Findlay Market is a vibrant and historic destination in Cincinnati, renowned for its diverse array of vendors offering everything from fresh produce to unique ethnic delicacies. As Ohio's oldest continuously operated public market, it boasts over 50 stalls that showcase the region's culinary heritage.
A historic market that has transformed from a weekend farmer’s gathering into a lively indoor marketplace. Lots of variety, from fresh produce to unique shops — even found a handmade wonton spot. Worth a visit if you’re in Cincinnati.
Jacques L — Google review
This place has meats, desserts, produce and even live plants. I recommend going early to avoid the crowd. It seemed to have a very nice traffic flow. It is indoor and outdoor. I hear the bars are very nice as well.
Elijah L — Google review
Findlay Market is truly one of the must-see places in Cincinnati. It perfectly captures the city’s history, culture, and community spirit all in one spot. The moment you walk in, you can feel the charm of the past blending with the energy of today — the old brick buildings, colorful vendor stands, fresh food aromas, and friendly local buzz create an amazing atmosphere. This isn’t just a market — it’s an experience. You’ll find everything from fresh produce, meats, cheeses, spices, and baked goods to flowers, coffee, and handmade crafts. The outdoor stalls and street musicians make it even more lively, especially on weekends when the place comes to life with music, food, and smiling faces. What I love most is that it supports local farmers and small businesses. Every vendor here seems genuinely passionate about what they do, and the quality of products really stands out. Prices are fair, and everything feels authentic and full of character. There are also plenty of cozy cafés and restaurants nearby, making it easy to relax with a coffee after exploring. Parking can get a bit crowded at peak times, but arriving early makes everything smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, Findlay Market is a beautiful mix of history, local flavor, and community warmth. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Cincinnati, this place is absolutely worth the stop! 🌿🧺

There were many shops inside and out. If you're looking for seafood, meat, veggies, spices, and a nice stroll this is the market. There wasn't pressure to purchase from salesman and feeling bothered. There was live entertainment and just an overall great vibe.

adorable and historical! one of my favorite spots to visit in cincy. such a variety of great food, the investment into local food and access in connecting vendors to the community is really amazing to see. if you have the means to do so, why not shop local? i haven’t gotten to try everything yet, but i love blue oven bakery every time. their focaccia is lovely!
Grace L — Google review
Well if you are a foodie and in Cincinnati then it’s a MUST STOP😊🥟🤷‍♂️😉 the people are gentle and kind, music is abound on weekends and definitely stay awhile. Stay hungry my friends!
Rex M — Google review
This place is incredible! They have so much variety and so many different vendors to shop at! My husband and I went on a Saturday morning and it was packed full but the lines went pretty quick. We only had to wait in a few lines for 5 minutes max. Definitely recommend checking it out!
Bryanna M — Google review
Favorite thing to do in downtown cincinnati. I love how there’s fresh produce and meat. Make sure you park close or in Findlay market parking. OTR is not the safest area. We loved our sandwiches for lunch. Water is only free at the bar, everywhere else is 50 cents. I love all the stores, including a vintage clothing store. Such a fun place in Cincy

Museums
The Cincinnati Art Museum, established in 1881, is a historical venue with a remarkable collection of over 67,000 works spanning 6,000 years. It features paintings by renowned European and American artists such as Rembrandt, Rubens, Winslow Homer, and Georgia O'Keeffe. The museum also showcases an impressive selection of Asian, African, and Native American art.
This art museum was awesome! Especially loved the Cincinnati collections but all of the exhibits were well designed and crafted. The employees were extremely kind and helpful as well! Entry to general exhibits is free as well, so it was a great respite from the heat. Buying tickets in advance online allows a small discount to the price of the special exhibits.
Paige P — Google review
Mad Magazine exhibit. I loved it and it brought back a lot of memories , especially as I had bought the paperbacks in the 1970s of the original Mad Comics from the 1950s. Also pictures and descriptions of my favorite Mad Magazine years of late 1960s to Mid- 1970s. The food in the restaurant was good. I got a steak pieces with avocado on mixed greens salad that was pretty tasty. My dad got a grilled cheese and cream of tomato soup from the children's menu and he thought they were pretty good. All the employees were extremely helpful and courteous. Don't hesitate to ask for directions. It is a very confusing maze to find where you're trying to go in this museum.

honestly one of the best art museums i’ve ever been to. FOR FREE! i’ve been here 3 times now, and each experience has been excellent. most recently spent 2 hours here and was able to see most of it! nice gift shop. outdoor courtyard. go on Thursday eves to view the paid exhibits for free!
Skylar W — Google review
Great art museum!! They had some beautiful works and we got to see tje bicycles and farm-to-table exhibits, which were awesome. We spent 4 hours there and didn't see everything. Before heading out, we had lunch at the cafe and sat outside in the gorgeous courtyard. The grounds are gorgeous too - we walked around and admired the landscaping and views of the city. Highly recommend if you visit Cinci!
Heather G — Google review
Beautiful grounds, so peaceful. We were traveling with our dog so I just had 5 minutes to run in and visit the European art section while hubby walked the grounds with the pooch. Breathtaking collection. I wish I had an hour to spend there. Free admission, free parking. Check out the sculpture on the way out.

