This place is great to visit but closes early even on Saturdays due to which fun park ckises early as well, weekdays would be boring for indoor park as there will be few people visiting, so please reach early if you want to experience all the rides and activities.

Went here this evening Friday night. The service was great. We had two ladies that were looking after our table, and they were both very friendly and pleasant. The food that we ordered was very good and excellent quality. The drinks were flowing all night long, and we had a really great time. This evening, they had a three-piece band that played top hits, and they were absolutely amazing! They had a pool table that we tried, and the crowd was pretty friendly as well. We will be back!

I visited this bar near my place on a Friday night with a friend. I was in the mood for live music and a chill vibe, and Google recommended this spot, funny enough, I had actually been here before but forgot! The atmosphere is great, super relaxed and friendly, almost like you just left your friend’s house and ended up here. They have live music on Fridays and Tuesday , which adds so much to the vibe. The band was cool, people were playing games, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The staff are kind and welcoming, but there aren’t many of them, so you may need to wait a bit before someone takes your order. We didn’t love the snack we ordered, but honestly, the overall vibe of the place made up for it. I’d definitely go back, not for the food, but for the music, the energy, and the atmosphere😉

This place is such a gem cute, cozy, and full of good vibes. The service is top-notch; the staff are super friendly and always willing to help, which really adds to the experience. The atmosphere is great, especially on Saturday nights with live singing that gives it such a lively and fun energy. The food is amazing! The pizzas are spot on, the poutine is rich and flavorful, and the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken is a must-try for mains creamy, comforting, and so satisfying.

Everything was amazing. Service was exceptional. Our server Tracy was very kind, professional and informing. I ordered the chicken teriyaki rice. Service was very fast. Food was fresh and delicious. I just wished they didn’t use basmati rice which is used for Middle Eastern dishes rather than asian dished that normally uses jasmine rice. Also the Naan bread on the side of the dish is very middle eastern and confusing because it felt like it was not needed at all. Other than that, everything was great.

What a great stumble upon find! You don't think much when driving by it's got a great sheltered patio and has a visually stimulating large interior, staff are friendly, beer is cold and food was great. I'll be back!

1 Star – The Twisted Toad? More like the Twisted Nope. Walked into The Twisted Toad on a Friday night, lured by the promise of live music. Spoiler alert: the only thing live was my disappointment. We ordered jerk wings—lightly breaded, yes, but seasoned with what I can only describe as “salt and mystery.” The chips came in two varieties: gourmet and “bottom-of-the-Burger-King-bag.” A true culinary rollercoaster. Then came the wine. With fruit flies. Swimming. The server offered to scoop them out with a spoon like it was a bowl of soup. One of us paid for it just to end the horror. I wanted to love this place. I really did. But between the ghost music, the salty wings, and the insect-infused wine, The Twisted Toad twisted my soul. Hard pass.

2025: I've been coming here for 8 years now! Food is hot and delicious at every single visit. Review from 7 years ago: The food is perfect every single time! Get the Brie and Bruschetta dip! It's heaven! Try the bread pudding! It's amazing for all the sweet tooths out there!

Imagine Cinema is a great spot to catch a movie! I watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind there as part of their $5 movie deal, and the experience was amazing. The theater had a cozy, intimate vibe, the picture and sound quality were on point. Perfect place for movie lovers especially if you wanna watch older films!

A really lovely little cinema! The $5 tickets are fantastic for us on a budget, and the concession prices are also very fair - and much better than the large chains! It's fantastic to be able to see re-screenings of older films, and I often check back to see what's going to be shown! All the staff have been friendly, helpful and efficient. The sound and picture quality of the films is great, and while the seating is comfortable for standard chairs, it is a bit disappointing that they don't have the recliner chairs mentioned on the website and in the pre-show advertisements. I would overall give the Carlton 4.5 stars if I could, but Google only let's you do full stars. I would review at 5 stars even without them updating to recliner chairs if the advertising didn't make you think you'd be getting them, if that makes sense.

