Love this place. Great camping, walking, bike riding, birding, and a playground for the kids near the campground. We come here often as we live nearby, but we love to camp here in our trailer too. They have educational displays in a few are about the history of the place and early pioneer life. The VC is nice with cute gift items for sale too. They also have several group picnic sites that must be reserved. Perfect for retirement parties or any other occasion.
Beautiful State Park and would highly recommend for RV camping. RV sites are spacious and level with full hookups. Beautiful park setting with trees and shrubs set up between sites for privacy. We will definitely return. Lots of paved walking trails.
We stayed a couple of nights in the "B" Loop (sites B5 and B30) in our 25 foot class C. Both sites are right on the edge of the large dog exercise field and lush meadow. The sites in B are large and private feeling and the park is so peaceful. We used the electric and water hookups (no sewer available at the campsite but might be available near the office?) Super easy online reservation (we chose our site based in the camp map) and check-in process. The "A" loop is more woodsy and the sites are a little closer together, but "A" seems more active and kid-friendly. Lots of walking and biking trails. Tons of birds and ground squirrels to watch.
We bought a day pass and were happy with the service at the visitor centre. The washroom was clean. The park is lovely and lots of walking trails. We spent several hours reading and listening to the birds. On a hot day the temp is perfect in our hammocks in the shade. No river access is my only disappointment.
Fun spot for camping. Even though the park is open year round, they close a lot in the winter and only RV sites, yurts and cabins are available for winter camping. Summertime there’s more tent sites and some group tent sites as well. The group tent sites are closer to the river. There is a dock but many signs saying no swimming. The camp hosts are always super nice and helpful and fun to chat with. The rangers are great as well. 💜
Great place to camp. Spacious and private sites throughout the campground. Paved driveways. Many with full hookups available.
Great place for a picnic. Right on the Williamette River. Walking trails, dog run area, lots of flat open spaces, camping sites, covered banquet or party area all at what used to be the historic old town of Champoeg Oregon.
This state park includes many actives: Frisbee golf course, fishing, hiking, boat dock and picnic areas. There are two camping sections within this park. One section is heavily wooded, and the other section in an open field. We found the section in the open field of the park to be our favorite with better views and most sites included sewer hookups. As you enter the park, a gift shop and museum are at the entrance. Our site was level. Only a few sites within the wooded area were able to a DirecTV satellite signal. Our Verizon phones got a weak 3G signal. Our family is currently traveling this beautiful country via RV style, and have been RV'ing for many years. Therefore, we have an idea between high-standard qualities and poor quality. Being limited to 5 stars feels like an injustice. We celebrated our anniversary here last weekend, and it was nothing short of an incredible experience. We booked the Somm’s Table, and it was clear that every dish had been meticulously crafted to create something truly special. Each course was vastly different from the last, yet each one paired perfectly with their wines. To make the evening even more memorable, the chef personally came out a few times to serve us and share the inspiration behind the flavor profiles of each dish. Our server was an absolute joy — witty, attentive, and genuinely passionate, adding an extra layer of bliss to our experience. We will most definitely be returning!
It was my husband's birthday, and we came here to experience the Somm's Table offering. The food and wine pairings were fantastic, and the service was excellent. We had a great time, Jeff and Chef Billy took excellent care of us and had an answer to all of our wine questions!
We loved the variety of seating, both inside and out, and the spectacular view. The wines we sampled were as good as any we sampled while in Oregon. And hands down, we had the most knowledgeable sommelier we encountered, and he explained things so well. He shared his experience and background, which explained how he knew so much about temperatures, soil, drought, etc., and how it affected the end result.
Rex Hill Winery was an absolutely wonderful wine tasting experience! The setting is gorgeous, and the wines were outstanding—we enjoyed a flight of five, each one unique and delicious. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Zoe. She is passionate, knowledgeable, and has such a gift for explaining the wines in a way that is engaging and approachable. Her warmth and expertise elevated the entire visit and made it so special. We left not only with a bottle of wine, but also with a deeper appreciation for them thanks to Zoe’s care. Highly recommend Rex Hill Winery, especially if you’re lucky enough to be guided by Zoe!
The grounds are beautiful! Jake was an amazing host for our seated tasting and the wines were all excellent! Would definitely recommend stopping in!
My husband and I were visiting Oregon for our Anniversary. We decided to visit Rex Hill winery. We did not have an appointment but were greeted and taken care of by Joan. They have outstanding wine and customer service. Their setting and landscaping is beautiful. I loved all the humming birds while sipping my wine. It was a relaxing experience. I would highly recommend visiting.