A beautiful atmosphere, and a terrific collection thoughtfully displayed. Great artifacts from around the globe, and my favorite Van Gough ever! Splendid permanent collection of paintings.

🎨 Cincinnati Art Museum is a stunning, free-to-enter treasure in the heart of the city—offering everything from ancient artifacts to modern masterpieces. While general admission is always free, keep an eye out for special exhibitions, which are well worth the small fee. A perfect spot to get inspired, unwind, and soak in some serious creative energy!

Don't sleep on checking this place out! My sister and I had a wonderful time exploring the many exhibits. We weren't able to see everything during our visit, so we look forward to coming back! Great way to escape the heat and enjoy the arts.

Great American Ball Park is the home field of the Cincinnati Reds and offers more than just baseball. The park features a Hall of Fame museum, interactive exhibits, batting cages, and a playground for kids. It also has a sports bar and hosts various events throughout the year. Built in 2003 to replace Cinergy Field, it boasts unique architectural features like the Power Stacks and baseball-themed mosaics.
I went here for the first time last week and it is an impressive ballpark. There are 2 scoreboards that show different information. There are a wide variety of food and drink selections. Tons of fan interactions and dun animations on the scoreboards. We also got to watch Train performer after the game which was awesome. One thing I did notice that is different from Progressive Field (my home stadium) is that they do not have any drink or food vendors going up and down the sections. Also ut seemed like every time I went to the restroom, there were stalls that ran put of toilet paper.
Anna P — Google review
We enjoy going to GABP so much we plan a trip every year. A full 360 concourse so you can walk all the way around with beautiful views of the river. They have a section outside the concourse with the hall of fame and gift shop outside that allows even more entertainment and fun (it really seems like a party is going on every weekend that we go!) There are plenty of good seating options and food selections. Great for young and old, families and couples and anyone who loves baseball!!

We absolutely love our Reds stadium! There is not a bad seat in the whole place. We have sat next to many visitors and have had so many wonderful conversations about how wonderful our stadium is! The atmosphere is great and the views are fantastic! There is always upbeat music and fun fan interaction. We love our hometown team and love to cheer them on! Go Reds!!! Take us out to the ballgame! ⚾️ Handicapped accessible walkways, elevators, seating and parking.
Jason V — Google review
Very nice stadium. Good sight lines to watch the game and friendly staff. Food choices were decent but not great. I had the Skyline Chili dogs for some local flare and the hotdogs were tiny
Kirk F — Google review
I am rating 2 stars because I bought 4 tickets for the game and included was the Snoop Dogg concert after the game... and the acoustics were horrible for the concert. We had seats down the first base side in the upper deck section 435.The view from our seats was excellent for the game and concert! Once the concert started we couldn't hear any if scoops vocals over the music. It was like his microphone wasn't turned on. We stayed for 3 songs before we just left because we couldn't hear snoop at all! Our entire section and the ones around it all got up and left. Once we hit the main floor level we could hear him a tad bit better but still awful. I got these tickets the day they went on sale for the sole reason of the concert after and we were so disappointed! Do better!!! Do much much better!
Carla B — Google review
Great food! Sad there wasn’t any venders at least in my depot any sections that I saw but food at stands was good and well priced. Parking and atmosphere around the stadium was a good vibe!
H L — Google review
Wide open classic ballpark. Not designed well for daytime summer games as it is HOTTTTT. But evening games spring and fall would be a great time to go. Fans were courteous for opposing fans (Brewers 2025). Food and drink are priced reasonably as well as seats. Cooling fans, Ice Cream, and cold drinks help with the hear of the day. Greaters Ice Cream behind home plate is REALLY GOOD! Get some while you are there!
Jason E — Google review
A great facility to watch a MLB game. All the concessions are expensive. It's location is convenient to downtown restaurants. Getting an Uber or taxi after the game can be an adventure. The Reds staff were all accommodating and pleasant.

The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center is a captivating interactive museum that delves into the harrowing history of slavery in America. Situated near the Ohio River, this center highlights the journeys of freedom seekers who traversed these waters with the help of compassionate abolitionists during and before the Civil War. Visitors can explore an authentic early 1800s slave-holding pen from Kentucky, which serves as a poignant reminder of our past.
I was exploring the museum on my own (and kind of in a rush cause I got here about 50 minutes before closing). I met this wonderful woman Lori Jo, who gave me a quick 25 tour of what we cover together! Absolutely wonderful woman with so much passion about the Underground Railroad Freedom History! I wish I had more time to walk through the entire center with her!

Girl at the front desk with shoulder length braids had the worst attitude. What kind of place like this doesnt accept cash? Probably should mention that. And to thw guy that yelled at my kid for pressing the button on the revolving door to go out on the 3rd floor balcony....maybe dont yell at a kid for something they didnt know... or at least learn how to talk to people in a more kid-friendly or personable tone. Exhibit itself was nice though. Kids enjoyed the videos/theater portion. Nice mixture of art/history/exhibits/etc. Great for kids to learn and observe
Katie G — Google review
This place advertised about being about the Underground Railroad. Other than a movie and an authentic slave pen there was little I saw about the Underground Railroad. Instead the focus was primarily on the issue of more modern day slavery. An important subject and the exhibits were well done. But the Underground Railroad wasn't the main theme.
Dan G — Google review
Wow! Very strong powerful message about slavery and freedom. There are many applications to our society today. They're are 8 movies to see. All our well-done. Most of the staff is very kind. Just a couple grumpy guards. Overall a very positive experience. Just need to be in the right mind-set to absorb all the NURFC has to offer. DO NOT MISS THE GIFT SHOP! This a great place to find really unique gifts.

