We came here on the off chance and are so glad we did. The Monastery is stunning to see and walk around. Outside there are many cafes and restaurants outside to relax in after the look around the Monastery.
We walked around the monastery and it was just amazing. Beautifully built, a lot of locals come here to chill and admire the architecture. If you’re looking for something spiritual, this place would be one of them.
This monastery is beautiful. It’s free to enter and it’s super interesting to learn about the history. We had to wait a bit before we could go inside the actual church, but it was worth the wait. The interior of the church is exquisite, eccentric and really well maintained. The church is still used for worship and as such you have to be respectful. It’s worth popping in if you have the free time while in Sant Cugat.
Sublime and monumental monestry at the heart of St.Cugat. I recommend to meditate while walking around the cloister's porticoid and feel its combination of peace and serenity. Amusing giants at the entrance, best representation of Catalan traditions. Extraordinary church that creates a deep divine feeling when the sun reflects on the rose window.
Great part of Catalonian history. A must visit place in Barcelona. Tickets are Free. We loved it and will go back for more cultural cravings. Saludos amigos.
Very beautiful and peaceful. I went late morning on a weekday so i basically had the place to myself. Entry is free to all parts of it. I was able to make my way around the entire grounds in about 45 minutes, though you could do it in less.

Visited for the first time in March, great venue and within easy reach of Barcelona. Friendly and helpful staff at this modern facility. Look forward to my next visit.
A wonderful theater. Amazing sound. Quite comfortable although not built for 6foot people..but still nice. Well located and lots of parking and food options near.
Excellent modern theatre with seating with views from all areas of the auditorium. I thought the acoustics were good. I saw a concert with Pablo Milanés as part of the Barcelona Guitar exposition, which is held every year. I had a brief look at the theatre's events which looked very good
I've been there a few times for lectures and concerts as well. It has great acoustics and A/C. It's a great experience altogether. You can eat something or have coffee right there at their Cafeteria. Seats are confortable even if it's an all day event.
Great venue. Sergio Dalma concert was brilliant! Good lighting and sound. Very comfortable and accessible.
Lovely place, we enjoyed a tango band with dancers, very good atmosphere, excellent sound for such a small village like Sant Cugat.
The stage is great to dance on, the acoustics of the theater are good, lighting is spot on, and the quality of the entertainment provided is spectacular. A++
A small but well appointed auditorium with an excellent and varied programme of music, theatre, opera and other shows.

Such an awesome playground!! There is enough to do to play for hours. Many different slides and other playthings. For small kids as well as big kids. I wish we lived closer so we could go here every week.
This public park is a true gem! The beauty of the landscaped grounds is immediately evident, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The well-maintained paths invite you to take a leisurely stroll or enjoy a peaceful jog. Lush greenery surrounds the area, providing a refreshing atmosphere that is both calming and invigorating. Families will find plenty of space for picnics and outdoor games, while children can happily explore the various play areas designed just for them. The cleanliness and care put into this park truly show the dedication to maintaining such a lovely community space. It’s a fabulous place to unwind or enjoy a day out with friends and family.
It's a huge park with a well built up area for families to host parties or events. Lots of slides swings and activities. Its my favourite park to spent time with family and friends. Take care of the park and respectfully enjoy the nature and keep it beautiful. However, no restrooms.
Best park around Barcelona. We just love this park, my kids can stay here for hours
Great park. The kids loved it here. I had the hard time telling them “it’s the last one” to go home. They simply wouldn’t stop!
Great place. Sunsets during summer are the best. Sun goes down between Montserrat mountains - Unique -
This is an amazing park for kids and adults and offers plenty of space to roam around
I was there in July with my 2 y.o. He liked some stuff, but most slides are for kids who a re a bit older (4-5 y.o.?) There's little shade, so better come early or in the evening. Otherwise even the slides are too hot for little bums

