Love the chocolate chips placed at the entrance! The ice cream we ordered were amazing! Love the unique flavours like macadamia, apple pie, and more! The amount given was super generous! Love this place! Super good for chocolate lovers! Is a must visit! You can buy souvenirs for people who love chocolate! Besides that, they have a shop that sells mustard, hot sauce and like other savoury things! The guy handling it was super friendly! Loved all the tasting we had! Super enjoyable
A must go for all visitors to Perth! This is the main outlet at Swan valley. Ample parking. I liked the free flow of chocolate bits. Simply delicious. Friendly service. There is also a cafe within selling ice cream and coffee. An experience not to be missed. Highly recommended! Thumbs up!
Great visit. Chocolates and choc products of every kind. They were super generous with samples. A live demo of chocolate making was also on display. Drop by on your Perth road trip
Not sure what to do on a lazy weekend? Head up to Swan Valley and treat yourself at the Margaret River Chocolate Factory. Their hot chocolate is uniquely rich and delicious, a must-try for any chocolate lover. A perfect little escape when you just want to unwind and indulge.
A very good place to get the best local chocolate. They have wide variety of chocolate products, many flavors of rocky bars, etc. Friendly staff and nice cafe, too. Children friendly.
I ordered A dark hot chocolate with tasted decent, nothing extraordinary. However, the atmosphere was pretty peaceful, clean nice seating areas and a big lawn for kids to play, and I went on a sunny day so that was a plus. The Providore next door had some interesting jam, liquor and syrup.
A chocolate store that sells huge selection of chocolate products, from chocolate bars, chocolate drinks, and many more. They also offer free chocolate taste tests if you want to try their variety of chocolate. Definitely worth buying their good tasting products, although the products can be slightly pricy.
We took family that visited Perth for the first time here. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to take them to Margaret River, but we took them to this chocolate factory, which was amazing for them. There are chocolate buds for tasting, they are melt in your mouth chocolate buds- so yummy! I underrated it at first, but once you start you can’t stop. They have single artisan chocolates for sale and also ice cream, which was a hit for the kids. They have tables so if you wanted to have some coffee, you can grab a table to sit and chill, while others shop for chocolates ^_* It was great as my family bought some chocolates for gifts back home.

As a part of my Sperm Donation Australia Tour I stopped in here with a recipient, did some wine tasting before settling on a bottle of Rose while also getting one of their famous Froze's. Lovely Acoustic set playing while I indulged on thr Meat platter perfect way to spend a Sunday arvo after a hike.
The staff were friendly and welcoming ☺️ Even with the rain, the parasols provided excellent cover and kept us completely dry. They offer a nice selection of non-alcoholic drinks, and the charcuterie boards were quite filling. We especially loved the bread - it was soft and delicious 🍞
Beautiful scenery - great Swan Valley experience. We came here on a quiet weekday afternoon. Staff were very friendly and attentive, brought menus and water to table but go to bar to order. Lovely house wine - a chilled red - highly recommend! We got a tasting platter which was stacked with an excellent balance of meats, cheeses, fruits, olives etc. We struggled to finish it between 2, excellent value.
4 free tastes! We were met by the lovely Deborah. Great banter and easygoing. Didn’t feel the need to buy but the wines were so divine we ultimately had to bring home a bottle. All vegan and made on site. superb 👍👍
Wonderful winery. Lovely setting and garden, a nice place to chill and relax. Great wine tasting and food platter. We visited back in 2018 with family and (because we enjoyed it so much) decided to return Nov ‘22 whilst we were visiting Perth. Beautiful setting to sit and relax in the gardens. We had 4 complimentary wine tastings and paid $2 extra to taste the sparkling Chardonnay. Chose a bottle of the Oaked Chardonnay (which was delicious) to enjoy with a Cheese Platter for 2. Great experience. Reasonably priced. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Very casual place for a drink and meal. Markets are held here occasionally also. Ugly Duckling is a rather small vineyard offering locally made wines. The outdoor seating is very relaxed and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and although we didn’t eat anything, from what we saw the meal sizes were very generous and platters to share seemed very popular. They also offer a range of gourmet pies which we will definitely try next visit! Very popular place along West Swan Road with both locals and tourists.
Great place to stop for a bite to eat and a glass of wine. Beautiful spot in the Swan Valley. Nice covered out door area, with live music on the weekends. Delicious menu and a wide range of wines to match all the menu items. Popular spot to stop any time of the year.
It was very generous of them to offer four complementary tastings! We liked the selections of wines and really appreciated how they accommodated our special request. The area was peaceful, we enjoyed our visit.

Had a really awesome and enjoyable morning with Swan Valley Wagon Tour's guides; the horses (Toffee and Johnny) were such a lovely couple. It was a truly memorable tour around the area <3
Fabulous, they couldnt do enough for us to have a great day. Its was my aunties 97th birthday, and my Mum walks like a penguin so the logistics werent good but they were so kind and thoughtful and that made the day even better. Thank you
Thank you so much for a really relaxing but full morning. My husband and I were impressed with your contact and assistance prior to the ride, the information from both of you, and the gentle ride from Toffee and Violet. We really enjoyed all the stops and tastings. We have plans to return and purchase more from the generous businesses in the future Good luck with your weekend wedding.
On behalf of the Russell Family a huge THANK YOU for making our Daughters Wedding Day picture perfect with the Horses and Carriages. Your professionalism put as all at ease and made it an enjoyable Once In A Lifetime experience. Thank you.
I decided to take a friend on this experience for a birthday treat. I didnt expect to enjoy it as much as i did. I had a fantastic day and thats thanks to our wonderful hosts. I would thoroughly recommend this experience to anybody.