I recently was here for Fevers Candlelight Neo Soul String event. It was a very nice experience. Comfortable seats. Beautiful ambiance. We sat in row 3 zone A to be up close to the action but there really wasnt a bad seat in the house. The staff was really kind. Ive been here on Juneteenth as well. Its a beautiful place to visit anytime u have the opportunity to attend an event there. Go visit!✨️

The most amazing concert I’ve ever been to in my life. It was so beautiful. I’ve never been to a candlelight concert. It was my first definitely will not be my last. Oh it was top-of-the-line beautiful. I’m a diehard Fleetwood Mac fan I rate it 1000 stars
FLAVORZ T — Google review
Wow this experience was awesome. I got to learn about the history of Kentucky and Cincinnati when it came to slavery. The displays would make some people a little uncomfortable but learning the history and seeing anonymous donations to the museum was an experience. We toured every floor, sat through some short films, toured every area we could. It was worth every dollar for the entrance fee. I got to sit in the pray house and listened to a hymn. Amazing experience. I would definitely visit this again.
Kay B — Google review
Absolutely moving museum. It was so detailed and so worth taking your time. It is so important to see a part of history right in front of you. The staff was wonderful, as well. If you have a few hours to spare in the area, please stop by.

Children's museum
Nestled within the iconic Union Terminal, the Cincinnati Museum Center is a treasure trove of culture and education that beckons visitors to explore its rich offerings. This stunning Art Deco masterpiece, built in 1933 and recognized on the National Register of Historic Places, houses an impressive array of attractions including the Cincinnati History Museum, the Duke Energy Children's Museum, and a fascinating Museum of Natural History & Science. With over 1.
The Cincinnati Museum Center is such a cool spot. The Art Deco building alone is worth the visit; seriously gorgeous and full of vintage charm. We grabbed tickets on Groupon which made it super easy (saved a few dollars), and the exhibits ended up being way more fun and interactive than I expected (even just for two adults). We skipped the kids’ museum this time, but the other areas had so many hands-on things that I’m sure the children’s section is awesome too. We spent about 3–4 hours wandering around and never felt too crowded, even on a Sunday morning. Parking was a easy. Overall, just a really fun, easy, and memorable way to spend half a day.

The museum was stunning. A majority of the exhibits are interactive to some degree which makes it even cooler for adults. The childrens museum is WICKED cool complete with a town; supermarket, house, post office, dump, dentist office ect 🥰🥹 took our 18m.o. our 4y.o. and nana and everyone had a fantastic time. 4 hours very well spent and we probably missed a couple spots. We will definitely be back!

Having our wedding reception at The Cincinnati Museum Center was the most magical decision we made. The venue is beyond stunning — dinner and dancing beneath the iconic rotunda mural is surreal, and guests absolutely loved wandering the museum exhibits during cocktail hour. People were thrilled exploring with drinks and hors d’oeuvres in hand, and the Graeter’s ice cream shop inside was a HUGE hit. But even more amazing were the people: ✨ Jenna, our event coordinator — patient, supportive, responsive, and so positive through every question, change, and walkthrough ✨ Alayna (Catering) and the Head Chef — who customized food across per theme, built a serpent-shaped head table, and turned every idea into reality We had so many moving parts — multiple themes, multiple bars, décor vendors, and guest logistics — and CMC helped execute flawlessly. We are forever fans, and we LOVE our free one-year membership. Best venue, best team, best experience. THANK YOU, CMC!!!
Ruthie M — Google review
Loved this place. So educational. The miniature Cincinnati setup was amazing especially switching from day to night and trolleys, trains, and cars movie. Oh and the plane circling. I was mesmerized. The ice cream sadly was closed. Just a gorgeous structure. Loved that the original doors were still in use and there were other items from long ago that were used. One complaint. The food at the restaurant was simply awful. $17 for a hot dog, chips, and drink. The hot dog was tossed it was just that bad on a cold stale bun with only ketchup and mustard as options. The hog dog was cold. For that alone I won't return. The staff, except one lady who served the tray at the counter, weren't cordial. She was though. Didn't have plain chips so she watched my tray while I was told to go back out of the restaurant and select some and return. I want my money back! Lol. Stay away from the restaurant.
Terri M — Google review
Best membership we ever spent. My kid loves this place. Cup and Pint is great. The guy that works there is the best. Beard envy! Really nice stuff in the gift shop. Don't mind spending money when it's not cheap junk. So glad they are open every day now. Wish they had membership lounge.
Vernon F — Google review
We are so, so lucky to have the Cincinnati Museum Center as a staple of our community. I have been coming here since I was a child — genuinely, for as long as I can remember, I have been learning and growing as a young woman here. The Children’s Museum is amazing for kids, with activities, games, and interactive exhibits. The Natural History and Cincinnati History areas are full of unique topics, local history, interesting exhibits, and more. I LOVE it there. I could spend hours upon hours taking my time to read, understand, and think about everything. There is also an IMAX theater here, as well as rotating exhibits that travel throughout the country. The most recent exhibit I visited was the Pompeii exhibit, and it was wonderfully done. There were historical objects on display to convey the art and culture of the era, as well as pertaining to the disaster specifically. I am so thankful for the Cincinnati Museum Center. I always have loved it there, and cannot wait to continue to see what its future holds.
Katelyn M — Google review
I enjoy my time at the museum. It was very interesting and diverse exhibits. However I believe most adults would rather go during the week when their are fewer children running around.
Julia E — Google review
What a great place to visit. My daughter had the best time, and I even enjoyed myself. My daughter especially wanted to see the Barbie exhibit, and she wasn't disappointed. I have to say myself I even enjoyed it. The cave system was awesome, but there were a few spots where a more rounder person like myself might have a hard time squeezing, though. I was able to do it with a little holding my breath, lol.