We will be canceling our 13 year contract today. What has been a fun experience had devolved into a caste system. This years summer celebration was sub-par. VIP sections in the newly renovated areas, (there are 3 tiers, only the top tier were invited inside and had access to things like tables AND chairs, AC, and running water, see photo) the bottom two tiers were in a 30 minute line for TASTELESS, unsalted food. Nothing like previous events. Lawn chairs and stemmed wine glasses are pretty much a joke, blankets are worse. But that wasn’t the real issue. I don’t know of any winery who would make your 61 year old husband carry his own case of wine from the event. See photo. I refuse to spend 13 years in a relationship being told for 12 years that we’re “building something together” for this…
With some friends in town from Central Oregon and the East Coast, four of us enjoyed a beautiful day of wine tasting, which included visiting Rex Hill. It was my first time at the tasting room, which included beautiful views and amazing wine. As a bonus, Garin took great care of us and answered all of our questions. I know I'll definitely be coming back again. Having such a previous great experience, I came back with additional friends to visit the gorgeous tasting room and enjoy the wonderful wine. A shout out to the amazing service from Tina, Joan and Garin.

We were a big group here for a tasting and they were extremely accommodating. We enjoyed their Chardonnays (not usually big fans of white) and really loved their Pinots! It’s a beautiful location and our guide Bradley was full of information, stories and fun facts making the experience so enjoyable!
Robert was a amazing, he was very patient and explained so much about this area. We enjoyed the view and atmosphere. Highly recommend
We had a wonderful afternoon at Adelsheim. They have really good wines, loved the Staking Claim Chardonnay and all the Pinot Noirs. We paired the chocolate truffles with our glass of Pinot -delish!
Beautiful vineyard with delicious wine and friendly staff! Shout out to Phil who helped me with a wine UPS order after a missed delivery. Highly recommend visiting and purchasing the Pinot and Chardonnay!
A wonderful visit! From the welcome to the end, Jacob and Vanessa were outstanding. They took the time to explain the history, variations on the different wines, and the tasting notes. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back the next time we are in Oregon
Our wine tasting experience with Jacob was exceptional! A somm local to NC recommended this vineyard as a must stop and it did not disappoint. The artist series on the Rose was also a very nice touch!
Loved the tasting here. The space is picturesque and they make some awesome wines. The staff entertained my detour from the norm tasting in my quest to find a particular taste profile I has in mind for the region Came close but I'm wondering a bit if maybe my memory is wrong. Either way would definitely give them 5 stars and highly recommend for others to visit
Googled “kid friendly wineries” and Adelsheim came up and we scored the jackpot! Our group had 3 kids under the age of 2. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. We had a great experience with our host Jacob, who educated us on the wines we tasted and answered all of our questions. We were able to let the kiddos crawl and run in the grassy area while enjoying the wine and the beautiful scenery. Our group couldn’t have had a better experience than our visit at Adelsheim! Can’t wait to come back again.

Alexana was a perfect stop for our party of 4…a gorgeous view and the tastiest wines of our trip. We cannot leave out the amazing service by Logan. A wonderful history lesson from him on how the winery started and its connection with other wineries in the area. The food was spectacular, we indulged on salads, charcuterie, empanadas and mushroom tartes. Another highlight was meeting their pigs that work the land, with a guided tour by Drew. Thank you, Alexana team- you set the bar high!!! Two of our group walked away members and all ordered bottles of wine to be sent to our home 🍷
If you are looking for the ultimate bespoke wine tasting experience this place is it! The wines were the best we tasted out of four different locations. Sophia’s knowledge, passion and customer service were exemplary! We are so glad we made this one of our stops. Whatever your plans in the Willamette valley, dont miss this.
Logan was a perfect host for our group of five long-time friends reuniting over some wine! We enjoyed the spectacular view and the wine, and shared a mushroom tart (two actually!). Can’t wait to return.
My friends and I loved our tasting experience at Alexana! Our host, Ean, captivated us with his knowledge about the different wines, how the grapes are grown, different soil types on the property, and the history of the winery itself. The wine was absolutely delicious, and we loved doing the side by side tasting with East and West block vintages. We hope to come back and do another tasting with Ean soon!
Tasted at several locations yesterday, Alexana was BY FAR the best experience! The wine is always world class…but the people, the attention to detail, the food and the facility. All elegant yet non pretentious. Feels like we were welcome guests versus customers. Will always try to get back to Alexana and their family atmosphere!
Julia was our tour guide for the vineyard walk, and we loved every minute. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our many questions. Great tastings in the vineyard and to follow as well. Thank you for a memorable experience!
