Aquarium
Zoos & Aquariums
Ocean World is a privately-owned aquarium in Crescent City that offers an exciting and educational experience for visitors. Originally opened in 1964, it now houses undersea habitats within more than half a million gallons of aquarium space. The attraction features guided tours, touch-and-feel tide pools, and fascinating information about the aquatic inhabitants. Visitors can enjoy unique experiences such as shark petting and performances by resident seals and sea lions.
What a great little adventure! I stopped in with zero expectations, assuming a tiny overpriced aquarium. I was then told they only do tours, so I was a little skeptical, but wow we loved it! Every single staff member I interacted with (4 people) had a great attitude and was helpful and friendly. The price for the tour was well worth it. There weren’t a ton of aquariums, but the ones they had were well stocked with interesting creatures and fun to look at. The best parts were being able to actually touch and pick up various invertebrates, shark petting, and a little show with some well-trained harbor seals and sea lions. The tour wasn’t too long to where it dragged, but we also never felt rushed. Plenty of cute little photo ops along the way. The gift shop had a ton of souvenirs and decently priced toys for kids. Highly recommended if you’re driving through and looking for an hour or two stop to stretch the legs.

One of the reasons we stopped was because of the tide pools touch tank. We love exploring tide pools. The aquarium was neat, on the small side and there was a cute show with the sea lions at the end. Nice gift shop.
Jemily H — Google review
Honestly, just a small aquarium. But you do get to pet a shark, a small shark, but still a shark. The coolest part is at the end when a seal and sea lion come out and do tricks. The gift shop is nice and you can get redwoods stuff in there. Little steep in price however. Tours run every 30 minutes or so, but the groups are kinda big.
Haylee J — Google review
This was a very nice aquarium to visit while here in town. They walk you through their place and showed you all the different creatures they have. They had a place where you could pet the starfish, you could also pet a leopard shark, and they have a sea lion show.
Kendrick S — Google review
What a cool place. You get to pet a shark… that actually loves being pet. The animals all seem very happy and well cared for. It’s a really awesome hands on experience well worth the money. The staff were all awesome and happy too. Highly recommend!
Tyler G — Google review
This place is small but fun. There is a tide pool where you can touch different sea creatures. There is a tank where you can bet a leopard shark. There is an aquarium area but it is not wheelchair accessible. You can see many different local species swimming around. At the end of the tour there is a sea lion and seal show that is fun.
Vivien H — Google review
It was cool to see the sea life and pet a leopard shark. It would be cool to see more ocean life there. We got to see sea lions and seals. They could step up their game a little more but our tour guide was super sweet, informative and took a picture of my family.
Joy C — Google review
We visited ocean world and had an incredible experience. We loved seeing all the beautiful sharks, fish, and sting rays. The seals and sea lions stole the show. They are so smart and put on such an amazing show. We really enjoyed the whole experience and I loved that the trainers are so kind and answered all our questions. The animals seemed to be very happy and loved by all the staff. The gift shop has a lot of reasonably priced souvenirs. Definitely make a stop here if you’re thinking about going! I can’t wait to come back again.

Tolowa Dunes State Park, located in Del Norte County, California, is a protected area that spans 5,000 acres and includes Lake Earl, Lake Tolowa, and Yontocket. The park is named after the indigenous Tolowa people and offers diverse ecosystems such as sand dunes, rivers, and wetlands. Visitors can explore the rich flora and fauna while engaging in outdoor activities like cycling, fishing, and horseback riding.
We love visiting Tolowa Dunes area, particularly Kellogg Road Beach, for agate hunting and critter spotting. No bathrooms or trash/recycling bins, but usually not crowded and a beautiful coastline.

Tolowa Dunes is an out of the way desolate Beach excursion with no amenities where you might find an agate if you're lucky. There is some off roading in the area that I noticed, saw some fisherman saw some Dogs saw some fireworks didn't see a trash can, hint, hint.

Interesting hike to the nearby lake. When the hike gets into the thick canopy the mosquitos were really bad so you had to keep moving! Interesting area. Recommended but bring some bug spray!

The most amazing area in Del Norte County. We take our dogs out there daily. It's like walking through an enchanted forest. Dogs get to swim along the way and play ball. And we get a nice long walk♥️💯🦮🦮🦮🦮 Highly recommended!

Dogs love it here! It was only about 7 in the morning so it was chilly and windy; however, it was beautiful and peaceful and worth the stretch to get there.

