Restaurant
Restaurant Tubladel offers a cozy and romantic ambiance, serving traditional cuisine with fine innovations by Chef Gerardo Spinelli. The menu features a variety of dishes, including potato fritters with herbs, pork knuckle, homemade pasta, sashimi, and grilled spareribs. The restaurant is known for its use of the best regional ingredients.
One of the best meals we’ve had during our time in the Dolomites. Tubladel has such a warm atmosphere and truly delicious food. Definitely a place I’d come back to — and one worth saving if you’re ever nearby . We had the wild deer and lamb rack — both incredibly tender and flavorful. Perfectly cooked and beautifully paired with a local red wine. Recommended visiting

One of our favorite meal during the trip. Wish we could have discovered it earlier so can have more meals there. Every dish was great and so was the service. And the local beer was amazing too!
Ciboysg W — Google review
The food at Tubladel is absolutely amazing – definitely worth trying and the place is well worth a visit. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to the professionalism of the service. Some staff members seemed a bit lost, and one in particular switched between three different languages while speaking with us within just 30 minutes, which became quite confusing. With such excellent cuisine, a more polished and consistent service would really elevate the overall experience.

Well, the food is amazing. I would recommend, be prepared to pay for the experience. I don’t like being pampered or called sir, so I guess this was the only let down…… my wife and daughter shared the steak fillet which was magic and I enjoyed the pork. Finished with some local grappa which went down a treat.

Our recent dinner at Restaurant Tubladel was an absolute delight, a culinary journey that masterfully blended exquisite flavors with thoughtful presentation. From the perfectly timed courses to the unparalleled quality of the ingredients, every detail contributed to a truly memorable evening. Our meal began with the sea bass linguine, a dish that arrived precisely when it should, allowing us to savor its delicate nuances before the arrival of our main course. This thoughtful pacing prevented any rush, ensuring each dish was enjoyed at its peak. The sea bass itself was a testament to subtle seasoning; it was perfectly balanced, enhancing rather than overpowering the fish's natural, pristine flavor. The linguine, cooked to an ideal al dente texture, provided a harmonious base, making each forkful a pleasure. The true showstopper, however, was the T-bone steak. Without exaggeration, it was the finest T-bone I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. It arrived dramatically, presented on a large platter with a bed of glowing charcoal beneath, an ingenious touch that kept every slice of meat perfectly warm throughout the entire meal – a truly impressive detail. The sirloin and fillet sections of the T-bone were both cooked to absolute perfection, a clear indication of the kitchen's exceptional grilling prowess. The distinct textures and rich flavors of each cut were beautifully preserved, allowing us to appreciate the subtle differences imparted by their superb preparation. Accompanying this magnificent cut were expertly baked vegetables and two baked potatoes, all of which were perfectly seasoned and complemented the rich flavors of the meat. Restaurant Tubladel not only delivers on taste but also on an experience that highlights the dedication to culinary excellence. It's a place where every element, from the timing of the dishes to the innovative presentation, is meticulously considered, resulting in a dinner that is simply outstanding.

One of the best restaurants in the area. We made a reservation through our hotel. We arrived and the hostess was welcoming. We sat at our table. The decoration was beautiful. We ordered a variety of different food options. The appetizers were great, especially the salad. Main course: the veal was excellent and very tasty, and the gnocchi tartufo which was also pretty good. We also ordered a baked potato and French fries on the side, one of the best French fries I’ve ever tasted. We also ordered dessert very delicious. We had the tiramisu which was marvelous. The vanilla ice cream was one of the best in the region. We had the dessert special as well which was not bad, it was very good but not as good as the tiramisu. The restaurant is very nice and I definitely recommend to visit, but the only issue is that the service is very slow.
Mohammed A — Google review
Food was excellent! I really enjoyed the tiramisu! We ordered the ribs and sea bass linguine. Ribs are tasty and the linguine was good, although I didn’t like the capers in it. (Personal preference)
Anna Y — Google review
We enjoyed the ribs and Tiramisu the most. The rest of our dishes are good. What really stranded out was the team - the service was warm and friendly and we really enjoyed dinner here.

Mountain cabin
Located in the Piz Sella sector near Canazei, Emilio Comici Hut is a must-visit for skiers in Corvara and surrounding areas. Situated at 2000 meters on the slopes, this restaurant specializes in fresh fish and seafood, offering an extraordinary dining experience with stunning mountain views. While waiting times can be long without a reservation, guests can enjoy drinks outside amidst a vibrant atmosphere of people skiing and relishing the mountain ambiance.
Great place to stop towards the end of hiking the Sassolungo loop. Don’t miss the high tech toilets. Beautiful views of Sella mountains with Sassolungo mountains behind. Enjoy the slide next to the hut! Very fun. Note that the kitchen isn’t open all day.

