Die Sauberkeit ist tatsächlich gar nicht mehr vorhanden. Ständig steht man irgendwo auf dreckigem Boden. Natürlich mit Badelatschen, aber dennoch ekelhaft. Die Toiletten sind ekelhaft dreckig und der ganze Bereich riecht nach Urin. Oft riecht es an den Spinden und in den Umkleiden auch nach Urin. Zudem ist es extrem kalt im Umkleidebereich. Das Wasser im Schwimmbecken ist ebenfalls extrem kalt. Trotz Rehasport wird einem nicht warm und ich habe oft blaue Lippen und Fingerspitzen wenn ich aus dem Wasser raus gehe. Es gibt keinerlei Abstellmöglichkeiten am Becken für Badelatschen. Zig Badelatschen werden an der Treppe gestapelt. Becken riecht oft nach Urin. Das ganze Schwimmbad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, staubige stupide künstliche Dekoblumen stehen auf der Empore. Es gibt im Schwimmbereich keinerlei Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken zu kaufen. Das Bistro beim Schwimmbadeingang ist geschlossen und in den Saunabereich kommt man natürlich ins Bistro nur, wenn man dafür Eintritt bezahlt. Lächerlich. Wir zahlen nur 2 Euro Eintritt wegen dem Rehasport, regulär würde ich hier nicht mehr ins Schwimmbad gehen. Preise total unübersichtlich und völlig überteuert für das was geboten wird. Trainer M.D. scheint eher lustlos, ist beim Übungen ansagen kaum zu verstehen und bietet kaum Abwechslung bei den Übungen. Teilweise sind in der Rehasportgruppe soviele Leute am reden, dass es wirklich störend ist, interessiert den Trainer ebenfalls nicht und man versteht ihn noch weniger. Würde er nicht zeigen wie Eine Übung geht, würde man nichts mitbekommen. Vitalis Physiotherapie wurde auch mal in Anspruch genommen, wurde abgebrochen nach wenigen Terminen, weil ich unangemessen behandelt wurde und ausdrücklich drauf hinwies, dass ich nicht von einem Mann behandelt werden möchte und prompt waren 2 Termine bei einem Mann. Even one Star is too much. We wait 1,5 hour for plates! After one hour we asked to cancell two of them. We have just keep the French fries for children. After 20 min they brought all of the dishes but we say thanks but we have already canceled. They didnt even proposed something like extra drinks and only thing they took the dishes. Unbelievable one hour and half!!!