Amazing state park on the Pacific Ocean coastline to visit and explore! Come to watch birds or just enjoy a walk along the beach. Parking available but only open from dawn to dusk, according to state park signage. Easy to drive to following Google Maps.

Restaurant
SeaQuake Brewing is a brewpub located in downtown Crescent City, CA. It offers a wide variety of craft beers, along with delicious pizza and bar bites, all served in a spacious multilevel setting. The brewery opened its doors on July 4th, 2016, inspired by a passion for craft beer and the stunning local surroundings. Visitors can enjoy their food and drinks on the dog-friendly patio while taking in the beautiful location.
This place was honestly amazing. I took my girlfriend here for her 19th birthday dinner and it was 100% worth it. The menu scared us since we are under age for drinking but there was a verity of lemonades and mocktails. I ended up getting wings and a burger while my girlfriend got the Mac in cheese. She is a very picky eater and we question the sauce inside and server gave us a tester. I never had such a good experience somewhere at a restaurant like I did today. This place is a 10 out of 10 for any age above 16. All food was fresh and quick while also being very tasteful.
Bobby R — Google review
This is a great place to eat. My husband had the fish and chips, was great, was enough for 2 people. I had the grilled chicken sandwich minus the bread with sweet potato fries. Was very good. I asked for marshmallow creme for them, but they had never heard of it. The waiter later asked me about it and said they may look into adding that.

During our road trip we stopped in Crescent city and were excited to find this brewery! Wow wow wow. This place is AWESOME! It was packed but we happened to score seats at the bar as a couple was leaving. They have an amazing outdoor patio with yard games that are very family friendly and easy to entertain children of almost all ages! The service was beyond amazing. Everyone was super friendly and we were super impressed with the team work. They all had each others back and were constantly making sure we were good on food and drinks! We had cheese curds for lunch and ended up coming back for dinner! The food and service was that good. Probably the best cheese curds I’ve ever had and I’m biased to Tillamook cheese curds. We had the dill pizza and the quesabarria tacos and cilantro and lime rice. WOW! Sooooo good! The dipping sauce for the tacos was absolutely delicious! The dill pizza comes with chicken and a ranch based sauce. Ask for fresh tomatoes to be added after it comes out of the wood fire oven and you are set! Such good service and super quality food!!

Fantastic menu, original and creative. Had the red snapper and fish tacos, excellent local sea to table fare. Haven’t been here for 10 years and it’s a wonderful now as it was back then. Stop for lunch or dinner, definitely won’t disappoint!!

Dress code? Psh, come as you are. Atmosphere is nice, spacious clean. Come for a good time meeting up with friends n fam, there's a bar, and two floors of seating. It's clean and well lit inside, ample natural light. Staff are all super friendly and attentive. My waitress was super patient and accommodating to my takeout order, and i felt very invited to come back to SeaQuake.
Anna G — Google review
Loved it! We are traveling through and had some many good looking things on the menu we had a hard time deciding. The thai chicken salad was great and fish and chips we nice and crisp. Also, they have an additional seasonal beer menu that had some great options beyond their normal menu options. The appetizer of local cheese curds were really good in the spicy chili sauce as well. Would definitely go back.
Matthew H — Google review
The service was spectacular, especially on a busy holiday at the coast. This establishment is organized, thorough and overall top notch. We will definitely be back when visiting the area. Our service was impressive and the food amazing! Our entire party loved everything we ordered, especially the cheese curds. Way to go SeaQuake team, thank you for a great experience!

Smash burger and fish and chips Smash burger: sauce was good and provided moisture. Beef Pattie’s had good browning from the smash. The bacon could have been crispier, but delicious nonetheless. A lot of lettuce which fell off while eating, but I didn’t mind. The onion and tomato were a nice balance with the brioche bun. I did have to add salt to the burger throughout eating, but that could have been because I ordered with no cheese, throwing off the seasoning balance. Fries: not a huge portion, but it’s okay. The fries weren’t very crispy and didn’t taste super fresh. I wish they were hotter and crispier. Fish: rock fish in a breadcrumb type breading. Very crispy, flakey and light. Well seasoned. THOROUGHLY enjoyed. Tartar sauce: REALLY really good. Ranch: also very good Overall, we enjoyed our experience. Food, service, view from the window, the vibe, etc. the beer pairings with the menu items made it easy to decide what to order. Also, shout out to Miguel, who was our server and was amazing. We would go back just for him again. If you go, ask for Miguel.

