Nice place to taste & buy some local BIO wines. As usual in Alsace, you could find some Cremant (sparkling wine), Pinot Gris (my personal preference) or Gewurztraminer. The lady (owner) nicely offered to taste what we wanted and we had a nice chat.
Fabulous wine and the Humbrecht family were so accommodating and very friendly. Beautiful place with so much history!
Very nice wines, top Alsace property, great family business, worth a detour!!!
(Translated by Google) We spent a full afternoon in the company of Claude Humbrecht. He spoke to us about his job with passion, it was great. The group was nice, we had a great time, thank you. All this without taking into account the quality of the wines offered to us for tasting. Thanks also to Madame for her appetizers. Good luck to you!
(Translated by Google) Very nice experience at Domaine Humbrecht. A very interesting oenology course, rich in information and adapted to the audience present. The wine and appetizer tasting was also very enriching and a real treat for our taste buds. The products offered are not only organic and demeter certified but also delicious. We feel the know-how and passion of this family business of wine growers. Many thanks (Original) Très belle expérience au domaine Humbrecht. (Translated by Google) A very beautiful afternoon at the Humbrecht estate, rich in learning, whether for the youngest or the oldest. An oenology lesson worthy of the name, from the vine to the glass of wine. A passionate family estate. I recommend ++ for a gift or for a personal experience. (Translated by Google) Oenology course received during a birthday; we had a great time. They are passionate, know how to share it in a very pleasant and understandable way. We didn't see the 4 hours go by, everything was explained really well! The tasting was a plus, very well accepted, especially with the small accompaniments. We recommend without hesitation! (Translated by Google) We participated in the oenology course on June 23, 2023. We had a great time, learned lots of things. Mr. Humbrecht is passionate (as I think of all his ancestors since 1619!) and like any enthusiast, he is an educator and knows how to take us with him and captivate us. The wines tasted (in moderation of course) are excellent and accompanied by equally excellent appetizers and above all perfectly matched with our delicious beverages. A beautiful house that prefers to do less but better and better!

(Translated by Google) The Romanesque bell tower dates from the Middle Ages (12th century) and its fortified appearance recalls when in those distant times the site was surrounded by a ditch filled with water in order to protect the parish from the fairly frequent acts of brigandage and war. The rest of the church was rebuilt in the 19th century to cope with an increase in population. Around the church is a series of Merovingian sarcophagi. (Translated by Google) Originally dedicated to Saint Himère, the parish of Gueberschwihr was dedicated to Saint Panteleimon after the Black Death (1348). Built in the mid-12th century, the cemetery was around it and at the time it was fortified, like other temples in the area. With three naves of five sections, the church remained practically intact until 1835, when it was decided to expand it, having to be completely rebuilt in 1878-1879, when the current temple dates back. This includes from the 12th century church what was its dome, raised above the transept, which became a bell tower – something that becomes evident when surrounding it. With its 36 meters high and three sections decorated with purely Romanesque arcades, which follow the model of the Murbach abbey, it is undoubtedly the highlight of the building.

Perfection. Come to the excellent sweeter, Late Harvest (vendange tardive) and Botrytis styles they Excell at. Stay for the superb surrounds and charming multilingual guidance from the family hosts that make it warm and memorable, and what's more educative. Only coming twice in ten years isn't enough. I was down to my very last bottle. They do keep well though.... :-). This place is worth the confusing GPS journey. Hommage worthy. With a religious significance worthy of curiosity. And Madame was the warmest and friendliest hostess in the Region. Top 3 in Alsace for me
We are so grateful for our time spent with Simone and Francis, the owners of this special winery. We sat in the cool air of the barrel room for a relaxed tasting of a variety of their wines, and enjoyed lovely conversations with Simone and then Francis. You could not ask for a more ideal experience and perfect setting in Alsace. We cannot wait to return!
Very nice and intimate space. The woman who helped me was so friendly. Probably the nicest person I met on my trip. Merci.
Absolutely fantastic place. Cozy and beautiful, both village and winery. Friendly and nice hosts and wine is just great 💪🏽☺️
Wonderful winery with exceptional wines and very nice family. The family (a daughter, daughter in law and son in law I believe) was very knowledgeable and took their time in educating both my husband and myself on their wines, the winery and the region as we tasted them, as we are new to the region and white wines. We were concerned on going because we only spoke English but they did a wonderful job making us feel comfortable with speaking English and taking their time with us, which gives us a new appreciation to Alsace wines along with their wines and winery. Thank you so much!!
We visited on a private tour and it was our favorite winery of the day. The owner was very sweet and the wine was the best we have had in Alsace. The Muscat...wow! Not like the Muscat in the U.S. Thank you for the warm hospitality and wonderful memories!
Fantastic place friendly and some great wines

The host was very welcoming and we were able to try a wide variety of their offerings. They have a particular variety of Sylvaner, as well as the less-well-known Auxerrois. Their range of Pinot Noirs is also excellent. It may be a bit out of the way but it's certainly worth the trip.
(Translated by Google) An excellent winery. Our landlady gave us a Gentil wine from the winery and we were so excited that it was clear we had to go there. After a hike, we arrived half an hour before closing time. Agnes greeted us warmly and made us lose track of time for the next 90 minutes. We had an extensive wine tasting from the winemaker's wide range. During the rehearsal, Agnes explained a lot to us and answered our questions with patience. So we found out that organic wines are cultivated here and much more. Above all, however, it was a very warm and relaxed atmosphere and one of the most beautiful moments during our trip.