Italian restaurant
Sotto is a basement dining spot in Cincinnati known for its austere brick-and-wood interior and inventive rustic Italian cuisine. It has been recognized for delivering an exemplary dining experience with great food, thoughtful service, and an elegant atmosphere. The well-edited menu features high-quality ingredients treated with the utmost respect, and the servers are knowledgeable about wine pairings. One of their must-try desserts is the airy ricotta donuts served with three delicious sauces for dipping.
Took my wife for our 5 year anniversary. This place checks every box! The service was excellent with everyone making us feel welcomed without being overbearing. The food itself was DIVINE and all cooked to perfection! It is a little on the pricey side but it's well worth it compared to other offerings I the city. It's easy to see why Sotto is on open tables top 100 list! Also, safe to say we'll be back!
Ethan D — Google review
After hearing some really good things about this place from locals I made reservations to stop in for dinner and give it a try. I didn’t know what to expect, thus didn’t know it was underground (Sotto means “Under” in Italian). It’s incredibly cozy, intimate, and dark down there with all tables having long candle sticks on them and various tea lights and candles all over to provide ambient lighting. The menu is filled with shareable items, especially a nice list of starters. Their pastas are all made fresh, in-house and have vibrant flavors, with their short rib filled pasta being incredible. Their fire roasted quail was seasoned nicely and cooker perfectly. Branzino is a nice, shareable size and done well too. Save room for dessert, their ricotta donuts were tender and came with some tasty sauces to dip them in. Service was decent, but could be a little more attentive and friendly. I get the feeling they are very popular and busy and know it, so you get what service they deliver. Would I come back? Definitely!

went for a birthday and it was amazing! the burrata was without a doubt the best appetizer i’ve ever had, and the octopus wasn’t far behind. the cappelacci was amazing, a little overhyped it seems but don’t let that statement fool you, it’s still a 5 star dish and absolutely worth ordering. the quail and branzino were both seasoned well and had a very nice spiciness to them. on top of that, ordered a panna cotta for dessert and they took the dessert off the bill for the birthday! zach our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable as well. would recommend to anyone!

We had an incredible experience at Sotto in Cincinnati! Miss Jordan took great care of us — she got us seated so quickly and made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. The food was top-notch from start to finish — especially the chicken liver mousse (rich, silky, and perfectly balanced) and those donuts… absolutely fabulous! Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town.

Great place for Italian food in downtown Cincinnati. Everything was very delicious. Wood fired branzino was awesome in particular. You can’t go wrong with the goat cheese and hazelnut appetizer also. Fantastic presentation with the asparagus as well. Highly recommended you come here.

The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere in the underground restaurant with an open kitchen and sunken wine cellar was so cool!! The staff was all attentive and double checked with the kitchen when unsure about possible issues with my food allergy and found alternatives for me. They had a great wine list and lots of cocktail and NA options. I definitely recommend having a reservation.
Kathryn C — Google review
One of our dinner companions decided to make a surprise reservation at Sotto for my birthday and wow was it a great surprise! We had a bit of a time finding parking but do not let parking deter you from Sotto, I promise it is worth it!! We arrived on time for our 4pm reservation on a Sunday night. Who would have thought they would be packed as soon as they opened, that should tell you how top notch they are! We waited in line, not long at all, and we were seated promptly. We were seated in a booth near the bar. Once seated we were greeted by our waiter, Paxton, and a huge shout out to his knowledge and patience and making our night perfect. We started with a couple of Old Fashioneds and if you are an OF drinker you know you've experienced great, good, bad, worse and sometimes other. Sotto's OF is safe to say one of the great ones. Paxton guided us thru what to expect and was very helpful with all of our questions. We started with the Goat Cheese Hazelnut Honey grilled bread - 5* all the way. Next up was Cacio e Pepe, hubby rated it "best he's ever had" and we all 100% agree. Next was the pork tenderloin with capers, this one we were unsure because nobody in our party was a caper fan but thought we'd venture out and they actually worked with the tenderloin, another hit. Now on to the superstar and highlight of the dinner - TAJARIN CON TARTUFO BLACK TRUPFLE, PARMIGIAN and all I can say is this dish gets an outstanding 10 out of 5*s. Every bite is literally heaven in your mouth, angel hair pasta with black truffle literally makes your mouth water. We had been to Sotto over 10 years ago before we moved to the area and I had this same dish then and have never found one even close to this one and I have no idea how it could top my memory of ten years ago but it has and is now officially my new favorite dish EVER (and one of our companions too)! Finished off with the infamous ricotta donuts with carmel, chocolate and pistachio sauces and they lived up to, and beyond what we expected. Wow, they literally melt in your mouth. I usually take leftovers home but not one thing from this enrirw meal was left on any plate. Paxton was on his game, answered every questioned, never interrupted our personal conversation and was in tune to everything we could want and need. Definitely no words can express how wonderful this birthday dinner was and will always be remembered. If you have not been to Sotto, it is an experience you will never know you are missing until you try. 100% worth the wait, every minute we spent at dinner and every $ spent!!! One of our dinner companions is already trying to set up our next reservation!!