A gem of a local theatre. I like that we still have some of these smaller theatres around — admission is reasonable and they show movies (including classics) that may not get a shot in some of the bigger theatres. Screens and theatres are on the small side, but definitely big enough to enjoy the movies. They also show a lot of the latest movies too— highly recommend!

I love this cinema I went to see pride and prejudice for the $5 movie deal! The prices were good for our food and much better than a big box chain. We were so happy to see my favourite movie in Theaters it was like seeing it for the first time! Best cinema!

Cute intimate theatre experience. Food is better priced than at Cineplex and I like that they do slushie/drink specials. Also like their $5 special movie screenings - it's nice to get the opportunity to see older movies that you may have missed seeing in theatres when they were out originally. Screen is smaller than expected. Also does not have recliners which was very confusing the first time I came here as the Carlton site meta description mentions recliners and they repost other Imagine Cinemas Instagram posts that make mention of the recliners. Cozy and small. Carlton always has a good independent film releases and line up. Pretty low key location but sometimes that's what makes it special.

Amazing tour in the US national parks! Very well organized, the guide went the extra mile every day to make our trip a wonderful one! Thank you Ian! The choices of hotels was good, the 3h daily drive were not excessive, the route was really optimized and beautiful hiking trails! I would book a new US trip in a hearbeat.

We just came back from Hilton Playa Del Carmen Mexico. One of the best and most memorable trips to Mexico! Our tour guide Fariba again amazed us with her knowledge about the history, culture, and attractions of Mexico, making our journey all the more fascinating and enriching. Her skills and a deep passion for sharing information makes her more outstanding! While we had been to few tours with Fariba, she made the trip very special to me as she organized a surprise birthday celebration! She is just amazing person! Thank to Fun tours for making this trip special. We enjoyed the experience and atmosphere of our tour with many nice people around!

FunTours two week visit to the Algarve was a terrific experience. We opted for a 2 bedroom apartment so we each had our own room with plenty of space in the kitchen-dining-living areas. The resort had some heated covered pools which we thoroughly enjoyed as the outdoor pools and ocean were too cold in February. I went on five of the optional day trips and found these were an exceptional value. The restaurants and shopping offsite were within walking distance. So yes, it was a good value for my travel dollar!

Fun tours did a great job of organizing the tour and taking care of any questions we had. Nushin and Peter were organized and found some great tours for us to go on to visit the beautiful Algarve. Would book with them again.

I'm not one to use group tours since I'm more of a plan my own trip or do solo travelling but for a 1st time group travel tour, this company was well thought of and engaging. Any changes or updates were always communicated thoroughly and the trip itself was executed smoothly. There was no issues within the trip that caused the travellers a level of unhappiness. Also, for my first time using a group tour... I'd say I also got lucky with whom I was paired with as a roommate and who I travelled with. Everyone was great within this group and that made the experience all the better as well. I will definitely recommend this company for any friends or family or co-workers wishing to find a reliable group tour to try.

cozy library, quick service when i order books. i personally enjoy hearing children laugh but it could use a study room upgrade for those that need silence. i would like to see more art installations in the front corner. i love the puzzle table idea!

A great little library with friendly people. It’s missing study rooms and gets a little noisy with the school kids at lunch, but they could be hanging out at worse locations… We have a LO and the activities to borrow for in-library use are phenomenal. We borrow games, puzzles, and age appropriate toys that aren’t found at other VPL locations. My kid will ask multiple times a week to visit the library. They love it here and in turn, so do I.

One star because there was a very entitled student there "studying" for exams that came to basically tell my toddler to be quiet. We were in the childrens area and they were playing with the toys. Kids are loud naturally and very hard to keep them quiet. I never had the library staff approach me and say anything..they are always understanding and welcoming toward my kids. I try my best to remind the kids to keep their voices low, but they are kids after all. I hope this entitled student sees this and realizes its not her space, its public and she has to deal with all kinds of noises and things going on. You don't own the place. Stop making people feel like they can't freakin bring their kids any where. I wish this library had a more closed off space for toddlers like the bathurst clark location. Its very lively and loud in the toddler area of bathurst and everyone was kind and understanding. Typical karen attitude thinking she owns the place and has a right to shut my toddler up. You also don't know what a child may have that prevents them from totally listening and staying quiet. Next time go to a starbucks or tim hortons.