Alexana Winery is a wonderful place! As soon as you arrive, you’re surrounded by a beautiful setting that feels like heaven. The staff are amazing and very welcoming, making sure your visit is magical. The wines are fantastic, with each sip offering a delightful mix of flavors. If you haven’t been to Alexana Winery yet, you’re missing out on an incredible experience. It’s a must-visit place that will surpass all your expectations!
What a gorgeous setting. My host was knowledgeable and sweet. She ended up giving me a flight of white wines after I talked about loving white wines. Thanks for the experience.

Excellent atmosphere with matching wines. Andrew was a very personable and knowledgeable guide. Stop here for pinots and chardonnays though I couldn't resist their unique port offering - highly recommend!
We just had a large group event here and all I can say is WOW! This family-run business has excellent wine, beautiful views, sweet dogs, and fun outside activities too! Dan and his daughter Erin were so sweet and welcoming to our group. We loved the experience!
Not sure the guys name working on Wednesday late afternoon but not friendly. He definitely didn't care about return business. Rude to my husband. Won't be returning.
Truly excellent, eclectic and natural wine. The opposite of pretentious or fussy like so many other tasting room. And also a ton of fun to talk to Daniel the owner and wine maker. The whites and roses were truly exceptional. 2014 Chardonnay was complex, not buttery but earthy and subtle. The Pinot noir bland “bliss” is just great and unlike anything else here.
Excellent wine (the pinot blanc and pinot noir are must-tries!), gorgeous views, family-friendly (try your hand at bocce ball), dog-friendly, relaxed, classy yet unpretentious ambience, and extremely well-priced tastings! What more can you ask for? This winery works for all occasions, whether you're on a date, doing a small-group get-together, or getting together with a large group of friends/family. They know their wine, and it shows. Don't miss out on this lovely family-owned winery.
Mediocre wines. Small pours. The wine specialist was great though!
We had an incredible time at this gorgeous winery today! Andrew helped us and was very knowledgeable and fun! We had a great time. The vineyard was beautiful and had plenty to do. Bocce and bags outside the tasting room plus comfy barrel chairs to sit and enjoy the view. We loved it and if we make it back to Oregon, Utopia is number one on our list!
Don't let looks and the dirt road deceive you, this winery is well worth the stop. Andrew hosted our tasting and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about each of the wines that we tried. Every wine we tasted was incredible and the views and environment were exceptional. Don't miss out, check it out.

Beautiful scenery and knowledgeable staff that will walk you through a memorable experience of wine tasting. Highly recommend
Beautiful scenery. I didn't like any of the wines we sampled, but their charcuterie board was delicious.
Beautiful winery, wonderful hospitality, knowledgeable, kind manager who is generous with her wisdom. The rose really stands out for being crisp, floral and dry. The pinot noirs were great too. Perfect snack board.
Stunning view from a large patio on top of a large, beautiful patio. Went here as part of a wine tour and this winery was the most prestige. Since wines were so personal and named after women in the family, it felt like a shared experience.
Nice relaxing outdoor patio and view but I really didn’t enjoy any of the wines.
Superb staff, tasting (the chardonnay on a summer afternoon was light and crisp), and million dollar view!!
Steve Goff, former assistant winemaker at Beaux Frères, has been at the helm since the first vines were planted back in 2005. Nestled in the shadow of Bald Peak in the Chehalem Mountains, Colene Clemens is one of the most impressive wineries in the Willamette Valley. A selection of a handful of Pinot Noirs is complemented by a lovely Chardonnay and rosé that is often the very best you can find in Oregon. Five different Pinot Noir clones have been planted between an elevation 350-650 feet in an area where the Chehalem Mountains AVA converges with the Ribbon Ridge AVA; in turn, the wines from this estate possess a level of complexity typically not found in such young vines. Steve and the staff are quite welcoming and the views—particularly on a clear day—are second to none. So grab lunch and head up to Colene Clemens Vineyards! A/A+
Wine was very good. I think what set them apart was their Rose, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were all worth purchasing, and we did. Seems rare for a winery to excel across multiple categories. My only complaint is the tasting fee is expensive given you need to purchase $70 or $75 worth of product to waive just one tasting. For $35 you’re better off ordering 3-4 glasses at table for your party. The tasting pours are tiny…an ounce or less. Truly, just a taste. Go to catch the view and enjoy a glass of wine…they’re all delicious and worth the price. Don’t waste money on the tasting.

So good! Bold reds and amazing rose' is my first foray to Natalie's! I am so excited to explore more here!