Here’s your polished, professional-quality version of your Sotto review — keeping all your original observations and enthusiasm while refining flow, grammar, and tone. It reads smoothly and naturally for a Google or Yelp post: While visiting Cincinnati, Sotto quickly came up as a must-try spot and it absolutely lived up to the reputation. With a few last-minute calls, we managed to get a dinner reservation, and from the moment we arrived, the experience impressed. Descending the stairs and stepping through a door that feels pulled straight from an old Italian cottage, you’re immediately immersed in a warm, intimate atmosphere. The glow of real candlelight, the rich wood tones, and the cozy layout make Sotto feel timeless. Our server, Paxton, was fantastic attentive, personable, and great at walking us through the menu and making thoughtful recommendations. We started with the Black Kale Caesar, Fettunta, and Oil-Packed Tuna. Each dish was delicious the Caesar had crisp greens with a perfectly balanced dressing and crunchy breadcrumbs, while the tuna served with an egg over toasted bread was a standout. For mains, we ordered the Scottadito (Lamb Rack), Porterhouse, and Pappardelle al Cinghiale, along with sides of Broccolini, Patate, and Asparagus. Everything was incredible. The lamb was so tender and flavorful that it actually changed the mind of someone in our group who thought they didn’t like lamb it was that good. The Porterhouse, sliced and cooked to a perfect medium-rare, was tender and satisfying. The house-made pasta (you can actually see it being prepared in the back) was perfectly al dente, with a delicate sauce that let the wild boar shine. Of the sides, the Broccolini was the least exciting not bad by any means but the Asparagus with Ricotta Salata was flavorful, and the Patate (fingerling potatoes in a salsa verde) completely won me over. I’m still thinking about how to recreate them at home. For dessert, we shared the Dolce (Ricotta Doughnuts), Chocolate Budino, Sorbetti, and Panna Cotta. The Dolce is a highly recommended favorite and was quite good, though not my personal top pick. The Sorbetti was light and refreshing, but the Panna Cotta stole the show delicate, creamy, and beautifully paired with a berry compote. From start to finish, the meal and experience were wonderful. I’ll definitely return and bring friends next time I’m in Cincinnati.

Boca is a high-end restaurant known for its stylish decor, full bar, and menu featuring steak, seafood, and pasta dishes. The location is ideal for theater-goers. Chef David Falk has been with the Boca Restaurant Group for 12 years, where he developed his palate and passion for old-world cuisine. The restaurant offers an Italian/French dining experience with a seasonal menu that includes satisfying pasta dishes, well-prepared fish and meaty proteins.
We finally had our dinner at Boca and it was beyond anything we could have imagined. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and intention. The maître d’, Nicole, was absolutely incredible! She curated our entire experience from start to finish. She gave us the best table in the house, arranged a custom menu with out-of-this-world wine pairings, and ensured every course was flawlessly executed. Every single team member we encountered made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. We were congratulated on our 25th anniversary throughout the evening, offered a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen, and gifted a beautifully framed and signed menu personalized just for us. Nicole and the entire Boca team turned what was already a special occasion into a memory we’ll never forget. This wasn’t just dinner... it was hospitality at its highest level. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

We were in Cincinnati for our anniversary and needed a nice place to dine. We have previously had poor luck finding a location with great food and great service. Reddit suggested Boca and we gave it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere, food, and service. Small plates with excellent flavor. Desert was great too. Highly recommended.

One of the best dinners I have had in a while. I've tried multiple new foods the other night, including caviar and scallops. The staff made the entire experience amazing. They explained the menu in-depth and the flavours with each dish. We ended the amazing dinner with beef Wellington and a lemon cake thing that was SUPER GOOD! The scallop and brussel sprouts are featured in the image. The ingredients were extremely fresh, and the scallop tasted like a steak.

Cincinnati has a sneaky good food scene. Boca has to be within the top echelon. Designed as a small plate restaurant you have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of flavors. "GG" our waitress was extremely knowledgeable and delivered an exquisite experience.

This is the restaurant you can always count on to have amazing service and food. We celebrated our birthdays with friends and had a delicious dinner. The audience is beautiful and food outstanding. Make sure of course to have the Pommes soufflés, they are everything they are cracked up too. This evening we tried something new to us the romanesco, it was lightly charred with an incredible sauce and bed of grains. We also had the corn elote which is the taste of summer in a plate, then shared the beef Wellington. Topping the evening off with their not only tongue in cheek catchy names but presentations of desserts.