It can be visited on the first and third Saturday of each month from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and it is the place where the Festas de Sant Medir, pilgrimages and sometimes also huge gatherings are held. It is easily accessible from Barcelona and from Sant Cugat by paths that are easily accessible also for families with small children. It is located in the "Camp del Miracle" where there is a fountain with three spouts from which fresh water flows. Despite careful restoration, it has retained its original structure and invites visitors to take a journey back in time. The hermitage opens its doors to visitors every first and third Saturday of the month from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is not only a place of reflection but also the setting for the traditional Festas de Sant Medir, numerous pilgrimages, and occasionally large gatherings. Its location makes it particularly attractive: It is accessible from Barcelona and Sant Cugat via easily accessible paths that are also ideal for families with small children. Sant Medir lies in the mystical "Camp del Miracle" (Field of Miracles), where a fountain with three bubbling springs provides fresh water – a place that uniquely combines history, nature, and spiritual tranquility.

The place itself is curious: it tells the story of when the economy of the region revolves around wine. However, it gets a special charm when it becomes a concert venue (for example, at the end of June, when the Festa Major is going on). The photo is from when the orchestra of the local Escola Fusió was about to perform The Typewriter, by Leroy Anderson
Beautiful modern structure formerly used for collective wine making. Now a museum and occasional event space.
Former cooperative winery in striking modernist style with inverted catenary arches.

There is a small but interesting museum around, which tells about the life of monks, about the structure of the monastery, about the meanings that were previously put into every detail. It is nice to hide there from the summer heat. I spent more than an hour there and did not want to leave. I just want to sit in this courtyard, look at the columns and listen to the silence. If you need a place to rest your soul - come here.

(Translated by Google) We went on 07/23/23 with a guided tour, Guia'm pel Monastir, it is free and prior registration is required. They do it every Sunday at 11 a.m., except the first of the month. It is a job placement project for people with Asperger Syndrome. The young guide, knew a lot about the Monastery, was great! Parking is great on Sundays since the blue zone is free! There are toilets, an elevator, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility. They make different visits, I give you the free ones but there are also paid ones. You must register by calling the Sant Cugat Museum. - Family Saturdays: Free guided tour on the second Saturday of each month. - Dramatized visit, Let the capitals speak, They know everything!: Free, they do it on the first Saturday of every month at 12 noon. - Prayer, work and power: Free, first Sunday of each month at 12 noon. -Guia'm pel Monastir' on Sundays free. The Monastery, the church, the tourist office, the Museum and the Abbey Palace are located in Plaça d'Octavià. In the center of the city, on the site where the Roman fortress of Castrum Octavianum stood. It was founded in the 9th century. In the Middle Ages it was fortified, a good part of the wall that surrounds it is still preserved. It was located on the road that linked the Roman cities of Barcino (Barcelona) with Egara (Terrassa). The Cloister: there is a lot of peace, it is worth entering and admiring the 144 columns with their different capitals, by the sculptor Arnau Cadell. In one of them he sculpted himself. We can see it in the northeastern pillar of the cloister space, where it can be read: This is the figure of the sculptor Arnau Cadell, who built such a cloister in perpetuity. There are capitals referring to the old and New Testament: dedicated to Adam and Eve, Noah and the end of the flood, the Miracle of the Loaves and the Fishes, the Triumphal Entry of Jesus into Jerusalem and the Three Marys buying perfumes, others with floral, animal, fighting motifs and many more. In the middle of the cloister there is a fountain, in the water there are orange fish. The birds come to drink and take a dip in the heat. There are also the remains of an early Christian church, where the relics of the martyr Cugat are kept. The construction of the Cloister began in the year 1190, thanks to the testamentary donation of Guillem de Claramunt, who wanted to be buried in this space near the tomb of the martyr Cugat. The church: it is free every day from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. It's worth going in, it's spectacular. Already at the entrance door itself we can see the large rose window from 1337. This is inspired by the rose window in the south transept of Notre Dame de Paris. On the upper outer part of the gate, there are paintings where you can see the star of Bethlehem. It is Romanesque in style and has a fully Gothic façade. Inside, I was surprised to see plasma TV screens on each column, so that parishioners can perfectly see everything that happens at the altar: mass, wedding, baptism, etc... Inside there are several works of art, altarpieces, different altars, each most spectacular, the large organ that seems as if it were suspended from the ceiling. The visit is totally recommended. In the terrace square with bars and restaurants. In the same square is the Museum dedicated to Marilyn Monroe and also nearby the Modernist Winery, the latter is free.
(Translated by Google) Impressive monastery, beautiful. It preserves much of its perimeter wall, with turrets and stone entrance gates. The main building is the Gothic-style church. Next to the church, and with a separate visit, is the museum. The museum is located in part of the incredibly large, Romanesque-style cloister. A double-height cloister, notable for the double colonnade of the lower cloister and its marvelous capitals, carved with religious themes and various animals or monsters. In the inner courtyard, there is a fountain in the center, and the remains of an early pre-Romanesque or Visigothic church. It is a delight to wander through this wonderful cloister, unhurried, enjoying every detail, each capital of the double colonnade, the heads of the lower part of the lower cloister, and the tranquility it conveys. One of the must-see places in Catalonia, perhaps also one of the least known among the monasteries in that autonomous community.

