Classic cabrera trip. One of the best experiences I've ever had and I've travelled quite a bit. Island is absolutely stunning. If you like boats, ocean scenery and swimming this utterly is perfect. Castle, beaches, cafe and museum on the prestine island and then blue sea cave visit afterwards, to cool down. I went on a warm 30°c day from 9-3pm. Well worth the price. Bringing your own snacks isn't essential but I would advise. Only complaint I'd have is not explained much of what's happening, in terms of whats on the island and that a different boats picks you up to go to blue cave. Despite that both boats were very comfortable and the staff were reasonable friendly. Best day of my holiday. Highly highly recommended.
Best boat-team for our trip to Cabrera island. Fast drive, 100% friendly, the crew takes care of us all, and if you want to know about the history from the Balearic Islands, they can tell you a lot! Bar with drinks and good vibes :)
We almost have been scammed. We called this morning to warn that unfortunately, we would be a bit late, arriving at 12:18 for our premium tour that was planned at 12:15. We had a 1h30 drive with pregnant wife and child of 20 months so the point of calling was to avoid unnecessary traject. The men on the phone told us to come, that eather the boat would wait or they would find a solution. When we arrived a 12:17, the lady at the desk knew about us and immediatly called the boat. Then explained it was too late and her solution was to take the express tour at 3:30pm if we pay an extra 20€pp. Only after this, we saw the boat leaving behind. They explained they had no other solution and that they had to pay themselves the tickets to the other company. Actually, they sell these tickets themselves and even share the staf. Given the other comments, it seems clear we were tricked into coming and paying an extra 40€ to our 148€ to fill their express tour. The 148€ are lost, and the client experience remains desastrous. Like it already have been said, ‘Excursiones a Cabrera" and "MarCabrera’ fake the consumer into thinking there is a healthy competition, but agree on prices, share staf and sell the same tickets, if they are not actually the same company.
We booked the Premium Catamaran "Excursion" for for Sunday which was cancelled last minute the evening before. So we went on Friday. If you expect a guided tour or excursion, you will be disappointed. It is more like an overpriced shuttle service. They drop you off at the island for 4 hours and that's it. On the way back, we didn't even have a Catamaran, but a crowded speed boat. For the price of 270€ we could have booked a private boat charter as well and the money would have been better spent. It was only a drop of and there is the castle, there is the beach, there is a museum, but it will be closing soon so it's not worth to go there. Overall it would have been ok, if it had cost 10-15€ but definitely not 68€ pP.
Nice natural place. Good to go with kids, family, friends, couple... Buy tickets online for 36 euros for person. The discount for resident people is a scame, 7 per cent discount, less than - 10 per cent form internet. The slow boat is too slow, more than one hour. They give us a snack and a sweet. There's no data in the island.
Exceeded expectations, isn't on the top 10 lists and initially I wasn't sure if I wanted to go but glad I did.
The trip and the people working on boat - great. Also the island is beautiful, pure nature. Only thing is that the old lady working on reception seems not to have at all ANY skills to work with Customers. She was grumpy and shouting on us. She called us few times the day before the trip to change the hour of a trip. Finally we needed to pay additional money for the more expensive trip, even the difference of the booking of internet and live booking...
We had an amazing day in Cabrera, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the boat trip was a bit of a nightmare because it was windy and a lot of people got sick. Also, there was barely any space and a lot of people had to sit on the floor. Please do not overcrowd the boats and people will enjoy the trips more.

