The Royal Saskatchewan Museum, established in 1906 and located near the Saskatchewan Legislative Building, is a natural history museum that showcases exhibits on Canadian culture and natural history. With a focus on Saskatchewan's flora, fauna, prehistoric history, and First Nations heritage, the museum offers various galleries to explore. Visitors can learn about the province's geological history, mineral resources, ancient reptiles, dinosaurs, and extinct creatures at the Earth Science Gallery.
Visited last week and had a great experience! The exhibits were well-organized and educational. I especially appreciated the section on First Nations history — it was respectful and informative. A must-visit spot to learn about Saskatchewan’s rich natural and cultural heritage

A perfect blend of Science, Marine Biology and First Nation History one can find at this place. The two storey building displays wide range of prairie animals, birds and unknown facts about Dinosaurs and theory of their extinction. A place filled with so much knowledge and appreciation about this grasslands and their importance in our ecological I system. Key Notes : 1. Advanced booking won't be necessary as the front end staff are super helpful and respectful. 2. Entry hall has a coat room as well as rest rooms for adults and kids. 3. Ground floor covers a giant dinosaur skeleton and ways in past wherein First Nation people shared special bond with the animals and their seasonal food options. 4. Second floor has a wide range of seasonal and residential animals, birds and reptiles. 5. The museum also has elevator and staircase. 6. Ground floor has this tiny souvenir shop.

A beautiful museum; everything is very well preserved and in perfect condition. There aren't just dinosaurs, but also all kinds of stuffed animals, exhibits about indigenous peoples, and some world history. I really enjoyed it!

Entrance fee was by donation of your choice, which was very kind to offer. Well laid out museum that you can get through efficiently. Was surprised that it houses the largest TRex discovered in the world found in 1991 I. Saskatchewan! Fun fact!

One of my favorite museums ever! I wish I had more time. The dioramas are absolutely stunning. You see and hear the environment and feel it. You can't miss Scotty the largest t-rex in the world.
Nadine R — Google review
The Museum preserves the aged foundational history of Canada. A combination of written, pictorial, trades, communal life, regions, animals and the people etc. The people lived very simple lives guarded and guided by their beliefs some of which are obedience, trust, care, shared knowledge etc. it's beautiful place for the entire family to visit. I wasn't able to mop up 70% whilst there, so I'll plan another visit soon. The staff were courteous. The environment was peaceful and just across the Museum, there is a big park with a water front.

It was real fun ,great place which kept the depth understanding of wildlife and culture. Skeleton of real dianasour is stunning. Just love this. Strongly recommend for families with little ones.

The Kramer IMAX Theatre at the center features 3D films that take viewers on immersive journeys through time, space, and underwater adventures. Great exhibits and hands on activities for children. Plenty of parking and your ticket is good for the entire day, so you can leave for lunch and come back later on. Lots of walking trails and a skate park up the street. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for something to do with your children. You’ll learn a lot about Sask history here. One young helper - probably early college aged - pointed out the snails in a water tank and helped my kiddos with some experiments, I didn’t catch his name but he was very helpful.
Kevin W — Google review
Delightful experience if you have kids and even adults can learn a thing or two. My family had lots of fun and were glad to see the new exhibits. The space is showing its age just a bit but the overall experience is still fun, fun, fun. Everybody appeared to be enjoying themselves. Definitely recommended.
James W — Google review
Me and my wife went here yesterday for my birthday celebration and we were so happy with everything. There’s a lot of fun things to do! So if you have kids, they’ll probably enjoy spending their day here. Washrooms are very clean and very educational place.
Stef — Google review
We spent almost 2 1/2 hours here and probably could’ve done more. Some of the displays were meh, but most were very educational and fun to experience hands on. We found the third floor most exciting but were pretty tired by the time we discovered it. One disappointment was the hours of the envirolab, which we missed seeing. Perhaps if they were advertised better (maybe even just by the front desk staff), we might have been able to enjoy it. If you’re looking for some quality family time, and it’s within your budget, I’d recommend visiting.
Candace D — Google review
Kids had a great time. It has been at least a year since our last visit, and I love that they had new things mixed in with the classics. There has always been the bubbles and the hot air balloon, etc but now there is a water station, which was a huge hit and several other additions. If I'm going to be super picky, the only downside was that there was nothing to dry hands on after the bubbles and/or the water station (another place we visited with a water station had hand dryers along the wall which was great for drying hands and clothes after water fun. I think this would be a nice addition) That being said, the bathroom isn't far to go to get cleaned up. Lots of photo opportunities. We were able to spend several hours there, which was perfect for a rainy day!
Amanda A — Google review
Seems over priced for what you experience overall but my daughter loved seeing the reptiles and the play areas, especially the water table! Hopefully more will be added to make the experience worth the $65. We also wanted to get something for our daughter at the gift shop but items are more expensive than the Calgary zoo's gift shop.
Chantel Y — Google review
Very over priced these days for a worn out/broken down experience. We went last October and it was $64 for 2 kids and 2 adults. Went this weekend and $77 now for 2 kids and two adults. Insane price increase and not really worth it in my opinion for how quickly the kids become bored. Lots of stuff is very outdated, worn out or just straight up broken. The outdoor playground really needs a serious updating too. Nothing really new or exciting since our last visit. The Space demonstration at 2:15 was really neat though and the presenter was really fun and engaging - he gets 5 stars the rest of the experience 3 at best. Unfortunately, because of the disappointing experience that is severely over priced, we won't be back again anytime soon.
Whitley — Google review
Saskatchewan science Centre is a wonderful place for kids, there are many science activities for kids. They can do practical by their own. Play area is also there for kids below 12 years of age. There is I max theatre for all the participants. Tickets are of reasonable price if you consider the fun. Neat and clean place. Parking facility is also available. Food court facility is also there. It is full fun for kids and parents.