I rarely rate any place 5 out of 5. But it's really surprised me. First they serve French Mediterranean. Which really surprised me cuz I didn't know what to expect. I sat at the bar and the bartender was super friendly. She made really good cocktails. She put me on something called paper plane which was really good and told me this whole story about the liquor and how it's a dessert drink in Italy. Food wise I got her recommendations. They are known for their brussel sprouts, which I wasn't the biggest fan of I thought they were just okay. Chicken was the best dish. Great recommendation definitely recommended. I love the whole vibe and the way the restaurant is set up. Huge beautiful chandelier in the middle.

Boca is great, fine dining! I've been there a couple of times now, and twice did their chef curated menus. I've always thoroughly enjoyed all their food! The service is great and professional. It's always a lot of fun to try the new things that Chef David is creating as well as the various wines that are paired with the meals. Would highly recommend for a nice night out!

This was an absolute delight. We planned our trip to Cincinnati for the Bears and Bengals game. We found this restaurant months in advance, but failed to make a reservation. Luckily, we stopped by and were able to grab some seats by the bar. We were served by Michael who was integral to our wonderful experience! We are a couple of two, we were both pretty hungry and we had: To start- Oeufs Mayonnaise Charred LeeksLobster Bisque "Maisonette" Diver scallop For pasta- Squash Agnolotti For the main- Beef Wellington for 2 Dessert- Pomme d'Amour Maple Mascarpone Cheesecake Candy Bar 3.0 I think it's easier for me to tell you what was absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations: The oeufs mayonnaise reminded me of a deviled egg, the sauce was rich and tart, and it was perfect to accompany the egg. The lobster bisque is very rich, but very unique and loved the presentation The diver scallop might've been my favorite thing from the entire meal. The vinegar in the brussels sprouts was amazing & paired so nicely with the scallop. The squash is the perfect fall menu item, its comfort and deliciousness in a single bite. The beef Wellington was good, but I think I've just had too many to say that this was excellent. It's definitely worth trying, but it is not the best one I've ever had. all three desserts were excellent in their own right. I would suggest trying all three. The ambience, the playlist, the vibe, the service, it was all perfect. I was blown away, we will definitely return!

The new, modern diner Sacred Beast is helmed by chef Jeremy Lieb who is most recently of the Boca Group. The menu features dishes that span from classic diner fare to more sophisticated and airy options, with everything taken seriously. Kids are welcome to help out while the pandemic is in effect, but once it subsides they become a crucial part of the restaurant's operations.
4.5 Stars This spot hits the mark for its category. The food was genuinely delicious — a standout being the deviled eggs, which were easily some of the best I’ve had. Service was solid and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere had a very cool, laid-back vibe that elevated the whole experience. Definitely a place worth returning to.

From the bar, the Sazerac and Hemingway daiquiri were well mixed. My server, Abigail was attentive, very friendly and had timing perfect for each interaction. Thanks Abigail! I loved the deviled eggs unique preparation, the salad fresh as expected and tossed with a nice vinaigrette dressing, the matzah ball soup is a real treat, very rich bone broth seasoned perfectly and served with a generous amount of chicken and vegetables and a wonderful matzah ball. The salmon is well seasoned, was actually cooked more medium well than medium rare and a smaller portion than I expected but still delicious with the brown butter and green beans. Dessert of chocolate pudding was totally accentuated with the crunchy, salty pistachio pieces on top.

Everything about my first time here exceeded expectation. The absolutely sweet young women (sisters) who greeted us when we came in made us feel so welcome. The two guys behind the bar were fun, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious. As a non-meat-eater I jumped at the idea of a blackened Mahi Reuben, and it did not disappoint. It was messy and glorious at the same time. Not a fan of the French fry dipping sauce, but just didn't eat it. If this picture of the two guys behind the bar doesn't give you the perfect idea of the vibe here, I don't know what would. We absolutely loved the entire experience and I will definitely add Sacred Beast to my regular rotation. I'm an idiot for not doing it before now!

We came bc I had outpatient surgery & the nurses at St E suggested we go for the lemon ricotta pancakes, and that did not disappoint! I took a to-go menu to share with friends because we loved it so much! Definitely a spot to frequent if you like an original & absolutely delicious meal! Service was also amazing.

Who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner? If breakfast isn’t your thing, don’t worry—our appetizers are just as irresistible. Whatever you choose, it’s comfort on a plate. You’ll leave happier than when you walked in. Pro tip: Going to music hall? Stop here first.

Best brunch we have had in a long time! The deviled eggs are remarkable and the Bloody Mary was probably the best I ever had. You've got to try the goetta sausage as well. Excellent quality all around. They have ample seating outside if the weather is nice.

I've been here tons of times over the years. It's always consistent and delicious! It's one of my favorite places to have breakfast/brunch. I would highly recommend trying the bread pudding French toast and cheesy eggs when visiting!

