Wonderful place to take the whole family for skiing. You find plenty of interesting runs, so you don't get bored even after days of skiing. Really friendly and helpful people wherever you turn. Food on the slopes is tasty and plenty of choice for any budget. Definitely a place where I would like to return!
Great skiing resort with excellent ski lifts network that joins routes from Italy to France. Lovely setting, many blue and red slopes and challenging black descents. Off pist challenges with few jumps. Well maintained and good cafes/restaurants off piste. Easy to reach from Turin airport. It goes upto 2670 mt hence good for late season skiing too.
Very good ski resort with good ski slopes ranging from Green To black there is a lot of things for all skill ranges. Some chair lifts are on the older side and slow and a bit more aggressive when sitting down. But most of them are a bit newer with some new technology. You'll find some good food. The only reason this had gotten 4 stars is the staff at the lifts they can be rude at times making it seem a bit odd.
Mountains are perfect as everywhere. Service is very poor: Ski lifts are old, slow and open; Ski lift service - unacceptable. Staff do not care to clean seats from snow or water. You must sit on snowy seats and get wet and cold. Slopes and lift Information are very poor. No open / close times. You can easily be late and not be allowed to ski lifts. Have in mind 6p.m. most lifts closes
Very nice place for skiing. Unfortunately not much snow this year but they try their best to use snow making machines to keep slopes open. A lot of kids from ski teams and ski schools in areas close to the big lifts but Via Lattea is huge så just find another area that is less crowded. Prices are quite reasonable if you want something to eat or drink up on the hills and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Great ski area, much more relaxed and friendly than anywhere in France with a huge linked ski area. Lift queues short during the week. Piste marking a bit erratic, good snow record- Sestriere is at 2035m.
Good links, although prone to closure with winds. Lovely tree lined runs, lifts rather slow, signage on pistes not great, but still a superb ski area
It just means ski for my family and. Kilometers of slopes, always well powdered, great food, services for families, alternatives (walking, swimming, golf etc ). Easy to reach by car or bus being not far from from Turin and Miplan Malpensa Airport.

Not only is the hotel a nice place to relax, with good food but the staff were amazing and very kind. I was taken ill whilst skiing and they arranged a doctor without fuss. Can't recommend it enough.
On the positive side the Grand Hotel Besson has a very nice bar with great alpine views. The mattresses and bed linen was also good quality and notwithstanding delivery issues our food was excellent. Mattresses aside the hotel however had a low standard of accommodation for a 4* rating and price. This included poor noise insulation, outdated bathrooms in need of renovation, no hotel or guest info in room and no personal tea/ coffee making equipment. We also had disturbed sleep until late on three nights due to DJ/ disco including ‪one night until 3:00 am‬ (and our room was relatively far away from the  music). With some notable exceptions in addition there was a generally low level of service for a 4* hotel at this price. This included waiting 45 minutes for food one night, our first three choices of wine not being available and the bar area being completely reserved with no seating for half board guests on 2 nights without being told in advance. Finally we were overcharged extras by over €100 euros at checkout. In summary I’d say it is a hotel with a 4* bar and restaurant supported by at best 3* accommodation and service with some issues we wouldn’t expect in any hotel. Given the above sadly we would not recommend the hotel to others for the price.
Very nice pool and sauna. Recomend for evryone that will go to Sauze d'Oulx to go there even if you are not stayimg in hotel.
We went to the Spa. The place was quite enjoyable, and the people working there also. Highly recommended.
Amazing spa, friendly staff with extras to make the experience even more special!
Great little place, lovely picturesque village, hotel close to centre.
Fabulous place to stay, Great Staff, Brilliant Service
The hotel is four star... What a joke, three stars and that's at best. The good: excellent position, nice(ish) bar area, some good staff. The bad: hotel is very very tired, the breakfast is terrible, the breakfast manager is aggressive, the showers are so small you can't pick up the soap if you drop it, yet the bathrooms are big! As I said, should be downgraded to a three star, if not a two.

Cool place and nice vibes. Different gin drinks available and selection of beers on tap as well. Aperitivos plate is part of the deal and is good! Terrace is sunny and cozy. Friendly service and atmosphere.
Lovely Bombardino. Nice friendly staff
This is a great place to stop for aperitivo in Sauze. The staff is super friendly and the ambiance is lovely.