Wonderful stroll through the museum. The exhibits were stunning and so educational. Love the gift shop too.
Stacey M — Google review
This gallery had such beautiful and unique exhibits. The permanent collection: Whispers from the vault, had a lovely selection of artwork from various Canadian artists, along with the works of visiting artists Ness Lee, Shary Boyle, Laura St. Pierre, Audie Murray, and even one of my long time favourites, Kent Monkman. I took so many photos while visiting the gallery for future inspiration. Everyone was very welcoming, helpful, and obviously proud of their gallery. I will definitely return during my next trip to Regina!

Great gallery! Loved the exhibits that were on. This was a spontaneous decision as we were passing through Regina and I'm glad we stopped.

Visiting art galaries is one of my hobbies while traveling, and I visited many across the globe. This art galary is not worth the visit. The art is random with little explanations, if any. The missing part of this galary is, unfortunately, art!
A E — Google review
The MacKenzie Art Gallery is a hidden gem. Despite its unassuming exterior, the interior experience is truly remarkable. I've been a patron for years and my connections deepened when my child attended the preschool program within the building. I get to explore the art gallery more. Thanks to the generous sponsors, me and my family are able to explore here most of the time for free. Stepping inside reveals a world of lush greenery. And it brings me a sense of peace. The interior also has a glass roof that let's a lot of sunshine in, banishing any winter chill. ITS A Tranquil haven that transcends expectations, making it a must visit for art and nature enthusiasts alike.

Housed in a beautiful building, it has spacious exhibition halls and is equipped with modern technology and mini theatre, apart from a number of art attractions, including those related to First Nation or Metis or Inuit of Canada. Staff is quite helpful. Wish reduction in fee for walk-in visitors.

