The French Laundry is a renowned stone farmhouse restaurant in Napa that offers refined fixed-price meals, attracting food enthusiasts from all over. While reservations are usually necessary at other top restaurants in the area, there's a chance to secure a table for one at The Charter Oak for lunch, brunch, or dinner. Nearby Press is an excellent steakhouse with an extensive collection of Napa Valley wines and a new beer garden.
Simply the best meal I have ever had. Wow. I expected the food to be out of this world and it exceeded my expectations. Every dish was balanced, beautifully presented and sublime. The first dish of Oysters and Pearls is straight from heaven. I mean I could have gone home after that!!! However, the wait staff was so exceptional. Annie, Veronica and Alexa made us feel extremely special and welcomed. Could not thank them enough for their hospitality and kindness. We cannot wait to go back John Labib

An amazing meal with my lovely wife! She had the vegetarian menu, I had the meat menu. French Laundry was as advertised, simply amazing, in the top 2 restaurants I’ve been to. Included a tour of the kitchen after our meal and were given delicious shortbread cookies and menu’s to take home. Once in a lifetime experience!!

From the moment we stepped into French Laundry and the time we left was just incredible! Greeted by a glass of bubbly and staff that was just genuinely happy to be there serving and delighting us. Truly blown away by this establishment, while quite expensive you’re paying for an experience. An experience myself, husband and best friends will never forget. I can’t even begin to describe the dishes much less the service. The best absolute show stopper was when Chef himself greeted us and took us around his kitchen. A moment in time I wish I could bottle up forever! Thank you French Laundry team for reminding us why we even got in this business ourselves. It’s so hard to do what we do everyday but reminded in this moment that it is all to serve our community in a unique and unforgettable way. Cheers!

This place is absolutely majestic. The atmosphere feels warm and sophisticated, with a beautiful outdoor area filled with cozy tables and soft lighting. You can even watch the chefs work. We had the seven-course dinner and also tried some starters, and every bite was exceptional. Each dish carried its own character, and the way the flavors unfolded in the mouth was delicate and harmonious. The portions were generous, and although I could not finish dessert, every course felt like a small masterpiece. The service was flawless. Every detail was handled with care, making the evening feel calm, elegant, and perfectly timed.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at The French Laundry a few days ago. The food was great, simple, the menu was well thought-out with dishes highlighting the staples of French cuisine with minimal presentation and not overly complicated and confusing which happens sometimes in these fine-dining restaurants. The only exception was the venison course which was a bit heavy and confusing with the several sauces and meat preparations. The waiting staff was very polite, kind and with good knowledge of the dishes presented to us. Prior to us visiting the restaurant, we had a misfortune with our reservation online which was handled perfectly by the restaurant: they found us a table last-minute, they offered us both the bottle of wine we got, champagne, an extra dish and a box to go with chocolates and cookies made by the pastry chef. We were both very enthusiastic about how well we were treated and look forward to going there again in the future. P.S. It was a bog plus to getting a tour of the kitchen and getting to meet chef Keller. Aris Zikos

I am not sure where to begin. This place has been on my bucket list for sometime now. The service the food unreal. Everything is perfectly curated, but not pretentious. The music was amazing. It felt like we were in our own dining room having the best meal. I would suggest adding this to your bucket list and making a reservation you will not regret it.

