Very cool, relaxing and easy walking trail with fantastic ocean coastline view from North Curl Curl Beach to Freshwater. You can bring your dogs too. Also it’s popular fishing place.highly recommend.
Beautiful coastal walk with paid parking available at different stretches along the walk. Definitely worth a visit!
Excellent adventure on Northern Beaches door step
A fantastic view all along the board walk, this is an excellent spot to stop and stretch your legs. The path itself is wheelchair and pram friendly, but only if you start from the South Curl Curl end. Fences are a little inconsistent and not especially child friendly, so keep little ones close by.
Enjoyed this amazing coastal walk from Curl Curl to Freshwater, the best thing about this walk is that the boardwalk is built along the cliff edge and hugs the beach and coastline so that you have the most fabulous ocean views. There are striking rock formations, rock-pools, sea birds and native coastal plants. It’s also an easy walk and the boardwalk is suitable for anyone. Park at the south end of Curl Curl or you can start from North end to maximise your walk .
Beautiful walk though hot in middle of the day. Only place for coffee is at the Curl Curl surf club which get very busy. Can walk dogs on lead.
Absolutely love this flat walk after recovering from surgery, perfect way to start up the activity. Beautiful wall along the rocks and spectacular waves
A short board walk that connects freshwater to south curly. Lots of beautiful rock textures and colours, and people fishing along the water line.

Popular Parkrun, with a fast flat course. The route around the river means that it's almost a loop, with small sections shared between out and back. Participants are not great at self seeding, so can be a slow start.
A very pleasant warm up run from Manly to the start of Curl Curl Parkrun. Over 300 turned up on a drizzly day but everyone seemed very friendly as they usually are at Parkruns everywhere. The start is very congested with so many people trying to converge on a narrow pedestrian/bike path and sometimes difficult to overtake in tree lined areas and tree roots close to the path. Mixed terrain with some grassy areas. A great idea that I haven’t seen at other Parkruns was the hanging board for tokens. 4.8⭐️
A great way to get the weekend started. Do yourself a favour and get along to Park Run.
Are you looking to get your PB? Then this is the parkrun for you. The whole run is flat. Michelle (who brought parkrun to curly) and the volunteer team are the nicest humans you’ll ever meet
Flat course - Curl Curl Parkrun is where you’ll get your next personal best.
Loved this Parkrun - fab volunteer organisers, single loop along flat paths/grass by river/lagoon/playing fields - mostly in shade of trees. Big mix of runners including teens, children, strollers, dogs - great atmosphere. Thank you Curl Curl Parkrun :-)
Such a great way to start the weekend. What a great community of runners and overall just a good group of people.
Great event and people. Finish times for the 5km range from 16 mins to 70ish mins.
