Seafood restaurant
Oystera is a stylish and upscale seafood restaurant located in downtown Todos Santos. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with its chic setting and an array of fresh seafood dishes, including Baja oysters, grilled clams, crab cakes, tostadas, and clam chowder. The menu features delightful surprises such as scallops risotto and pumpkin cream that are perfectly balanced with complementary flavors.
A must go when in Todo Santos! Reservation recommended but walk-ins works too if not during high season. Love the menu options, quality, and vibe of the place. Oysters were great the choices and the accompaniment are top notch. Would love to have a reason to come back here more often.

We stopped here on our way to Lapaz. This started out as an amazing experience but something happened and it left us feeling perplexed and disappointed. When we arrived we were given a lot of attention and the manager said we could even go check out the grounds and take some pictures and the appetizers came out fairly quickly. As we finished our appetizers that same manager came and asked us if we wanted dessert or coffee. We said we still had main courses coming. He seemed surprised. We sat there waiting for over an hour for our main courses. The server came and said that the order didn’t go through and it would be 5 more minutes. We were still hungry and had already waited that long so we decided to wait the 5 minutes. After this is when it really changed. We felt ignored and dismissed. The manager that had been so attentive was nowhere to be found, although he was walking by but never came back to our table. We were made to feel as if we had done something wrong. When we were leaving we asked if we could see the grounds like the manager had mentioned. The server said no one was allowed in that area even though we saw people walking around there when we arrived. There was no one who came to acknowledge how long we waited for our food or to apologize. It was a very confusing experience because it was different from when we arrived. We still aren’t sure what happened. It really is beautiful and the food was good if pricey but I’m not sure we will return. We drive through here a lot on our way to Lapaz but may look for something on the beach.

Dining at Oystera was a truly delightful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed — the entrance is charming, like a sophisticated little house from a movie. Access was easy, and we were greeted with warmth and kindness. Inside, the ambiance was even more beautiful: refined, cozy, and filled with unique touches. Our server was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout. One of the most remarkable details was the menu, which is designed like a vintage newspaper — not just for aesthetics, but with purpose. It’s printed on recycled paper made from fish heads, highlighting the restaurant’s deep commitment to sustainability. The menu includes fascinating facts about the location, its ingredients, and Oystera’s mission to protect local flora and fauna. It’s so beautifully done that it works as a placemat or even a keepsake. The food was just as impressive. We ordered the Morning Burrito and Huevos Rotos. The burrito was delicious, filled with cheese and served with one of the freshest salads I’ve ever had — it tasted as if the greens had just been picked and prepared. The huevos rotos were rich and flavorful, with crispy potatoes and savory jamón serrano. We left feeling truly satisfied and excited to return — next time to try the oysters, shrimp, and other seafood dishes, since the freshness and quality of the ingredients stood out in every bite. ⸻ Conclusion: Oystera offers a Michelin-worthy experience rooted in sustainability, creativity, and genuine hospitality

Gorgeous and magical from the second you encounter the space. The scenery is as if you are about to eat the meal of your life in a Gabriel García Márquez book. There was no moment that wasn't delightful. Ambience, Service, Food were all impeccable. Best oysters and aguachile I've ever had in my life. There was a habanero paste that came with the oysters that must have been smoked, the flavor was straight from Heaven. The Crab Tostada was soooooooo good. I dont have time to add it all. This is my new favorite restaurant on the Planet.

This place was perfect after a hot day at the beach. But service was slow not sure why since it’s not busy on a Wednesday at 11am. Oysters could have been colder the Kumamoto and La Paz oyster were the best choice but I prefer my oysters over ice.

We stopped in for a couple of drinks and appetizers. The drinks were very good and refreshing. We got some oysters and tuna tarter, it was spectacular!!! Love going always a great experience

Beautiful restaurant with food and service to match. Came in a hearty appetite and Oystera did not disappoint. Our server Alex was great. He guided me toward the sashimi - super choice. Note: the sashimi was very much Mexican style marinated in lemon. Also had the clam chowder and grilled octopus. All were excellent. After the meal we walked the garden behind the restaurant. They had 1800th century cannons and amazing architecture. The building also had some wonderful art for sale. To top everything off was the cool breeze that blew through the entire restaurant from the enormous glass doors in the rear to the front entrance. This is definitely one restaurant you can’t miss if you are visiting Todos Santos.

