Very nice place close to el parque principal. Very clean and exceptional service. The host was very helpful in any requests.
Horrible experience woke up in a construction zone at 6am management was nonexistent and once located unhelpful and unapologetic. Situation they were fully aware of and I believe is the workers were moving between the work site and the hotel so they were obviously aware of it. I would suggest that this is ongoing and it will not be rectified anytime soon so I stay clear of this hotel go somewhere else and spend your money
(Translated by Google) I would say that for me it was perfect. We arrived at night, thank God there was a room available. The person who welcomed us was very friendly. We were able to park inside the hotel, which was a plus. The room was simple, pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in the historic sector, a few blocks from the main park. It has a nice pool, although I didn't use it; There is even a sauna. The truth is I liked it.

Everything is impeccably clean, and the rooms, including the apartments, are very well-equipped. But what we like most is the kindness, courtesy, and excellent service of the owners and staff. They make us feel like family. We will return. Highly recommended. (Original) Hemos estado un grupo de amigas varias veces en el Aparta hotel La Villa. Very nice little town. We had an extra day in Medellin and had to choose between Guatape and Santa Fe de Antigua. We decided to avoid the tourist rush and enjoy the idyllic town of Santa Fe de Antigua and see the real face of the country. I recommend it. And be sure to rent a tuk-tuk and go to the bridge.
Fun little detour from Santa Fe. The bridge was really fun to walk across and the views of the surroundings were pretty stunning. We hiked around the area a bit and there were a lot of bugs, but overall the experiences was very recomendable.
Very picturesque and it's a little (ok, not very much) cool than in the city. The tuk-tuks will take you down here (and back) for 10,000 pesos per person (max three). Our driver stopped at an overlook on the Santa Fe side of the river and then dropped us off to walk across. The far side has a couple of small restaurants where you can get a drink or an ice-cream.
If you are already in Santa Fe to Antioquia, grab a motor scooter taxi, and for 35,000 cop, they will drive you down there, you walk across, and they meet you on the other side and then drive you back across. Worth the trip since we were already in Santa Fe, but nothing to write home about if you've seen a big bridge before.
Well maintained wooden bridge. A wall of information on anchor towers provides a great history overview. Plus a place to relax and enjoy the views.
Cauca river, and the Puente Clgant de Occidente. Nice place to visit with great history, very hot territory so bring a hat or an ummrella and get a iced sugar cane freshly pressed juice!
This bridge is the highlight of my trip to Santa Fé. The walk from the bus station to the bridge is enjoyable, mostly having the road to myself. - 12/07/2022
It is one beautiful place in the occidental area of Antioquia. I recommend a bottle of cold water and comfortable shoes for this trip.

Fantastic place to take your family for the day. The food is kid friendly and they have a lazy river and one really crazy water slide but most is suitable for a toddler to a teen.
It's a good place for the kids. The swimming pools are clean, the park is organized, and the food is good. There are not many options for adults but you can have a great time with your kids. You can take your camping tent and use it in the park. There is a beach volleyball court. The entrances costs 35.000$ pesos per person, and the parking $5000 pesos.
They make you feel very welcome. The rides are fun and all the facilities are well maintained.
Great place to spend a day with your family. Kids love it and there is good entertainment for grown ups!. Great staff, very friendly and lifesavers caring all the time for the kids. Food is average typical food, but good enough for the day.
THe best place in Santa fé de Antioquia for the whole family. you must know...
This park has 9 very nice pools. It is clean and very organized. The food is OK. Spending a full day there with kiddos works perfectly.
An awesome experience... Until we got to the Turtle Slide... The staff there was really distracted, unhappy, rude and not helpful. A lot of kids just jumped the line and do whatever they want. Bittersweet experience