History Museums
The RCMP Heritage Centre, located in Regina, Saskatchewan, is a museum operated by the non-profit Mounted Police Heritage Centre organization. It showcases the history of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) through exhibits, multimedia presentations, and programs. The main exhibit covers the founding of the RCMP in 1873 and its role in establishing law and order in Canada's west and protecting its north.
Beautiful museum with lots of history and artifacts. The space is beautifully designed and the store near the entrance has a wide selection of Mountie memorabilia and gifts ... it's also not for profit. The staff are genuinely friendly and easy to chat with to learn more about the facility and the history of the RCMP. The RCMP Heritage Centre must definitely be a stop on everyone's Regina visit.
Sam J — Google review
It's a small little "museum" to showcase the RCMP's history. It is not worth a detour but if you're around the area, it doesn't hurt stopping by to check it out. The exhibits are a bit dated and the interactive elements are really just meant for kids. I think the entrance fee is a bit too much for what it is. The gift shop is great though, it has more RCMP related/themed merchandise than any other places.
Pak C — Google review
The RCMP Heritage Centre was truly impressive, offering a fresh and thought-provoking perspective on Indigenous–RCMP relations during the early years of settlement. The exhibits were well-curated, with great displays and an abundance of historic memorabilia that brought the past to life in vivid detail. Unfortunately, a recent storm led to the cancellation of the Trolley Heritage Tour, which we had been looking forward to. It would have given us a unique opportunity to witness the cadets' cavalry drill—a glimpse into the ceremonial traditions that continue to shape the RCMP's legacy.
Elain H — Google review
It is a very historic history museum I really like the Outside of the RCMP heritage Centre with the very open window design and a life size horse in front of the museum. My favourite part of the museum would be the RCMP car game that you can drive and sit inside of it. So much history of the museum of the First Nations and the old RCMP cars and their medals on the wall. I enjoyed the gift shop that offered everything RCMP related and this place has a lot of places to sit down but can get busy from tourists walking around. and relax, it’s definitely worth a visit!
Matthew — Google review
It's not huge but a great place to learn the history of Royal Canadian Mounted Police and super kids friendly. Lots of interactives for kids. If you're not too interested about Royal Canadian Mounted Police, you can totally skip this unless you happen to be around the area and have time to spare. Tickets can be easily purchased at the counter, for adults it's $10.
Sinyee L — Google review
Overall a nice location. There's a number of areas that are roped off so the venue feels a bit small but what's there is of high quality. The driving sims were both broken in some way or another and no out of order signage was posted.

We witnessed many experiences with the New Scooter throughout Wascana Park . Many people were excited and confused about how to pay for the Scooter. Then, experienced the first time on a Scooter plus learn how to ride it. We witnessed husband and wife showing the wife how to balance and ride. Which was cool 😎. There were many groups of people and teenagers gathering together to ride with their groups . The biggest group we seen was East Indians experiencing their first time on a scooter, which was cool. Then, little kids whating to experience the Scooter, but they were too small. We heard many people excited throughout the park talking about the Future of electric vehicles and Scooters . That the future has come to the Capital of Regina.Saskatchewan. Many people were talking about the City of Regina to have a Designated day of only using electronic cars ,bikes, and scooters down town only. So they could experience what the future holds and the savings from not using gas. So get out and experience once in a life time.

Steak house
The Diplomat Steakhouse is a renowned Canadian landmark known for its traditional cuisine and extensive selection of wines and aged cognacs. Situated in Regina, it has earned a reputation as a symbol of fine dining, offering sumptuous steaks and delectable seafood that epitomize culinary indulgence. The restaurant's classic tableside preparation of the Caesar salad adds to its traditional charm, while its array of flavorful steaks showcases quality and tenderness.
We had a party of 12 for a birthday and they gave us a great private size room. It feels like you’re in the study of the clue game. From the owner to the two sons this place is top notch on all levels fine dining. I will make two comments the drinks very well done and made. And the amazing part is the drinks are very very well priced. (Almost to cheap) The second is the level of service you feel like your family. I have not been at the diplomat for years as we moved away and they still treated me by my name and made me feel like I was someone very special. Thank you Diplomat and all staff for making my son’s birthday so deliciously memorable.

Atmosphere was great, everything you expect of a higher end restaurant. Service is good, there are so many servers in this place that take care of everyone. If anyone notices you need water, the glass is full right away. Prices are high, on the steaks it is worth it. The salad my wife ordered was basically 2 cucumbers and a few slices of red onion for a high price and the dressing was not good. If it wasn't for the spectacular Greek rib appetizer we ordered, my wife would have gone away hungry. The steak I had was perfectly cooked and delicious. For people who don't eat steak or seafood, there really isn't much of a selection here. For these people, go to the rooftop next door for a better value and great steaks and spectacular other dishes. I enjoyed my steak, that's a given. Flavor of the Greek ribs appetizer was amazing. If the Greek salad (cucumbers and red onion slices) used the same dressing/topping, then you would have a salad worthy of the restaurants atmosphere. We tried to get this dressing for the salad and were told there was no way. If the salads were improved, taste and variety wise, it would be world class. Given this, I have to give them a B- for a grade.