Had an awesome tasting experience at Natalie's Estate Winery. The wines were superb, smooth, flavorful and we liked everything presented. Host, winemaker/owner Boyd, was engaging and provided an excellent balance of education and entertainment throughout the tasting. Enjoyed it immensley and hope to return!
I LOVE this winery! The owners, Boyd and Cassandra, are so friendly and welcoming. There is a great variety of unique and noteworthy wines. The snacks to pair with the wine were incredible and all homemade. Homemade Snickers?!? Yesssss! The tasting room features photos and memorabilia of the proprietor’s famous aunt who was an actress. If you’re in the region, put this winery on your must-do list!!
I have visited Natalie's Estate Winery for many years and keep returning because the selection and quality of wines are excellent! They are great winemakers and knowledgeable about not only the grapes and wines in their region, but across the globe. Their tastings offer a variety of wines paired with foods in a relaxed, beautiful setting. I am a club member and the customer service can't be beat. Theresa W
A great wine tasting experience at Natalie's! 4 different wines paired with a small bite to bring out the profile of each wine. A charming tasting room and friendly environment made it the perfect afternoon. Cheers!
The Big Reds Barrel & Wine Tasting was so enjoyable and Boyd was fantastic (engaging, friendly and knowledgeable)! I learned more about wine in the hour-or-so I was there than I ever have. The wines are more to my taste (bold, flavorful and striking) and stood out amongst any of the thin, pedestrian, unremarkable and terribly similar wines from any of the other 11 vineyards I visited during the course of my trip (head and shoulders above even some of the big, elite vineyards).
My wife and I went to the winery a few weeks ago with my daughter and her husband and my ex-wife, as part of a larger tour of 4 wineries. The property was pretty. We were taken to the Montana tasting room which was quaint and gorgeous. We had a tasting of 4 wines with a pairing of food for each. The owners were incredibly down-to-earth, friendly and knowledgeable and the wine was AMAZING, especially the Pinot Rose! Boyd made some delicious smoked briquette and Cassandra made a wonderful Cabernet Chocolate Truffle ball. As a bonus, we got to hear the story of their Hollywood room which was quite interesting and very unexpected. Would highly recommend visiting and we will definitely be going back soon. A hidden gem of Oregon wine!
My husband and I visited this delightful winery in late September. Nestled in the country, the earthy fragrances abound as we walked up to the tasting room. Spectacular views, incredible tasting flight (thank you Jeff!) and the pairing with select cheeses and meats was the best. We just received our delivery - thank you! Highly recommend visiting this winery. Thank you Sarah for taking us here!

Really enjoyable spot for a relaxing wine tasting experience. It’s Burgundian style - a bit different than most others in the area. We added the (bountiful) cheese and charcuterie tray. Especially liked the sparkling and Chardonnay. Thanks Alison for a lovely visit 🍷
We had a great afternoon in April at Domaine Divio. Miriah guided us through the tasting of a rosé, four Pinot Noir, and a Chardonnay. She explained the differences to us and was so kind and fun. Surprisingly, in Pinot Noir country we loved the Rosé and bought a bottle to take back to our hotel in Dundee. The winery location is so beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend!
I been to many wineries in Oregon and my first time to Domaine Divio. What an incredible experience!! I went for Pinot and paella night, staffs were so sweet and attentive and made me feel so welcome. Chef Christophe was so knowledgeable and very nice to share his secrets to the yummy paella he made. Owners sons Louie and Gabriel shared their life experiences with me including travel wine making, mechanical engineering ( Thank you for taking the time to talk to me). Winery is so beautiful and everyone must visit at least once. Thanks so much to all the people I mentioned above to made my evening a magical.
Domaine Divio is a relative newcomer in this part of the valley amongst some well established older wineries, but don't pass it by. Decided to try a new winery on our latest trip out for our club pickups, and when we learned that Bruno is the vineyard manager for some of our favorite wineries we wanted to sample his winemaking. Wow, what a great place! The Pinot Noirs were on par with some of the best in Yamhill-Carlton, and I was most impressed with the Chardonnay. They also produce a Pinot-Gamay blend which is really nice, similar to a Beaujolais only better.
Domaine Divio absolutely blew us away! The ambiance is stunning—think a cozy fireplace crackling indoors and a beautifully heated outdoor space that makes you want to linger for hours. The vibe is classy yet completely approachable, and the wines are truly outstanding. Their reds are richer and bolder than many Willamette Valley pinots, and the Passetoutgrain was the star of the tasting for me—an absolute must-try! The hospitality here is just as impressive as the wine. Jacob welcomed us with such warmth that we felt at home right away. And Mariah was phenomenal—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely excited to share the wines with us. She even poured extra tastings of bottles we were curious about, which made the experience feel so personalized. Domaine Divio is a standout winery that delivers elegance, comfort, and incredible wine. We can’t wait to come back!