Animal rescue service
Nature & Parks
Northcoast Marine Mammal Center, established in 1984 by Dr. Dennis Wood, is a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation and rehabilitation of marine life. The center operates a public animal hospital and rehabilitation facility, which was built in collaboration with the California Conservation Corps. Visitors can explore a charming gift shop and observe the beautiful seals outside. The knowledgeable staff are passionate about their work and are happy to answer questions from visitors.
During our trip to Crescent City, California, we had the pleasure of visiting this center. One day, we were just walking around and stumbled upon this center. We looked at and admired the seals but found the gift shop closed. Undeterred, we returned the next day, purchased a charming Christmas seal ornament🦭🎄, and made a donation. The dedication of this center and their mission to rescue and rehabilitate marine life left a lasting impression. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this heartwarming experience!
Lambrini Z — Google review
So neat you can view the rescued animals through the chain link fences even when the main building is closed. The animals are adorable and fun to watch and hear. I also greatly appreciate that they post the names of each animal and their stories on a board nearby.
Sandie T — Google review
What an amazing thing these volunteers and limited full-timers do to save abandoned and injured seal pups. Also an amazing thing the city of Crescent City does to make the site affordable for this organization. Definitely worth a quiet walk-around to see the pups and great little gift shop to bring some of those memories home. Limited contact creates a better environment for their eventual release back in the wild.
Lory K — Google review
We happened to be on the beach when they were releasing four seals. It was a really cool thing to get to witness. We went to their gift shop afterwards and the girl working was really nice to my kids and told them the names of the seals that were released. They thought it was cool to get to watch them be released also.
Melissa M — Google review
Nice sanctuary and center for seals and other marine life. Friendly staff and a nice gift shop.

Wonderful mission - caring for sick and injured pinnipeds. Cute gifts to support the work.
Douglas W — Google review
This is an active rescue center, so you cannot go in with the animals or get too close. You need to stay quiet when walking around the pens to help keep the baby seals from getting too used to people as the goal is to release them back into the wild. You can see the little seals and sea lions as they play in their areas. The gift shop is cute and helps support the rescue operation.
Sarah S — Google review
We visited this past weekend and all of us enjoyed it! They have a cute gift shop and the outside had their beautiful seals. The ladies that where there, answered all my families questions-from silly to smart questions lol very knowledgeable in their information and made our visit! My kids had a blast! Check it out if you're near by! Make sure to leave a donation to help support them with their care for their seals and more that may need it! They do so much!

Seafood restaurant
Bar
Located within the Crescent City Harbor, Chart Room Restaurant is a popular seafood spot offering casual waterfront dining with stunning views of sea lions through its large windows. Voted as the Best Seafood and Best Clam Chowder in the Readers Choice Award, this traditional restaurant serves delicious meals in a relaxed atmosphere. Housed in a converted marine shop, it provides wonderful service and an inviting ambiance that keeps visitors coming back for more.
This was a friendly old school by the bay type restaurant. The food was very good. Our service was really good. Our waitress was pretty awesome and the building was clean. There were seals right to the west of the restaurant that you can see during the beautiful sunset. The only complaint that I really have is that it is really expensive for just two people considering what we ordered. We ordered our meal and it was almost $100 for two people. Which I believe to be kind of high for the type of restaurant it is but other than that, I’m not taking anything away from it. It was a good restaurant.
Jason W — Google review
Great spot to eat on the water and you can see the sea lions. Service was quick and maybe about 15 min wait for late lunch. The food is good, a little pricey. The clam chowder was delicious.
Tabbie H — Google review
The food here was so good. The fried calamari was perfection, tender with a light crisp batter. The fish and chips were also absolutely delicious, and chowder was pretty good too. I'm used to Monterey area chowder which is slightly better in my opinion, but that could be regional bias. The menu has something for everyone, and I included a photo so you can see that there is a lot to choose from. I'll definitely be back. We beat the crowd, and had zero wait right around 4:45 pm after a long hike. The food arrived fast, which I appreciated because we were hungry by then. Also, business did pick up quite a bit over the hour we were there, so I recommend to arrive early or be prepared for a short wait once the dinner hour begins. Service was friendly and there are views of the water on both sides of the restaurant.