Amazing staff and delicious food! First time to be at this restaurant, went there with hubby & our 5 year old girl. The atmosphere was very elegant, definitely a fine dining place. We made a reservation ahead of time & was there right at 4pm when they opened for dinner service. Our waitress, I think her name is Ashley was fantastic! For appetizer, we got the kobe carpaccio and it was 👌👌👌. Hubby got the filet mignon, it was initially a bit over to his liking and got replaced with perfection after we mentioned it. I got the red wine braised lamb shank & mmmmm it was heavenly! Little girl got the cheeseburger & fries and it was huge for a kid's menu! She did eat a good chunk of it. For dessert, we got the cherrries jubilee flambeed table side! It was all worth if for the price we paid.

Absolutely outstanding experience at The Diplomat Steakhouse! I went with my wife and son, and every dish we ordered was exceptional — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The interior is elegant and welcoming, creating just the right atmosphere for a family dinner or a special night out. The service was top-notch — attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had.
Mamun P — Google review
For a highly rated restaurant, i didn't expect to have a very bad experience here. A day that's supposed to be special, instead, a pretty dissapointing night. My wife brought me here for my BIRTHDAY to try their TOMAHAWK. Ordered it (medium rare) and it came out looking burnt, tasted like CHARCOAL all the way and pretty RARE inside. I was going to say something but the server wasn't really paying much attention to us. Also ordered that table served Caesar Salad that was always being hyped by people. And NO, we didn't get to experience it being made in front of us, and might have been served with regular Caesar Salad. Service was terrible, eventho it was a slow Sunday night, maybe it was a bad day for the server, i don't know, but everyone deserves the same high quality service and food, no matter who or how the customer look. As a couple who doesn't go out to eat much, and to spends $240++ for a meal for 2, and not get the service and food we deserve is really disappointing. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. I didn't made a fuss about it that day and just go on my day, as i don't to ruin the mood of our date and just said to never come back. And yes we got videos of this experience unfortunately.
Food H — Google review
Food is tasty. Price is great compared to the portions and service. I am glad that I come. Regret if I don't. Will come back if I visit again. Lots of choices on wine.

From start to finish, our experience at The Diplomat Steakhouse was flawless. The ambiance is sophisticated and elegant, perfect for a special night out or an intimate dinner. The staff were professional, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. The steaks were cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and tender—and the sides were equally delicious. Every detail, from the presentation to the service, was top-notch. The drink selection was impressive, with expertly crafted cocktails and fine wines to complement the meal. If you’re looking for a premier steakhouse experience that delivers on quality, service, and atmosphere, The Diplomat Steakhouse is an absolute must-visit!

Indian restaurant
Caraway Grill, located in downtown Regina, is a cozy Indian eatery owned by Chef Parveen Singh. The restaurant offers a variety of tandoori dishes, paratha rolls, and flavorful curries made with the freshest ingredients and aromatic spices. Popular menu items include mutter paneer, korma chicken, and the house-specialty spicy masala lamb. While it can get busy on weekends, the friendly staff and fantastic food make it worth the visit.
We dined in and ordered the lamb biryani and chicken korma. The restaurant was clean, and the servers were polite. However, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations compared to other Indian restaurants we’ve tried. Parking was available, and the restaurant wasn’t busy during our visit. I recommend going there.
Hadi R — Google review
If service had an option for 6 stars, Caraway Grill deserves it. Our server was incredibly attentive, never letting our cups go empty and checking in with genuine care. Every visit, they ask about the spice level to ensure everything is just right, which shows how much they value their guests. We drove two hours just to come back, and it was absolutely worth it. The food is outstanding, the flavors are unforgettable, and the menu is clear and easy to navigate. Caraway Grill combines exceptional service with amazing food..an experience that keeps us coming back.

The atmosphere and service were good , making for a pleasant experience. We had the lamb biryani, chicken ghormeh, and garlic naan. The garlic naan was flavorful and well-made, but the main dishes were fairly ordinary and didn’t stand out much. That said, it’s okay to give it a chance, as the overall experience was decent.

We have been coming here since it first opened!! I have tried almost every dish on the menu too! Their lunch specials are very delicious and filling! Their service is so welcoming and humbling. With myself being East Indian and completely approving the variety of flavours and taste to be on par says a lot on how authentic it really is!

