A little heaven in the heart of Pagadia. Close enough to have dinner every night but far enough to feel you are in paradise. Great pool, lovely swimming in the sea and a great restaurant. The staff at the hotel are the best and they are always smiling and happy to help and go beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this hotel and will definatley stay there again.

In Greek standards it is average hotel. The hotel is not too big but it is not small either. Breakfast is quite bad compared to many other hotels. Worst that i have seen anywhere in Greece. Biggest problem where the ants. At one night I woke up an realized that in our room, there was litteraly hundreds of ants. They were all over the room, including our luggage. Was quite terrified that we would bring these pests home too. In the morning i told the staff, and they poisoned the room. But for the rest of the holiday, there was still ants in our room and luggage. Pool was nice and large, although sea watter. The bar/restaurant at the hotel is good, but quite expensive.

Hello. I booked a hotel three months in advance through Booking, and they canceled my reservation 10 days before the trip, stating the reason was that the hotel wasn't open. That wasn’t true, as the hotel was fully operational. They didn’t respond after that, nor did they offer any alternative. Completely unprofessional.

Electra beach offers a good hotel at a medium price range. The room was well cleaned and has everything you need. We choose a room with ocean view which i really recommend if you plan on staying at this hotel. The bathroom has room for improvement. It was quite small and the door had to be fully closed in order to not swing fully open and hit your knees. The shower was good and there was no visible dirt or mold. Good to know is that the doors are extremly thin and any noice from the hallway is going to echo into the room. Luckily we had no lousy neighboors but it could have been an issue if that was the case. The hotel is located close to Pigadia center with lots of restaurants and stores. A supermarket is located just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There is room for parking outside the hotel and on the streets nearby. Overall the service was good and we had a nice stay. Can recommend with the observations above.

Great place gets better every time we stay. Very friendly family run Hotel. The hotel has a cery modern decor throughout the Hotel.The breakfast has an excellent selection Cereal,bacon,eggs,pastry.,the very best yoghurt from Crete . The pool and beach are superb. Just a short walk to town beside the sea.The one thing about the Electra is how many of its guest return year after year. The atmosphere is like one big family.

Nice and clean with good rooms. Superb wies over the ocean. Really friendly staff that helps out if you need it. Nice beach below hotel and good pool. On the minus side you need to go up 5-6 in the morning if you should have a chance in hell to get any of the sunbeads in the pool area. People "take" the sunbed by putting their stuff on it. It would be good if the hotel have some rules that if you don't use your need in 1h they clear it so that some one that would use it could.

Nice hotel situated beautifully at the beach at Karpathos. Simple but clean and good rooms. AC works well. Breakfast was ok depending upon preferences. I would have liked more nuts, seeds, fruit, veggies but there were some. I liked the olives, dates, walnuts, goats cheese, Greek traditional yoghurt and egg omelett. There is a poolbar with nice offers. Karpathos center is only a couple of minutes away on foot with very nice restaurants and a cosy small street with shops. There is a refrigerator/minibar but it"s not for penal items. Staff is friendly.

After visiting most of the beaches in Karpathos, we decided that this one was the most iconic by far. There are plenty sun-beds but there is still space for your towel if you prefer this, especially after 5pm when sun isn’t that strong anymore. The water is crystal clear, turquoise and clean. Do not miss!

So 4 stars are just because this beach has amazing color of the water, and that is all. Wind here is unbearable, I think of all the beaches, wind here was strongest. And there are small fish and crabs in the water that will sting you, so it is not possible to stand too long in the water. Water is shallow and warm-ish, but that doesn’t mean much, because wind will make you feel cold. Still, ok to visit once. Road to get here is ok.

Visited at the end of September and this beach was our favourite (we visited all top beaches). There were over all maybe 20 visitors, water was so calm and atmosphere relaxed. Water was clear and shallow with sandy bottom. You could order drinks and snacks from taverna with QR code delivered to your umbrella. Beach itself is very narrow and with stones. I can only imagine that in high season this beach is probably very over crowded and not that pleasant.

It has been our favourite place with a very special atmosphere in Pigadia (Karpathos), it is literally next to the sea with a perfect view of the sea, port and the town. We enjoyed sitting on the stairs outside, listening to music and having our delicious cocktails. We've been there three times out of three days spent on the island. Thank you Team for creating such an amazing experience, we will definitely come back during our next visit to Pigadia.

This place is really popular with young people. Happy hour (17:00-20:00) with a great selection of classic and special cocktails! We have eaten the classic and the honey-honey burgers here as well and they were great! The staff is friendly and the view is amazing for great prices. Definitely recommend!

We were there for breakfast. Appears to be a popular spot with its nice, big patio. The menu was diverse - with breakfast options, sandwiches, pizzas. The portions were big and everything was cooked well. But, the best part was how nice the staff was to our baby daughter. They brought her a chair, and even engaged her with markers, chats. It was really sweet. We hope to return soon.

Great venue for a good cocktail during happy hour (not sure what the happy hour times are) or a breakfast, lunch or dinner in the Karpathian sun ☀️ Been here a bit too often during our one week stay, but for good reason! We came with high expectations. The view is stunning and the English-speaking staff was friendly and service went smoothly. However, the food was not that impressive. It was tasty but nothing special, perhaps we are just spoiled since this type of food is easy to find across Western Europe. The huevos rancheros were disappointing, the sauce tasted like it came from a bottle and the chips relied on MSG (E621) for flavor. My partner enjoyed her pancakes with berries. The cappuccino was fine, but the barista clearly lacked the skill to create proper microfoam and integrate it nicely with the crema of the espresso. On pictures from a month ago it looked better. Overall, the place has potential but still has a lot of work to do.

