One of the best spas I have ever visited. Me and my friend spend here all day and it was just about enough to experience all the different saunas and steam rooms. We were greeted with a smile from the lady on the reception. There is something for everyone, quiet places to relax and read a book. The place is super clean and encourages you to leave the phone behind to properly disconnect. We were leaving very relaxed and pampered. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, I will definitely visit again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Aqua Sana Spa Review Aqua Sana really impressed us. The sauna and steam room areas are absolutely top-tier — some of the best we’ve experienced. Treatments were high quality, and the setting was beautiful throughout, especially the seating and relaxation areas. It’s definitely a more premium experience, with the day costing £189 each and including an à la carte lunch (which was excellent). The location was perfect, and there’s a lot of variety in the spa zones. Only downsides: you don’t get slippers or a tote, which felt like a small miss at this price point. But that aside, we loved every minute — it’s a full-on spa experience, and well worth it for a treat.
We had the three hour spa experience. The ladies on the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. The changing area is large and has lot of privacy areas. It was clean and the showers well stocked. This Aqua Sana was smaller than others I have visited and I found that most of the different sections were just the same rooms with different decorations. Most sections all had a rain walk, sauna, steam room with the exception of an ice room in one and meditation spaces. The infinity pool was rather small and the massage taps were on a timer so you had to wait for them to turn on and then everyone would rush to get under them. The foot spa had 7/8 foot spas but unfortunately 3 of them were not working during my visit. The shop in reception is very expensive with no prices on the products. I bought two nail polishes and thought it would be around £20 but it was actually £37 meaning they were £18.50 each. Unfortunately upon using them at home they are not very good and definitely not worth the price. Overall of course it was a lovely and relaxing experience but I found that it unfortunately falls short of the other Aqua Sana visits that I have. I am unlikely to return purely because I have had much nicer experiences at Elveden Aqua Sana for instance.
Only ever visited as a Spa day guest before but decided to make it a break this time with my best friend and we are so glad we did. It was an absolutely amazing stay! It was fantastic value for money considering all that was included and we were blown away by the spa suite. The massage that's included was incredible as well. We have decided we will be making this a yearly tradition as we loved it so much!
Beautiful spa with plenty of different experience rooms, aromas, sensations and relaxing vibes all round! We had booked a Forest Spa Day with arrival from 10am staying until 5pm, with Buddha bowl and fresh juice for lunch included. Location is great and easy to get to - from having visited another Aqua Sana where you have to park in the main CenterParcs car park, this in comparison was a breeze as the car park is outside the Hotel within which Aqua Sana is situated. Would definitely go again and recommend for a full on relaxing day!
Wonderful spa even if on the pricey side. We looked one of the day spa experiences & booked the mind body soul massage which was incredible, would definitely recommend that massage. The lady was so accommodating also as I have long covid & muscle pain so she was super gentle which was appreciated. The spa rooms are excellent, if you like saunas then this is where you need to go. They vary in heat also which is good. Although we couldn't do the heat & cold experience as cold wasnt working which was a shame. Service is great and the food is also really good. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking to treat yourself.
Have visited the spa many times here and always a favourite. There are many experiences here that help you feel really relaxed and refreshed. The outdoor pool in the forest is really lovely in the evening under the stars, amongst the trees which gives a truly relaxing feel in another world!
I left Aqua Sauna Woburn feeling horrified, not relaxed. What should have been a calm spa day with my friend turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a “wellness” facility. The pool was closed for a large part of our visit, one steam room didn’t even work (no steam, just a horrible smell), and the ice room was completely out of order. That alone was disappointing — but what I discovered in the showers was beyond unacceptable. When I looked up, the ceiling above me was covered in mould. Not a small patch, but visible growth everywhere. In a spa, where people go specifically for health and wellbeing, this is absolutely shocking and dangerous. The shower didn’t drain properly, and I had to stand in other people’s hair while using it. It was vile. I raised my concerns with the receptionist (Mica), but instead of taking them seriously she was dismissive and contradictory. First she claimed she didn’t know about the mould, then admitted the ceiling gets painted weekly and “cleaned daily.” So which is it? Either way, the mould is clearly a long-standing issue that they are trying to cover up. By the time I left, I felt so anxious about the hygiene standards that I was physically sick when I got home. For a place that charges premium prices and promotes itself as a luxury spa, Aqua Sauna Woburn is failing its customers in the most basic way: health and safety. I expect to be contacted directly by management regarding this matter. If I do not receive a response, I will have no choice but to escalate this to Environmental Health and Trading Standards, as the level of mould and poor hygiene I witnessed is a genuine health hazard!

