I recently visited an escape room in Malta with a team of 8, and it was an unforgettable experience! The puzzles were challenging and engaging, and working together as a team to solve them was incredibly rewarding. We had one hour to escape, and it really tested our problem-solving skills and teamwork. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a fun and challenging group activity!
One of the best escape rooms I been to the set are awesome. Would recommend you and I been to escape room all over the world. Who does your set? I worked on film set on Hollywood and your set a very close to being #hollywoodfamous
It was such a cool experience, I’m definitely returning for more amazing experiences! The guides are absolutely fantastic and the journey through the escape room is so imaginative!
Thank you very much! We went for the Junglemanji Escape Room, and it was amazing to say the least. The setup was fascinating, and the puzzles were interesting and unique. This company keeps improving every time I go there. Well done to the team involved in making these rooms. Keep up the great work!!
As someone who has played over 25 escape rooms, I can confidently say this was the best one yet! We played The Forbidden Castle and were absolutely blown away. The design, puzzles, the gamemaster and overall atmosphere were incredible. If you're an escape room enthusiast or even just curious you should definitely come and give it a try!
Can you escape renewly opened on complete new location. So, all is new. You can feel that Riccardo, Jeanice and the team put a lot of love, passion and dedication into putting escaping further on the map in Malta. The well know room Forbidden Castle has been rebuild on the new location in a new way. So for those who have played that room, it is worthwhile to revisit it again. When you visit Can you escape expect enthusiasm, great service, creativity and a couple of nice surprises in the rooms. We (my wife and me) played Forbidden Castle and Junglemanji borg on the same date. Compared to the Netherlands were normally play escape rooms, the size of the rooms on Malta are smaller. But what the miss in size the fully make up in creativity how the space is used. You really feel like you are going through different areas and zones. Funny elements, creative puzzles and finishing of the room have been done with love for detail. Even if we played a lot of difficult rooms in the Netherlands these rooms were challeging. We played with just 2 and are having experience in escape rooms. You can surely play the rooms with 2, but I think 4 persons is ideal. We really loved playing both rooms. Both rooms would also in the Netherlands, where playing escape rooms is much bigger with a much bigger audience, these two rooms could match themselves with rooms in the Netherlands. It also always helps that your game host is as passionated as you are about playing the room. With Aiden as host that for pretty secured. Can you escape team thanks for the experience and your hospitality. Wishing all the luck and succes to make Can you escape one of Malta’s main attractions for people who also want to do something different than visiting the nice cities, sides and enjoying the weather.
Our best ever escape room experience yet! We did the forbidden castle and it was....WOW! The puzzles made sense, the decor was fully immersive (and air con throughout), and the GM was attentive and helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend to escape room enthusiasts like us!
Two of us visited to play Junglemanji (and escaped!). We had a wonderful time. The theming was amazing, and the puzzles were a really good challenge. The room was just all around great fun. Thank you to our lovely game master Kira.

We globally had a good experience with this rental company. They were honest and took time to explain us everything about the car. They proposed us the additional insurance but didn’t force us to take it compared to other car rental companies. The car was brand new and very comfortable. I recommend.
Due to the good ratings I wanted to rent a car from this company but shocked from to customer centric attitude, that was escalated from a nonsense topic: - Extra charges are being added for picking/dropping of the car with reasoning of out of business hours. I went to their office to sort this out, and it turned out that the opening hours listed on their webpage + office + google are not correct, and they only open 9-15pm on weekdays - I hoped this is an admin mistake, still recommended to fix it, but their colleague became super aggressive and disrespectful telling me, nothing can be done about is and he is not obligated to fix these in the adds, tried to prove the opening hours based on a piece paper he pulled out from his desk, and started to play with the wording about why Iam not calling him "Sir" I did not want to make any contract with such company ================================================== Just to reflect on the Owners reply: I apologize if addressing your colleague as "Man" in a neutral tone came across as disrespectful. However, if such a reaction caused your agent to blow up and eventually slam the door on me, it raises questions about suitability for a customer-facing role. A more professional approach in that situation — and in your response, Sir — could have simply been to say: "Sorry for the inconvenience, we will update the advertised opening hours on our platforms." That would have taken less effort than composing a defensive and confrontational replies, and we all could have just moved on. Br, The Customer
Excellent customer service with M Cabs & Car Rentals, Malta. Forget the international car rental companies at the Airport!
Great experience. Very responsive and diligent. Rented a car for a day to explore Gozo. Everything was made easy with flexible return of the car. Communication through whatsapp. Very professional and friendly service. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend this agency!
James is super friendly and reliable. He picked us up on time even though our plane had been delayed for several hours. On our way he gave us a lot of tips of where to go anfegst to see and provided even more facts on Malta‘s history. The communication was easy and smooth. His style of driving is safe and we felt comfortable with him at every second! If I go back to Malta, I will definitely ask him for transportation and for a tour in Valletta.