Nice Aquarium with the local fish. It was nice to do something during our holidays in Cabrera. It’s small though and a lot of improvement is needed especially in the outside area. The artwork on the outside was really impressive. Interesting for the adults to read some history but boring for the kids as they expected some kind of show on the outside area 😅🤷🏻‍♀️ The best part is that they had elevators so you can see through the aquarium, but unfortunately they were out of order 🤦🏻‍♀️ I really hope they will not close this beautiful aquarium but instead they will invest on it 🙏🏻🥰
Could you ever guess what’s hiding beneath the waves of Cabrera? This aquarium is a jaw-dropping dive into the Mediterranean’s secret world! From vibrant fish darting through coral to the mesmerizing dance of jellyfish, every tank feels alive. I was blown away by the seahorses – did you know they’re one of the only species where the male carries the babies? Trust me, this place is a must-visit gem for anyone near the Balearics!
Aquarium showing all the marine life in the coast. Very interesting, well kept and friendly staff. Tickets are cheap and it's worth it definitely.
Great for the price. Nice place to spend some time away from the beach. Kids will love it. And it's very nice and cool inside.
If you are in Colonia S Jordi, for sure place to visit. Kids will love it, very smooth flow, plenty of space but not too long for you to get bored or be tired. About an hour, hour and half. Price is very reasonable. Be careful around with the parking as blue zones and residential areas and not good place to park as visitors:-)
Unfinished and under construction… bad info, but a couple of interesting fish. If I just had known better… And NO turtles!!
Amazing aquarium. Tanks seems to be spacious enough and you can learn a lot about all the beings living in mediterranean sea. We were also very lucky since at the time of our visit we were almost the only ones there so we were able to spend enough time in front of every tank and admire everyone living in them.
Very nice place. It is very well organised.

What an amazing trip!! The RIB boat was fast and exhilarating! We did the round the island trip with a couple of stops to swim and an hour stop at the port. Our skipper was great! The swimming was stunning and we even saw two dolphins! The swim at the Blue Cave is an experience I won’t forget in a hurry. Wonderful and special memories made. Thank you!
Do not use this company. As others have said our trip was cancelled and our only options were to go at an earlier time (this wasn’t convenient for our group) or to go at an alternative time with a ‘different’ company which meant we had to pay more money. They would not offer a refund even though it clearly states on their T&C’s they will do that. Disgusting attitude of the staff who took zero responsibility. The actual excursion was lovely and the boat crew were very helpful.
I highly don't recommend this company for Cabrera excursions. Our experience was very disappointing. We arrived for our booked trip only to be told our reservation had been changed to an earlier time without any notification. The company claimed they had called us, but we received no such call. Instead of correcting their mistake, they gave us an unfair choice: lose our money or pay extra to join at our originally booked time which is very unfair considering already paid price and it’s clear ripping people out off money. I advise to be cautious and consider other options for their excursions to avoid similar issues and unexpected costs.
Great company, the staff very polite and helpful could not recomended enough. We went with 3 kids, the youngest 3 and all loved it. The island is very picturesque with ok beaches, the way to the castle can ve tiring but worth it for the view. You must book the trip with the blue cave visit included as the jump there was divine. Can't recomended the trip enough as well as the company. I feel the bad reviews are from stack up people who overreact. Our visit date was cancelled the day before due to weather and rebooked for different dates... it can happend deal with it.
Whilst the Cabrera Island visit was amazing and I would highly recommend it please be aware that Marcabrera Excursiones cannot be trusted or counted on. We were a group of 10 that pre-paid 550 euros to go at a certain time and several days in a row they called to change our booking to other days, other times, other trips, etc. We were not able to change and when finally we were to make our trip it was cancelled and they refused us a refund.
Worst experience ever, they screw you and then they thank you for being screwed! Their boat was late all the way except for leaving the Cabrera Island… and they left us there… after that they made us pay 80€ for 2 adults and 1 child to come back…
We booked the speed boat trip with two short stops for snorkling. The boat drove with fast speed to the Island and then circled around the Island with slower Speed and stopped for showing some impressive rock formations. Overall the island looked impressive. The snorkling stops where quite short 10-15 Minutes and we didnt see much sea life, Just one type of fish I guess two banded sea bream, which we also saw at the beach already. The second stop was in the blue cave there the color of the water was quite impressive and the fish looked nice in the blue water. I think I would not take the Trip again. We didnt had any bad experience with the service, but also for us the starting time was changed one evening before from 14;00 to 13:30. We we're informed by phone and by Email, so If you have some long travel time you need to be flexible and reachable.
They have the best boats and quite a flexible schedule. Plus, the crew is really cool and helpful

