Tiny, rustic island with sweeping views, clear waters & a towering 19th-century lighthouse.

Idyllic location with a fabulous little beach bar. Crisp cold local beer and seafood fare. Absolutely unforgettable way to spend the day while travelling through Sicily.
Amazing views with crystal clear waters! Easy to get to even if it's high tide. Just a quick walk or swim through the water.
Very beautiful and romantic place
Extreme southern point of Europe, with the exception of Lampedusa Island, the Stream Island, named due to its location, a meeting point between the Mediterranean Sea and the Ionian Sea.
(Translated by Google) Sicily's southernmost islet, with a beautiful 360-degree view. It's a shame about the lighthouse, which is completely abandoned and unsafe. It should be renovated and made accessible to tourists, because doing so would mean people would go there anyway, and it's very dangerous. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.

Wonderful beach, clean and warm water. There are few establishments around therefore you’ll always find someone open if you’d like to have a quick bite or a drink…or if you’ll have to use the loo. Not aure about the prices of beds and umbrella as we didn’t need them. The parking spaces are off-road so be careful when driving there as you can easily damage the car if you don’t pay attention. From time to time you’ll find a local guy asking, without insisting, for some change in exchange for “looking after the car” while you’re at the beach. He’s a good guy and if you ask he gives you recommendation on what to do or visit in the local area. If you have some spare coins, just give them to him. It’ll make him happy.
Beautiful secluded beach suitable for relaxing and eating great food
One of the best beaches I ever set foot on. There are many "lidi" way overpriced. €50 for a third row beach umbrella with a half empty place is kind of a shame because the rest is nice.
Just arrived here,45 euro for 2 beda and parasol,no even small table, shower 0,50 cent euro, terrible! Looks really old! The beach is nice, clear water , I would not to take a risk to eat here.
Friendly enough staff but way overpriced for what they propose (both beach and restaurant) Setting is ok on the beach. We never got our meal because they forgot due to a 'busy service' but did not bother compensating or making an effort to apologise. Showers need to be paid extra. Toilets are not the cleanest.
Nice, this quiet beach was a bit windy. For laying sunbathing and reading a book . But had a lovely walk. When walking back towards the wind, stay right on the beach where the Sands damp so you don't get sand in your eyes.
It's beautiful: the sand is nice and soft, the water is crystal clear! Definitely recommend to come here, it's beautiful in every season if you enjoy the sea
Prices a bit above average but it is still worth it.

A nice beach, the business is well organized, the restaurant provides good food, even during high season (we went in August), reasonable price.
Love it here! The Lido is well kept, the staff is friendly and depending on the wind you can either swim or do some light snorkeling. The view on the island and the Southernmost sopt of Italy are also lovely.
Fantastic sunsets, that you can enjoy in the Scialai bar, Grab something to eat as the food is nice. On the left you will have Isola del Correnti in front of a marvelous beach with crystal cereal water . ,💞
The lido itself is a really nice place, well organised with quality food, good cocktails and good services in general. However, the sea, on the day that we were there, wasn't so great and the beach was full of little irritating flies. Nice.place to.enjoy a cocktail and watch the sun set into the sea
The most south place in Sicilia. The most south restaurant in Sicilia. As this restaurant is here the only, you will love it. It is exactly the place where you want to stay, sit, eat, relax. Beautifull mix Grill. Absolute fantastic wine. Coffee can not miss. I love it here.
Amazing restaurant to eat on the sea! High quality seafood! Really recommended! Service is excellent, especially Pippo! Number one
Fantastic beach club restaurant with incredible views of Isola delle Correnti. Beach club converts from a family restaurant to a nightclub at night with live DJs playing on the weekend. Good for young crowds.
Perfect spot, good restaurant.

Very nice beach, only there are seeds of some plant on the beach and it is annoying a little
Although the location is undeniably marvelous, the cost is incredibly expensive if we compare it with the services offered to the customers. The food is quite good but the service is really low and the food itself is, once more, really priced.

Stopped in for a 'spritz' after an afternoon on the nearby beach. Perfectly adequate for post-beach snack. We added some waffle/ice-cream confection and the anti-pasta platter, both of which were pretty good. Prices might be a bit high but not objectionable given the location, so no concerns there. I am tempted to dock a star for how the wait staff are dressed...low cut tank tops all round only makes it feel like a cheap American biker bar. But I won't because it would be churlish to the staff themselves who are just doing a job.
Good quality granita and brioche with an exceptional position and view. Service mediocre but efficient.
I ate pistachio granita and it was wonderful!! I totally reccomend this place if you wanna try sicilian sweets... or even just for breakfast.
Fantastic all round, excellent cocktails, friendly staff, tasty ice cream, incredible bruschetta, and to round it all off beautiful views looking out to sea.
we ate granitas for breakfast here. The granitas are just slush puppies with whipped cream. The bill was way too much for such a bad granita. If you want a real Sicilian granita, this is not the place.
Delicious granite and brioche in a lovely location.
Nice beach bar with a great view. The service is super friendly, but prices are definitely too high and with coperto.
Perfect view, open from early morning to the night, good choice of ice cream and other snacks