Trying to book a table was impossible. They hung up while speaking and never picked up again. We skied there and got a table in the beautiful sun. Had lunch. A bottle of champagne- you can’t go wrong with that. The fish snacks were no good - chewy salmon. Cheese burger was average, calamari really soft and fresh , scampi 🍤 supergood. Service was excellent. The view is unbeatable but once the sun is behind the mountains it’s freezing 🥶 outside. The washrooms are very cool as well - design and you get warm water 💦 to wash your hands.
Anja M — Google review
If you are doing the Sassolungo route, you definitely should put this as a stop for your route! The views are amazing and you could also snag a beach chair to have a quick rest or laze whilst enjoying the great views. Service was also amazing and you would feel right at home. The toilets are also clean and futuristic. Food is great as well and the price although more than usual, is reasonable as it is a place high up in the mountains.

We biked up in late September, such a nice place to stop and have a drink and great meal in the middle of a long day mountain biking. Francesco was our server and is the absolute best. Incredibly generous host and he's the reason we're coming back in the winter!
Clark B — Google review
Was pleasantly surprised! Really good strudel with vanilla sauce. Just go to self service part, there is a nice place for chilling. Appreciated free toilet (really nice one tho!).

What a great (and affordable) lunch! We had to wait until we could order, but once we did everything went fast and smooth. Great place also for kids with a big slide outside. Great toilets. Price was good. I recommend this to all my friends if they go to val gardena

We shared a pasta and they also gave plenty of bread. It was delicious, cooked al dente and a nice vegan option unless you add the parm cheese they give. The view from this place was also wonderful!

Fantastic!! What a great location, view and ambience. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. The food choice is out of this world and the quality and flavors didn't disappoint. A very extensive wine list that cost us a pretty penny, but was worth it. The owner was charming and inviting. This is more than a place to eat, it's an experience you must try if you're here. Also.. Just found this last-minute game changer — it’s an app called TwøDay™ that shows what’s going on near me over the next 48 hours. Events, activities, recreation, cool local spots, social hangouts, and more — it’s perfect when you're looking for fast plans. Total lifesaver. Pizza restaurant
Mauriz Keller is a charming restaurant and pizzeria located in the picturesque pedestrian area of Ortisei. This centuries-old inn offers a cozy atmosphere and serves an array of South Tyrolean specialties, international dishes, exquisite wines, and fresh wood-fired pizzas. The Bellemo-Comploi family warmly welcomes guests for lunch and dinner, providing a diverse menu that includes seasonal delicacies in autumn.
Very nice atmosphere restaurant. The food is so delicious with quite a big portion. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Variety of food with reasonable price. We enjoy so much.
Issaree — Google review
The food was delicious and the portions were generous, so it was great. I went hungry but still had some leftovers. I highly recommend the seafood spaghetti. 👍The atmosphere was nice and everything was good, but it was a shame that it was so hot inside. I skipped dessert because I wanted to get out to the cool outside quickly.😞

One of the best lunch experiences I’ve had was at this charming restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly Sicilian waiter. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating—we chose to sit outside and enjoy the lovely weather, scenic mountain views, and the picturesque pedestrian bridge. We ordered spinach and ricotta ravioli, along with a vegetarian pizza enhanced by a delicious olive chili sauce. The atmosphere was vibrant and relaxing, the food was truly excellent, and every staff member was helpful and smiling. It’s a place I’d gladly return to anytime.

We weren’t expecting the restaurant to be this spacious! It’s located underground in the heart of Ortisei, and we were surprised by how large and open it is, with plenty of seating. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially with children. As for the food: • We ordered the lobster pasta – absolutely delicious! We’d rate it 200 out of 100. • The burger was very good. • The white spaghetti was avarage. • The Margherita pizza was average. One of the best things is that the portion sizes are huge – each dish can easily serve 3 to 4 people. Overall, it was a great dining experience and we highly recommend it, especially for families or groups.

We really loved this place. The pictures do not at all do it justice. It is a beautiful place with great energy and wonderful music. They need to have some professional shots done. Feels very authentic and most enjoyable. Special.

We were recommended to this place by our hotel receptionist. The restaurant was big. Foods were served fast. Good taste. Lamb rack was good. Pizza was a bit salty though. Good service. Packed atmosphere.

Incredible food, service, and atmosphere. I wish I was able to eat more to try even more option from their vast menu. Our server was polite and helpful in making recommendations for dishes we would enjoy and wine to pair. One of the best meals I've ever had.

Cafe
Restaurant
Caffè Val d'Anna is a charming mountain hut located under the Seceda lift, accessible via a pleasant walk through the forest. Renowned for serving what some claim to be the best Apple Strudel in the world, this café offers a delightful crumbly crust and various accompaniments such as vanilla sauce. The outdoor seating area provides a stunning panoramic view of the mountains, while inside, visitors can enjoy warm hospitality and delicious Alpine breakfast options.
The best polenta ever, very delicious and the deer goulash was also mouthwatering. For desert we ordered cheese cake. Also the ginseng coffee was very good. For sure we will come here again

Spectacular steak and ribs. The venison goulash was also delicious. The ambience is perfect in the summer as is the entertainment for the kids (creek, games and more).