The French Laundry is the perfect definition of a three-star Michelin destination - an exceptional cuisine that is worth a special journey. Knowing this, we still went in with extremely high expectations, and the team somehow exceeded every single one. The entire experience, including the high-stakes reservation struggle, is now a treasured part of the story. I was incredibly lucky, and after a frantic 14 minutes on September 1st, by some miracle, we secured the Private Dining Room for my BIG birthday, that ends on a zero. The true magic began with our concierge, Kimberly. My initial email to her in a moment of desperation was met with grace. She understood what this trip from Chicago meant to me. The day of, she called with the incredible news of an upgrade to the Board Room. She also secured a kitchen tour, which alone was amazing. Thank you, Kimberly, for being the architect of our dream! The Board Room was beautiful and elegant, the perfect space for our party of eight to laugh and fully enjoy the night. Our Captains, Davis and Brent, were phenomenal. Their knowledge was encyclopedic, covering not just the menu but the significance of the wines and the story of international wines. The food was a WOW WOW WOW moment in every course. From the complex textures to the ingredients, the chefs managed to create magic. The Snake River Farms steak was an experiment in perfection, I cut mine with a fork just to demonstrate its tenderness. I will forever dream of the frozen cappuccino from our dessert treasure. The ultimate highlight was the opportunity to meet Chef Keller. I am crying even as I write these words. I have admired his work for years, owning five of his books and getting MasterClass specifically for his lessons. Meeting him that incredible day in October, on the eve of his 70th birthday, was surreal. I went completely blank and couldn't say any of the words I had planned, but the moment and the pictures are priceless. I have admired Chef Keller for many years, admired the impact he has had on the global fine dining cuisine. His influence spans further than Napa Valley and California. The fact that so many of the world's great chefs (our Chicago's very own Chef Achatz) have a history at The French Laundry and they all credit Chef Keller as being a mentor that has helped them propel to greater highs speaks to the selfless character of Chef Keller. Being able to mentor someone and have them create magic outside of your restaurant to me only means that the legacy he has created is that of wanting people to excel, and it will multiply when other chefs leave kitchens of other greats, a great example is Curtis Duffy and how he views Chef Achatz. Something I hope to emulate in my own personal and professional life. Thank you, Chef Keller, Kimberly, Davis, Brent, and the entire team for a life-changing birthday celebration. You truly are magicians! Highest possible recommendation!!!

Bakery
Bouchon Bakery, which has been drawing crowds for 20 years, offers a delectable array of pastries and breads that make the wait worthwhile. Originally intended to supply Chef Thomas Keller's renowned restaurants with unique breads, it quickly became a destination in its own right. The bakery is known for its signature bouchons, along with items like ham and cheese baguettes, macarons in various flavors, lemon tarts, and chocolate chip cookies.
We come here for the almond croissant. We got the last one, feeling quite lucky. The croissant doesn’t disappoint. It’s very flaky and satisfying. Their caramel macaroons are good too, though caramel is a bit too sweet for my taste. Ice coffee is good too.

Went in at 9am on a sunday, no problems with the free parking lot from across the street. A line is usually present to buy stuff, but it moves fast enough. By 9:15am we were done ordering and the food was ready to pick up by 9:20am Food was lovely, almond croissant was nice, croissant was good, the cream puffs and chocolate almost croissants were solid too. Sandwich-types were also available, one we had was the smoked turkey & cheddar, and that eas lovely too. Service was great, staff were patient and the food was ready very quickly after we ordered Atmosphere was great, the design was lovely and it's a nice place for 3-4 people to have a lovely conversation at

