Super stop to get some raw milk cheese, several sorts and ages available. We first asked if we can taste and get more info and had a nice cheese-tasting and left with 1.5kg home, both cow and goat milk cheeses! There is a board at the entrance explaining which local farms brought their milk there on that day. A must stop for any cheese-lover! The shop sells variety of other local producta too as cold cuts, salts, honey, cosmetics.
Cool place for diary product lovers , they have also some honey and sweet products, the store works every day but and daily refreshing Automat works 24 hours so If you have missed to get some products from store there is an opportunity to get it from Automat
We experienced very poor service during our visit. We waited a long time for someone to seat us, and after that, I had to approach a waitress in English. She „one minute”, but then she disappeared and no one else came by—even though other guests who spoke German were promptly seated. It’s a real shame because the place had potential.
Nice place overall. Can have light cheese snacks as well as lunch time meals and desert.
Nice tour, but you actually don't enter inside. Cheese from other side is very tasty. Unfortunately they didn't had open (and it wasn't on the webpage) restaurant, so we could not taste any food:/
Lovely environment. Fresh cheese processed locally.
Great place to eat or have a beer after hiking. The service is efficient and very friendly. High quality traditional decoration. Beautiful views to the Alps. The cakes are among the best I have tasted in Bayern. The coffee, on the other side, is usually too bitter. However, 5 stars.
We stopped there by chance. And we just love it!! Organic food. Delicious. Good service. All we needed to continue driving. I don't know if there are some lactose free products. But everything is local and excellent quality. Highly recommended

Breathtaking and beautiful, especially on a sunny day you be looking at the entire Alpine mountain range. Food was basic, but lovely, staff very friendly and accommodating. One of the most treasured memories of my trips to Bavaria 💙
absolutely horrible food. We were 2 and none of us was able to eat the 2 different dishes we ordered. No water, but 1000 of sweetened drinks. Overcrowded.
Nice Hiking Trail but not for Everyone. its not easy to go up here. so Everyone must be really Carefull on the Path all the time for Safety!
Wonderful little hut, that feels more remote than it is! Staff is lovely, the trio were hippy-like, probably all of them climbers, ready to serve you with anything you need and happy to have a chat and a laugh. Food tasted heavenly given the conditions, and beer was cold and from the local (Tegernsee HB) brewery. My only complaint is the price of the breakfast (which seems to be standard, for whatever reason): 15€ for a buffet with eggs, cheap muesli, orange juice, bread and toppings, and filter coffee. You'd to eat A LOT to make your money worth, so I recommend bringing your own morning nutrition. We stayed for two nights on rainy days, and thus didn't have any day-trippers at the hut. The atmosphere was really unique. Our dormitory (lager) was clean, beds were comfy and blankets warm. Remember your hut sleeping bag (liner)! The hike up via the Red route is not hard, expect for some loose rocks, and probably very enjoyable on a sunny day. Black route, we didn't take, but heard that it's quite a steep climb and already needs both nerves and experience.
Great location, overnight stay is possible but you have to book it many months in advance. Dorms are too expensive for what it is. You need to bring your own sleeping bag, towels, etc. Tap water is not drinkable apparently. Nice experience but expensive and not really worth it.
Wonderful place with great view to stay for a meal and drink. Definitely worth it after a good hike. It is very crowded at lunch time during sunny days so try to come abit earlier.
One of the best mountain Hütte I have been to.... The location is awesome...in between two peaks. The food is amazing and the coffee is fantastic... The staff is very nice and can give you great tips for your hike. The view of the Cross and the other peaks nearby is breathtaking. There are two different routes to reach this Hütte ... One "black category" is the very hard one for the professionals and the other "red category" for all the others.... I'll recommend to take the easier route although it itself is not so easy !
Really nice Alm/Hut between the Ross and Buchstein peaks. There is a basic menu, which is decently priced considering the location (don't expect a full Bavarian feast though). Also cold beer and drinks are available.

Great skiing place, only 45 mins from the South of Munich with decent prices and a great skiing school for kids.
Very busy on the weekend, however great for kids to learn how to ski.
(Translated by Google) Great, friendly ski instructors who taught our five-year-old daughter to ski. Everyone was very friendly and professional: Julian, Gudrun, Benedikt and Hanna! Thank you so much for your great effort! You were great! Each of you had an individual approach to showing our daughter how it works! And that was exactly the big advantage 👍! Our daughter had a lot of fun every day! The entire process, starting with the telephone booking request, the booking, the booking confirmation (many thanks Erika Pilmes!), the borrowing of the material, the implementation right through to the return and the final billing, everything was perfect, friendly, uncomplicated and down-to-earth! All in all at least “5 stars”! Our huge thanks go to all of you 🙏😊 (Original) Tolle, sympathische Skilehrer, die unserer fünfjährigen Tochter das Skifahren beigebracht haben. Alles in allem mindestens „5 Sterne“! Euch allen gilt unser riesengroßer Dank 🙏😊
(Translated by Google) I sent my two children, 6 and 3, to ski school. The registration process was easy and you immediately received a confirmation with a summary of all the important data. The ski rental process was also simple and straightforward on the first day. Much more important - and the reason why there are 5 stars here - is how the trainers treat the children. I deliberately withdrew right at the beginning and didn't show up for the whole 3 hours to leave the children to themselves or into the hands of the trainers. Of course I kept checking from the distance to make sure everything was going well, but the children were very happy and followed all the trainers' instructions. In many moments I noticed how playful and child-friendly the trainers were with the little ones. As a father, my heart melted when I saw how lovingly they taught winter sports to the children by incorporating a little game here and there, taking the time for each child and the general impression I had of that kind how the trainers (who were complete strangers to the children) dealt with the little ones. Of course, I was only able to judge to a limited extent from a distance what was being done on the slopes, but both children had a lot of fun and now want to quickly go to a ski area with us older ones. I think that says it all. The area is perfect for beginners and fair in price. Thanks to the great trainers and everyone who works at the school and makes this experience possible. I'm very happy that you were able to get my children interested in skiing - please keep it up!
(Translated by Google) Course composition for beginners was totally inappropriate. Ski instructors with different levels overwhelmed. The ski instructor apologized to us. I would not recommend the ski school for 4 year old beginners.
(Translated by Google) Nice staff and a good slope for beginners. Overall, the organization is good, but we waited over 1.5 hours to rent the equipment because the rental process is very poorly structured. We also had to wait a long time to return the equipment.
(Translated by Google) Excellently organized, especially for small children. The ski instructors have fun, small groups and at lunchtime we go to the Hirschbergalm for a snack! The team takes their time and you have everything in one place (the parents can also go tobogganing comfortably). Lift prices are reasonable, parking is even included and the slopes are well groomed. Absolute Empfehlung
(Translated by Google) Had my basic Nordic course here. The pace is ideal for beginners. Everything is explained calmly and the ski instructors deal with everyone personally in order to prevent bad posture from occurring in the first place. Afterwards you are exhausted and your head is spinning. The sore muscles for free. Of course, there are also courses for advanced users to correct bad posture that has crept in during movement. You can satisfy your cravings in the parlor right next door. Exercising in the fresh air makes you very hungry. (Original) Hatte hier meinen Nordic Grundkurs.