Jazamango, a restaurant in Todos Santos, is a must-visit for food enthusiasts. Helmed by renowned Mexican chef Javier Plascencia, this farm-to-table eatery offers an exceptional dining experience. The menu features innovative dishes like zucchini carpaccio and grilled octopus, all prepared with fresh produce from the restaurant's own garden. With over 30 years of culinary expertise, Chef Plascencia elevates simple ingredients to create extraordinary flavors.
I don’t know why Jazamango doesn’t have a Michelin star. The consistency here is amazing. I’ve come to Todos Santos 3 years in a row, every time I visit, I come to Jazamango a couple of times and the service is always top notch, whether just sitting at the bar or having full table service. The food is amazing. It’s creative, fresh and flavorful and also vegetable forward. We eat vegetarian here and we have so many great options. Every year I’ve come here, the menu is a little different, I love that they change it up but I know it’s going to great every time. Yes it cost money. We don’t come here for cheap food. We come here for delicious, wholesome and creative meals, served by a caring staff.

What a unique spot! Multiple options to choose from, overall vibe is so laid back, but with high quality eats. I enjoyed the brisket sandwich (the bun alone was worth it) and the lavender whiskey sour (I’m a sucker for good sours). The ordering process was odd and some in our group waited 45+ min for their food, but it was delicious and still worth the wait.

Staff was great! We had made reservations ahead of time because we had a large party. The wood fire pizza is so good and was a great appetizer for the table! They also have cheesy mashed potatoes that are a must try! The chicken was glazed in a traditional Mexican sauce that was delicious. Everything can be shared! Burgers, a half chicken, and steak are ALL huge portions! The cocktails and mock tails were delicious too.

Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Todos Santos. We came here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything we ordered was phenomenal. So fresh, flavorful, inventive and mouthwateringly delicious. The grounds are stunning and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I never wanted to leave after each meal. We will be back!!!

A wonderful setting, albeit we became the meal as we did not think to bring bug spray. We stuck mainly to the various appetizers finishing with a pizza. The mains seemed more traditional crowd pleasers like fettuccini Alfredo, burger, steak, grilled chicken. We wanted to explore unique preparations and the small sharing plates did not disappoint. We had the tamal in beurre blanc, yellow tail ceviche, salad, grilled shrimp & cured cactus salad, beef empanadas, Jazamango pizza and strawberry dessert. My favorite was the tamal, it was unique, delicious and I love something especially vegetarian that pulls you through a sensory experience. My partner (chef in the family) loved the salad. My daughter’s favorites were the empanadas and strawberry dessert. Another quite unique presentation and array of flavors. The chef beer collab was great. Served with a salt rim and Spanish olives. Light refreshing, reminiscent of a margarita shandy. The ceviche was wonderful and did remind me of Peruvian ceviches. It was perhaps the largest portion and priced as such. The grilled shrimp were on point. The pizza had a touch too much going on, laden with toppings sauce and cheese. With pizza we are big on less is more, leaning into ingredient forward and dough development. However we suspect it’s quite the pleaser. It was a lovely evening even if we left some blood with the local beasties.

My husband and I celebrated an anniversary here and had the most amazing experience. The property itself is gorgeous and beautiful to walk around - they have an impressive garden set just outside Todos Santos town centre. The outdoor seating area was quiet, private and a romantic way to spend the evening. I had incredible fresh ceviche, my husband enjoyed the Sunday Barbacoa … we highly recommend this exceptional place! A must during your visit to the area.

Everything else was great - the salad, zucchini, ceviche had some strange taste but maybe just preference. Atmosphere is great, service is exceptional. The chicken we got was NOT cooked properly, the legs were completely raw inside and parts of the breast were not cooked through. But they removed it from bill. Anyhow excellent experience!