Love it. We ordered a drink each while waiting for our dinner in the nearby restaurant. The music was great. And the the waitress brought us complimentary meat and cheese platter . Lovely
Excellent. Little quirky bar. Nice beers and different too other bars in town. Free food really good Cosy and small outside seating nice if the sun is out
Lovely ambience both indoors and out!!Friendly staff, quick service, didn't eat there so can't comment..very atmospheric inside
Best bar in town with great tunes, wonderfully friendly staff, good value drinks and generous complementary nibbles. The charcuterie is also excellent. Love it.
Superb service! We had to be moved from our seats due to a band arriving and having to use the space we were in. We had to stand for a little while, but the staff gave us a round of drinks on the house, as well as free food. As soon as a table of seats became available, they ensured we could sit down and continued to make sure we were happy. All round, a great experience and I would happily return! Thanks Seggoivia :)

Wine bar
Slide 1 of 8
A great and stylish place for the Italian aperitivo. Delightfull cocktails, great choice of wine by the glass and an excellent service. Sometimes they have live-music with a DJ booth on the classy decorated terrace and always blankets for the cold evenings
If you like wine, you will not be disappointed! The food was excellent, the staff friendly and helpsome (and spoke perfect english) and the atmosphere coazy and exiting, especially the outside seating. Higly recommended!
Lovely decor and great ambience. This place is a good choice for wine and cocktails with a huge selection to choose from. The food however was mediocre at best, although we didn't choose from the platter menu, which may have been a mistake. The fajitas were actually tacos and the tartiflette pretty tasteless and the potatoes were undercooked. Oh and no Tap water available, which has been on offer in every other restaurant we've visited in Sauze D' Oulx. As a family we won't be visiting again as many other better places for food.....but for wine it's good and in all fairness it does advertise itself as a wine bar.
Great bar after a day of skiing. Cocktails are fantastic! Reasonably priced for ski resort area. Lovely staff.
Great good and wine selection. Very nice atmosphere..nicely designed and kind stuff. Speaks English
Great food, great atmosphere, beautiful design and attention to detail not only to the decor but also the presentation of the food, an awesome service. Can't wait to come back.
IL Lampione is a very good restaurant with a good selection of typical dishes from the area. As you step inside you can see that furniture are nice and particular Location is very nice , in the little center of Sauze D'Oux Staff is gentle and helpful We have taken a lovely ”polenta concia” and some rabbit with sweet onion on a salad base and local sauce. Recommended!
A nice place to have a good quality wine and time with friends and family. The selection of drinks is quite wide not so extended the food option

Highly recommended. Professional service throughout our ski trip. The staff were very friendly and sorted out our ski hires very effectively. The storage of your ski equipment at the shop is a bonus which can save you a lot of energy .
The staff in this shop were super helpful when I lost my ski luggage and needed to hire skis, and went above and beyond to help with my insurance claim! Skis were good quality for rentals and the process was very quick and efficient. We were staying in jouvenceux so the ski locker was very useful. Thank you!
Rented skis online. Collection previous day process was quick and efficient. Excellent quality of rental skis provided. Ski/boot deposit/storage is best I've used, allocated a specific boot and ski rack store place. Will definitely use again if back in Sauze
Great service from a great family team! A big part of our skiing holiday experience is being confident in the equipment we hire, the advice given, suitability for our ability and of course, value for money. Eydallin Sport gives all this and more in a great slope side location with storage available as well. They have kit for every level of skier from beginner to downhill racer and will ensure everything is right for you.Of course, in life you get what you pay for and we always go for premium skis. They cost a bit extra but are always like new straight out of the wrapper. Far too good for us, but we like them and make us think we are good skiers! We have had skis we have not quite clicked with and after a day or two, Renato, who owns the shop has willingly swopped them with no extra charge. Of course they hire boots as well as anything else you may want and can sell you any of the ski accessories you might want to buy.
We have used Eydallin sport hire every year for the last 4 ski seasons. My experiences have all been positive. The skis are great quality and the service is friendly. The use of the boot room is so close to the first/last lift of the day it's super convenient! 👍🏻
Highly recommend! They have a huge selection of rental skis. My boots weren’t fitting right after the first day and they were happy to swap them out. Great staff!