Stopped in between our winery tours to butter up our stomachs. I’ve been to their NYC location once, but it didn’t leave a huge impression. The OG location had more varieties, so I was excited to give them a try. The bakery itself was quite small, so we had to wait in line for about 15 minutes before placing our order. The outdoor patio area was nice, and we were able to snag a table without much wait. We ordered the signature almond croissant, maple bacon danish, and the cream cheese danish. The almond croissant was good, but by today’s standards, it felt a bit plain. Almond croissant game is pretty intense these days, and maybe this was the gold standard when Chef Keller opened in 2003. Not bad, just not worth the wait, unless you’re stopping by the original Yountville location for nostalgia’s sake. Maple bacon danish was visually interesting. A full strip of bacon wrapped within Danish layers. But since both were served at room temp, the bacon texture felt oddly limp and out of place. More novelty than satisfying. The cream cheese danish was my favorite of the three. Outer layers had a great crunch, and the cream cheese filling had the right balance. Just enough sugar to lift without overpowering.
Jea K — Google review
I Ordered the pistachio and salted caramel macarons and the Swiss roll. The macarons were the biggest and best I’ve ever had — perfectly crisp and chewy — and the Swiss roll was so chocolatey and moist. Definitely worth waiting in line for.
Prinal P — Google review
You can smell perfection before you even see this place. The aroma of freshly baked baguettes, sourdoughs, batards, and butter-laden croissants drifting through Yountville is pure heaven. Bouchon Bakery is the perfect way to start your morning; a hot latte or Americano paired with a pain au chocolat or any of their pastries is simply bliss. When we visit Napa, we begin every morning here, especially on days with early tastings when there’s no time for a sit-down breakfast. Be sure to stop by again in the afternoon, they’re turning out fresh baked goods all day long, and it’s impossible to leave empty-handed.
David S — Google review
It was beautiful and the French music and the smell of fresh dough was in the air as I walked in an ordered a few minutes after they opened. Everything was so good! I drove by a few hours later and the line was around the building. A must do while in the area!
Jodi W — Google review
Everything was delicious, and the wait was only about 10-15 minutes when we went on a Saturday around midday. My favorites were the pan d’epi baguette, the better nutter, and chocolate eclair. The tuna nicoire sandwich was also quite delicious!
Angela S — Google review
Despite the alluring pastries behind the glass, I thought the bread was the best thing here. The baguettes are chewy and the crust has a ton of little microblisters providing a satisfying crunch. I tried the better nutter and the TKO among other sweets, but I found them to be a bit sweet for my palette.

What a humbling experience this was. I read stories about the dogs that gave their lives or were mamed in the war. I had tears in my eyes viewing the statues of the dogs with prosthetic limbs and missing eye. Very touching. They had an event that was dedicated to the TV series Mash. There were people dressed up like the characters in the show.p Great jazz band called Paper Moon were really good. Complementary cocktails and hors d'oervres. Tons of fun!

Celebrate summer “Tiki Style” with the Napa Valley Museum Yountville and Tiki Oasis! Sample Trader Vic’s rum and Picayune Cellars wines. Private Napa tour at one of the most prolific wineries. Top-notch wines, especially the Cabernet Sauvignon. Wonderful cheeses and chocolate pairings. The grounds, the garage, and the barrel rooms are must-see features. Great experience.

We’ve been proud members of the Jessup Cellars Wine Club for over 15 years — and it never ceases to amaze us how consistently delicious their wines are! 🍷 Every visit reminds us why we fell in love with Jessup in the first place. A huge shout-out to Annie Burton, who made our recent tasting absolutely wonderful. We truly appreciated your warmth, kindness, and flexibility in adjusting a few tastings for us — it made the experience even more special. Thank you, Jessup Cellars, for continuing to deliver exceptional wines and hospitality year after year!

We have been members for years, with a pause during Covid. This is our first visit to the tasting room in about 15 years, and it did not disappoint. We are so in love with your wines, and your staff is amazing. Carlos was a spectacular host, and he made the experience for our first timer friends second to none. Thank you so much for the hospitality and the exceptional experience. Well done! Happy customers, indeed!!

We stopped into Jessup Cellars on our recent visit to Napa valley/Yountville and had two fabulous experiences. Sam is super friendly and provides amazing service, catering to each of our palates. The wine + cheese pairing was delish. The outside patio has a great fireplace and the inside is clean and modern while showcasing art. Highly recommend stopping by while in Yountville! Great wines all around d, the Chardonnay and cab sauvignons were our favorites!

