The beach has too many rocks. If u re not a fan, don't go here. Also the better parts of the beach is "claimed" by the hotels on the beach where u cant even rent the sunbeds with money, would not go here again

Book three tours through Analipsi Tours and each was amazing! Spinalonga trip/ Chania, Rethymno and Lake Kourn/ self driving jeep. The jeep definitely a highlight! Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and takes you to beautiful places! Very down to earth! Couldn’t recommend enough, worth every penny!

Did the Buggy tour from Analipsi, and had a really great time! Learned a lot of history, saw some really cool sights, beautiful views, and had some great food. The tour was a small size (only 10 participants) which was perfect because I dislike large tours. Driving the buggy off-road was the best part of the tour, though! Highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in doing something different from the giant tour busses.

Very good tour agency, Olga the manger was very helpful and professional. I booked 5 excursions with them all around Crete and they were all very good. Punctual, professional drivers and nice places to visit. Above al the prices with Analipsi are much cheaper than other companies for the same service.

We booked 2 tours here while staying in Analipsi. The first was a jeep safari from Go Crete Safari which was excellent. We visited many beautiful places including a secluded beach. Scenery all around was magnificent. The second tour was by coach and wasn't particularly good. The whole thing lacked energy and there wasn't much interaction. My conclusion jeep tour good, coach tour not so good.

I'd give 6 stars if I could! We were two on two trips with them and everything was perfect: prices, services and our experience. First trip, to Santorini, we agreed from Poland, via mail and the contact was really instant and leaving no questions. Then, when being in Crete, we signed up to Spinalonga trip, just 2 days before and everything worked more than fine. We didn't need to visit the office, things were easily sorted out via internet, the trip itself couldn't be better. So I really really do recommend the agence - don't miss the chance when being in Crete! :)

The tunes of Jimi Hendrix and Fleetwood Mac lured us into this cosy looking bar, and since the discovery we went back every night of the holiday. The Mojo bar is an truly authentic place where the owners Jutta and Yanis embody the perfect Greek concept of hospitality -Philoxenia-! As they stated themselves: there are no customers, only friends. These are reasons why this rock bar is for everyone, and not only for people who love classic rock. Oh, and I should not forget to mention the mean cocktails and whiskey selection 😉 After having dissapointing icewater cocktails at the other fancy beach bars in Analipsi, Mojo bar stepped up the game! We came on slow nights, but still had fun conversations with the owners & other customers. I know for sure that the atmosphere must be vibrant & fun as well on busier nights. So tourists, get out of the hotel and discover the great bars (and restaurants) that Analipsi has to offer!

We unfortunately found this bar on our last night in analipsi so we only got to visit once. I wish we had found it earlier! The owners were very friendly and chatty. We had cocktails which were delicious and reasonably priced. The music was amazing and every song was a tune. It wasn't too busy so we had a table to sit at. I would highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience We came to Dive Point in Crete with a good attitude and high tolerance. Prices are very affordable, and while the equipment is far from ideal, we didn’t come with high expectations — and that’s not the reason for this review. The main issue was the owner’s behavior. Both my partner and I are dive instructors (I even own a dive shop), and from the moment we started gearing up, we were treated with disrespect and condescension. I was forced to dive with 6kg of weights, even though I clearly stated I only need 2kg. As expected, dive one was uncomfortable and frustrating. For the second dive, I was finally allowed to reduce my weight to 2kg — and the dive itself was great — but the attitude that came with it was downright harassing. We remained polite and professional throughout, never complained (even though there was plenty to complain about), and yet we were met with hostility. It was honestly one of the most uncomfortable experiences we’ve had in any dive center — and we’ve dived at dozens around the world. It’s worth noting that the overall equipment standard is quite low. It seems the center mostly caters to beginner divers who don’t know what to expect, and rarely works with experienced divers — which is probably why they get away with it. After reading more reviews online, we noticed we’re not the only ones who’ve had a similar experience. The only positive part of the day was Sergei, one of the instructors (not the owner), who was kind, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to salvage what was otherwise a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience.

We had a lovely experience with our trainer- Sergiy. Me, my husband and our 7 years old son chose the water jet snorkelling experience. It was really cool. First we went to a lovely beach with clear, calm waters,;we were instructed how to hold the jets and swim with snorkels and on top of all, our trainer took pictures for us under the water. Our son had the experience of his life and we too! I recommend this diving center to everyone!

The owner is rude, has no patience and flies off the handle in a rage at the smallest of things. He is extremely unprofessional, has a stinking attitude and he has no people skills whatsoever. The wetsuits provided are well due for an upgrade - they’ve got rips and tears in them, zips broken and make do repairs. Worst of all was on one occasion all four of his customers of us became cold on one dive and he reluctantly took us back - it’s dangerous to get cold when diving! When you complain he says it’s because he’s tired and overworked - that’s down to him to manage his workload and not put profits before customer satisfaction and care. He’s a very nasty person

We booked a buggy safari with Hay tours. The itinerary looked great, it was slightly more expensive than another tour operator, but we thought the itinerary was worth it. We were supposed to start in Old Chersonissos, but we were dropped off in Heraklion. The tour was completely different from what was described on the website!! We went to different villages, saw different sights, ate Souvlaki at Blue Ocean in Karteros and had no starter (with cheeses) as promised as we should have gone to taverna Zeus Garden. Of course, small deviations from an itinerary can always happen, but a completely different tour is unacceptable! The promised 100 km ride turned out to be almost 40 km! When I spoke to Hay tours about this, I got no reply. I will never ever book any trip here again. They should be honest about the tour they are offering. If you want to book any buggy tours, I advise you to book directly with Crete Quad Safari. Saves you costs and frustration as well. The tour itself is fine, guys are great.

Do not deal with this company and their way of running a business. We booked the buggy tour as advertised on their website. It looked really nice; 100 kilometer of buddy riding, 70% off road and a nice local food experience for lunch. It also departed from the city we stay, minimising the transfer. During pickup, we noticed we were going to a different location. In the end, we did a 40km buggy tour, hardly any off roading and a very basic lunch at a huge tavern next to the mail road. When confronting the Hay company with this, they starting blaming others, telling me I should not be so picky, I booked the wrong tour, and in the end he told me they would not offer any refund and blocked the communication. We heavily overpaid for the standard run of the mill tour we got instead of the advertised experience. Very disappointed.

We had an amazing experience on the crazy sofa. Our two children (12&14) loved it and can’t wait to try something else. All the staff were so friendly and made us all feel at ease. They offered very reasonable picture and video packages for you to choose from and weren’t pushy. We then got a good deal to take out a Jet Ski to extend our fun.