Nice and cozy place, Mall have varieties merchandise, electronic shop, coffee shop and marvelous Pizza restaurants.
Sant Cugat Shopping Center is a great place for a day out. It offers plenty of parking, which is always a huge plus. The variety of restaurants is impressive, and there’s a good mix of shops, including well-known stores like Decathlon and MediaMarkt. Additionally, the cinema provides a nice entertainment option. However, the shopping center could benefit from more modern entertainment options. It's also worth noting that some shops are closed on Sundays, which can be inconvenient. Overall, it’s a solid shopping destination, but with a few improvements, it could be even better. Rating: 4 out of 5 stars.
Settings and atmosphere are the best. Only one black dot may be a lack of maintenance in the toilets( not lacking of hygiene but repairs)
The center is being renovated and looks beautiful. Apart from that, there is a great variety of fashion, accessories and electronics stores. The Premium cinemas are a delight
Great service. It charges very fast my phone's battery
Pretty decent shopping mall in San cugat. Stores span over two levels. They have popular brands for clothing and general shopping as well. Parking was the main pain point. Parking is limited to just one level. Either there are too many cars or too few spots. Even on weekdays the lot is mostly full.
Poor offer of restaurants. Few places to sit on, and the ones available are really uncomfortable. I didn't like the place.
This is the nearest mall from my home so i love it. The place has everything be it grocery store, branded stores, cafe, restaurants and many more. I specially liked Carrefour store here, they have good collection of grocery items as well as garments. PS: in the picture you could see different types of tomatoes available in carrefour, i was amused to see it.

Fresh food market
Shopping

A nice, local market with a bakery as well fruit, sea food and meat on offer.
Even if it's new, the market is not too big. Nonetheless it has: meat, cheese, fruits & vegetables, sea food, bakeries, spices, etc. Works till 14
SUPERB market of fresh fruit & vegetables, fish and meat. A great old fashioned hardware shop with a genuinely friendly and knowledgeable owner. A big key cutter, repair locksmith, a great cheese & yogurt shop and even a small Condis supermarket. One of the best fresh markets I've seen in Barcelona. Not cheap but great selection and quality. Good parking outside which vendors will validate if you buy stuff. Try it
Fantastic market, open almost everyday, where you can find really everything. There are 3 butchers, 4 fish shop, 2 fruits and vegetables shop, a shop specialized just in the production of beans, a bakery, a solo bio and vegan products, a shop specialized in milk and milk based product (fantastic yogurts there!), and a couple of places where you can buy jamon and other typical stuff. All products that I have tried were extremely good, and also the environment is friendly: the shop owners are nice people. Moreover, if you are missing something, there is even a mini-market inside! And also a small flower shop. I mean, really, a great place!
Good place for seafood and meat lovers and you can buy fresh food. A bit expensive but good quality seafood and meat.
Good choice of organic fruits and vegetables, there’s also a stand that sells BIO dry fruits and cereals (porridge included), chickpeas, lentils etc.
Good selection of stands selling local fresh products - not particularly cheap.
Amazing selection of meats, fish and produce. Helpful staff always ready to answer my questions in broken Spanish.