We are a family of six adults who have been skiing in Sauze d'Oulx since 2008. We return to Edyallin Sport to hire our skis and equipment each year, as we are always so pleased with the excellent service and the quality of skis and boots provided by this family run business. Renato and his team offer expert advice on all aspects of equipment to suit the needs of skiers according to level of expertise. It is never a problem to change boots or skis if necessary. We have also recommended Edyallin Sport to members of our extended family (adults and young children) and to friends, who have consistently good reports of their experience.
Recommended. We booked online at a good price. The skies were almost new and above average. We got what we asked for. When we passed the shop during the week, they also asked if things were good:-).

This adventure village has 4levels of trails up in the trees. Level 1 good for adapting and the very little ones and is not that high. Level 2 takes you up to a trail a few meters higher and becomes quite technical. Level 3 is challenging with obstacles and zipp lines. In between you can climb to the start of 2 connecting zipp lines but therefore you have to climb 12-15 meters up in the trees. Level 4 is only admitted from 14years and a certain height as you need to move from obstacle to obstacle at certain distances. Last but not least you can cross the Tibetan bridge that brings you back to the village of Sauze Big fun but demanding
We had a great time here! The staff were super friendly, knew english and very helpful. It was fun for all our kids ages 5-12 and was fun for mom and dad as well!!

(Translated by Google) the adventure park, located in the Grand Villard village (fraction of Sauze d'Oulx), completely surrounded by greenery, offers fun entertainment for children, diversifying the offer to summer mountain walks. There are also springs for jumping and the wonderful Tibetan bridge, but only open to children over 130 cm tall and adults (for safety reasons, ropes, attachments and carabiners) The bridge connects the hamlet of Grand Villard to the municipality of Sauze d'Oulx, suspended in the void, a truly unique experience. Furthermore, in the park it is possible, by organizing in advance, to bring things for a barbecue, as they provide grill stations, providing them with wood directly. At the reception they are very kind, polite and honest. I booked private lessons for both my wife and son while in Sauze. My son had never skied before and so was very frightened. The team at Snowmaxx were very friendly and warming to both my son and wife. They were at the top waiting for them which was very clearly marked and made themselves well know so easy to find. My son was very nervous to start with and the team took great care of him and once I had left the team took great care to ensure he was comfortable and happy. My wife had tried skiing a few timings but these private lessons were to boost her confidence and ability. When I can back to collect my son and my wife the there both smiling, happy and looking forward to the lessons for the week. They both achieved so much within the week of lessons and my son even managed to come down the red route without any issues. Well done the team Snowmaxx for the lesson and we will be back.
I booked a lesson for my 14 year old son. The instructor they gave me had less than 2 weeks experience but worse could not speak or understand English. I tried to sort it out with the school but they took the teachers side. I really wouldn’t use this school if you require the explanations to be in non Italian. I’ve had 9 lessons in my life and this was the worse one I’ve ever attended. I don’t usually leave reviews. Avoid.
Dear Snowmaxx staff, think twice about it when you're out and about in your minibuses. On Wednesday (19.08.) around 17:00 on the highway in direction Susa your two vans (black & white) attracted attention by their reckless driving. Both of them drove past me one after the other at a very high speed (at least 160 km/h) and then aggressively approached the vehicles in front of them (about 5m clearance). This is not only idiotically dangerous but does not leave a sympathetic imprint. Your ski & snowboard school can get as good feedback as you like ... but do you want to spend your free time with such guys?
We used snowmaxx for my 4 year old little Boy, who was very nervous and honestly so was I. As soon as I picked him up after lesson one, he asked when he was going back, he had the best time, by day 3-4 he was confidently coming down hard blue/red runs and on day 5 skied past me 🤦‍♀️ And waves as he went down. We will use them again for my little girl, as soon, as she is older enough I also used them myself to help with my confidence and I can say they did that, I’m a nervous skier and they help me and guided me, thank you Snowmaxx Hopefully see you December 2021
Brilliant! Second year for my 8 year old learning snowboarding with Diego. He was exceptional and I now have one very happy snowboarding dude
Excellent school and superb instructors. I am looking forward to trying out one of their Freeride, off piste days next time I am in Sauze.
I had my first snowboard lesson with Martin. He was really nice and after 2 hours I got a really good understanding of the way everything works.