Very noisy library. Students from near secondary school come, talk and laugh loudly all the day. No one ask them to stop making sound. Some boys and girls are using the library for dating place. I don't understand why the school allows them to leave the school during the school hours.

This public library has a nice selection of books and plenty of study space. However, the noise level in this library is intolerable for anyone trying to read, study, work, or do anything productive. I would advise anyone to visit when the students at the nearby high school are in class and avoid afterschool hours or weekends when they seem to treat the library as a makeshift cafeteria. The administration and staff of this library needs to enforce a noise policy for the patreons who wish to use the library in its intended use.

What a noisy place !!! Is this a library? Kids keep playing in library during the day. There are people sitting in the study area speaking on the phone as well as eating on desk. How is that allowed in the library? I came here to study during afternoon. During evening it gets even more noisier with more people coming in. Better to sit in Tim Hortons. Won't come again.

Amazing place and a truly lovely experience, great for a night out and/or an afternoon of fun!!! The owner Sam is very sweet, the employees are super friendly and they all make you feel at home. Excellent entertainment for kids of all ages. This is a peaceful and relaxing environment to explore your artistic side and I definitely recommend it to anyone who's a newbie to the art/craft/pottery scene, there is definitely something for everyone!!!

Had a fantastic experience! Came in when it was not too busy and the staff was very friendly and supportive. ( I believe her name was Melany). Explained the process very well ( we had a lot of questions) and gave us painting suggestions. There are MANY practical pieces to paint such as mugs, plates, salt and pepper shakes etc. Lots of fun and highly recommended!!

Beautiful outdoor space we had a great time at our pet Halloween costume contest huge success. Leash, free dog park for both big and small dogs is amazing and the different paths in the forest are serene and beautiful. Very lucky to be part of the Thornhill Woods community!

Very nice and quiet area. Lot of Maple trees and I believe it's beautiful in fall. Highly recommended : mosquito repellent applied when you walk trails in the woods.

Busy community park and wood! Noise since it's beside HWy7. A lot of unleashed dogs and irresponsible owners. Of you want to do a leisure walk after dinner or in the morning it's fine. Not ideal for a serious hike or walk.

Awesome place for a small family hike close to your home. Clean air and quiet place in the middle of the busy city. Trees are starting to turn yellow. I hope the peak is coming in a week or two.

If you've driven along 407 and marveled at the fall colours in this beautiful patch of trees on the intersection of Bathurst and 407, being inside and walking the trails is a much more beautiful experience. The fall colours this year in 2022 are stunning all over and this place was blooming. Trails aren't very long but very enjoyable.

Beautiful trail but be cautious of tree branches and roots if you take the smaller paths. It can get busy at times on warm days but the main trails are wide enough to pass comfortably. I find it is easy to get disoriented if you're not paying attention as there aren't any signs on the paths. Photos below taken around noon in early Nov 2021.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon — truly a Thornhill gem! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. It even smelled fresh and inviting, which really added to the relaxing atmosphere. My appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. No waiting around! April was my nail technician, and she was absolutely fantastic. Warm, friendly, and professional — she made me feel welcome right away. My manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully, and she paid great attention to detail throughout. I also had a waxing service during my visit, and April made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism and calming presence really stood out. I cannot say how much I love this place! They are amazing. I’ve gotten pedicure, manicure, wax, facials, massages - I just keep coming back cause they are that good! Such a relaxing environment and they always take care of you.

I am very disappointed by the service and the huge price. The lady did not care about my specific requirements and put my hands in the UV machine for 10 min, which i clearly said i do not want to, and that it was burning my hands. 90$ for a manequire is not an acceptable price.

It was my first time visiting Sandalwood and it definitely won't be the last time. Lia and Lisa were amazing, kind and detail oriented. They took their time with painting my nails and when I scratched my pedicure, Lia very kindly helped me repaint them. I had cut my finger the day before and Lisa made sure to take extra care when she was doing my manicure and patiently created the design I wanted. Their pricing is also quite reasonable, I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure package for $69 plus design costs. They also didn't charge me for removing my old shellac which was a very nice bonus! Definitely want to try their other services next time and will be visiting them again for my manicure needs!