Absolutely delicious food - highlight of our 3 month long trip. We got caught in the rain on our way here and it made the meal and atmosphere so much better. Cosy, hearty cooking with huge portion sizes and excellent service. Would highly recommend the hot chocolate and deer goulash. Will be thinking about this meal for years.

We stopped for a little aperitivo during our hike, the place has plenty of seatings we appreciated the fact that they had a designed an area for kids and families which can be quite loud for couples. We had two local cocktails (with raspberry and blueberry syrup + prosecco) they were balanced and refreshing, they brought a small bowl of crisps and two pieces of bread with speck. The waiters were cracking jokes and made us feel welcome and taken care of. I would totally recommend it. Prices are fair.

Wonderful spot! Went there for an “in town” mountain hut early dinner. Had a little playground and ping pong and foosball tables. Recommend taking the Val d’ Anna walking trail there.

A beautiful place with even better service — especially from Ihab, who served us and treated us with great generosity. We truly enjoyed our time!

Love it, love it, love it. Go, go, go. Do not hesitate. Ski down and do it for lunch, a quick aperitif, a snack, a drink, at the close of lifts near the fire they set, anything. Memorable beyond words. The most magical place. Do it

Can’t miss this spot if you’re skiing down La Longia. Lots of outdoor seating, beautiful on a sunny day. Food was reasonably priced and delicious! We went twice in a week. The sliced pancakes and trout were amazing.

Pizza restaurant
La Bula is a rustic alpine tavern in Selva that offers a variety of Italian dishes, including antipasti, pasta, pizza, and Tyrolean specialties. Visitors have praised the delicious and authentic flavors of the food, with particular highlights being the pasta and the game ragu pasta. The staff is described as amazing, and reservations are recommended due to its popularity. Guests have found the prices reasonable for the quality of food offered.
Everything was very good. I would recommend the ribs and the octopus. Their pizza was good, but we've had better pizza at other places in town. Same with their pasta, it was very good, but if we're splitting hairs we've had better at other local places. Food all came out quickly and they had good non-alcoholic drink options, which some in our group can appreciate compared to the standard "soda or water" we've been getting. This place needs a reservation during the high season in order to get a spot, especially during high season.

One of the best in this city. Amazing price with high quality food and service and the ambience! Best pistachio dessert ever had! The waiter Alex is very attentive and nice and helpful! Highly recommend!
Ben C — Google review
The environment is modern, and the service is good. They sent someone speaks English to our table. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed about the food. Besides the salad and desert, I don’t like the two warm dishes. The Risotto was a bit salty, and the spaghetti was less salty, and personally I dislike the taste.
Annie L — Google review
This place, hands down, has the best arrabatia pasta I've had in my life, and I've had a lot (including in Rome, Florence, and homemade)! We liked it so much we actually came back to have it a second time. The pizza is also perfect. The crust doesn't get soggy but still has some droop, the sauce is great, and the cheese is great too. Couldn't ask for anything better in a pizza. We only tried one of their desserts - the apple strudel - and loved it. We had a few during our stay at the Dolomites and they were all good. I can't say this one was exceptionally better, but having it warm and with a crispy flake/crust was amazing. Lastly, if you're a vegetarian struggling to find variety in South Tyrol (which is very meats heavy), you should enjoy the menu here!

We stayed in the Dolomites for three days. We ate dinner here every night. Nicolas served us two of the three nights. His recommendations, wit and charm keep us coming back.

Ordered the “fantasy” pizza (toppings not listed on the menu)—one half came with potatoes and other with ham, the other pizza (forgot the name) with chanterelles and spicy pepperoni. The pizzas were interesting but fairly average in taste, especially after a long hike—we were hoping for a bit more flavor. The menu had so many options it felt a bit overwhelming. The staff was very polite, though a bit overly friendly for my taste.
Tomass S — Google review
For us, this was the best pizza in Selva, we even came back three times. The pizzas had a delicious, airy crust and flavorful toppings. The pasta was also very tasty and generously portioned. The staff was friendly and helpful, and on top of that, it’s a dog-friendly restaurant.
Isabel K — Google review
Unfortunately, none of the dishes we ordered met our expectations. The carbonara was drowned in sauce, and the guanciale tasted like it had been cooked days earlier — far too crispy and it ruined the whole experience. The pizza with egg was absolutely inedible. On top of that, the waiters smiled in a forced way and kept insisting we order drinks, which made the atmosphere even more unpleasant. Overall, a disappointing experience.