On our first time in Regina, we found this nice Indian restaurant with fantastic food and friendly staff. The Mix Veg pakora (gluten-free), as a free start, which mesmerized me, was so yummy and tangy 😍 Samosa (not gluten-free), Chana masala, and Fish curry were also delicious, as well as the Saffron rice. As a gluten-free person, I immensely enjoyed my dinner. If you did not try this place yet, add it to your must-go list 👍🏻 Bon Appetite!

The cafe offers locally roasted coffee, vegetarian dishes, beer, and wine. The vibrant murals adorning the walls add to the eclectic atmosphere of this cozy spot. Visitors can enjoy a variety of freshly made sweet and savory items such as the wonder bowl with cottage cheese, strawberries, coconut, and pecans drizzled with maple syrup.
Excellent café with lots of vegan and vegetarian food options. The ambiance is great with a beautiful patio for nice summer days. The place has unique character and it is worth the visit.

The cute staff member, April 4th in the evening, was friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the place was good. Rustic in a good way. The chili was not bad, had good amount of spice. The extra chicken wasn't to write home about...even though I'm writing now... it was just bare meat and no seasoning. It worked for me as I mixed it with my chili but in general someone will be disappointed. The coffee was good! Cozy place.

Interesting somewhat unusual menu. Order at counter and pay. It was empty at 6:30 pm on a weekday- the girl at counter delivered our food to the table. Pea soup was good as was the Mediterranean bowl. Not raving about it, but it was a nice spot with character and a decent menu, with lots of choices. I would eat here again. Food seemed homemade and healthy.

13th Avenue Food and Coffee is a quaint establishment in a historic house. It's an adorable space and there's also a patio outside for sunnier days. They have a large menu of various food items and beverages. Lots of variety and the food is quite good. The service however felt very rushed and terse. There was no room for conversation or questions on this day. It certainly felt rushed. The lady also was outwardly upset at a food order pickup driver and was forcefully telling him to go around the outside. If you can overlook the service, 13th Avenue is a great experience! 4 x 🥪🥪🥪🥪

I really wanted to give another chance to this place, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food was below average, and what stood out more than anything was how unfriendly and unprofessional the staff were. There was a noticeable lack of warmth or hospitality. One of the employees seemed overwhelmed and anxious—even though there were only two customers at the time. While I can understand stress in a work environment, the attitude made the atmosphere tense and uncomfortable. To top it off, we noticed that the person ahead of us had been incorrectly charged, which didn’t inspire much confidence in the service overall. We really miss the previous person who worked here—there was a clear difference in energy and care. Sadly, I won’t be coming back. I hope the team here takes steps to improve both the food and the customer experience.

Family came for our grandmother’s 90th birthday. Food took a bit which we expected as it was completely packed, took about an 1hr ish for all appetizers and full meals to be served so pretty good based on how busy it was. We had a great experience, Service was Industry Leading and the best you will find in the city. The atmosphere was great. Some meals you order come with a show, where they lit the food on fire in front of you. The food was great and the portions are very big for the price, definitely could find better food in the city but it would be quite a bit more expensive. Desserts are the best I’ve had in the city, definitely recommend the banana caramel xango. Restaurant is on the more expensive side similar to the Keg but for a fancy upscale restaurant everything is well priced. My Grandmother received a special gift from the owner as it was her birthday, this made this experience even more special. Would definitely come back! And recommend to anyone who wants to have a memorable and tasty dinner with family.

І want to thank this wonderful restaurant for the incredible atmosphere and delicious food. I celebrated my birthday here and we were all very satisfied. The portions were very large, tasty, exquisite, unfortunately we didn't have room for dessert, but I'm sure they were very tasty! I was also surprised by the approach to the guests, they gave me a bottle of champagne with my name on it, it was very nice! This is the place where I want to come back again! Thank you for these pleasant experiences and delicious food!

Great experience dining in Memories Regina. Dine different courses with excellent flavors to celebrate a special occasion with my family. I was really thankful to Sir Thomas for having me a gift. Also, thankful to the staffs who serves us, although i really forgot their names, my bad. I hope someone could thank them for me.

Great experience at Memories during my visit to Regina. Ambiance, taste, presentations were great. Service was good. I would have loved to see a more versatile cocktail menu.

