A stunning well preserved fort, with exceptional- especially on a sunny day. An absolute must and worthwhile visit if you have a couple of hours to spare.

A bit of history in the hills. Unfortunately there was not enough, and updated, information about the opening times and we were not able to get inside. Definitely a place which could be turned into something more attractive for visitors. But if you are interested in the relatively recent history of that area (end of 19th - beginning of 20th centuries), this fort is worth visiting. It is quite near Verona, easy to get to by car, and at least the views from the hill are marvelous.