My favorite beach in Mallorca. Very quiet place. The beach is very long and is it very nice walking trip. Fine sand and clear water. 🔝🔝🔝
The best beach in Mallorca, clean water, only few people was there and this beach is very big.
Very nice and peaceful beach, but it’s a long way to walk when you’re not a resident. The beach is quite dirty this year. There are always boats nerby the shore. No beach bar or restaurant, bring your drink with you.
Cosy secluded beach away from mass tourism. Not so easily accessible, not well maintained, no surveillance.
When I went there had been a rainy few days and es carbó had lots of seaweed everywhere. The beach next to it was better.
Nice beach, long enough not to be overcrowded. Cons are the amount of kelp in the sand and the stupid amount of boats that come to this area making the water filthy.
It s worth the walk..no restrooms,bar..bring your own food&water
We walked almost 45 min in very warm weather to reach the place. But it was windy and not very special as it is told. Platja d'es Dolç, the beach next to this one, where you don’t need to walk at all, was much much better than es Carbo. I think doesn’t worth the effort.

The perfect beach, an inbuilt stretch bordered by Mediterranean Native Forest, soft sand, clear waters, a nice bar, not too crowded. You can rent kayaks, pedalos and paddle boards from lovely Maria down from the beach bar.
Not the most beautiful beach but very comfortable to park near to, with commodities such as a shower and a nearby cafe to have a snack and/or a drink. Snorkeling is not very exciting as there’s not much to see but the waters are blue and the sands (the little of it there is) are white.
Nice beach, clear water, not very crowded during COVID-19.
The beach is very clean, the water is clean and if there is a dock nearby. There is sand in the water, but in a few places it is mixed with small stones. It's not too crowded. The first people of us were at 4 meters. There's a bar in the back where you can buy drinks or food. The prices are cheaper than the most popular beaches. The problem is parking, it is 5-10 minutes walk away and it is necessary to arrive as early as possible in the morning to find a place in the blue zone. Parking for motorcycles is provided, there is enough of it.There are also two electric chargers with a power of 7.4kw. MELIB.
Nice beach, public toilets, overpriced cantina....
Parking around Sant Jordi was not really challenging. After a short 5 minutes walk from Sant Jordi port you will reach the beach and its bar from Platja des Dolc. The beach area gets cleaned from the sea grass, sun loungers and parasols can be rented. Even during the high season there is enough space for plugging in your own parasol and enjoy the music from the bar, which offers a variety of drinks and ice creams. The turquoise colored sea drops flat and we could relax perfectly in the warm water. Our little divers discovered some smaller fish and catched some crabs in the sea. We had a pleasant three hours stay among many other Spanish families :-)
Amazing white sandy beach and rocks! Relatively less crowded and clear water. Seemed to be safe as well, though I'd recommend alternating if you go for longer swims or snorkeling. Please bring unicorn or flamingo loungers 😉 to be stylish in the water! 😂
The ice cream is good. Could have been a wonderful place for food as well, but the menu is not clear at all. When I mentioned to the unhelpful waitress called Patricia that the food she brought us was not the one showing on the menu, she said, "It's in the menu!" And it wasn't. After when we asked for the bill she completely ignored us; we had to ask another waitress, who then was very pleasant and helpful. I don't want to go back there again! To clarify I am talking about Es Doçe cafe by the Es Dolç beach. 👎🏾

Really fantastic local beach. I was amazed how calm and clear the water is here. There is a freshwater shower and a public bathroom nearby also. Plenty of space to sit or lay on a towel to enjoy the sun. Lots of restaurants are also steps away. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very cute little beach, a lot of people in high season but still enjoyable. Very good for families with children and also small children as the waters are always calm and everyone can have fun. Also a quiet place for a nice walk at nighttime.
Great beach, there is a shady part with pine trees, there are many cafes nearby, with parking, if you are lucky - you will be close) we walked
Small sandy, clean beach with sunbeds/umbrellas for hire, showers and life-guard. The water is very clean and calm with no waves. There are several bars/restaurants/kiosk just behind the beach on the promenade. There is also a pine tree shaded area were you could have a picnic or relax.
I’m surprised to see so many positive reviews for this beach based on our own experience. First and most importantly, the water was filthy. There were bits of plastic and other trash all throughout the water, which was also generally cloudy, full of seaweed and other detritus. It was a sunny day and yet this is the only water I’ve ever seen on Mallorca that wasn’t clear. This was in mid-October on an otherwise gorgeous day. Beyond that, the beach was crowded, narrow and generally un-noteworthy. I’m so glad this wasn’t my first Mallorca beach experience!
Warm water, perfect for babies
A beautiful beach, simply a dream. However, it deeply saddens me to see cigarette butts being tossed into the sand. There should be a ban on this or at the very least penalties for such actions. We urgently need signs because it seems that humanity still doesn't grasp that cigarette butts take around 10 years to decompose. What is happening with people? The issue of litter is also concerning. Is it truly so difficult to make a small contribution and show gratitude to the island, even when the trash isn't one's own? It would be wonderful if more people got involved. Indeed, looking around and picking up visible litter when leaving the beach should be the absolute minimum that we all can do to preserve and protect this beautiful place.
Nice small area to relax and have a coffee or a beer in the afternoons or early mornings for a walk ✨☀️🥰🤩