This place is totally worth a visit. Great seafood and friendly staff. The clam strip meal was delicious. The seafood trio had cod, scallops and shrimp and was also good. The desserts looked great but we were too full. The view of harbor seals and the lighthouse added to a great meal too. I would highly recommend.

Had a great dinner here. Saturday night- was crowded but the service and food was top notch. Halibut portion was huge. We loved the appetizer - the fisherman had scallops, shrimp and cod all perfectly cooked. Lobster bisque soup was delicious. No room for desert - maybe next time.

The service here was very good, and the views were great! Our party of four had the fried mushrooms, the sampler platter, an order of fish and chips, and the shrimp tacos. Everything was tasty and had large helpings, but my fish and chips were pretty tough/chewy and a few pieces were soggy. Overall, I would give it 4.5 stars. We would visit again.

Stopped at The Chart Room on our way to the Redwoods and were pleasantly surprised by how great the staff, food, and location were! We even got to watch a few sea lions sunbathing near the restaurant, which made the visit extra special. We ordered the fish and chips, and out of our entire week-long trip, they were hands down the best we had!

The Chart Room Restaurant always has great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. On a Sunday afternoon, there was about a 30 minute wait. The fish and chips and clam chowder bowl I got were very delicious, had great flavor, and filled me up. The sea lions in the harbor are always cool to see and they’re usually very noisy. I will definitely come here again and again and again!

Fisherman's Restaurant is a cozy eatery with a maritime theme that serves seafood and family-style meals all day. Located in Crescent City, it is known for its fresh seafood dishes and friendly service. The restaurant offers a variety of local beers, including the popular Komome Ale from Seaquake Brewing. Customers have praised the delicious seafood fry basket and the generous portion of clam-filled chowder. While some found the shrimp salad underwhelming, others enjoyed the fried seafood combo.
We were so hungry after a full day of hiking and were looking for sea food. We arrived here an hour before closing. They have a gift shop inside also. We got the shrimp w/ chips and fish w/ chips along with house salad. The fries were crispy and golden. I loved it. The prawns and fish were battered nicely and fried well. The salad was made from fresh ingredients. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend for everyone looking for fresh seafood. The shrimp felt like it was caught right after we ordered it - so fresh! Plus they have ample parking around.

It was quite busy when we got here today for lunch - and we had to wait around 10 minutes or so for a table to be made available. It was so worth the wait. Best clam chowder we’ve all had in the longest time - tasty and filling, the crackers were great too. My husband had fried oysters which he loved. Our new college graduate had the best calamari we’ve all had - perfect breading with the hugest calamari inside. The upgrade to parmesan for the french fries is worth the additional 2 dollars. My sis in law had the shrimp cocktail which she loved and brother in law had the mushrooms which was also perfect. This place offers real comfort food that is unpretentious and just plain delicious. A must-visit if you are in sleepytown Crescent City.

Fisherman's Restaurant is located on the road leading to the Crescent City Harbor. There is a gift shop upon entering the restaurant. On the walls, there was an interesting display of art and history. The Denver Omelet was good and was served with a side of hashbrowns. Portions were large. Parking was convenient. The menu seemed pricey, but it might be a California "thing" as we noticed a significant difference in cost from the Midwest.

We found this place by accident! My guy wanted breakfast & they serve it until 1pm, so we went there! His breakfast was delicious! I ordered the calamari steak with fries, it was the most delicious calamari I've ever had! We are coming back up the coast to finish our road trip & will definitely be stopping by there again on our way home! 🤗😋

Got the 4 piece Ling cod and chips and it did not disappoint! Probably the biggest portions of fish I've received anywhere in my life. Beer batter is on point and the fish to batter ratio is super proper. I know where I'll be stopping for fish and chips next time I'm in town.

Four stars overall, but three for the food. We got the fish and chips and the French dip. Fish: the fish had great flavor. We have no idea if it was caught local. No one disclosed that, but it was good. It was battered and fried. Seasoned appropriately. Crispy and light. Good, not great. Tartar sauce: liked it, tasted pre-made Fries: super crispy and delicious. Seasoned with a Johny’s like seasoning blend French dip: beef was dry and not very fresh. Store bought hoagie roll that was a little stale. The au jus tasted either canned/cartoned, whatever. It was not that great, but provided moisture for the dry beef. Onion rings: super crispy. Onion inside was cooked well. Seasoned adequately. I really really enjoyed these. I believe they batter and fry those fresh, but I cannot confirm. Either way, they were good. Mimosa: really good. All you want it to be. Fantastic.

