GO THERE. WORST AND WASTE

Food is good and tasty. But slightly over priced. Needs to improve the hygiene part. Last year when I visited saw a rat running under the table. This time when we went, hygiene improved a lot. Still needs some more improvement, especially in the wash area. Food quality and quantity is good.

Ok ok kind of place. We went for dinner around 8 and only available option was masala dosa and ghee roast. Taste was ok but the service can be improved. Made me run around several times for card payment!

The word pathetic doesn't even do justice to the kind of services they provide here. It is that BAD! We went to have a simple lunch here as Indian Coffee House generally is a popular eating point, we were served a bland, substandrd meal in the name of a South Indian meal. Can you imagine Sambar without the most important ingredient vegetables in it? That is what they served! The waiters/ serving staff also looked bored and not interested in customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting the Guruvayur Temple.

The food was ok, but not exceptional. The property has a old feeling, in need of some maintenance. On a Monday afternoon, we were the customers. The Biryani we ordered was ok, quantity was good. Pricing decent, and preferred for non-veg options. They also have a poolside bar. Plenty of parking available.

I had the Sadhya food and what an awesome experience. You name it and the flavour was there on my plate. All items were cooked perfectly. 16 to 18 items, two different payasam were icing on the cake just too good. Only thing I was disappointed was they refused to carry me out straight to a comfortable place... Was too full to move from my seat. But they offered me a better solution, gave me a glass of mouru to drink, it just settled/balanced my tummy. Just Awesome

It's located inside the Sopanam hotel. I walked there expecting pool side seating for food, but pool side seating is for bar customers only. Serving decent food.

Not happy with the service here. We went for dinner and were asked to wait for 45 mins for a simple dinner order. Apparently the kitchen is shared with it's bar and hence their priorities seemed clear on the service foe the simple veg dinner at the restaurant