We had a wonderful time doing a tasting at Jessup Cellars! Jill, our server, was so nice and so knowledgable about grapes and the impact of climate and terroir on wine production. She presented the information in such an easy to understand manner. It was a terrific experience! And the wine, of course, was great!!
Scott M — Google review
We had an amazing time doing a tasting at Jessup Cellars. Sam was so knowledgeable and he very quickly got a feel for the types of wine we each enjoyed the most. I have done many wine tastings in Napa and this was by far one of our favorites! We loved the experience and wines so much that we joined their wine club. Definitely worth visiting!

V Marketplace, located in Yountville, is a unique destination offering a blend of shopping, dining, and socializing. It features an array of high-end goods such as luxurious apparel, fine art, and beautiful jewelry that are not commonly found in other parts of Napa Valley. The marketplace also boasts a variety of restaurants and wine shops surrounded by lovely greenery. Visitors can explore the beautiful grounds while indulging in delicious cheeses, breads, meats or sampling different food options from various booths.
Very cool place for a little upscale town towns such as youthville. This used to be a winery from 1870, but now includes shops, restaurants, and businesses. If you're coming to Town, just park over here and it's basically in the middle of everything, including a bakery across the street . The large parking lot is at this place anyway, so it's a good central location for the downtown, which is only about one block long.
Angella R — Google review
Late Dec2024 During our visit the building currently housed only two open establishments one dealing generally with wines and Kollar Chocolates which sells specialty confections. So the visit is pretty limited but still worth checking.

This place is shuttered up with only a chocolate shop and wine store remaining. This used to be such a great place to visit. The whole area is dead.

Nice place to walk around. There are some nice restaurants in there. I went to bottega and the food and drinks were great, fancy. The view from this plaza is beautiful of the mountains and the town is adorable!

As far as I could tell, this place sells chocolate, wine, and Italian food. Maybe you can rent out the facility for a wedding. Not sure why else you'd go here.

I think there's nothing to be interested in. If you want to buy wine, you should go to the winery nearby directly.
M T — Google review
It seems the only problem Napa has is a lack of cellars to hold the wine and space in the stomach for another meal. V Marketplace offers exactly those two services. The exterior greenery is quite nice and there's a range of restaurants to try. Once the meal is done, you can walk a minute in any direction and you'll find a wine shop to have something right away or to bring something back. While there are some other shops in the marketplace, it's quite clear most people are there to wine and dine.
B. L — Google review
We found this place only because we had dinner at Bouchon the night before. It was a nice surprise! Lovely shops for clothing, wine, chocolates, jewellery etc. Oh the art galleries have done really beautiful pieces !

Additionally, the establishment is associated with Bouchon Bakery, known for its delectable pastries and aromatic coffee. Visitors can enjoy their morning with a cup of Cafe au Lait and a Pain du Chocolat while savoring the charming atmosphere outside the bakery.
Fantastic French Bistro with an amazing vibe, great food and great service. We had the pate, deviled eggs and the tartar for starters and excellent saffron mussels (so fleshy and tasty) and flank steak with tons of fries as mains. Really enjoyed the evening. Sister restaurant to the French Laundry Laundry.

Bouchon may have lost its Michelin star, but it still delivered everything you could want from a Michelin restaurant — impeccable food, cohesive atmosphere, and even a French chef who visits the table to explain what you’re about to eat! The French-inspired decor is both rich and regal; deep reds and dark woods really sell the royal-chateau vibe. The menu is expensive but not break-the-bank pricey; it was perfect for a special day out of wine tasting. I had the roasted chicken, which could not have been better — crispy skin, juicy meat, and plenty of gravy. I also had bites of the mussels and fries, which was the real star — cloves of melt-in-your-mouth garlic spread over the table bread were an absolute treat. I ordered a cocktail, which was just fine — I would pass on it next time for a glass of wine. That is, after all, what Napa is famous for! Service - excellent. Food - superb. Overall - 10/10.