Very well served by the lady driver, Sharon.Pickup was right on time. Was driven to the exact location. Sharon was very efficient and well mannered. Will certainly recommend them to others. Keep up the good work. Also the price was right.
Great people, great cars and even better service. We used both of the services. We rented a car from there for a few days and afterwards we had transfer service trips and we can recommend it warmly. We owe James and his team that we get to the airport in one piece during the Easter celebrations 😅
Fantastic experience. Car was in great condition and dropped off to my hotel. Had a great time with it, was a great way to see Malta and get to Gozo. Easy to return. Would highly recommend.

Just received a neck, shoulder, and back massage from therapist named Samina. I was extremely satisfied with her massage skills—the right touch, the right pressure, at the right time, and on the right muscle. I walked out completely rejuvenated. Thanks Samina!
Update: receptionist Rozeanne(she is a gem)offered to restart my treatments.. had my first appointment done and will update once it’s over in supposedly 6 consecutive treatments again. I purchased a pico laser package package few months ago and paid almost 900€ with products and services. Initially I love my experience with Mr. T(aesthetician) but then their Machine broke down and they never offered any help or other assistance to replace the service I’m supposed to continue doing for it to be effective… when it was fixed they said it’s okay, and I love Dr L so much. she is so nice and patient on my appointments but then this machine apparently broke down again.
Such a horrible service. Half an hour waiting for a consultation and they didn’t provide it without a proper explanation when they’re going to accommodate me.
I suggest you to do the Rf sessions and cavitations they really work ! You can see the results even after 1st/2nd time . Thank you to Casey for working professionally and taking care of client how supposed to be ! 🙂🙏
Food was great. We had a chicken Caesar salad, a pasta all aglio e olio (which was a bit hot) and a mixed fish grill. All were cooked to perfection and the service was great and fast. The ambience is not touristy. It is not a place you have to visit while on holiday but an excellent spot if you happen to be around.
Since I started I have lost some weight with the dedication from lovely staff. They advise me and make me thi k positive. It's hard when like me I have lots of weight to lose but I know that I have all the support I need by going to Marion salon. A big well done. And thanks. Yvonne marks.
I have been attending the programme fpr the last six months ams think it is excellent. I lost 20 kilos and am still losing weight at a healthy rate. The service is excellent and I can't recommend it enough!
Muscles Massage stimulation carried out with shreds of kitchen cleaning cloths. Two people in the same cabin, so no privacy, and the curtain open meanwhile the male receptionist was passing all the time. Didn't like it

Had a wonderful week here, the most amazing service, fantastic facilities and great location. We had access to the M Club which we loved. Outside kids pool was brilliant, as was having access to the indoor spa pool in the morning. Our room was spotless and had gorgeous views over the bay. All the staff were incredibly accommodating and always happy to help. The only (very small) area that could be improved is vegan food options, particularly in the M club and at breakfast, but other than that no areas for improvement! Thanks so much for making our holiday so great!
We stayed here as a family (my husband, our baby, and I) and I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. Despite having four rainy days in Malta, we didn’t mind spending most of our time at the hotel—it was that good. We had access to the M Lounge, which I highly recommend. It’s absolutely worth paying a little extra for. Throughout the day, there were refreshments including soft drinks, water, teas, coffee, muffins, fruit, and biscuits. From 17:00–19:00, a wonderful selection of small bites was served, such as delicious curries (chickpea, lentil, and even octopus on one evening), tarts, salads, charcuterie, fruit salads, and desserts. The staff were exceptional—always warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make every guest’s stay special. A special mention goes to Sanju, who greeted us so warmly every morning and even offered us porridge for our baby, despite it not being a menu item. A really thoughtful touch was when we arrived on my husband’s birthday. After checking in and going out for a few hours, we returned to find a card, dessert, and a bottle of prosecco waiting in our room. This was completely unexpected but such a lovely gesture that made our stay feel even more special. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with bottled water provided daily. The evening turndown service, complete with chocolates, was a lovely detail that made us feel truly looked after. The hotel even provided us with Childs Farm toiletries for the baby! We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Malta. Highly recommended!
Malta Marriott Resort & Spa offers an exceptional stay combining comfort, style, and great service. The rooms are spacious and modern, many with beautiful sea views. The pool area and rooftop lounge are perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast selection is outstanding. The location in Balluta Bay is convenient - close to restaurants, yet quiet enough to unwind. Staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel truly welcome. The only downside is the free Internet - it’s quite slow (around 10 Mbps) and could definitely be better for a 5-star resort. Overall, a wonderful experience with just one small area for improvement.
Our stay at the Marriott in Malta was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. We were spending over €2,000 per night on food and drinks, and the hotel staff made sure every euro felt worth it. We were regularly surprised with complimentary dishes and beautifully presented treats sent up to our room — a generous and much-appreciated gesture. The team went out of their way to make our stay memorable. One of the highlights was the chef himself coming out to greet us and even preparing custom dishes based on what we liked. It felt personal, luxurious, and incredibly well-executed. This is exactly what top-tier hospitality should look like — seamless, warm, and detail-oriented. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone who values high-level service and a premium experience.