My first visit at this spa, experience was very positive. I made a last minute appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. Staffs were extremely friendly and nice. I had a shellac manicure with Hailey and she was very good. Very fast and attentive. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Gave good suggestions for the choice of color that will match with the dress that I will be wearing for a wedding. Highly recommend.

I had a facial with Bonnie and my review is not about Bonnie but about the pricing as Bonnie was great. She was very pleasant, calming, had a gentle touch, explained everything, and seems like a very nice lady. However, my appointment started at 12:20 instead of 12:00, so I waited for 20 minutes. My appointment ended at 1:00 on the dot, it lasted only 40 minutes. I paid $174 10% tip included. I felt like I was scammed. You might think that during those 40 minutes many products were applied to justify such a price, but my procedure included only 2 masks and a 5 minutes face and neck massage. I asked not to perform extraction, and I was hoping that the time that was saved on that will be applied to maybe an extended massage or an additional product being used, but no, after 40 minutes and 2 face masks the treatment ended. I just felt like I was scammed. 2 masks and a 5 minutes massage are $160?! And that was after a first time discount. I would like to add that after posting this review I received a call from Hand and Stone, and a very pleasant lady asked about my experience and apologized for how it went, and said she’ll speak with her manager and see what she can do for me. Then she called and offered me another upgraded facial with a discount that will cost me $112. I appreciate them reaching out, but at this point I have a bad taste from the whole experience and I didn’t want to book anything.

Both my fiancé and I decided to get facials before our wedding and our experience with Shirin has been wonderful!! She is so kind, and thorough. She will take the time to explain any steps of the facial if you like, answer any questions, and overall she creates a very relaxing atmosphere. She came highly recommended and we would also recommend her services!

I had the worst experience. Poor management. I went to this branch to get the full body massage. I was late to my appointment. My husband did informed them my wife will be late beforehand and they said no worries it’s not a problem. Then when I went then message therapist gave half body massage and she said sorry I have an another client. I said fine no worries. I came outside when I was about to pay she said I need to give her full payment. I was so shocked to hear that I said why you didn’t inform me before??? I was 9th month pregnant plus it was my birthday. I needed the foot massage su badly but they didn’t even care. This massage spa is fraud and and it’s too expensive

I visited this clinic with my husband as part of our 3rd wedding anniversary celebration, hoping for a relaxing and peaceful experience. Unfortunately, I had a deeply disappointing and uncomfortable encounter with one of the massage therapists. I’m not a demanding client — I simply booked with whoever was available. The therapist assigned to me was a male, which I didn’t mind at all, but his communication was unexpectedly rude. During the massage, I expressed discomfort by saying “ouch,” and his response was “it’s your problem,” which made me feel blamed and unsafe. When I asked him to stop, I was told I could leave the room, and the tone continued to feel aggressive and dismissive. Things got worse at reception, where the therapist began talking about the incident in front of others in a mocking way — unaware that my husband was present and had also booked a session. He tried to claim he said “no problem” instead of “it’s your problem,” which is simply not true. I left feeling humiliated and shocked. This was not my first massage, but it was my first time ever feeling disrespected in such a vulnerable setting. What was meant to be a special and relaxing day turned into something upsetting. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and professionalism in the future. Every client deserves to feel safe and heard.

I have a high demand, fast pace job leading teams through to successful delivery of projects. I find my self with tight muscles needing expert deep tissue massage to relieve the tension. Yuri at H&S, has been helping me for years! He is professional and has the best massage I have found. If you are able to take the pressure, it is more than worth it! I recommend him to anyone, and everyone!

Amazing experience! Sarah was super helpful and knowledgeable and the therapist Wilfred was probably the best massage I've ever had in my life and I'm a regular massage goer. I'll definately be back and highly recommend.