We visited Lancaster on a whim over the weekend, and the experience was absolutely lovely - from freshly shucked oysters to enjoying a wine and cheese board on a bench. We regretted not getting more wine back home. 10/10!
Lancaster Winery was our first stop on a tour of Swan Valley. We tasted a variety of their wines in a picturesque outdoor area and enjoyed a generous cheese board. It was a great experience.
Located near the Margaret River Chocolate Factory across the road. Fantastic experience sampling wine in the outdoors. They have cheese, oysters. Simply delicious! Great service too. The vineyard is just next to the outdoor tables. There are 2 wine tasting menus: the normal version (free) and the paid version ($10) Highly recommended and I’ll be back for sure! Thumbs up.
Visited Lancaster on a wine tour and we were so impressed by Amanda and her amazing customer service who stood out and went above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed the wines and cheese board that we tried. Highly recommend a visit.
Went here with the love of my life, and my two best friends. We enjoyed wine and cheese, Mr Lancaster was very kind and had excellent customer service management.
Had my friends visit from Sydney and brought them here to Lancaster Wines to start. Awesome service from staff, most especially Cory who created the vibe from start to finish and really made our visit here super enjoyable - Knowledgeable, bubbly, above and beyond customer service! Thank you Cory xx Will definitely come back here 🥂
I used to LOVE this relaxed rustic winery until today, especially their Old Vines Shiraz which I have purchased over 50 cases in the last 2 years and their Wissanger blend, and their snacks for sale, but when I brought friends for a tasting today we tried the sparking white and we all gagged, it had a sulphur smell and tasted like dirty dish water. I mentioned it to the grey haired guy behind the tasting bar and he said there was nothing wrong with it, it was just opened, and he was rather arrogant and became snooty, which was a real turn off compared to the very friendly and cool wine makers I have met there in the past, he totally killed the vibe of the place. Too bad, I will drive past from now on...
Lancaster Wines in Swan Valley is perfect for wine lovers and anyone seeking a relaxing vineyard experience. This boutique winery offers a selection of premium wines, from whites to reds, in a picturesque outdoor tasting area surrounded by lush grapevines. The friendly staff provide excellent service and insights into the winemaking process, making the visit even more enjoyable. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just looking for a serene spot to unwind, Lancaster Wines offers great wines and beautiful views, making it a must-visit destination in Swan Valley.

Good place to go for a visit. Warning though, it’s pretty hard to leave without sampling and then buying something. We purchased a Barbecue Relish. Awesome taste. Not stupidly spicy. Goes great on meats and even cheese and bikkies.
Nice shopping right next to the MR chocolate company, can taste some jams and oils.
Located just next to the famous Margaret River Chocolate Factory. Small place that has jam tasting. Excellent selection of jams, olive oils. It also has a nice outdoor seating area that’s very cosy. A nice experience indeed!
A small shopping selling chocolate liquor, wine and other food products. Everyone visiting the chocolate company will notice this building first at the left side of the entrance. Varieties of products neatly arranged on the racks.
The most amazing wines and condiments here. The nicest Rose and Muscat I have ever tasted, had to buy a bottle. Along with the most amazing beer mustard and barbecue relish. Don’t drive by this place if you are around The Swan Valley. Call in and speak to Kevin, such a friendly assistant.
Excellent attentive staff who genuinely seemed happy to be at their work. Products we purchased were so good especially the baked rice pudding and the passionfruit curd.
High quality products, very busy. The espresso wine was worth the trip.
Very nice establishment. The staff was very friendly and have great product knowledge. In the end I bought their Cabernet Sauvignon for great Red Wine taste that they offered. Good place to visit and experience!