Where to even start? On Sunday 09/28/25 I made a reservation for Saturday 10/04/25 @ 7pm. We are regulars at OTR restaurants and have visited most of them in that “cluster” but had not tried Sacred Beast. We live in SE Indiana and it takes us about 35 min to drive in and we know we have to find parking in OTR so we give ourselves plenty of time. Well we arrived ahead of schedule because the drive in and parking were a breeze so we are there about 20 min early. The hostesses told us our table wasn’t ready and it would probably be ready hopefully by 7. They told us we could have a seat and then pointed to 2 chairs that were separated by a coat rack or we could sit at the bar. We chose the bar. We were greeted immediately but then completely ignored for the next almost 15 minutes. Finally got our drinks and our table was ready. We were seated at a two top table (which was great) right next to the patio door. My back is now right where everyone going in and out to the patio has to pass by. This is not relaxing or enjoyable. We made reservations, waited all week, arrived on time and waited patiently to find out that Sacred Beast wasn’t going to give us the same level of attention that we had given them. We went down the street and ate at Kruger’s Tavern where we were greeted and treated like they truly appreciated us. The attached photo is our food at Krueger’s. It was delicious

Steak house
Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse is an upscale, stylish restaurant known for its handcrafted steaks and seafood offerings. With an art-deco style, it has been a Cincinnati landmark for over 20 years and has attracted A-list patrons like Adam Sandler and Robert De Niro. The restaurant features a raw bar, live music lounge with a 1865 Steinway piano, and nationally acclaimed USDA Prime steaks.
I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Jeff Ruby's, and it was an unforgettable first-time experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the valet, every detail was thoughtfully executed with remarkable hospitality. Our server, Jason, delivered impeccable service—truly among the best I’ve ever encountered. He was not only highly professional and attentive but also impressively knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings, which elevated our dining experience even further. We reserved a private dining room for 18 guests. Though a few attendees canceled at the last minute, Jason handled the situation with grace and professionalism, gently reminding me of the contractual minimum in the most respectful manner. I genuinely appreciated his thoughtfulness in how he approached it. Everything—from the ambiance to the cuisine and service—was exceptional. I am already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend Jeff Ruby's to anyone seeking a special and sophisticated dining experience.

Jeff Ruby’s downtown Cincinnati location delivers an excellent culinary experience, impeccable service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s an ideal spot to celebrate life’s special moments. Dinner started with fresh bread smothered in signature truffle butter, which was delicious with the flavorful salad. The tender, juicy fillet was served with creamy mashed potatoes and tender asparagus. After dinner, a fantastic chocolate cake arrived with fresh blackberries and raspberries, encircled by a blended fresh fruit drizzle, accompanied by the rich, smooth flavor of vanilla bean ice cream.

Went here for the first time on a Saturday evening (party of 2). We had to reserve about 1.5 months in advance. This was one of the best steak meals we have ever had. The front of the house was so friendly and accommodating. Our servers were absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for more attentive and fun, friendly servers. We sat outside on the patio but the bar area with the elevated piano looked like a great time as well. There was live music the entire time we were there. Atmosphere is beautiful and intriguing everywhere you look. For drinks throughout the night, we had old fashioned, dirty martinis, and Tempranillo wine. All were perfect. Now onto the food… The very first thing they brought out, bread and butter was AMAZING. I couldn’t believe how good it was to be honest. We ordered the crab cake and pork belly for apps, then a Caesar salad, then the Miyazaki wagyu NY strip and a 12oz lobster tail. For sides we got the Tso green beans, Mac n chs, and Anna’s potatoes. All of the food was so good, but the wagyu was out of this world good. I can’t even explain how delicious it was, you just need to try it. We finished the meal with cheesecake and a cappuccino. The table next to us got the Air Ruby and it was literally a chocolate dessert shaped like an Air Jordan. It was one of the weirdest but most amazing desserts I’ve seen. We made friends and they let us try it. It was delicious. Overall this meal was a 10/10. I could go on and on. We could not have asked for a better night out. Can’t wait to go back.

Just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary here on Tuesday the 30th of September. We had never been to Jeff Ruby’s or any restaurant like it in a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised as the hype was real. This was by far the best dining experience we have ever had. We were seated within minutes. The service was impeccable and our server Stephanie was absolutely fantastic! My wife enjoyed a Mulled Berry Mojito. The crab cakes we ordered for an appetizer were beyond delicious. I ordered a New York strip with garlic butter and a baked potato. My wife ordered the steak Collinsworth with baked Mac n cheese. Everything was perfect! Our entree’s came shortly after we finished our appetizers but long enough for us to talk and enjoy the atmosphere. After we finished our dinner our server brought us a wonderful dessert which was complimentary. We really did enjoy every moment together here and it could not have been a more enjoyable experience! All the food was amazing but I highly recommend the crab cakes.

I recently celebrated my 40th birthday at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! We hosted a large group, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the evening feel special. The food was exceptional, as always. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the seafood was fresh and flavorful, and every side dish was delicious. What really stood out most was the hospitality — attentive, professional, and warm. Planning a celebration for a big group can be stressful, but the team made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Jeff Ruby’s for making my milestone birthday so memorable. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough for special occasions or an outstanding night out!