We chose the Scuba Diving Discovery at Karpathos Diving Center because it was our very first diving experience. During my first dive I felt panic, but the way the team handled it was nothing short of amazing. They took the time to personally guide me, step by step, with so much professionalism and care. What could have turned into a negative memory was transformed into something incredibly positive — thanks to them. In fact, it was such a good experience that we immediately booked another dive later that same week. With their guidance and support, I was even able to complete the full course the second time! I am beyond grateful to the whole team. They are professional, patient, and at the same time make you feel welcome with friendly conversations and genuine kindness. They truly give you the feeling that you are in safe hands. This was a 10/10 experience and I would recommend Karpathos Diving Center to absolutely everyone — whether it’s your first dive ever or you’re looking for a new adventure. A place that has been working for over 10 years. The place is clean and tidy. Before the dive we spoke with Alexandra who answered every question and was as professional as possible. Katie and George run the best spot on the harbor. In the morning you get the BEST coffee in town, Katie makes everything with lots of love and experience. George in the evening will make you drinks that soothes the soul. The bar inside is a work of art. You must admire the hundreds of bottles of liquor from around the world. From 7 to 11 PM enjoy the happy hour. If you need any help at all they will expedite you, both are fluent in Greek, English and more. I gotta say, I've been to many bars in the past but I can't compare them with Boulevard, it's just on a different level. Not only were the drinks spectacular and fragrant, the whole vibe felt different than regular, I felt like I belonged there. Gotta give credit to the bartenders Harry and Sophia, such great personalities are hard to be found. They don't just act like that, they mean it. If you like quality music like soft Rock, 70s & 80s - English or Greek - it's definitely the right place to be! Very cozy, lights that don't kill your eyes, and most importantly the drinks are "clean" thus safe and very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional staff and if you have a special song request just ask the DJ. From what we noticed there's no age target. All ages feel welcomed. Wonderful scenery, about 70minutes hike up with a steady pace. Takes an hour to return. 2lt of water per person if done during high heat season. The path is marked with red spots. There are some trees offering shade about 40 minutes en route for the top. Mobile service missing or not stable during the hike / possible to get signal at random points of the trail not far from the top point at the time of visit. You will find a variety of herbs and plants on the way up.

Nice hike from taverna kali limni to the peak. Takes about 1-1.5 hours up (470 vertical metres). Path is easy but good shoes are recommended. Bring water (min. 1 Litre)! When windy or cloudy, it gets chilly at the peak. Stunning view from the top in all directions (from airport to profitis ilias / olympos).

Mount Kali Limni is the highest peak of Dodecanese (1215 m). The trail is almost always clear and often marked on the rock with black and red spots. It's 2.7 km long, with 500 m of uphill. Keep in mind that there Is no water, and the weather can be very hot of it's not windy. The view from the top is just astonishing.

Very nice ancient remains but very neglected… I like to walk among the ancient remains of Greece 💙 but I was really sad when I saw that first time… the local people should take better care of this… I saw sunrise from here many times and it was amazing 🤩 You can go completely close to the ruins and worth it because those are beautiful, only around the ruins not nice 😊

Great place to kite-, wing or windsurf. It is a nice station and have good rental equipement. Though having used my own kite gear but rented a wingfoil. Unlikely as some else here commented the people of the station are very friendly and helpful. The beach is tiny and for all our safety and happy sailing they created some rules which I fully support. With gusty winds and hard rocks around, I was very happy to make use of their launch and safety service and not having to rely on other people. One mistake and you or your kite will end up on the rocks or between windsurfers. For a small fee you also get complimentary beach beds and umbrella.

The owner is one of the most rude people I’ve met. Not going ever again just because of him. In addition the rental equipment is quite old and the spot is also very bad - the water is extremely choppy. There are way better spots in the island if you have your own gear. Only exception in the experience is his staff who are very nice.

Don't agree too much with the former reviews. We had really good Spaghetti at the Tavern. Staff was nice. Kite and Surf spot in front of the door. You pay per day if you just want to use the facilities (toilets, shower, kite launch, hammocks, etc.)

Best tzatziki in Karapthos! It’s home made and so good. Another hidden gem on this island. Definitely recommend to come here, especially if you like wind surfing.

View is good, but choice of foods - including its quality for the given price - is unsatisfactory. The provide really basic, simple foods, nothing special; the menu is really basic, simple toasts, price is rather high for getting served from a big industry barrel (e.g. tzatziki), they dont provide any healthy options/bowls; their ice cream is a euro more than on comparing spots, coffee products are made with instant powder, expect your coffee with ice (frappe) with whole cubes instead of crushed the staff itself can be nice, but not their boss take care what businesses you support

Apart from Ana and Vasiliki who are nice people the rest were just rude and/or cold people. The surf spot is the worst i’ve seen in my life (i’ve been surfing since 1999 btw)

It has been our favourite place with a very special atmosphere in Pigadia (Karpathos), it is literally next to the sea with a perfect view of the sea, port and the town. We enjoyed sitting on the stairs outside, listening to music and having our delicious cocktails. We've been there three times out of three days spent on the island. Thank you Team for creating such an amazing experience, we will definitely come back during our next visit to Pigadia.

This place is really popular with young people. There is a long steps where you can seat with a good cocktail and enjoy the sea view 😍 of course there is a balcony with a comfortable bench and if you want you can enjoy your cocktail inside as well 😊 There are really special and delicious cocktails, good music and really kind staff