Amazing service! We were nine people and sent them the shoe size, length and weight. When we came there, they had prepared everything and welcomed us with a smile. They made all the adjustments needed and off we went. Best location and great prices. Highly recommended. Definitely the best ski rental service!
These guys are brilliant! Very friendly, great advise on skis and happy to help anyone. They took their time to give you the best experience possible, 100% recommend! Can’t wait to see you guys for an e-bike ride in the summer!! Cheers 3sixty!
Hired my skis from here on the 2nd March 2025 and the staff were very cheerful. Mid week my Skis were mistakenly taken so I ended up going back to the shop to explain. Lorenzo was very helpful and accommodating. There was no fuss, he set me up with an additional set of skis and just asked that I be around the area where the skis were taken to see if they turned up. I skied that afternoon and the Skis did turn up fortunately. He was excellent about the whole situation, couldn't ask for better service.
I would highly recommend this company! Greeted with a smile and positive staff, we collected our ski & snowboarding equipment from here a day early with no issues - Great equipment and perfect central location right by the lift. Thank you for making our Sauze experience so effortless!
Fantastic spot to rent from, all the lads were so helpful and great fun! Rented full kit (skis, poles, boots and helmet) for five days along with four friends. Can't wait to come back in the future. Grazie a tutti ⛷️
This shop is from riders for riders. Best snowboard equipment, most knowledgeable staff. Fantastic customer service. Nothing is too much for these guys. Always courteous, always treating you like a personal friend. Also very fairly priced! Thank you!!
We compared 4 shops before coming here, and this shop had by far the best equipments at a better price. As a female snowboarder, this was the best snowboard I’ve found in the Alps. The owners were so friendly that if we come back to Sauze (and we will), it would be because of them.
Best place I’ve rented from, staff are really nice! No wait and skis and boots were good! gave me crocs to wait in when I dropped my skis back ☺️

Our stay at Club Med Pragelato was incredible, but what made it truly special was Jean-Baptiste at the Mini Club. He was fantastic with our kids—kind, energetic, and always making sure they had the best time. They came home with amazing memories thanks to him! The resort itself was perfect for families, with great skiing, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
Extremely Disappointing & Unacceptable for Families Our experience at this hotel was far from welcoming, especially for families. Room allocation lacked common sense—they suggested one of our children (under 12) stay alone in a separate room, blaming “the computer” instead of offering a practical solution. So one room was not used as we cannot keep a child below 12 alone in a room- they promised an email to customer service, will see… To make matters worse, the room temperature was at 18°C, and when we called reception, they explained that all heating shuts off after midnight and no staff can help or support. Our children’s room was even colder at 16.7°C, and after five hours, it barely reached 18°C, relying solely on the bathroom heater, and still no support from staff. For a +€6k stay for only four days, the complete lack of comfort was unacceptable. We felt unwelcome from check-in, and the hotel seemed to prioritize French and Italian guests over others. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families seeking a comfortable and accommodating experience and travelling with young children.
🚨 WARNING: Food Poisoning at Club Med – No Response from Management 🚨 My partner and I were excited for our vacation at Club Med, but instead, we ended up with severe food poisoning after eating at their restaurant on March 10th. We are not the only ones—at least 10 other guests we spoke to had the same issue, and we strongly believe it was caused by the food served that night. We’ve lost multiple days of our vacation, missed prepaid activities, and have been unable to do anything other than rest and recover. Despite reaching out to the resort, they have ignored our complaints and refused to acknowledge the issue, hiding behind an arbitrary rule that they only consider food poisoning if 10% of guests fall sick. This is completely irresponsible and unacceptable for a resort of this category. Travelers should be warned that food safety does not seem to be a priority here, and guest well-being is dismissed. If you’re considering staying here, be aware of the risk. Club Med – We expect accountability.