I love the BEST Centre where I recently had some great one-to-one coaching with Raul, who helped improve my stroke. The sessions were really engaging and fun, and it made a big difference to my technique in a short space of time. Last weekend I swam 3 x 5km swims over three days to raise funds for Alfie's Squad in Liverpool, a charity supporting children after suicide bereavement. Thanks to the coaching with Raul, I was able to log faster times than I had over the same distance previously. Keep up the great work and see you soon!
Just had a week here with two of my kids on the Family Swim Holiday. We had a fantastic week, the training with Sam and James was phenomenal. There was also a gym and a lane for the parents to use while the kids swim. Highly recommended to calming hyper active kids.
Awesome olympic size pool with very nice location in the little village. Perfect size village for organising training camps.
Professionally managed facilities, 50m saltwater pool. Purposely built for sport swimming, training and more. Gym is also in place. Haven’t seen so much good swimming people in one place ever.
We visited with a group of 16 Masters swimmers for a six day training camp - had a great time! Perfect location for easy access to hotels, the town, sea, marinas, and walks/runs.
A professionell open heated pool made for training camps. Well equipped with pro blocks and laneroaps. Space for dry warm up and stretching. However no cover anywhere and low quality changingrooms and toilets. Overall though, one of the top places for a pro camp. Not a place for leisure!
Had some good training sessions there, very nice atmosphere. Changing room could be a little bit better organized, but it does the job. Shower also acceptable. But I preferred going back to the hotel for the shower. There's a small gym close by the pool, and some space for warming up and dry land training. Water in the pool somehow feels very soft on the skin after a day in the sea 👍🙂 Was there in May
Visited in May for a training camp. Really nice open air pool, water was a lot nicer to train in than the pools back home. Good blocks and lane ropes.

Had a fantastic time on the full day diving trip to Cabrera national park. I'm a fairly newly qualified diver and it was great diving in such clear water, seeing lots of barracuda and groupers as well as many smaller fish. The divemaster (who's name forgets me unfortunately) even gave me some great pointers to reduce my gas consumption and gave great advice on weighting as I'd previously only dived in 7mm wetsuits while the water was warm enough here for shorties. My wife travelled on the trip as a non diver and there was enough to the trip beyond the diving to keep her happy too. The visit the the island was interesting with a nice castle to walk up to and the blue cove rounded out the trip nicely.
Did a refreshment course. 10/10 Claudia was super chill and professional and really made me get my confidence back. Also the sites were great!
Fantastic day at Cabrera Island and our 2 dives - plus a bonus swim in the Blue Cave. Awesome! Thank you Carlos, Martin and Claudia for a great experience!
What can I say, I went back to Aventura Colonia this year again, and again, it was more than fantastic. Such nice, friendly and helpful staff, at the same time super professional. The best diving school I have ever come across, period. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! My original review: If you would like a great diving experience in a beautiful underwater environment, accompanied by a most professional and very kind team, look no further! Aventura IB is the place to go - THANK YOU Claudia, Carlos, Martin and the rest of the staff, you are the best!!
We have enjoyed both a half day snorkel trip and a full day of diving with the great team from Cabrera Diving - very professional, fun and a super out of the ordinary experience! Cannot get enough of the blue cave!
We had a wonderful experience snorkeling with Aventura IB at Cabrera. Everything about the tour was enjoyable - I would definitely recommend this adventure.
I was really impress withAdventure I.B buceo service,Sara call me back and arrangement my trip to Cabrera islands, one of the national marine reserve . Claudia and Mar are outstanding professionals instructors. I will come back again to dive in Cabrera.
We booked the sailingboat for a day with Skipper and it was wonderfull!! Juan and Alba showed us Cabrea and the blue cave which was amazing! Thank you so much for this beautiful day!! We definitly recommend this company!!! Even the food we booked was amazing! Fresh and delicious 👍🏼