The food here is great! I had a cup of clam chowder the first time just to see how salty it was, as most of them, but it was about the best I have had! I had a bowl of it the same weekend, the fish is also very good, everything was fresh. The place is really cool, great service and atmosphere. I do recommend good harvest, we will be back!😃👍

The restaurant itself was a bit dated and the restroom needed some help. Other than that, there were no issues. There is also have a coffee bar in the restaurant. We got the bowl of clam chowder and the seafood sampler plate to go. The clam chowder was delicious but it was probably only about 8-10 ounces. For $10, I felt like there could have been more. The sampler plate was good. All items were hot and crisp. I was pleasantly surprised that none of the items were chewy. There was one of each, oyster, scallop, and prawn along with calamari strips and fish The tartar sauce, I felt, had a bit too much relish. The cocktail sauce was spot on. I felt like the price was decent for the portion. I regret not getting better pictures. I forgot as we quickly got to eating.

I would say my experience was mediocre, the pancakes were pretty good but the eggs were very watery and the biscuits were pasty. Do not get iced tea, it was 5% tea 95% water. The service was honestly not very good. I didn’t care for how the waiter grabbed a handful of silverware and then put it in a crumbly napkin and slopped it on the table. It seemed like they didn’t want to serve you. Atmosphere was… unique I guess. Overall I’d say it’s a cool spot to check out but I myself would not go back

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but with the cost of dinning out, I thought it was important to share our experience. We stopped in at 730 on a Friday evening, and they were not busy. Our order consisted of fish and chips, clam chowder, dinner salads and Giant Prawns. The salad was limp as if it had been sitting in a refrigerator for much of the day. The remainder of our order was tasteless. The chower was the saving grace as it had a nice creamy texture. But, the biggest disappointment was that they brought our entire meal out at the same time. The chowder was lukewarm and had to be sent back for reheating. Overall a disappointing meal.

I tried the fish tacos not a lot of flavor wasn’t a huge fan, but they were OK. My son tried the sampler thought most of it was pretty good. My wife had the tuna fish sandwich and clam chowder and loved it.

This place was not good from the start. When we were seated they simply dropped all of the silverware and 4 napkins at our table for us to set up ourselves. Our waitress was nice, but she didn’t seem very experienced with the menu and it was just an awkward experience. The burgers we got were super bland and dry, and one of the burgers that included avocado had almost an entire avocado slapped on there, had to cut it up myself. They only had one type of creamer, it seemed like milk. No flavored creamers or anything. Coffee came out in the smallest little mug only half full. Don’t get me wrong the atmosphere of the place was nice, but for the price of the food and the experience, it was not worth it at all. The only thing I can say was good was the soup my friend got. Burgers were terrible and my sandwich was very mid. Smoothies were NOT worth it for $8. I definitely would not come here again.

Having visited Crescent City a couple of times in the last few months. I wanted to explore local dining. I decided on a quaint diner with a country feel - Good Harvest Cafe. I started my meal with a cup of hot clam chowder. It had a flavorful blend of creaminess, clam meat, and potato chunks. My main course was breaded chicken breast on a bed of rice with a mix of lightly seasoned vegetables. The chicken was moist, tender, and tasty. I topped off my meal with their Mocha Float, which was so good. I would definitely come here again.

American restaurant
The Apple Peddler Restaurant in Crescent City, California offers a cozy atmosphere and traditional American coastal comfort food. The menu features fresh fish and desserts made from local ingredients. Despite conflicting information about their operating hours, visitors have praised the welcoming ambiance and friendly service at this 80s-style eatery. Guests have enjoyed dishes like fish and chips with potato salad, served by attentive staff such as the charming waitress Kylie.
I make it a point to come here for breakfast at least once every time I visit Crescent City and this morning was the best it’s ever been - got the French toast plus plate with warm apples on the side and hashbrowns too. Our server was super friendly and attentive, our coffee cups were never empty. The atmosphere is kitschy but nice, it’s got character (-; let me picture be the review

Great, simple American cuisine. Had a delightful breakfast here this morning (senior breakfast--ham & cheese omelet, 2 fluffy pancakes) we shared and just right. Enjoyed so much came back for Saturday night dinner: Sr meatloaf and Sr 6oz steak. Topped off with tasty hot blueberry cobbler and ice cream. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would totally recommend.

