A lovely place to go for a safe cycle ride, which is especially good if you are lacking in confidence. Picnic tables and water available along the route. Lots of tunnels to go through, the final 2 being 917m and 1013m long. Make sure you have cycle lights or a torch with you, as the lights went out and we were completely in the dark, which was rather scary!! Plenty of walking trails around here too. Many geocaches along the route. It's a shame that some people think it's OK to go to the toilet on the edge of the track, or dump rubbish in the picnic area. There is a large car park which is great if you need to stay and explore the area. Bus stop just up the road. Recycling bins alongside the little park.
Nice walk. Signage needs updating and maps to include a "you are here" Fascinating tunnels and history behind them if you research.
Full of talkative pensioners and therefore no way to relax in nature. If i had known that I would have gone for another trail.Ideal for that age and families with children. Not suitable for real explorers
Nice route for walking or biking. Very flat and easy
Tranquil park over, nice and clean, a very clean town, no litter, free WiFi, electric for campers.. wow
Beautiful walk through tree shaded tracks alongside stream, pools & waterfalls. Can walk low or climb & take the harder route, not so dog friendly cos of drops.
Excelent for a bicycle ride. The last 2 tunnels are amazing!
Beautiful natural surroundings on a path that is nicely accessible for all