Locale pulitissimo e bella posizione sul corso. Stra consigliato!!!👍❤️
(Translated by Google) An excellent ice cream shop. What we ordered was of absolute quality: the flavor of the ice cream and granita was noticeable, it was not diluted or watered down in any way and the ricotta had the right density and consistency. We paired it with two brioches and despite these and two large portions, the quality/price ratio is excellent. Absolutely recommended to anyone who finds themselves in the area. (Original) Una eccellente gelateria. Quanto preso era di assoluta qualità: il sapore del gelato e della granita si sentiva, non era per nulla diluito o in altromodo annacquato e la ricotta aveva la giusta densità e consistenza. A sandy beach with a little bar and nice views of the area. Parking area is small and off road but it was free in October. It can get very windy and therefore wavy so check the weather if you want a calm beach day. When it is wavy, you can watch the surfers!
Great spot, beautiful clear water, but the beachclub is very overpriced and the price/quality of the food is bad. Bring a picnic and you'll be fine.
Amazing 👏 The pasta is fantastic 👌 Definitely, I will come back here for lunch or dinner. It's on the beach, the view is wonderful and the atmosphere is so cozy!
The bar on the beach is "Expensive" but delicious food, high quality ingredients. Thanks to chefs
Lovely water to swim in not to cold, windy today. Parking next the beach road side.( Free) Beach bar close by... pretty beach can get very windy.
Nice, clean, quite sandy beach. Relatively spacious. Parking on the adjacent main street is limited. Water is warmer on the north side and gets colder close to the rocks. Was a nice surprise coming here and the kids simply loved it. Water crystal clear. It is probably a good choice if wind is east direction. Please keep it clean! Doesn't get a star as around the area looks like people leave trash like it's a dump...
Beautiful beach good service and easy parking. There is a bar with full service if it is needed

We had an amazing stay at the Castle and can't wait to visit again. The staff went above and beyond in providing us everything we needed. The rooms were clean and bright and wonderful. The meals were amazing! Thank you!
Getting married at Castello Tafuri was like stepping into a fairytale. The castle’s breathtaking beauty and enchanting atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for our special day. Every corner of the venue felt magical, and our guests were absolutely in awe. A heartfelt thank you to Fernanda, whose dedication, warmth, and attention to detail ensured everything ran flawlessly. Her support throughout the planning process and on the day itself made all the difference—we truly couldn’t have done it without her. We highly recommend Castello Tafuri to any couple looking for a romantic, unforgettable wedding experience!
Great place with wonderful building, pool and views. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant good but not excellent. Only disappointment we had was the veranda to the room. The design of the original building has made it hard for the hotel to create really usable balconies.
Castello Tafuri exceeded our expectations! The suite was luxurious, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view of the sea. The food was so delicious we decided to eat there rather than go into town and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be returning !!
Definitely one of the most unique places we’ve been to. My husband and I enjoyed every minute in the castle. Absolutely gorgeous place with great scenery. They serve delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Big pool and the beach is only a few mins away. Close to town where you can get any grocery also Marzamemi is your place to go after 7pm where you can find many great restaurants, shops and Gelato!
We had chosen this as the venue for our wedding in Sicily and had booked out the venue and all the rooms for 2 nights. The team at the castle has been incredibly helpful from day 1 and we have had a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Castle itself is stunning and food is absolutely delicious. The pool and the views are fantastic as well so we'd happily come back for a holiday.
Great location and amazing view! We took the sea view room and watched sunrise from the room. The castle itself was beautiful. We spent all day by the pool and went down the cliff for snorkeling. Breakfast had a lot of options and we had attentive service from the waitress. Hotel and the room looked a bit empty from the inside. It’d be nice to put more decorations and art work. Swimming pool looked very green, so we didn’t go in to swim. We had a great time staying here.
My recent stay at this hotel, which I had booked through Booking.com, turned out to be a very disappointing experience. I had reserved a sea-view room, which cost 20% more than a garden-view room. Looking back, I realize that it should have raised my suspicion that the room only had pictures featuring a phone on a stand and no actual images of the view. I had paid for our two-day stay in advance, eagerly anticipating a pleasant stay. Upon arrival, we were genuinely impressed by the picturesque location and the impressive building, an exquisitely restored castle by the sea. The surroundings were absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the experience soured once we stepped inside our room. The room was far from what we expected. Though it technically had a sea view, it was only through three small windows, which made the room feel like a gloomy dungeon. I immediately experienced a sense of claustrophobia. I approached the receptionist requesting a room change, but she regretfully informed me that the hotel was fully booked. Our situation became more distressing when we couldn't find alternative accommodation at such short notice due to it being evening already. However, the receptionist tried to compensate by offering us the night for free and promising a room change the following day, to a room with larger windows. We reluctantly accepted, feeling that we had no other options, and planned to stay up late to spend as little time in the room as possible. Our troubles, however, didn't end there. While we were relaxing on the hotel terrace, the manager approached us. In a manner I can only describe as overtly aggressive, she threatened to call the police unless we left the premises. This sudden confrontation left me shocked and distressed. I feel like the hotel management was well aware that the room was far from comfortable, yet they chose to mislead travellers. My error was assuming that the sea-view room would be similar to the garden-view one, except for the view, as there were no photos showcasing the actual room's interior. Our second day was no better. After a night of hardly any sleep due to our discomfort, we left the hotel first thing in the morning.