Listen, I’ve eaten some good meals in my life, but whatever the hell happened inside Jeff Ruby’s Speakeasy that Friday night was basically a religious experience with cocktails. Our crew of 8 rolled in for our annual baseball trip — we clean up just enough to pass for “gentlemen,” but let’s be honest, we’re a traveling pack of loudmouths who argue about who should’ve bunted in the 7th inning of a 2003 Tigers game. Somehow, they still gave us a private room. Bold move, Jeff Ruby’s. The place looks like Sinatra and Elvis opened a casino in Heaven. Gold trim, velvet everywhere, and chandeliers that probably cost more than my car. They even customized the menus with the Cincinnati Reds logo — so of course, we felt like VIPs who just signed multi-million dollar contracts. And I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to Maggie Rixson, who set the whole thing up for us. Maggie is an absolute rockstar — made sure our group was taken care of from start to finish, and somehow made us look more sophisticated than we actually are. She’s the kind of person who could organize a dinner for the Rolling Stones and still remember your drink order. The food? Unreal. The steaks were so tender I considered proposing. The mac and cheese might have violated several laws of physics. Every side dish slapped harder than a Reds fastball, and by dessert — a chilled Reds cake masterpiece — we were ready to sing “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” in harmony. The staff? Absolute legends. They were everywhere — like stealth ninjas with wine bottles, making sure no glass ever saw the bottom. I swear at one point they refilled my bourbon telepathically. And I’ve got to give credit where it’s due — my friend Jamie highly recommended Jeff Ruby’s, and she was absolutely right. This place isn’t just dinner; it’s an event. When the night ended, we didn’t just leave full. We left changed. I’m pretty sure one guy in our group achieved enlightenment somewhere between the filet and the crème brûlée. Five stars. Would sell a kidney to go back.

My family and I were fortunate enough to eat dinner here last night to celebrate our late father's first heavenly birthday and it was the best meal we have ever had. Our server, Michael, was absolutely incredible and he helped make this experience a 100/10. Bawe, the director of hospitality and experiences, was exceptional and stopped in to check on us as did the restaurant front manager whose name is slipping my mind. We were delighted to meet Jeff Ruby and hear about his connection to our Dad, who used to work for Jeff back in the day at one his restaurants. We have never had a more hospitable experience at a restaurant and the food was divine. I will dream about the lobster gnocchi and crab cake, which was the best I have ever had. We will be back!

Food here is pretty consistent. Steaks are good and appetizers are quite large! The patio was a little stuffy in the summer. Service is consistent with this type location. Love that you can come here in anything from resort style to formal wear. Dessert was a real treat and presented by the chef!

Tapas restaurant
Mita's Restaurant is a stylish establishment located in Downtown Cincinnati, offering a blend of Spanish and Latin American cuisine. The restaurant pays homage to Chef Jose Salazar's heritage and his mother's traditional cooking methods. The menu at Mita's is described as eclectic and farm-inspired, featuring a mix of traditional and modern dishes from both regions.
A lovely place for a dinner downtown! We split four tapas between two people and it made for a perfect dinner. The cocktails were smooth and well-balanced in their flavors, and our waiter’s recommendations for tapas were perfect. I highly recommend the tostones and avocado, the octopus, and the pork belly tacos. The meal left us feeling pleasantly full but not so stuffed that we couldn’t enjoy the rest of our night. Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been wanting to try Mira’s for a long time. I made a dinner reservation online. I got the jicama ensalada, it’s was a little bitter but still fresh and served as a good starter. We got the ceviche de camarones, so shrimp. So good, very fresh a little tart. I love plantains any style but they complimented well. The short rib empanadas we my favorite. The had so much flavor and I loved the sauce. I also really enjoyed the pork belly tacos they were so so tender. The bartender made us a blanco cucumber marg as a dealer choice that was perfect. I will say there spicy marg are spicyyy. You’ve been warned lmao

Juan was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We made the mistake of not being very hungry, because everything was incredible and we wish we were able to try more. We tried the white sangria, tostones y guacamole, jamón serrano, patatas bravas, and tacos de lengua. The tostones and tacos were my two favorites. Their flavors were well balanced and comforting. Overall it was a very nice experience and it makes senses that they are a James Beard nominated restaurant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spectacular dining experience at Mita’s! From start to finish, this was one of the most enjoyable meals we’ve had in Cincinnati. Every small bite was a flavor explosion; just one after another, each more creative and delicious than the last. The burgers were excellent, the cheeseboard was fantastic, and the empanadas were absolutely to die for. And then came dessert… the cheesecake and cookies were beyond amazing; the perfect sweet finish. As good as the food was, what really made the evening special was the service. Our server, Carmen, was outstanding; engaging, polite, and full of great conversation that made us feel right at home. She truly elevated the experience. As the owners of Grounded All Day Café in Lexington, we know the importance of both spectacular food and genuine hospitality; Mita’sdelivers both in spades. Whenever we leave our hometown for Cincinnati, it’s such a joy to find a place that makes us feel so welcomed and so well fed. Five stars all the way!

Recommend making a reservation. Go to spot for anniversary and special occasions. I’m not a fan of margaritas but Mitas margaritas are top notch! Pork belly tacos are heaven. Always go for the bread with romesco, shishito peppers, hamburguesas, and tostones and guac. Favorite restaurant in the area!

I love every single dish I have ever received. If you think you know what's it's going to taste like, expect to be impressed as they somehow have a way of elevating flavors I didn't know was possible. I dream of the bread and olive oil, I have tried to recreate the shishito peppers, and I will always order the chef's specials. Mitas seems to outdo themselves over and over again. This is my favorite restaurant, hands down the best you can get.

The food is very delectable, it will dance on your taste buds. You will leave very satisfied and probably with no leftovers. I actually had a hard time getting out of my chair because I was so full. The service is absolutely wonderful. The staff is super nice, warm, and friendly. The pay attention to the needs of their customers. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and Friendly. I would highly recommend this spot if you like good vibes and amazing food.