Rented 2 bicycles for 3 days via the website. Received a super quick confirmation and experienced a very responsive attitude. We got 2 Scott Attitude with a Shimano 105 Di2 shifting group. Bikes were very well maintained, no „Klick“ nor „Klack“ sound anywhere. Highly recommended 👍
Great bike rental shop in Colonial St. Jordi. I rented a bike for two individual days, everything was perfect. Good communication via WhatsApp, flexible pickup times. My gear (saddle, Garmin mount) was installed by the shop, all my individual wishes were fulfilled. The bike itself was a new Addict 20 from Scott with 105 Di2, it had 32 mm tires which is great for the sometimes rough roads of the Camis :) Totally recommend this shop if you are based in the Santanyi area!
Great bike rental, very professional and a good selection of bikes. Bike was ready to be picked up and presented in perfect condition. Clemente and Cati are very competent, extremely kind and always available. Definitely recommend and I’ll be using them again.
Rented 2 bikes for one day, from 09:30 to 18:30 35€ a Scott Scale Mtb and a 15€ Stevens City Cross. Those were really good!!!
So simple and easy!!! I rented a bike for 1 day and the service was effortless. I went to the shop two days before the rental to book it and they were able to do so in the shop (During a busy season probably better to book in advance though). I didn't bring my own pedals so borrowed some from them and they were kind enough to fit a Wahoo mount I brought with me to the bike. The bike came with two bottle mounts (that I put two of my own bottles in) and a puncture repair kit in a saddle bag. I asked about route suggestions for a given distance and they were super handy in telling me which areas on a map to check-out and/or avoid if you hated hills! My only issue is that I would have loved to pick the bike up before 9am to beat the heat of the day. Would highly recommend and will definitely rent from them again 🙌
The best service, the bikes were in perfect conditions. Arranging everything was the easiest and we got plenty of useful advice on where to go! Definitely renting again when I go back
Hired two scott scale mtb, bike were immaculate and a pleasure to ride, the booking was straightforward just a simple email, friendly staff, unfortunately the weather was very hot so didn't stay out as long as planned, if visiting the area again I would definitely hire from them again.
Rented a Bianchi for 4 days. Service from the first message was perfect. Bike in mint condition and route tips outstanding. Thx!

Very beautiful, cosy and quiet beach. There were a lot of tiny fish in the water
Long comfortable beach and close to a Restaurant positioned right in the middle. This year there were a bit more people than usual, and the occupancy reached almost to the end of this beach, (last year it was much quieter). It is really spacious so there are no space problems and everyone can lie down without too much trouble. Only one complaint: this year I noticed a little too much coming and going of jet skis there were buoys with the entrance channel but then They were parking undisturbed on the shoreline, thus obstructing the passage of bathers. Bad move!!! I hope next year this rude situation will not happen again!!!
Nice beach, clean water and the temperature in July was great. Good place to spend the day, don't forget to bring umbrellas and chairs.
Stunning beach. Closer to shops than es trenc and you don't see any nudists which is nice. Unreal sunset
Great beach sitting next to La Colònia de st Jordi. Relatively easy to park, pine trees as a backdrop and very calm and clean waters. Great experience.
Estanys Beach is a long and wide stretch of sand, popular with many visitors yet still comfortable enough for a relaxing beach day. The water here is pleasantly warm all day long, making it ideal for extended swims. While visibility isn’t perfect, the sea is generally clear and transparent, with no seaweed and no strong winds, keeping conditions calm and inviting throughout the day. One major drawback is parking — the car park is not nearby, and you may need to walk 20–30 minutes from where you leave your vehicle to reach the shore. Despite this inconvenience, the beach itself remains a good choice for swimming and relaxing, particularly for those who value consistently warm, calm waters. Overall: A solid beach option for enjoying warm, tranquil water and a laid‑back atmosphere, but be prepared for a longer walk from parking place/spot. Worth considering if you’re in the area and don’t mind the access challenge.
Peacefull place. Not so crowded. Average age of visitors is little higher than other beaches.
Lovely long beach, clean, blue water and white sand! Good place for naturist.

