Kapsia Cave was an amazing place to visit in the countryside of Greece. Although the cave was visited by dozens of Greek students, they still managed to add some extra tourists to the student groups. Such a good service! And even though the presentation was in Greek which I absolutely don't understand, the cave and the atmosphere was astonishing! I would give this place seven stars of five!
One of the most amazing things ive seen in Greece. The guide was entertaining in both Greek and english. Paved and well lit. I took my family and they loved it. Would go back a third time.
Hidden gem in Arcadia! Stunning natural formations, fascinating history and an overall magical atmosphere. But what truly made our visit special was our amazing tour guide: kind, incredibly knowledgeable and so passionate about her work. She didn’t just share facts she brought the cave’s history to life with the way she spoke. A big bravo to the entire team, it’s clear they love what they do. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it, it’s absolutely worth the visit!
Our tour guide Pat was great!! So knowledge and a great personality. Passionate about caves and nature. Great experience and worth the trip!
Sometimes you go somewhere and you aren't sure what to expect.. here this cave surprised us in a gold way.. first of all they offer guide tour.. around an hour it will take you.. big enough cave with very interesting things to see ... And very interesting things to hear from the tour guide.. we really enjoyed every second with spend to this cave. We will definitely come back again during spring time when it will have more water inside the cave.
We originally thought it was closed. It looks abandoned. Then you go to the cafe and wait for a tour group to start. The guide Savas is simply amazing. He makes the cave come to life
Loved the tour through this spectacular cave, felt like I got to the heart of Arcadia. The guide, Savas, is just so passionate and talented that you are going to love it too. They are opened only during the first half of the day and they organize tours every half hour. The last one is at 14,30. I am not posting more photos because the live experience is completely worth it. The ticket is not much, only 6 euros.
20,000,000 years old Cave that keeps one of the most magnificent sculptures of Mother Nature! I can't thank enough Christina Liadi, the Cave Tour Guide, who showed us everything with such excitement and thrill on every step we made with her inside and outside the Cave! We will definitely revisit as we couldn't get enough of this remarkable place! I highly recommend it to all ages! 🌺⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great family owned winery with great variety of bio wines. We tasted a few labels with our favorite one being the dry red (Cabernet Sauvignon / Moschofilero - Greek vine variety) which was quite unique with a very interesting fruitful pallet. Also the cheese balls that come with the wine tasting are so flavorful 👌🏼 I’d defiantly recommend it for any wine enthusiast (or not) the area is also very nice with lots of nature.
Great family winery! We especially loved the rose! Tatiana welcomed us without a reservation, gave us a short tour with her family history and treated us to a lovely wine tasting with a homemade delicious snack (5 euro/glass)! I recommend making a reservation in advance for the full experience and wine tasting!
Wonderful winery preserving traditional and thus organic winemaking techniques with an innovative twist. Lovely wines!
We love the wine, the place, and especially Vagelis the owner. We will come again.
A Must-Visit Destination! I had the pleasure of visiting Kalogris Winery in Arcadia and what an amazing experience it was! The place is beautifully decorated, oozing with charm and character. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about their wine, which made the tasting an informative and delightful experience. Now let's talk about the wine - Oh my goodness! Every sip was a pure delight to the senses! Each varietal was a masterpiece in its own right. The flavors were rich, complex, and well-balanced, leaving me wanting more. Overall, Kalogris Winery is a must-visit destination for wine lovers and enthusiasts alike. Exceptional wines, non touristic destination, and welcoming staff- what more could one ask for? I highly recommend checking out Kalogris on your next visit to Arcadia.
Kalogris Winery is one of the most charming wineries I've ever visited, which says a lot as I've been to many all over the world. It is beautifully decorated with heirloom relics from owner Sandy's mother, including a puppet collection and musical instruments. Her father pioneered organic wine grape-growing in the Peloponnese, where most wine-making occurs in Greece. Kalogris wines are unique not only because they are they made from organic grapes, but also because they are unfiltered with spontaneous fermentation. I highly recommend Sandy's own label of off-dry red wine 2016 called "Sunday" in Greek with an illustration of a dog holding a newspaper. This winery also offers cooking classes in an adorable kitchen!
Kalogris Winery is a genuinely authentic family-run business with great organic products. Our host Kyriaki, one of the owner’s two daughters, was very informative, courteous, and the perfect example of why the winery is a wonderful place to visit. This is a venue that must be seen for those who love wine and other products that are produced organically!
Small winery, supported by LEADER.