Club med: Getting to Club Med from Milano (MXP): Getting everyone « checked in » for their suitcases + ski bags at the airport was a shit show. We waited almost 3 hours before we could leave the airport. The organization to put skis and suitcases inside the buses was so poor. A bunch of clients actually had to start emptying buses and repack them again. Arrival at club med: We were the first bus to arrive and still managed to waste over an hour. Took a while to get our door keys and then had to wait to go pay at the counter. Then managed to have some rooms but couldn’t stay close or in the same cabin even if we booked our 4 rooms together. Cabins/rooms: The cabins are 2-10 mins walking from the main lodge it is totally fine to walk from one cabin to the main lodge, but I think it made people not dress up as much because it was quite cold and you couldn’t really walk in shoes or heels. The cabins themselves were pretty nice. The rooms are a little bigger than in other club med we have been to. Bed was comfy. We had the best pressure in our showers and hot water!! The rooms were well cleaned and organized everyday. *The village is pretty isolated. Not a lot to see around or do. Renting skis: A NIGHTMARE! We have rented skis in other club med and have had a way better service than here. The people at the ski shop didn’t know what they were doing. We paid for prestige to get the best skis for the week. We asked them to sharpen our skis and they told us to ski at least one day before to try them.. the guy setting our skis had no clue how to adjust correctly. My brother‘s ski fell off one second after he put his boot in. My bindings were very loose as well, and when we started skiing, our skis were so not sharp that it was actually dangerous to ski on them and we asked our guide just to confirm and he said it was really really bad, so we ended up going back to Club Med to get them sharpened which didn’t change that much because of the machine type they are using, they even told us to stay in Canada if we weren’t happy with the «quality » of work they were doing. We ended up paying €15 on the mountain each to get our skis sharpened for the week. Club Med didn’t want to reimburse us for it. Guide: LUCA M! He was THE BEST! Very kind and attentive. He made this week honestly. We had a great group as well. Luca was extremely patient with all of us and had so much knowledge to share about the mountain. We would come back just for him! Ski resort: we got lucky and got some snow the week before we arrived, so most slopes were open at the beginning of the day. We still have to take the gondola from Club Med to Sestriere and it does take a while, but you can ski all the way back to Club med once on the mountain. It is beautiful and you are able to go all the way to France if you take a ton of chair lifts. Food: The food was good. It lacked a little bit of spices in my opinion. Val Thorens had better food. The restaurant had enough rooms for us to always have a table ready when we walked in. The bar was good but it is on a different floor. I must admit, the people working at the buffet were productive and running non stop! Entertainment: live music, DJ & Sax were amazing. Wish we had it every day. The night shows were meh, maybe I’m just not the right crowd for it. The party wasn’t as crazy as in Val Thorens. The pool was coldish but perfect for swimming! It was mostly empty when I went. The access to ping pong tables and stuff like that was only reserved for teens… Front desk: The people at the front desk were patient and kind but sadly not really helpful. We spent over 4 hours at the front desk to deal with all the complications. We were told we got silver status and had money to spend at the shop but then it was only one of us that could spend it. Club Med promised €200 and in the end we were only able to use €50. Overall: I still enjoyed my week here with my family and meeting people in our ski group and at happy hour or dinner. Would probably not come back but still happy we got to try
The location is a bit away from everything and we had trouble going back on the slopes. There is no transportation to Sestriere. Food was medium quality. The sauna cost extra which is really annoying. The place doesn’t worth its cost. Low value for money.
The food is very good, the rooms are clean and very nice BUT it is a village of separate chalets, therefore you must always go outside in order to get to the restaurant, spa etc. saunas are cold. Pool is freezing so the children didn't use it. And the worst thing is the a huge mess with restaurants orders. We waited to our New Year festive table for more than 1 hour. The staff is not helpful. Not like in other Club Med hotels we have been.