Coffee shop

Taller 17 is a small cafe and pastry shop located in the center of Todos Santos. It's a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike, offering stellar coffee and incredible pastries such as cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, and scones. The cafe also features an art gallery where you can chat with local artists like Arturo Mendoza.
Best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had in my life. Came back for more multiple times throughout my week long trip. Cappuccino was 10/10 as well. Worth the line outside the door. Heads up, the employees are a lot more friendly if you at least try to speak a few words in their language. :)
Katy C — Google review
Pros: Absolutely divine baked goods and friendly service. My favorites are the almond chocolate chip cookie and carrot cake. I've yet to try their famous sticky buns. Fairly priced considering the quality and area. Cons: coffee leaves a lot to be desired. There is almost always a line and very little seating in this small shop. Come patiently, leave happily. I have no problem waiting for high quality stuff, but I wish their coffee was better! Either way, this is a must-stop in Todos.

I am a regular here, and it never disappoints. The pastries are always fresh and full of flavr Coffee is strong, rich, and consistently deliciou. It’s easily my favorite coffee shop, a place I look forward to visiting every day.

We decided to check out this highly rated coffee shop today. We ordered a variety of their pastries including their ham and cheese one, chocolate chip cookie, and sticky bun. We also got some hot lattes. Everything thing was decent but definitely did not live up to the hype. It also doesn't help that the employees seemed quite grumpy and there wasn't anywhere comfortable to sit.

This is my favorite place for a coffee and bake treat in Todos. The sticky buns are divine. They also have a lovely gluten free brownie

Amazing coffee and pastry goodies. Everything is made in their personal lab. Even if you will find a long waiting line is it worth it !

Every morning was a decadent treat when we discovered our local coffee haunt had the finest pastries we had ever tasted. Freshly baked each morning, the buttery aroma wafting out of Taller 17 will have you hypnotised. Certain we were going to try something new every day, my tastebuds couldn't be denied the savoury cheddar and jalapeño scone and my favourite sweet treat, the apple galette. My travel buddy was smitten with the Taller 17 ham and cheese galette that he had one every morning! Taller 17 service is swift and courteous, so don't be dismayed if you see a short line at the door - it moves quickly! They also serve milk alternatives like almond, so for those who find it difficult to find suitable coffee in the area - Taller 17 has you covered. If you're staying in the area, make sure you start your day off here - you won't be disappointed.
Shanthi M — Google review
Taller 17 is located at the very corner of a Todos Santos street which makes it the type of coffee shop that is perfect to-go. Even tho it doesn’t offer much of a permanent atomo sphere and vibe, Taller 17 has a plethora of pastries and a good variety of drinks ranging from your well know coffees and also types of kombucha, cacao and wines. I ordered a latte which was a 7/10 and a mint brownie which was an 8.2/10. Great products overall and good vibes. It’s a great place to go for your morning coffee before work.

It serves as a platform for emerging artists and designers to showcase their work, providing customers with an eclectic shopping experience that is constantly evolving.
Absolutely stunning store! Very large, lots of options. Some locally sourced/made as well as worldly fabrics/designs. Staff was very helpful, served water & turned on the AC near the fitting room (it was nearly 90). I was impressed with how many of the clothes fit me beautifully, I’m curvy, small waste with larger hips/thighs, and clothing is never easy for me to find. I walked away with 7 outfits. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Gorgeous boutique with everything from textiles for the home, men's and women's artisan made boho clothing and jewelry, to pottery and eclectic books. Way beyond my price point but I still enjoyed perusing the lovely offerings they sell in this boutique!

We went to Nomad Chic in Todos Santos in a cute little town one hour from Cabo yesterday. This was our favorite shop by far in all of Baja. The selection was great and different, with interesting details on the jewelry and purses. The clothing was really good quality and very great styles. In addition the lady working there was friendly and very helpful. By far the best shop in the area.

