This rating is for the Aqua Park. We didn't have a good time. The entry was expensive but the conditions weren't that good. I wouldn't go there another time. Dirty changing room, rood people at the entrance. You can not pay with credit card in the interior so you need to add money(only cash) in advance to your bracelet. Like you know in advance what you would like to buy. At the entrance there are stores with all kind of cheap plastic stuff mostly made in China. The first impression was bad.

Very crowded place with old fashion spa services. The place has a very smelly interior coming from the restaurant. Outdoor pools were nice. The tubes were old with poor water flow and therefore you are struggling to slide…

Hi there, the location was very nice , but the problem we see was the very bad smell of the water (smell urine) but very bad . Food was not the best. We been to the locations a lot of time but is getting worse and worse every time. I fell sorry but we not going back ( very sad 😢) i hope they will do something because swimming in urine is not felling heppy😢

Mid, most of the slides were closed. We called the hotel to ask if outdoor slides were open or not and they told us yes. We called the park as well many times but no answer. It was kinda boring just lots of little pools and 2 slides. The water was about 32⁰C. The bar was expensive but there are no Lidl profi kaufland in baile Felix so you're forced to buy there or go to Oradea. There was no young people, 20 to 30yrs every one was old, 40+ or small children<12yo. Otherwise it was quite cheap to enter. Also the buses are not too frequent like every 30mins from Oradea to Felix

We only had the experience with the pool, we did not stay at the hotel: I leave two stars because my kid enjoyed his time but, the food prices are pathetic, 54 ron for a piece of chicken breast with french fries is beyond any decency. Also, after 3 days, returning home, both me and my wife ended up sick with flu like sympthoms, my kid with a herpes and all 3 of us with digestive issues proving the whole thing they have here is unclean.

I visit the aquapark, starting with 5pm. The reception girls were already pissed off. They should take some hospitality trainings for sure. Even the location is open till 8pm, from 7pm they started to cleaning and it felt as they push you to leave. The slides are available only 3 hours per day.

We only came here for the spa and discovered a nice place to enjoy the sun and thermal water with perfect temperature. The massage is a must try here. As it was extra-season, some pools and one whole wing were closed, so were some shops. The food was good, nothing extravagant. What I found disturbing were: a total disregard of showers at entrance and before sauna, towels seemed optional in the saunas despite them being mandatory; and people taking photos everywhere, with a total disregard to others' privacy.