Bouchon Bistro will forever hold a special place in our hearts. My wife and I have been coming here for over 12 years, and it’s not only one of our all-time favorite restaurants; it’s a must every time we visit Napa. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, our engagement, and soon we’ll be back in December for our babymoon. The food is consistently exceptional. The roast chicken is the best we’ve ever had, the steak frites is divine, and the salade lyonnaise is indulgent perfection. You simply have to end the evening with the profiteroles and crème brûlée; it’s non-negotiable. But what truly sets Bouchon apart is the team. The staff goes above and beyond to make every visit special. Their hospitality is world-class, and it’s clear they take immense pride in what they do. Thank you, Bouchon, for being such an enduring part of our lives and memories. We can’t wait to be back soon.

Bistro Jeanty is Amazing! NEIL the GM is the EXCEPTIONAL Manager who truly brings an extra sparkler to the atmosphere. He is engaging, warm and friendly, and he is so welcoming that you look forward to going back. Our server was phenomenal so was all of his back up support team . We really missed not being able to order the beef cheek stew with mashed potatoes, carrots, and peas. We also miss the bone marrow appetizer. We also missed having the great green most delicious salad dressing Chef had ever made. That was also not on the menu then to top it all off. We really really miss not getting the rice pudding with cherries. Everything we did have was quite delicious . We will be back, especially if they get our favorites back on the menu !!!

Walking through the front doors, you’ll be greeted with a dynamic Environment, people chatting, laughing and clang-a-langing their utensils. Once you sit down and take your first bite, you’ll realize what all the commotion is about. The tasty food. All that being said, I was mostly impressed by a touch, which I was never familiar with, there is padding underneath the tables. If you’ve ever been sitting at a table and banged your knee on the underside, you’ll know the frustration, you won’t have the problem here. I’m not sure if the padding is for your knees or for sound deadening, but it’s a very welcomed touch. 5 thumbs up.

Bistro Jeanty is pure French charm in the heart of Napa Valley! From the moment you walk in, you feel transported straight to a cozy bistro in the French countryside, warm ambiance and the most inviting aroma of butter, garlic, and wine. Every dish is beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The tomato soup en croûte is a must, rich, velvety, and topped with a perfectly golden puff pastry that melts in your mouth. Service is friendly, professional, and perfectly paced, you can tell the staff take pride in what they do. The wine list is excellent, with great local selections that pair beautifully with the food. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down, savor, and truly enjoy every bite. Whether you’re a Napa regular or just visiting, Bistro Jeanty is a timeless, must-visit spot that captures the magic of French dining in the valley.

Bistro Jeanty blew me away—hands down the best tomato soup I’ve ever had, rich and comforting like a warm hug in a bowl. The ratatouille was fresh and flavorful, while the sole with lemon was simply divine—light, delicate, and perfectly balanced. And don’t even get me started on the Nutella crème brûlée—it was an unforgettable sweet finale, silky and indulgent. Service was friendly and attentive, though a bit slow, but honestly, the food was so worth the wait. A truly special spot that I’ll be dreaming about until my next visit!

I sat outside with a large group and our tables were split up but we still had the best time. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful with the wine list! Great vibes and great food here and the town is adorable. Beautiful views of the mountains across the street too.

Finally came back to Napa and was looking forward dinning here again. I came for dinner alone and hostess greeted me and offered bar top or patio table. I didn’t wait too long for server and the food came out pretty quickly. I did enjoy my dinner and some wines I’ve picked. But. Interaction with server was quite cold. I’m working in a fine dining restaurant so I know how does it feel sometimes to get a single diner on a Saturday night and from my observation that’s how my server felt. I wasn’t asked for allergies. No one told me a single word about menu, drinks or specials while two tables next to me who joined patio shortly were given entire tour 🤣. Server dropped a check on the table together with dessert and didn’t even ask if I want anything else. That made me feel rushed. So overall not the experience I was looking for. P.S. - please check your restrooms more often. It was nasty. Paper towels everywhere, trash basket overflown.