From booking to boat handover, the service at Colonia Boat Charter was excellent. Whether by phone, WhatsApp, or in person, the support was outstanding. The boat was well-prepared, and everything was thoroughly explained to us. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Colonia Boat Charter and will definitely return.
SCAMMERS Colonia Boat Charter is NOT to be trusted. We booked a boat for the day expecting a relaxing experience — and instead ended up being harassed, threatened, and nearly extorted. The boat itself was nothing like advertised: it was old, dirty, and had visible damage when we picked it up. We documented everything with photos, just in case. Good thing we did. After returning the boat in perfect condition, the staff suddenly turned hostile. They accused us of causing “serious damage” to the hull — pointing at a scratch that was clearly old and even had faded paint around it. When we calmly disputed the claim, they became aggressive and began yelling over us, demanding hundreds of euros in repair and fuel costs. It didn’t stop there. An older man, apparently the owner’s father, got involved and began insulting us loudly in front of other customers. He shouted obscenities and even tried to provoke one of us into a physical confrontation — literally screaming “let’s go outside and settle this.” We asked for a receipt, a damage report — anything official — and were told, “This is Mallorca, not your country. We do things differently here.” They then blocked our car with their van and said we wouldn’t be allowed to leave unless we paid. It was a deliberate act of intimidation. We only managed to get out after threatening to call the police and showing them the photos we had taken earlier. We were shaken, angry, and completely disgusted. This business is not just dishonest — it’s dangerous. Their behavior is abusive, threatening, and totally unprofessional. Avoid Colonia Boat Charter at all costs. It’s not worth the risk. There are many reputable companies on the island. This one survives by scamming tourists and intimidating them into silence. Don’t be the next victim.
We had a great time on the little boat of 15Hp. The Staff is very friendly. We didn’t have any problem. They explained us everything we needed to know.. and always with a big sincere smile. I totally recommend them !! ❤️
DO NOT TRUST. AVOID Colonia Boat Charter at all costs. We rented a boat for a half-day trip and were told we could refill the fuel ourselves. We returned with a full tank — even showed the receipt — but they still demanded over €150, saying the “gauge didn’t move” and accusing us of lying. When we pushed back, the situation escalated quickly. The staff became aggressive and insulting, calling us “cheap” and “disrespectful tourists.” A man started shouting threats, waving his arms, and trying to intimidate us into paying cash on the spot. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it was a setup. Total scam. Avoid this company completely. There are many other reliable boat rental companies in the area take 5 minutes to search and go with someone honest.
We rented a small boat (15 hp) for a half-day and enjoyed a lot. The service was easy to use and gas was included. Additionally, the service was extremely friendly, and the instructions provided by staff made us able to enjoy through the day.
(Translated by Google) We had a great experience. The boat worked perfectly, and the staff was very friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and were very attentive. Gracias por todo! 🥰
(Translated by Google) Both the boat service and the personal attention have been incredible from the first minute. We rented one of the boats without a license for a day, and they explained in great detail both the best beaches and our precautions for the weather conditions. The contract already explains everything, including gas costs, so there were no problems at all. I repeat it every year and will continue to do so. Colonia Boat Charter is the best in Mallorca if you want to spend an incredible day with the family. We recommend it 100%.
(Translated by Google) We rented a Mareti Open 500 boat for 6 people without a license: great, big enough for the 6 of us, clean, nothing to complain about, perfect! The people are very friendly and explain everything well before departure. We couldn't unhook the anchor after a stop and they came to help us and explain how to do it next time (it was the first time we rented a boat). The navigation course is very large, really very good. We will come back to rent next year if we come back here.

Thx!