Beautiful boutique located at the beginning of town with amazing views of the hills right at its doorstep. Environmental organization
Nature & Parks
Tortugueros Las Playitas A.C. is a non-profit organization located just north of Todos Santos, dedicated to the conservation of sea turtles in the Baja peninsula. Visitors can witness the release of baby sea turtles at sunset from December to February (and occasionally in March). The organization's efforts include protecting turtle eggs and educating the public about conservation. While it's not possible to interact with the baby turtles, witnessing their release into the ocean against a beautiful sunset backdrop makes for an unforgettable experience.
What a magical experience with the turtles! Grateful for this organization dedicating their work and lives to help the turtles. The young team of leaders doing the hard work day in and day out are remarkably knowledgeable, answering dozens of detailed PhD-level questions to the best of their abilities. I found it interesting to not only watch the turtles but the humans too...a highly unusual species with interesting behavior to say the least :)
Nick P — Google review
Daily release of some baby turtles at sunset (time varies depending on the season). Beach is quiet, not a lot of people and the sanctuary very rustic and in need of donations. The release was very informative and friendly although I feel bad for the two little turtles that are being shown. They seemed scared. Access is otherwise free and donations to the organization encouraged.
Fede C — Google review
Wonderful experience! Very informative presentation, volunteers were trying to answer questions in at least four different languages! Impressive to see young local kids with so much knowledge and dedication. Keep up the good work!
Mili C — Google review
They didn't release the turtles the night we went for a few reasons, but it was still great!! They brought some of them out in little tubs for us to see and it was awesome! That beach was beautiful with the sunset! Definitely going back!!
Carpenter S — Google review
What a wonderful experience to be a part of. Our family will never forget! These folks were helping to release baby tortugas into the ocean. Just after sunset we were able to take part in the release of 90 newly hatched turtles. They protect them from predators until they are ready for release. They simply ask for a donation if you participate to provide necessities for the task. There were around 100 people the night we went.
Adam V — Google review
This is experience was amazing. As we waited for sunset, whales went up and down the coastline spouting. Many even breached further offshore! Watching the tiny Olive Ridley turtles fight the waves to make it into the ocean was incredible.
Tyler L — Google review
I would recommend this bucketlist activity. As you park and walk out to the ocean, you'll see a fenced-in tent where the turtle eggs are in process of hatching. Usually, every evening at sunset, they release the baby turtles that were born that day. They set out several tubs with baby turtles and answer questions about the conservation efforts to help build the overall population. As there are several tubs, all should have an opportunity to take pics/vids up close. When the time comes, they carry the tubs to the ocean sand and set them free for the waves to carry them out. While waiting, we watched the large crashing ways and whale spouts while the sun sets. Very beautiful.
Scott A — Google review
Access down International road is fine in a car without 4x4. Great experience for all ages. Keep an eye on the horizon, for whales and pelicans. Make sure you leave a donation, the money helps ensure the volunteers aren't too out of pocket.

The best restaurant in town! OMG from the atmosphere to service, and the food outstanding! My chili relleno was amazing! Also loved loved the enchilada! Such a quiet lovely place! Here for half day visit from Cabo and was looking for a lunch spot with scenery and good food. This place came highly recommended on TripAdvisor but not as highly rated on google. Gave it a shot and wow the desert garden (along with 3 cats) was beautiful. There was no one there when I arrived (2pm) but the outdoor seating area started filling up soon afterwards. Went with a dish I’ve been itching to try since arriving in Cabo. Chiles en Nogada. Do yourself a favor and order it. Stuffed green peppers with seasoned mince meat topped with a walnut based cold sauce and pomegranate seeds. Most ridiculous awesome dish I’ve eaten in a long time. The service up until they brought the dish then I never saw my server again and had to call another waiter to ask for my bill to get out of there and catch my bus. They have WiFi and cats!

Chicken with mole and chille relleños for lunch. Out of this world, fantastic!!! I've never had a chille relleno like this filled with savory mashed potatoes on a bed of refried beans seasoned to perfection. The pepper alone flavors with a touch of sweetness with a touch of spice but not like hot spicy just flavorful. The mole on the chicken was sweet and spicey, but as anyone knows, mole onto itself is a delicacy. These guys knew exactly what they were doing. The chicken is tender and flavorful...if I've not given you the impression that you MUST stop here and eat. Let me spell it out....must stop when visiting the area !!!