Very good French restaurant in Napa Valley. Good wines and great food, great service. My fish was huge and soft and moist. Escargot was hot and good with wine. I want to come back soon.

Not really my favorite… honestly a bit disappointed. I saw it highly recommended online with a 4.7 rating, so my expectations were higher. Maybe Napa’s vacation mood makes people more forgiving? Dishes I didn’t enjoy ❌ Steak was dry and not tender ❌ Bread was overbaked and burnt ❌ Buttered egg noodles were the least tasty I’ve had ❌ Coq au vin – way too salty, sauce was over-reduced and turned almost black ❌ Foie gras sauce was watery with a strange fruity note What I liked ✔️ White wine mussels were nice ✔️ Puff pastry soup was also okay, deserves a medium rating Overall ✨ Ambience is fine ✨ Service is warm and friendly ✨ Good place for photos and atmosphere, but maybe not for picky eaters

Ad Hoc, a laid-back and cozy restaurant in Yountville, offers American cuisine curated by renowned chef Thomas Keller. The eatery is part of the dining scene in South Yountville (SoYo), which includes other outdoor dining spots like Kellers Addendum, La Calenda, Bouchon Bakery, Bistro Jeanty by Chef Philippe Jeanty, Bottega, Ottimo and Coqueta Napa Valley by Chef Michael Chiarello.
My wife and I had a fantastic Sunday at Silverado Resort for the Procore PGA tournament, and we ended the night with a delicious meal at Ad Hoc. We made a reservation in advance and were seated in about 10 minutes. The server was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely incredible! We started with the grilled ribeye, mashed potatoes, and broccolini. The ribeye was perfectly seasoned and cooked to our liking, and the mashed potatoes were our personal favorite - fluffy, rich in flavor, and just so tasty. The broccolini was okay, but it had a bit too much pepper for our taste. My wife added on the buttermilk fried chicken, and it was crispy, juicy, and just perfect. The dessert was ice cream, and it was a bit of a novelty, but we had a great time trying the different flavored syrups they provided. My wife got the Flor d’ Luna drink, and it was fine, but it wasn’t her favorite. I got the old-fashioned, and it’s exactly the way I like it. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend making a trip to Ad Hoc. It’s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!

The restaurant is a casual but expensive one. They have fixed menus. I had one of the best fried chickens ever. However, the rest of the menu was simple and nothing to be wowed about. The service was great. Servers explained the menu well.

I've dined here twice now and both times were superb. I love how the food is served family style and has a casual yet elevated feel. Their fried chicken is by far the best i've ever had. This recent time we also had a cut of iberico for the main dish and it was incredible. I'm also still thinking about their lobster mac and cheese almost 2 years later! Ad Hoc is a staple of Northern California for me, i can't recommend it enough!

We visited this restaurant because of a friend’s recommendation of their tender fried chicken. We were not disappointed; it was juicy and delicious. However, I believe the price is a bit high for the quality of the meal. The waiters were very kind and professional, but the downside was that there were only two restrooms, and people had to wait in long lines to use them. It felt a bit strange in this nice restaurant.

Excellent food and service. Eating at the outdoor patio is wonderful. Our only issue with the outdoor area are the bees that want to sample some of the food. The staff put some fans on the table to keep the bees away. Overall we still love the place and will return again.

Amazing fried chicken... juicy and crispy. I can finally say that I have been to The French Laundry fried chicken restaurant. I am no longer a basic KFC girl. I would highly recommend to try their fried chicken if you are visiting the wine valley. They have dine in and patio area for outdoor dinning. They do follow the covid protocols very well, all employees are masked and space was spread out in between tables. If I am in the area again, I will definitely get their boujee bucket of fried chicken to-go again!

Dinner was amazing. We enjoyed 4 courses. We started with a Heirloom Tomato salad. The flavors were all went together perfectly! Our next course was a NY Steak that melted in my mouth. We added the Buttermilk Fried Chicken and it was the BEST I’ve ever tasted! Our sides were Broccolini and mashed potato’s. We next had an aged cheese board with and incredible jellied sweet accompaniment. Our final course was Tiramisu. We will definitely return when in Napa Valley!