I have been trying for months to get my money back after my daughters lessons were cancelled, At first I was told, yes you can have your refund, it’s been over six months now and I am still trying. I am now being ignored. I have no choice but to go to the small claims court. Please avoid this place, don’t make the same mistake I have. Perhaps there is something we can do as a group? Update: despite being in contact with the owner, I am still waiting for my money back
I too am waiting on a £200 refund - I booked some hacks for the Easter holidays - 2 days later they sent an email saying they had no horses available so can only offer walk outs. So I cancelled the hacks & had £200 of credits on my eco pro account. The date for “lessons / hacks to be resumed” kept getting pushed back then we had the email saying the riding school is closing and to email them with details of where to refund credit balances. I emailed immediately and have chased multiple times since. No one answers the phone and no one replies to emails. Absolutely disgraceful.
Waiting for a refund for over a month since lthe stable stopped lessons. Multiple lessons cancelled during the past year due to the horses having strangles. No contact from them since my last email a month ago, sent another email today. Had credits on my account for another few lessons but couldn't use them in time as i was abroad. Totally unprofessional in terms of paying customers back who had credits on their account.
Similar to other people's experience, I have been waiting almost a year for my refund. No answer when called or emailed. I was told via text 10 months ago the refund had been made, it had not! They have repeatedly lied about when I would get my money back. I have every sympathy for the horses in their care but this is no excuse to lie to customers and not return money owed.
I have paid for my daughters lessons in April which have been numerous times canceled. I have requested refund, despite being told it will be actioned within 2 days it's almost a month now and I haven't received any money. Chased already twice and told same thing. Very unprofessional. Feel scammed
I had one group horse riding lesson here, the organisation when I turned up was awful, I was waiting around for ages while the staff were running around and ignored me completely (no one in the office), ventually I was told to go up to the training field and then there were no horses for us so they had to be fetched, so eventually we got our lesson. Then I booked another lesson on the EC Pro App, we turned up to the week evening lesson and no one was there at all, a caretaker lady said we should have been told that all lessons were canceled and to get our money back, so I made the round trip there for nothing. And for weeks I've been asking for a refund from Tony there, but he now just ignores my texts, I would absolutely not even think about using them based on the customer experience I've had (I'm not sure how they are still in business with the shocking service I have been given)
Would be 0 stars if that was an option. Been waiting well over a year for a refund. The stables have since reopened & are offering lessons. I am pregnant so can not use the credit but still waiting on promisec refund.
Been waiting for a refund that has been promised but still not transpired. It seems the school is running using peoples riding lessons money and has no money to refund. I have given them 7 days to repay or claiming through the small claims courts.

A wonderful day! We celebrated our daughters birthday here and it was amazing! Had so many comments from others parents about how we got to know about it. All the children had pony rides (if they wanted). Huge play area with lots of different things to play with. Lots of different animals to feed, hold and interact with. 100% would recommend for a 4 - 7 year olds birthday party. It's the perfect age.
Held my daughter’s 3rd birthday there yesterday. It was amazing, she had such a wonderful day, the staff were all really lovely and made her feel extra special on her big day. Would definitely recommend xx
Fantastic little area, well looked after. Roaming free chickens & ducks. Goats, pigs, sheep to feed. We really enjoyed it 😃
Unforgettable Yoga with Adorable Goats! Our visit to Animal Edge farm was simply amazing! The outdoor flow yoga class with the goats was a unique and heartwarming experience. Afterwards, we got to pet and feed the friendly farm animals and enjoyed delicious smores by the pit fire. The combination of yoga, nature, and adorable goats made it a unique and unforgettable experience. A big shoutout to Danielle and Julie for creating such a wonderful environment to reconnect with nature and animals. Highly recommended for a few hours of nature, yoga, and fun!
We held our twins 5th Birthday here and want to write a review as soon as I can because it was such a wonderful party. Such kind staff and so many comments on what a fantastic day everyone had. Thank you very much for some lovely memories.
My 6 year old son loved spending the morning at Animal Edge. Its great for smaller children, he fed all the animals, petted a rabbit and Guinea pig on his lap, had a pony ride and played on the slide and swings. We will definitely be back, this place is a great local find, staff were also lovely and really good with kids.
Very nice and friendly sheep They were too hot and didn't have water
Such a magical day for my daughter's third birthday. Our small group had such a relaxed time greeting/feeding/petting the animals and letting the kids run wild in the large open playspace while we had a coffee! Really wonderful and so affordable. Danielle is lovely.