The biscuits and gravy were delicious, and the service was excellent, I never had to ask for coffee, and the waitress never let my cup get below half a cup. If you’re traveling the 101 you should definitely stop here for breakfast!

We had the nicest waitress, Kylie (I don't know if that's spelled correctly). She was working by herself waiting both sides of the restaurant and continued to keep a bright smile and check in repeatedly with us. The food was 10 out of 10 and I would totally come back here on another visit. Thank you!

First things first: Do not believe a lot of what google maps has listed or what the Apple Peddler's own website tells you. Their own website lists their hours as 6am-9pm. Google maps says they are 6am-8pm. The hours are actually from 6am to what ever they feel like that particular day. This was confirmed by an employee that basically said it depends on the day and how they feel. We tried to have dinner and arrived before 7pm. But the employee told us they were already closed. When I asked why they were not open until their advertised hours. She told me it has something to do with covid. But covid was pretty much done two years ago. Go figure. Also, the menu on on both Google maps and Apple Peddlers own website is somewhat accurate as to the items. But the prices are probably more like 30%-50% higher than listed on that menu from either google maps or the Apple Peddlers own web site. Plus when you actually visit the Apple Peddler and have to pay the check. They charge you an extra 2.91% on top of your total bill if you use a credit card. So expect to pay way more than you might have expected. We had to eat dinner elsewhere. Ironically when we were leaving the Apple Peddler, another vehicle pulled in for dinner. Then when we were at another restaurant down the road. I heard more than one table have the same conversation on how the restaurant was closed way before they were suppose to be. So I guess the Apple Peddlers is okay with helping out their competition. So now to actually having a meal at the Apple Peddler. We tried them again for breakfast. I like to review places that I have actually eaten at, or used the business. I want to be as objective as possible. So I really wanted a meal at the Apple Peddler. So we went before 8am. There only seemed to be one server and he seemed to be quite busy, but he had a handle on it. We were seated with minimal delay. Our server told us his name was Jake. I will say that Jake saved the day. His personality along with his work ethic really made our breakfast quite nice. He made very good suggestions as to ordering. And he was at our table arguably enough to keep us very happy. But keep in mind he did have quite a few other tables. I asked him if he was the only server. He told us another would be in shortly. In which he was correct and she was there shortly after. She also sounded like a nice person to have as a server. Our food came out fairly quickly considering a good amount of tables. The food was pretty good. I will stop short of saying the best breakfast ever. But it was decently good and we enjoyed our breakfast. Although Jake gave us our choice as to pay at the table or register. We paid at the register to make it easier on everyone. That's when we were informed of the 2.91% fee for using our credit card. They should probably inform you of extra charges up front. I doubt it would have changed anything. But I do not care for surprise changes. And if anything, the Apple Peddler Restaurant is nothing but surprise changes in every aspect. I actually despise the way the Apple Peddler does business. But once inside Jake and the actual food made our breakfast experience decent. The restaurant was clean and had a nice appearance. The wife said the women's room was nice and clean. So the place was a nice clean place to have a meal. Maybe it's all the extra time they had by not being open for business. Be that as it may. The Apple Peddler Restaurant is a decent place to enjoy a meal. I would suggest going way before their listed closing hours to ensure the chances of them actually being open for business. So if you can actually be seated for a meal. I think you might enjoy it.

We went here twice during a trip from Washington and I cannot possibly overstate how extremely happy we were with this restaurant! The staff was fantastic and really on top of our needs, very friendly and our drinks were refilled as soon as they started getting low. The food was amazing, very fresh and full of flavor, great portion sizes and the price can't be beat. Lots of great food options as well, plus dessert was awesome. We are very picky about restaurants, but the Apple Peddler exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

This spot was a pleasant surprise in taste and quality. The staff was beyond friendly, the service was outstanding and the food was damn good. Definitely worth a stop if you're traveling the 101.

I ordered the sliders on a review on Google. Bad idea, the BBQ pork tasted like Loyds BBQ like you buy at Walmart ,now let's move on to the roast beef slider was dry and lacked flavor and now cheese burger slider seemed like it had been cooked some time early morning and set in warmer. Very few French fries and they were about the best thing on the plate ! My wife had the west coast cobb salad. Now she did like her salad.