I would like to provide a formal complaint. I would like to start off by saying I have been a customer for a few years now with a general positive experience up until now. On August 16, I was able to book a last minute 5:30pm with Dimitri but have the following negative experience -my massage was at 5:30pm but Dimitri was running late and got me after 5:40pm. -I did not get my massage until after around 5:45pm or so -he left the room by 6:20 leaving me short of my 50 minute massage which should have gone to at least 6:35 -I would have confronted him but he was nowhere to be found after I got changed -I proceeded to the front counter to complain about my shortened massage to find no admin there for which I waited until 6:32pm and left leaving a note to call me back immediately and emailed them this complaint within 30 minutes of my massage. -I don’t know if someone is locking up but the front desk was unattended with absolutely no signage that someone left for a temporary break and when they would be back leaving me to believe that a few people in this instance did not do their job -they left the front counter unattended and left a client alone in the clinic with no one to support them as they left. -as a client who was left almost naked in one of the rooms, it left me at risk of a stranger walking into my room with no staff monitoring or stopping any strangers from interfering with clients -instead of leaving calmer, I am left with an experience of frustration and distrust To top it all off, instead of calling me back to resolve the issue, they had the audacity to make an unauthorized payment under my husband’s credit card of $146!! That is extremely unprofessional! It is now over a month since my issue and I have not yet once heard back from management which is extremely disappointing especially given how serious the complaint is.

Just got my mobile sauna and I'm loving it! Gregory made the purchase process simple and stress-free. I had no issues so far and I'm looking forward to getting lots of enjoyment out of it.

We live in the Buffalo area, about a 3 hour drive from Casa de Sauna. We just received our 7x8 mobile Sauna and have used it 4 days in a row. VERY impressed with the construction of the sauna, the heavy duty trailer, the stove (which fits a lot of wood!). No shortcuts were made on this sauna. Every assembled part is made of high end material. Our 3 Biggest concerns prior purchasing the sauna: 1. Spending big money on something we didn't see in person. The sauna exceeded our expectations. 2. Would the mobile sauna sway/move when you are inside the sauna? No, it feels like a permanent structure. The sauna sits on 4 solid stabilizers. 3. International sale and border crossing issues. Greg took care of this including front door delivery service! Greg's professionalism during our transaction from deposit, delivery, and setup were what any customer appreciates. I also know, if we ever have questions/issues I trust Greg and Casa de Sauna will be there for customer support. Upon delivery, Greg walked us through the whole setup. He leveled the sauna, removed trailer tires, and reviewed every safety concern owners may have. If you are in the market for a sauna, I highly recommend Casa de Sauna! Thanks again, Dan and Joy

My husband and I have rented mobile saunas for years and finally made the decision to buy our own. We’d been checking out a few sauna places and made the decision to head to Casa de Sauna one Monday morning. I called along the way as I had realized on the drive that you actually had to make an appointment, But Greg was able to accommodate and met us there by the time we arrived from Whitby. Greg showed us all the different saunas, went through all the benefits, shared the promotion that they had on as well as everything that needed to be done to prepare for the sauna delivery/ arrival. He made us feel very comfortable and 100% no pressure. We had the sauna within two weeks, Greg personally delivered this himself with John. They worked away and we had a sauna four hours later! Greg was extremely informative and went through in great detail all the ins and outs we needed to know as new sauna owners. He even followed up with an information package via e-mail. We reached out to Greg maybe a week later as we decided to purchase one of the barrel firewood storage units as well. Greg was able to have it delivered within the week. My husband and I were unable to stay for the firewood barrel installation and so when Greg completed the install, he took the time to load the unit with firewood for us and sent us pictures! Greg’s service, communication and attention to detail went above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy we decided to go with Casa de Sauna over any other sauna stores in the GTA and Cottage Country. Thank you Greg and John, we highly recommend you and Casa de Sauna!

When I sat down in the chair for my cut on Saturday I said to Ben "I'm so happy to be here" - and I truly am always so happy when I arrive at Ben's Secret. I have very short hair and love the way Ben cuts. It is a warm, friendly, reliable salon - I would recommend this salon to anyone who asks!

Lily and her team are amazing! The spa is very clean. I go for massages and facials frequently. Before I got married, I got a facial and they made sure to take extra care of my skin to make sure it was perfect. When I got pregnant, they made sure to cater my massages accordingly. After I gave birth, they always ask me how I’m doing and take good care of me!