Another wonderful stay in what is firmly becoming my favourite Marriott hotel in Europe. Following a 4 night stay in August 2024 we returned for a 6 night stay in September 2025. We cannot fault this hotel in anyway, we arrived early around 11:00 for our reservation, we were able to leave our bags with the concierge and were given a pass to the M Club on the 13th floor ahead of our check in which meant we could grab some snacks and the tail end of breakfast before heading to the pool. Shortly after mid-day we were advised our room was ready! We received an upgrade to a larger room, which unfortunately due to a noisy A/C unit we had to change rooms after our first night. This was handled very well by the hotel, and only caused minor inconvenience. On arrival in our original room we received a bottle of wine, bottles of water and some cookies as a welcome gift. After spending the rest of the day around the Lido pool, the hotel has 2 outdoor pools Lido & 12th floor, we went to the M Club for evening snacks and drinks. These were excellent with a good choice of food & beverage options, including mixed drinks plus beer & wine. We regularly visited the M Club in the evening to meet with other guests. Breakfast is also available in the M Club for eligible guests, which through my Bonvoy status I receive. Breakfast service is great with both buffet and some cooked to order options, plus prosecco and mimosas. Whilst the hotel is large, the whole team are amazing. Alexander the General Manager interacts with guests in the M Club even recommending places to visit in Malta. We ate the Lido pool bar on a couple of occasions, and had drinks at the pool bar. All was good with great service. We also used the 12th floor pool a couple of times and had drinks from the pool bar there. On this occasion we didn’t make use of the hotel’s spa, restaurants or indoor pool though. Location wise we consider the hotel’s location in Ballutta Bay excellent, we walked to Silema twice and into St Julian’s a few times plus some evening walks in the local area. On the day of our departure we had a late afternoon checkout and were able to use the M Club until our taxi came in the evening. This is a great service offered to eligible guests. We will definitely return, probably in the next year or 2 as there is so much more of Malta we want to see! An Amazing Great Hotel!
Exceptional Experience!!! We have conlcuded our conference at the Malta Marriott Resort & Spa, and the experience was outstanding in every respect! From the very first moment, the professionalism and warmth of the team especially Neville,Tom and Julian shone through! Every detail — from the conference facilities and technical setup of Powerhouse to the hospitality and catering — was managed with precision, care, and a genuine spirit of excellence 🥰 The venue itself was the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and inspiration, offering stunning views and spaces that fostered dialogue, creativity, and collaboration. Our guests and speakers from across Europe and beyond were unanimous in their praise for the hotel’s impeccable service and seamless organisation 🤩 A heartfelt thank you to the entire Marriott team for their exceptional support, flexibility, and kindness throughout these memorable days. You truly helped make our event in Malta a success — a flawless combination of professionalism and Maltese warmth!!! Highly recommended to anyone seeking a first-class venue for international conferences or special occasions ✌️
We stayed for a week at the end of September to avoid the high season, yet there were lots of tourists. The service was great overall, especially from the kitchen and cleaning staff — they even remembered our orders and had them ready when they saw us! The front desk team was mixed; some gave great tips on where to eat and what to see, while others were a bit less detailed. Our room was big and comfy (it was designed for guests with disabilities, so maybe not all rooms are that spacious). The only downside was that the shower leaked a bit, but everything was always super clean and tidy. The location is perfect — close enough to walk everywhere but far enough from the bar noise. There’s a big grocery store (Wellbees) and a bus stop right across the street, and the beach is within walking distance (although it was always crowded). The hotel has two pools — one on the rooftop and one downstairs that’s warmer and usually quiet. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of options: pastries, cheese, ham, cereals, and even a pancake machine! You can also order eggs and coffee or tea. After a week it felt a bit repetitive, but still really good overall.
Recently stayed 5 nights here and it was a thoroughly enjoyable time. The room was outstanding. We always struggle to get good rooms in hotels as our son of 19yrs old has special needs and has to share our room. Typical family rooms only allow for a pull out or sofa bed.. here we had a good size room with 2 proper queen beds. The shower & bathroom is spacious with a good size mirror. The WC is in a seperate room... We had a balcony room entrance size of the building which had a pool view. The staff at the hotel were superb.. absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail, politeness was exceptional. Staff stopped to talk with you, offer advice for what to do, places to go and how to get there, during our stay on Malta... or just engaging in conversation generally. The bar and restaurant staff were great. The bar is well stocked. The restaurant is superb. We had several meals there as we only did bed n breakfast. The breakfast is great quality. Plenty of selection... and the egg chefs were top draw. The pool areas are great. The roof terrace pool is heated, the big pool behind the hotel isn't and can be chilly. The spa pool is lovely and the vibe very relaxed as you'd expect. I could go on.. Well done to the staff and management, we really enjoyed our much needed break.
