Had such a great time on the Founders Tour. My wife, friends, and I spent a few hours. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and did the tour in english with us. She was amazing for our group to ask questions as well as laugh with. The wine was excellent at a great price as well.
The tour guide was great and funny and the wine tastes very good. Very high quality and I loved learning about how they make wine because I never did something like that before. The wine garden is beautiful and it was an interesting experience
Fun winery tour - Javiera was a wonderful English speaking guide. The wines are great, and explained well. I wish we could have wine poured to drink during the walking tour. Of all the wines we had in Chile, Undurraga was our favorite. We brought back several bottles to the US.
This was my first time in an actual winery. They had an English language tour which was great. The wine was fantastic. The indigenous artefacts and trees of the property are amazing. Eating grapes off the vine was also a fun experience. They have done a really great job with the place. The guide Mat was really good and explained everything so well. I visited in the summer of 2024 and really enjoyed going to Vina Undurraga. Chilean wine is much better than anything from Australia or New Zealand and I continue to buy Undurraga wine even after returning to Malaysia.
I didn't have high expectations of a winery tour but Undurraga surpassed even the highest expectations. We were in a group and they gave us a wonderful English speaking guide, and off we went. The vineyard was formerly family owned, and has a great botanical garden as a buffer to the vineyard from the offices. They took us out to see the vines, showed us the differences in the leaves between varietals, gave us a history lesson. Then they took us through the fermentation and storage areas, and we learned about casks, etc. After that there was a small exhibit on native peoples, and some wagons and tractors. And then a tasting of 5 different types of wine, which were all delicious and the goblet was a souvenir. So much so almost everyone on the tour bought wine in the shop before hitting the bus. Would definitely go again, and will look for their wines!
Visited as part of a wine tour organised by STAMP TOUR. One of the bigger wineries in the Maipa valley and the tour was well organised. Talked about the history of the wines and the processes. At end of the tour sampled 5 wines and were given glasses to take away.
Awesome grounds and we had a very nice girl give us tour in English. It was one of the three wineries we visited outside of Santiago, and this one didn't disappoint. It's a beautiful place and the wine tasting was good, although we only had crackers to pair with the wine and not having other options felt a bit short.
The tour is excellent. The have a lot of different price points for wine. Souvenirs are affordable.
