Seeing certain species of tigers that are endangered makes you really feel the responsibility to strive for the survival of this species on Earth. Also visiting this place is really an interesting experience. The tour that starts at 16 o'clock provide valuable information. In general good place to visit and getting postcards too.
Very unique experience to see these wild cats in action and from very close. Their feeding event was the highlight (see video). A must visit if you are with kids. They even have a kind of circus where the participant kids are trained and later they perform in front of all visitors. The kids enjoy feeding the lamas, alpacas, goats, ponies and camels. There is a small restaurant for a quick bite as well. This park is privately owned and run by the owner since more than 25 years. You can feel they are professionals in this business. Kudos to their whole team for pulling it off for such a long time !
Great little park. Worth a visit. Tigers are awesome. But there is more to see than tigers. There are ponies, dromedaries, alpacas etc.. .. which you can feed and stroke. You can buy the food for the animals for 1 Euro there. Staff was really friendly and the price is fair.
Is too expensive, in berlin that have alot of animals is not expensive as this and with the family's not up to the money they collecting there and they don't even have many animals like Tierpark
We spent a fantastic day here with our daughters (7 and 8 yrs old). There are lots of things to do and the entire place has a nice family atmosphere. Not such a commercial setup like in other parks but rather a cozy feeling that is created here. Feeding of animals, guided tours with the opportunity to ask lots of questions etc.
Wonderful! Please note: this is not a big zoo, there is only small kids circus, and the shows with big cats are of course time limited and not so often as one wants. I think, behavior of animals depends on the weather and time: will you see them walking in the yard or will they be sleeping... But Seeing white lions and tigers by Own Eyes is FANTASTIC!!!
Very friendly staff, it is worth a visit. The animals are kept under very good conditions. There are some really endangered tiger breeds and it is good that they were rescued by the tiger park. There are also other animals besides tigers.