I've been going to see Lily (and her other masseuse, Carrie) for nearly 10 years now. They are both amazing masseuses who give top quality service in a really beautifully upgraded space. If you want a massage (esp if you like it firm) check them out!

I booked it for my wife because of the glowing reviews. She enjoyed it because she thought Lily was great with the massage with the proper amount of pressure. I enjoyed it because there was a (very) small but nice little waiting room. I could watch TV if I wanted to and simple things like water while I was waiting was a very nice touch. The greeting staff at the front was also very friendly. My wife says she will be back so being the driver I guess I will be back too.

A few weeks ago, I had a Swedish massage, and I can say it was one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. I will definitely come back to you again!

A great place to learn to dance. My 16 year old son said he'd like to learn to dance and luckily we found this studio. Irina is wonderful with kids. He's loving his lessons and learning so much. It's a relaxed atmosphere but the instructors know their stuff!

My partner and I have been dancing at National Ballroom Academy for many years and love it! We have focused on latin as well as ballroom styles of dance. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and creative in their teaching - always focussing on their students achieving success. Shout out to Mark Shpuntov for his amazing classes! We have made many wonderful friends through the studio and look forward to continuing to develop our dancing skills for many more years to come!

I have taken many private lessons at the Academy. Glen and Melina are both excellent teachers, with lots of patience. They are not dogmatic in their teaching, and are willing to work with you to achieve any level of dancing skill that you are interested in attaining. The atmosphere at the Academy is welcoming and supportive. I enjoy their Saturday evening practice dances. Glen and Melina go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome regardless of their level of dancing expertise. I absolutely recommend the National Ballroom Academy to anyone wishing to learn to dance or improve on their present level of dancing. .

I really enjoy Glen’s ability to continually find a way for me to learn in a fun, relaxing and effective way at my weekly dance lessons, and as a senior citizen I appreciate it immensely. He and Melina are very welcoming to their attractive studio, and always innovative in creating an atmosphere at the weekly practise dances so all levels and ages of dancers, single or couples, have fun. The group lesson offers an opportunity to try something new, and afterwards we can practise all the dances in a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere, with perhaps a line dance thrown in to entertain us. And there Is always someone willing to help. The occasional Spotlight dance nights gives students an opportunity to shine with their instructors and inspire us all. Well done! Thanks! National Ballroom Academy is an awesome place to learn how to dance. You can come for the socials and dance the night away and build community. They offer classes from beginners level to the advanced. Mark is our dance teacher. He is very patient and a professional teacher. We have lots of fun in our dance lessons. I highly recommend National Ballroom Academy and its professional dance teachers.

My husband and I have taken lessons for several years at National Ballroom Academy. We take weekly semi-private lessons with another couple with our instructor, Mark Shpuntov. Mark is an excellent instructor and we wouldn’t want to take lessons with anybody else. Mark makes learning easy, he’s flexible with scheduling, and brings a lot of fun and humor to our classes. My dancing has improved a lot in our classes. It’s been a great experience.

A few years ago I decided to walk in the National Ballroom Academy studio and ask about dancing lessons. Learning how to dance was one of my life goals but one of those activities that looks intimidating for a person who has never danced before. I started with group lessons taught by different instructors including Glen, Mark, Farrah, and Jason. The lessons were well structured and accommodated various ability levels. During the week I would learn a few steps in different dances and practice during the Friday and Saturday parties. The atmosphere was incredible. The instructors are professionals with lots of dancing experience and patience for teaching. I made friends, laughed, and exercised.  Week by week, I was looking forward to my dancing lessons and to the Friday and Saturday practice. Dancing and following on the dance floor had become easier and easier. Just before the covid era I started to take private lessons with Mark. He has taken my dancing to a new level. He is very good at breaking every move down which makes it easier to grasp. He is patient, and detail-oriented. Mark makes every woman look good on the dancing floor! Learning and dancing with Mark is a 'treat'. Thank you, so much, for all the unforgettable moments the National Ballroom Academy team brought to my life.