R+D Kitchen is a sophisticated dining spot with a refined dress code, offering an extensive menu that caters to various tastes. From sushi and salads to comforting classics like wild mushroom meatloaf and the popular Honor Burger, there's something for everyone. The restaurant is known for its free corkage policy, making it a hit among wine enthusiasts. It's advisable to make reservations in advance due to the high demand, especially for intimate dinners as they prioritize smaller parties.
Pretty much every person we spoke to out here told us to eat at R&D Kitchen. And they were right. Very busy, so I'm glad we made a reservation. The restaurant was very nice, the staff was very nice, a great bar, and a great wine selection. We got the cheeseburger and the chicken sandwich, with the duo dipper as an appetizer. The guacamole and cheese dip had great flavors. Needed extra chips to enjoy them. Cheeseburger was stacked high with coleslaw, pickles, and tomatoes. It was very good. The chicken sandwich and the bun were very good, but i do wish the chicken was a little thicker. It was pounded pretty thin. A little more chicken and this would have been great. We will have to come back and try some more of their menu 👍🏼

R+D us a very nice experience here in the Napa valley of California. Classy and relaxed atmosphere, California casual welcome. The service is good however they could use more wait people, not to say the quality of wait people is lacking but they can hire more for better attention. The food is perfect, delicious and mostly all made from scratch in their kitchen. The portions are just right as well as the prices. Classy that won't break the budget. Indoor and outdoor seating with atmosphere for these nice summer and spring days. Will definitely recommend and will be back again.

We’ll definitely be coming back here, especially to try more of their menu items! For starters R+D Kitchen goes above and beyond when it comes to service and customer experience, our waitress Andie was tremendous! She exuded professionalism, presented the best attitude, and took the time to connect with our table. You can tell that the staff at R+D are expected to meet a high standard of service and it truly shows because they have some of the best working here. We absolutely loved the cocktails we ordered as well as the dishes which were the Duo Dip, Ding’s Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and for desert we got the hot fudge sundae. If you’re wanting phenomenal service and great American cuisine, then look no further than R+D Kitchen! I’d highly advise making reservations for the Yountville location, the parking lot was always full every night we drove by. We visited R+D Kitchen at the end of 2024.

We Stopped for a quick lunch where it was less crowded. They have a large dine in space with a small booth table. The service from the staff was amazing but the food was okayish. They have limited items in menu & portions are small. It's priced on a higher side so would be a good option only if you want to have small bites & preferring to drinks more

Started with the duo dip, coconut roll, and deviled eggs. All were delicious. Then the fried chicken sandwich which was good. The old fashioned was inedible. Very well made. Highly recommend.

We say outside and had the limited menu. The two sushi rolls we got were good and our drinks were good. Service was also good. However, we weren’t blown away, and the restaurant also had a lot of rules around what you could order depending on where you sit, and how many people are in your party. So if you’re looking to grab a small bite for a two person party and aren’t looking for a culinary experience, I would recommend.

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to grab a bite to eat and be refreshed. We stopped in here dressed casually and we felt comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and we got a quick table even on a Friday evening with no invitation. We had great service and Kyle our server knew the menu well and made frequent valuable stops to our table to offer items that showed that he was anticipating our needs. The nigiri and Thai roll were awesome. We will be back!

A kitchen staff on full display with an open kitchen producing quality plates one right after the other. A wait staff with product knowledge & service centric attention to detail. A vibrant ambience situated around a lively bar. Great Outdoor seating, fireplaces, in the softest of soft jazz teasing your ears as you enjoy a festive feast. Set at the bar and let Jessica and Eduardo take care of you and watch two professionals never lose themselves in the professional organized chaos.