The place is a gem, but it needs improvements to the menu and the chef. The staff is excellent, but a skilled chef is required to elevate the establishment to the next level. I tried the arrachera, which was cooked but not grilled. The menu lacks a variety of sauces, and handmade tortillas would be a great addition.

Not very busy which was fine. The ceviche was not fresh. The fried cheese was not what I expected based on the description but it was very good and tasty. Tried mole for the 1st time and it was pretty good. The entrees were made fresh to order and had good flavors

La Esquina is a popular brunch spot in Todos Santos, known for its excellent service and fresh, high-quality food. The restaurant offers a variety of healthy breakfast options such as gluten-free flax pancakes, smoothies, and freshly squeezed juices in a sun-dappled garden setting. It's the perfect place to nurse hangovers with friends after a night of partying.
Vegan snickers is so good! Served cold so it’s a great way to cool off. Smoothies are tasty and service is excellent! When they found out it was my partners birthday they even brought a little birthday treat out for him.

This is an extraordinary breakfast spot. It is so beautiful. The staff is helpful and friendly. And our food and drinks were the absolute highlight. We had a latte and fresh squeezed orange juice, as well as, the breakfast sandwich and the veggie omelette. I will absolutely be dreaming about my next trip back.

Suchhhh a nice place!! Really really lovely vibe. Comfy chairs, they had live music on Sunday morning which was very pleasant. I’ve had the avocado toast and the super burrito - would recommend the superrr burrito.

Great place to visit the restaurant is an open patio style and beautiful. The green juice was delicious and fresh, the pastry was also delicious. The red chilaquiles were ok.

Italian restaurant
Ristorante Tre Galline in Todos Santos is a charming Italian restaurant that skillfully blends Italian and Mexican flavors to create a distinctive dining experience. Renowned for its handmade pasta, including ravioli, and delectable shrimp baguettes, the restaurant offers an array of culinary delights. Owners Magda Valpiani and Angelo Dal Bon meticulously select local and imported ingredients to craft elegant flavor combinations.
Amazing food!!! Surprised by the quality of Italian in Mexico but….. fantastic. Oziel was very kind and took very good care of us all evening. He met every request with a smile. We had a wonderful evening! Good wine too :) burrata is a must order

Gorgeous ambience. The spaghetti dish was delicious and we were thrilled that they had gluten-free pasta. The wine and beer offerings are top-notch. We had one dish that was mediocre and my apologies but I forgot the name of it. It was a pasta with meat and it was second on the menu. This is not the type of place where you would sit and work but I did have a few urgent work items I needed to catch up on before dinner was served and the Wi-Fi was unbearably slow. It was impossible to do any work. The speed was two down and one up.

You definitely have to try the maccheroni con crema di parmigiano, it has huitlacoche!! My new obsession: this restaurant! The service, the ambience, the wine, everything was amazing! Highly recommended!

Stopped there while wandering through the many calles of Todos Santos on a very hit afternoon. The building looked very nice from the outside and since we didn’t have lunch yet, we decided to stop there. We were sat at a table in the “garden” patio, very beautiful. A waiter brought us the menu and that’s when we realized we were in an Italian Restaurant. Didn’t think I’d have Italian food in Mexico (obvis, tacos would be my go to choice) but we did and we actually enjoyed it very much. Our order : Caprese Ensalada (tomato salad with burrata and fresh basil - the best I had in my entire life to be honest and I am a huge tomato fan) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tagliatelle with veggies and shrimps ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Maccheroni with meat sauce (3 meats in tomato sauce) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ NB : Their pasta is homemade which is definitely a +. Portions are good. We recommend this place !

Great and cozy spot. We loved their food down in Valle de Guadalupe so we had to come to the original spot. Amazing freshly made pasta cooked al dente. The dishes were amazing in taste & presentation. Excelent service and fair prices. If you like the cool breeze sit in the upper deck terrace. A must if you come to Todos los Santos!!!!