This review and rating is for a winter club med. I'd guess pragelato club med is nicer in the summer. I hope some club med employee reads this and fixes at least some of these issues. Maintenance seems lacking. Pathway stones between rooms are popped out or missing. Our showerhead broke and sprayed water. We ran out of hot water on our last night. Our heating was making loud thumping sounds every night. The piano in the restaurant looks great but is sadly not tuned and sounds terrible, I wish we could have done a sing along. Transportation sucks. There is a municipal shuttle from club med to Pragelato (small nearby town with 2 ski shops), and a 20 minute walk gets you to the Sestriere bus stop (3 euro per person in a 15 minute ride to the nearby ski village with 30 ski shops). We got stranded multiple times in Pragelato and Sestriere needing a taxi which is 30-50 euros and some taxi drivers were cash only. Sometimes it was hard to even get the taxi as no app seems to work, it's all about calling the right dispatcher numbers. The ski school operates a bus to Sestriere and back, I wonder if Club Med could do the same. We wanted to head to Pragelato and Sestriere for some shops, restaurants and because the ski gear was so expensive in Club Med. Turns out there's a market in Pragelato on Sunday too. Maybe it would've been neat to ski-in to Club Med but there wasn't enough snow when we visited and that piste was closed. Having to use the gondola 4 ways each day (morning out, lunch back, 2pm out, 4pm back) takes an hour off the already short ski day which is unfortunate. For intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders this place is probably ok. For the day zero beginners it's great too because the gondola takes you to beginner 2 conveyor belts that were practically empty compared to the Sestriere beginner area. But if you're a day 3 beginner that needs to practice lifts then you're out of luck. You better have a shuttle to Sestriere because the path from the gondola down, and the path back to the gondola from the lift is pretty intermediate. My daughter was able to manage it after her first week of snowboarding but I would not recommend it for anyone that isn't athletic and willing to fail a lot on the way. The food at the club med was awesome as expected. Though for some reason out of 12 people in our party, 4 people got so sick they were out of commission for 24 hours. Multiple other groups shared a similar experience. I suspect it was pathogen based because some people got sick on different days with similar symptoms. I tried twice to get my daughter into the club med teen club, but the GOs there didn't speak English and in translation I must've misunderstood where or when the meetup is because they weren't there when I brought her. Getting to the main restaurant when it's cold outside was painfully cold. Maybe I should've worn more layers. Still the club med cabins concept feels less fun when it's so hard to get out of bed to meet up for breakfast, or just to hang out with others. The event the GO Yuval organized was pretty fun and I'm happy for it. The circus performance was cool. The live music performances were great. Also we enjoyed using the "bar" on the second floor for board games, otherwise it was too loud in the bar-lounge to play. We were a big group and it's an expensive vacation. We love going to club med for snowboarding about once a year. So we had high expectations and were pretty disappointed with the experience in this Club Med Pragelato. If I ever come back to the area I'd probably prefer a hotel in Sestriere.
We spent one week with our daughter in Club Med Pragelato. The New Year Night was excellent (food, animation). The club is cozy and perfect for families. Petit Club for our 3 years old daughter was great. In general during the week 29.12-05.01 the club was too full to be able to provide a Top Level Service. Rooms are cozy, but the bathroom requires some renovation. The restaurant La Tana was a disastrous experience. We didn’t get our order for 1,5 h and left without been served properly. We had a luck to meet Thierry and Anne from the club management. They were always very friendly and supportive helping us to feel good in every situation. We also spent a great time together and looking forward to come to this club for the next new year celebration. Tanja&Romain

I went in this place 5 or 6 times with my family for lunch and I always had a very good experience. Beef was always good and the service quick and efficient. Prices are appropriate for the food quality, although not very low. I will come back again when I am in town.
Went for a meal with a group. The steak was great quality but cold, then we waited 40mins for the sides which they’d forgotten and then charged us for and wouldn’t take them off. They just argued with us until we paid for everything. I couldn’t imagine customer service like that in the UK
Food was decent however the customer service is absolutely terrible. Ordered 6 tomahawk with sides, sides were not delivered until requested and they hadn't been prepared. Finally came and the steaks were then cold. When it came to the bill they wouldn't even remove the cover charge.
Nice bar to watch sport, but security staff very rude. We politely pointed out that he had stood in the way of lots of people watching a game on the big screen, the main attraction in the place. His response - “watch on the other side”. Very poor form.
A very popular bar with a music programme throughout the week. There is strict control on where you sit and even if you approach the bar to look at the beers you might be told to return to your seat as its table service. Mixer drinks can be provided with free flow mixers but later served with more expensive bottles! I rate the place for its beers and music but I prefer a more relaxed environment.
Me as part of a group of 2, 1 night , and a group of 9 another night . I have to whole heartedly recommend the tomahawk steak. 1 of if not the best ever!!! Staff where brilliant, joined in on the party. Best atmosphere. Love to you all.
Probably the best bar we visited in Sauze d'Oulx Great food, especially if you like a spectacular steak 🥩 and the cheesy chips are second to none! Entertainment every night was to a good standard and really got the crowd going.
The service was very rude initially but we let it go. The manager then offered free veg along with the steak but we ended up getting charged for two portions. When we finally got the steak it was basically as pale as a white tshirt. When the manager came over to hear about it, he told us to shut up and brought over us to the chef and both laughed in our face. Would highly not recommend!