One of the best honey places in Perth and lovely amazing owners who would share their wisdom with us. The tasting was really good and love their organic honey range. The place has affordable honey for everyone and would be a nice place to visit during your next visit to Swan Valley.
I just suddenly remembered this lovely little place and wanted to leave a quick review. It’s a cute small business with really nice honey. I’ve been there several times and even brought some of my friends along. During one visit, a lady there was chatting with my friend (who isn’t Chinese). The lady asked where she was from, and mentioned that “Chinese people don’t like our honey” and started complaining about how much Chinese customers dislike your honey. I think she didn’t realize the rest of us were Chinese. But still, I don’t think it is proper to judge other customers. For example, if I am visiting a Chinese business, and the owner is Chinese and suddenly complains about how bad people from other countries are, I still feel disrespected, and may think the owner may judge me at my back as well. This leads bad impression that the owner is very judge mental. I just wanted to say that I personally really liked your honey, and so did my Chinese friends. In fact, when they visited, they couldn’t understand why such a comment would be made. The comment felt like an unnecessary generalization, and to be honest, it made me a bit uncomfortable. I fully understand that not everyone has the same taste, some Australians might love your honey, and some might not. The same goes for people from China, Europe, the US, or anywhere else. But to single out Chinese people as a group felt a little off. It gave the impression that we’re being judged based on our background, rather than as individual customers with our own preferences. While I don’t think the comment was meant with bad intent, but assumptions based on race or nationality, even when casually said can come across as dismissive or alienating. It’s something I hope can be considered in the future. That said, your honey is genuinely lovely, and I really do hope more people enjoying it . And Chinese customers like me and my friends enjoy it as well.
Free and generous taste tests. Wide range of delicious honeys, and experienced staff to guide you to your favourite. I love the vanilla honey. Great prices, better than woolies and coles
Windarra Honey is such a gem in Swan Valley! The lovely couple who run it are always so welcoming, and they even remembered me when I returned with friends. We had such a great time tasting their delicious honey — my friends absolutely loved it! A must-visit spot for anyone who enjoys genuine hospitality and amazing honey
We loved it as the place is surrounded with a beautiful farm and an amazing view of swan valley . The lady at the reception is very friendly and provides advice on which honey to buy . We sat there in the farm view took some honey and enjoyed the view of the farm
100% customers service & knowledge. Phil & Liz are a beautiful couple that filled us with so much of honey knowledge. Beautiful honey that’s reasonable priced. It’s my to go to place for honey from now on.
We have been buying honey from them for years!! My mum will always ask me to drive her there to get honey to bring back home. Highly recommend their honey!
You can't go wrong with honey in Western Australia can you? In Swan Valley, the House of Honey is flashy, but Windarra is grounded, down to earth and super-friendly. They're both good, but I would buy the honey from Windarra rather than HoH. Why? The owner, Phil is a treasure trove of a man who knows the honey industry back to front. The honey tasting is generous and you'll have bees flying to your mouth by the time you're done. The honey is wildly delicious, especially the jarrah honey, unique to Western Australia with its dash of tangy eucalyptus. This is a local business that we should all be happy to support. My only regret was that I didn't buy more honey before I went back to Malaysia.

I’m currently working with Shiva Karimpour and I can’t speak highly enough of her. I contacted Djinda services a few months ago to get legal advice around parenting issues; when mediation wasn’t going well, and was put in touch with Shiva. I immediately felt at ease with, supported by and confident in her, due to her friendly, salt-of-the-earth manner as well as it being obvious that she knows her stuff. As the parenting matter escalated with my co-parent and I ended up in court with very little notice, I was terrified and Shiva jumped in to represent me, and talked and walked me through every step of the way. When you are being threatened and have never been in court or this kind of situation before, it can feel very intimidating. But Shiva helped (and continues to help) me feel empowered and imparted her knowledge freely and I’ve ended up with an even better outcome than I had envisioned. I’m so happy to know that she’s by my side during this battle and would recommend her 100%.

Our favorite place to buy the best freshest grapes in Swan Valley. The owners are friendly and always welcoming you with a smile 😊
crispy and sweet freshly picked grapes. Very tasty!
DO NOT GO HERE 😱😱😱😱😱 Grapes are not very nice. Mine went rotten very very quickly after I purchased them. Staff are very unpleasant to deal with. Lots of other much better places in Swan Valley to buy your grapes. and as you can see by the response if you put a bad review up they will attack you and threaten you. ;-( Avoid this place much better grape buying options in the Valley.
Exceptional service from the owners! This is our place for fresh grapes. You can always expect a big smile and some very friendly service. We always bring overseas visitors there to show them how friendly service should be and what grapes should taste like.
Super sweet grapes, super crunchy grapes and of course very friendly customer service. Pity about not allow to go inside the vineyard. Not too worry. Personally for me the best in the Swan Valley, mainly because it is walking distant to the chocolate factory and coffee. By the way you need to bring cash with you.
Love the grapes and definitely first class service. I am amazed how some people can give a 1 star review like the one 3 days ago, let’s not mention names:( I am not sure what he does with the grapes after purchasing them, left them in the hot car? The grapes are picked fresh!!! I think he should just stick to purchasing his grapes from Coles or Woolworths... what a time waster. It is insane and irresponsible to write such comments.
Generational grape growing family who produce fantastic table grapes, along with providing outstanding customer service to the Swan Valley. The one star rating provided by a previous reviewer (you’ll be able to find him as he’s the only one) is by a person who was caught by me trespassing, with a tour group he was hosting, in a section of vineyard CLEARLY signposted with “private property”, “trespassers prosecuted” and on a day when the business was obviously closed (more abundant signage). When I pointed out the signage and his illegal activity he became very aggressive, showed no embarrassment at being caught and made no attempt to apologise for his actions. However, the one thing he did do was promise to never bring people to buy any grapes and use social media to write a nasty review about the business.
Highly recommended. Super fresh grapes at great prices, friendly service with a warm italian family vibe. I decided to come here instead of The Grape Place after reading a lot of bad reviews and think Nuos will be our regular :)
