Really awesome. The Rodelbahns, when open, are amazing fun fun. Both the double slides and the railing one. Also the flight place opposite allows for last minute plane rides. Alot of fun. Strongly recommend atleast one visit in summer every year.

Great place to spend the day. more fun for kids around 12 but adults can have fun too. Was there in the summer so am not sure about the skiing but the tree climbing was pretty damn cool as well as the other activities. The food is also good too.

An outstanding museum of early flight. You don't need to be an aviator to appreciate it. Wasserkuppe is off the beaten track for most tourists but it is well worth the drive. Be sure to visit Peterschens Restaurant while on the mountain. The scenery from the mountain alone is worth your while.

Largest glider museum in Europe. They cover the whole history of unpowered flight starting with Otto Lilienthal, mostly focussing on the history of unpowered flight on the Wasserkuppe mountain. Lots of gliders, from old to very current to admire.

In July I participated in a safari which was guided by Kai and Robert. Our group spent one week in South Tyrol and flew every day (despite one - because of unfavourable weather). It was a very nice experience with a lot of fun, adventurous spirit and all this based on safety and the expertise of our guides.

We stayed there with friends and their two children, in the main building. The place is clean, well situated, and the staff is really nice. The restaurant there is absolutely worth a stop ! Delicious local food for a very reasonable price, I highly recommend the restaurant. Regarding the breakfast, the staff really did their best in corona times. The hotel itself is getting a bit old but again, spotless clean. The staff and owners all are very friendly, I can't stress this enough. Thank you for a relaxing (and delicious) time.
