We visited this place during the first week of January and were impressed by the collection of birds and parrots. The variety and vibrancy of the beautiful, colorful birds were definitely the highlight, providing a delightful experience for bird lovers. However, the space felt quite small, especially considering the ticket price. Additionally, the butterfly section was a bit disappointing, with hardly any butterflies to be seen. Overall, while the birds were fantastic, the limited space and lack of butterflies made the visit feel slightly overpriced. It’s worth a visit if you’re a bird enthusiast but be prepared for a more compact experience.

We visited today and it was amazing. Walking with the birds, butterflies and the deers. It is small but well worth the money. The exhibits are well thought out and feel natural.

We have noticed this place on the map and drove there quite spontaneously. We can only recommend it! A lot of different kind of birds, which are freely flying in a huge closed areas planted with tropical trees. Some of birds are sitting far away, other want to interact and sit down on your arm or head :) The butterflies are very nice, and you can see how they are "becoming ripe" and go out from the cocoon. Also the bats, turtles and other animals were very interesting. The place is very clean and is kept with big care about the animals.

It's amazing unbelievable place for one reason - aside of wonderful parrots and a cave with little rats, there is a place to see how butterflies are being born. There are many case-worms and you can really see how the butterflies come out of them. It's amazing! I have been to many different tropical parks but never saw anything like that in my life! Highly recommended!!!! 100 of 100!

Very cool place to visit with the little ones! Its pretty small - you can get around it in 30 minutes, but the animals are really exciting and beautiful. One heads up - the place is built indoor and is super humid (to mimic a rain-forest conditions), so get prepared with water!

The park is pretty and well designed with multiple butterflies, birds and even fishes and larger animals . The place imitates tropical weather, so be prepared for hot and humid conditions inside. There is a nice page for kids where they can mark every butterfly/bird that they see. The place isn't large and it's a bit expensive compared to its size. It's a nice stop if it's one your way, and a good spot for a picnic with tables outside ,where you can see some of the animals.

I took my 3 grandchildren ages 6,7 and 8 just to see other people ‘flying’. They were so enthusiastic that I decided to treat them! It was an amazing experience seeing their excitment was a joy! Their instructor whose name I sadly don’t recall was patient and kind with the children, a perfect instructor who made the children feel confident and safe. Thank you so much!

Excellent windoor experience booked via Marietta Wich provided us a full email support for at least 1 month before the sessions and booked for us everything from the appartement to the coaching. The coach Alex Gonzales was very kind and professional. His sessions were really well made in order to improve our skills. The tunnel is full of power no worries about that. There's a proflyer area were you can debrief your sessions, rest, take a shower and even a kitchen to cook your meals. The restaurant inside the building is really good with fair prices, without kidding one of the best places in Empuriabrava to eat. Everyone in the Staff is really kind and professional! Awesome experience, a little pricey, especially with the extras; photos, video, extra minute, twister experience. Our instructor was Dani who was great, full of energy and gave us all the confidence we needed to step into the tunnel for the first time. You can't bring cameras into the flying and waiting area, but if you have someone in your group not flying, they can wait on the other side of the tunnel and take photos and videos. Looking forward to giving it another try in the future! Easily 5 stars.

Surprised to discover this large 12th century church which looks like a monastery in the small medieval village of Castello d'Empuries. We went into the museum of old vestiments and church valuables to the rear.

Beautiful craftsmanship, rich in history and such serenity. Loved visiting it. On a side note....there's a nice market in the square next to it ,and the little restaurant across from it serves the nicest food,big portions too. Other museums really close,definitely worth visiting!!

The white bean vegan starter could have been seasoned more. We went twice; the veg on the second time could have been cooked (grilled?) a little more but overall the food was tasty and they were accomodating for children to dine there. Very tasty house red wine. They have zero alcohol beer too.

A small museum in an old flour mill describing the history and production of flour in the Empordá region. Very interesting and comprehensive.