Our servers were Ella and Jackie, both were absolutely amazing! Extremely personable and great energy. The atmosphere is unique, quiet and clean. Just 3 minutes from our hotel. As soon as we entered their premises, we were greeted and waited under 10 minutes with no reservations. The food was out of this world amazing! Greek cuisine is my fav, and it was a pleasant surprise to realize they’re a Greek fine dining restaurant at first glance of their menu - their selections were plentiful, but we went with the October four course meal, and every bite sat well with my palate. Their value is high at a reasonable price for what we received. We chose Memories over all restaurant options due to its positive reviews, and they delivered. Not an ounce of disappointment - Memories has changed my experience with Regina, and I will continue to dine here during each visit! Thank you for making us feel welcomed and important - you’ve done an outstanding job with your service, your people and food!

If I hear another adult complain about teenagers, I'll ask them if they've ever had lunch at Memories. Perhaps they'll think I'm not listening or that I'm changing the topic, but I'll simply let them know that one of the best servers ever works there, and he just happen to be a teenager. I never got the name of our waiter today, but he was competent, fun, and self-aware—a true delight. Yes, the food was tasty, but it's the people who make the Memories. After leaving the restaurant, I saw this statement on a vehicle. It reminded me of something we talked about, so here's the photo. 🙃

Food was excellent, as was the service. Pricey, though. Complete, admittedly fancy dinner for two ran over $200 (with a bottle of wine and a generous tip). All food, including dessert, was better than even high expectations (kudos to kitchen staff) and the service was impeccable: attentive, friendly without being obsequious and intrusive, knowledgeable about the dishes and even mentioning variations based on different regions of origin. A very enjoyable experience all around. (autumn, 2025)

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a night out. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was flawless. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The drinks were expertly crafted, the ambiance was cozy yet lively, and the service was prompt without feeling rushed. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a night out, Memories Dining & Bar truly lives up to its name — it’s a place that creates lasting memories. Absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for amazing food, drinks, and a top-notch experience!

Bar Willow Eatery is an upscale restaurant located in Regina, offering a seasonal menu of Canadian cuisine and a carefully selected wine list. The eatery provides deck seating for guests to enjoy their meals outdoors. Known for its Easter brunch, the restaurant offers a variety of delicious options such as bennies, chicken and waffles, and French toast. Additionally, patrons can indulge in cocktails to enhance their dining experience.
Lovely experience on the patio overlooking the water. Excellent service and the food was good although I was surprised at the small serving size of the street corn. 4 tiny pieces (maybe 1.5") was $12. That's not even 1 full ear of corn. It was very good but to share? Not so much. The nachos were delicious!

I was writing this review while sitting at the restaurant. I was shocked to say the least by the positive reviews when I looked on google cause I had anything but a positive experience. Waiting 20 minutes for my husband and Is water to be filled, the waitress came over once to ask if we were getting food and I said, “give us a minute” which turned into 30 minutes. We had 4 different waiters and waitress yet not one actually did anything. Even the manager and the waitress had the nerve “Bree” to stand behind us to see if we’d tip. For who? She was barely there. We sent photos to other restaurant business owners that we have close contacts to and let’s just say the menu is also laughable and will be spoken about at brunches. This place doesn’t deserve any of its hype and the best experience was leaving. Don’t waste your time which will be 2 hours for frozen food heated up, no water for how long, and 80% of the time you are staring wondering if you should leave. Just awful. I’d rather go to a A&W than this spot. “Must try” yeah more of a “must leave” by the way. The dishes were so dirty, the glasses too, and there was a hair on one of our places along with stains I had to pick off with my nail. Just down right disgusting plus the washrooms were nasty where the garbage was overflowing and napkins were all over the floor. I didn’t get a photo but trust me, it wasn’t clean at all with the toilets being filthy as well. I ended up going to the parks public washroom cause I believed it to be cleaner.