Great trails and horses. Carlos is a great guide. Excellent job, well worth the experience
First time on horseback and wow, what a blast! Totally recommend this spot! We did the 2-hour mountain trail—super scenic with mountains, wetlands, and rivers. As total newbies, we were in great hands with Carlos, who was chill, patient, and made sure we were good to go. Best memory from our Colombia trip, hands down! Price was super fair, and Carlos even snapped a bunch of pics and videos for us.
A great morning out with Carlos and his horses with a 3 hour ride through part of Santa Fe and the Rio Tonusco. The horses are strong, quiet, well trained and in good condition. The best thing to do in Santa Fe
Couldn’t recommend more!! We had the best time riding horses with Carlos! It was fun and easy taking a tuk tuk from town to his ranch. The views from the mountainside were stunning! Carlos was so nice and helpful. He doesn’t speak much English, but that didn’t impact our experience at all - if anything, it made it more unique and authentic. 💯💯
Most fun I had the two weeks I was in Colombia. Carlos was great. It was like riding with a friend and not just a pack leader. The scenery was beautiful and the terrain was varied. Highly recommend
Great experience! We did the river tour with our 2 kids (11 and 12 years old). Carlos was patient, kind and treated animals and people with respect!
We did a two hour ride along the river yesterday and Carlos made sure we were safe and had lots of fun, he took special care to take great pics of everyone in the group!! It should be on your list!!
What an amazing experience to see Santa Fe de Antioquia neighborhoods and countryside on horseback with Carlos. Carlos was a great guide, friendly, helpful, and took us on a 2 hour ride that is the highlight of our experience in the area. The ride takes you through the local dirt, back country roads, and then down by the river, and then back through town to his place. We felt safe and had a great experience throughout the ride. His horses were tame and well trained and easy to ride. As well, and importantly, the horses were obviously well taken care of. The price for 2 hours was unbeatable and well worth it. He offered us water, Gatorade, and beer prior to the ride, which was most welcome. The experience is highly recommended. We’ll come back soon and definitely do it again!

Blessed to attend Sunday Mass
Wonderful traditional Cathedral in the main square. Well worth a visit. It's beautiful inside. Shame that outside it seems a little neglected, with weeds growing on the brickwork and even some trees growing on the roof.
Beautiful city in colonial style. Two hours is enough.
(Translated by Google) The Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, located in the heart of Santa Fe de Antioquia, is one of the oldest and most representative colonial churches in Colombia. The first parish was established in 1547, a few years after the city's founding by Jorge Robledo in 1541. Construction of the current church began in the 18th century, and it was consecrated as a cathedral in 1804, when Santa Fe de Antioquia was still the provincial capital. Its architecture, in a sober Renaissance and Baroque style, stands out for the solidity of its rubble and brick walls, as well as its imposing bell tower. In 1941, Pope Pius XII granted it the title of Minor Basilica, in recognition of its historical, religious, and cultural importance. Today, it remains a symbol of the Catholic faith and a heritage landmark of the mother city of Antioquia.

Excellent, free local museum. There are artifacts on display from pre-Columbian through the founding of the republic. The displays are all in Spanish, however. There are lockers to store your bag at the entrance and restrooms.
Very cool museum. It’s free. They are doing a great job with Covid guidelines. It’s fun to learn about Antioquia's history. I recommend this place.
We went to visit a live Pesebre, little reconstruction of a town in the times of Christmas, but we found a lot of Antioquia and Colombia history in a small place. There are a lot of stories to tell about Juan del Corral and other founders of our democracy in Colombia, beginning with the signature of the independence of Antioquia from Spain and the rest of Colombia when in Bogota and Santander, others where starting the revolution against high taxes. In Santafe de Antioquia happened a lot of things that became important for the rest of the country and turned transcendental for the life of the whole new continent. Hearing history from one of the guides is the best to understanding everything. Entrance is free but you could give a tip to your helper.
Great place to know Colombia's history.
Sometimes tourists want to visit some museums, here, in Santa Fe de Antioquia, this is one of the most important, it has beautiful pieces and it is a wonderful place. If you like to visit museums while traveling, this one is highly recommended.
A must see cultural place... definitely go if you want to know about Antioquia's history

(Translated by Google) This church combines history, architecture, and spirituality. Popularly known as "La Chinca," it is located three blocks from the main park, next to the Martínez Pardo square. Its construction, dating back to 1868, replaced the old Hermitage of the Martyrs. It features a neoclassical style with Baroque details, highlighting its brick and stone façade with a double bell gable, characteristic of Antioquia's aesthetic. Although the interior has lost some original elements due to renovations, such as the dismantling of altarpieces and the installation of a neo-Gothic marble altar, the church retains its historical and cultural value. Furthermore, its peaceful surroundings and proximity to other sites of interest make it an ideal place to reflect and appreciate the region's rich heritage. The Church of Our Lady of Chiquinquirá is a testament to the religious and architectural legacy of Santa Fe de Antioquia, offering visitors a unique connection to the past and spirituality of the place. (Original) Esta Iglesia combina historia, arquitectura y espiritualidad.

Small version of Exito but has everything including beautiful fruits and veggies. Better than their Medellin stores.
Despite not being as big as the ones in the cities, it is packed with everything you need for your summerhouse time: lots of alcohol, water, ice, snacks, medicine and much more.