Had dinner at Bar Willow Eatery in Regina with a group of eight. The location is beautiful, with a lakeside patio and a view of the legislative building lit up at night — perfect for photos. Unfortunately, the outdoor setting was affected by a heavy presence of wasps and insects, which took away a bit from the enjoyment. Service was generally fine, though I found the start of the evening disruptive when the server loudly announced the specials to the entire table, interrupting conversations. A more subtle approach would have been appreciated. We also felt rushed throughout the evening. I tried the Aperol Spritz for the first time as they didnt have old fashioned. It it was bitter and not enjoyable. The food itself was delcious. We ordered two charcuterie boards (one meat, one vegetarian) with a nice selection of cheeses, olives, and a standout Saskatoon berry jam. A little more bread would have been appreciated. My steak was well cooked and served with corn and vegetables — a welcome change from the usual sides. The extra jumbo shrimps were well-cooked and seasoned. Others at the table enjoyed burger sandwich, chicken salad, and fish tacos, which were equally well received. Overall, it was a pleasant evening with good food and a fantastic setting, though the insects and the approach to service kept it from being excellent. Next time, I’d likely choose to sit indoors to fully enjoy the experience and hope for improved service.

I had dinner with friends tonight and now I went to this restaurant. This restaurant is by the wascana lake and has a beautiful environment. There are also singers in the restaurant. I ordered a bar burger, which was delicious, but the soup was a bit salty. Overall, I have a good evaluation of this restaurant.

We went as a work group for a weekday lunch. We waited a long time to get our food. Considering there were only four tables at the time. It was pretty slow. We got our food at 12:40 pm. I think we got there around 12:10 the latest. We were sitting outside on the patio at first and we were surrounded by many annoying wasps and we couldn’t eat sit there anymore so changed to the inside. I ordered burger (no addons ) and fries. The fries are really fresh and good. Burger was dry. The addons like (bacon, mushroom , fried eggs etc all cost extra , so I didn’t add any) really not a fan of the burger, I thought how can a restaurant mess up their burger? My coworker added a whole bunch of add ons like mushroom and fried eggs with runny yoke, and cheese , he said it was good. I guess without add ons they are not good. It tastes pretty gamy and dry and hard. Very unimpressive . Other people ordered soup and salad and lake fries they are happy with their food. I then asked my friend who ordered burger here before he said that burger was not good. I am really disappointed. Paid about 27 dollars and i would say A&W ‘s teen burger is much better. Probably won’t return. Also tried their Sunday brunch a while back. It was not good either.

I went here for a solo lunch last Friday. I ordered the Bar Burger with fries ($26) but added bacon ($2) and cheese ($2). For a drink I got an Aloha Temple ($6) mocktail. My coworker warned me that this place had slow service with mediocre food, but I can report that this was not my experience. They were fully booked for indoor dining, but I managed to snag a table indoors for 30 min without inconveniencing anyone. I highly recommend booking in advance, especially if it’s a cooler day. I was immediately greeted and seated within a minute. Staff were extremely attentive, friendly and fast to act. I was in and out in 30 minutes. It felt like a busy restaurant, but staff were methodical. My Aloha Temple was good! My burger was also REALLY good. High quality ingredients, my only wish is that they used a brioche bun. Their burger patty while a bit dense tasted amazing. Easily one of the best tasting in Regina. My fries were seasoned, but I could still tell they’re frozen. I would rate this place 4 of 5 stars due to the very high price point and the quality of the fries. Overall, it was pleasant, just very pricey. And if you like oysters, they fly in oysters once a week directly from PEI.

Very disappointed, it's like they don't know if they want to be classy or a pub.. Do not go if you plan a "romantic" evening for two! I had Steak that was barely warm and quite chewy, was not given a steak knife.. I ate two pieces.. (took the left overs home to grind up and make a beef salad sandwich I guess?) The appetizer was tasty but also cold and should have been hot. My specialty coffee was like warm at best , however the waitress made it right and made a fresh pot of coffee and re-made it for me.. it was good then. Worst Anniversary dinner ever and we paid $177.00 for the two of us.. we definitely will not be back and we will be telling many of our experience.. Thos place definitely isn't worth it.. I will also mention that the ladies bathroom was less than desirable.. cobwebs, very unclean.. yet like they are trying to have an upscale restroom.. whoever owns or managers this establishment should simply be ashamed!

Bar Willow Eatery is such a gem in Regina! The patio overlooking Wascana Lake is unbeatable, and the atmosphere is always so relaxing. The hot chocolate here is rich and comforting - perfect to enjoy by the water. And the lake fries are a must-try, crispy and delicious every single time! Together with the great service and beautiful views, this has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city. Highly recommend!