Domaine Divio was one of many wineries on our trek in Oregon. This winery stood out for so many reasons; the location, the scenery, the hospitality, and of course the wine was exceptional. Jacob welcomed us with open arms and a warm personality that made us feel right at home in a far away land. Every pour Jacob served us was accompanied by rich history of the wine. If you are looking for delicious Oregon wine to go along with the story of how it got here — Domaine Divio is the place to visit!
Domain divio is amazing place, but what makes it most remarkable is Jacob M. He has embodied the culture and community of domain divio. I look forward to every time we come down, the wine, events and staff makes each visit even more memorable.
Good wine, a pleasant tasting room, and - above all - a most welcoming a b d friendly host (thank you Jacob). A great overall experience.

Stellar OG winery.. we tasted at sequitur since their tasting room was under construction, but the experience wasn’t diminished. Amazing expressions of the vineyard and wonderful flavor profiles with the explanation to go along. Can’t wait to try again in the new building! Peter was a fantastic guide and knew so much about the vineyard and history of the family.
Wonderful experience! We had a reservation for 6 and were seated at a table outside, which was absolutely wonderful. The guide for our tasting was excellent and the wines were top notch. We joined the wine club and are very excited for our first shipment. We also enjoyed our interactions with the cat and dog on the premises.
Easily my favorite tasting in the valley of all time. The wine knowledge shared by all of the staff here is unmatched. We learned so much about the process and truly enjoyed their incredible wines.
Wine tasting in Oregon. If you love Pinot Noirs do a tasting here. Came to town for a tasting menu in McMinnville and decided to check out this winery that is always making the Wine Enthusiast lists. There is a beautiful tabby lounging in the sunlight, three pears sitting on the high table outside the tasting room door, a glorious tree breathing the air and casting shade for the tasting table below it, and inside: a wine library of the more exclusive vintages, as well as some amazing music being played in the back room where vats and casks were incubating the next vintages (think Blue Monday from Upstairs at Eric’s). We like our wines, so we appreciated comments on the terroire and the small local vineyards that the grapes were sourced from. For my part, I was partial to the Stardust, the classic Beaux Frères and fascinated by the 2014 Gran Moraine Pinot Noir — it smelled wonderfully earthy like umami. I swear there was not a bottle the girlfriends did not like… And to prove the point they went home with seven bottles between them. Each bottle was approximately $90 on the lower end and $140 on the higher end. But those were just our selections. Alternatively, you can pay $55 for the tasting but at that price point why not just get a bottle of some amazing wine. One of the things we learned while we were there is that the luxury brand Artemis has bought the winery. It’s a testament to the quality of their product. But the news was also a disappointment bc as with many in the Pacific Northwest: we love the importance of the local independent wine maker. But survival of the fittest is a real thing so we raised glasses high to Beaux Frères and wished them the very best.
We’ve been here a week and have had many tastings, Beaux Freres was one of our favorites. Wines were all delicious in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.
I usually bring my guests here and everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. My guests love their experience. Oh yes! Their expressive, elegant, and age-worthy wines are amazing too. But you knew that already 😀🍷🍷
Fantastic experience with excellent wine. Peter helped us today and was so knowledgeable and personable. We all left with amazing wine and felt like we learned something!

Haven't had a winery visit this good in years! Now a top 3 next to Honig (Napa) and a secret in Italy I won't share. Ambiance on point - chill, quiet, unpretentious Hostess, Jasmine, was so kind and perfectly entertaining. Charcuterie board was easy, tasty, wonderful. THE WINE - I now think Willamette's best Pinot. We tried 4 Pinots and loved them all. 2 other surprises on the tasting menu that we adored Just go! And thank you, Jasmine!!
Another Oregon winery with a beautiful view, but the people here make the difference. I brought my family here and I can’t remember who helped us, but she made us feel like we were part of her family. Relaxed vibe, good wine, and good views
We enjoy the wine but visiting in person is not recommended. The service and demeanor of the staff is unlike anything experienced at any winery in the region. The hostess/manager was very rude last year. We purchased a couple of wines quickly, even though they were rude, and took them home. We enjoyed the wine and returned this year thinking it was just a bad day for them last year, but again this year the hostess/manger made a point of jumping to attention when we came in and was very rude. We visit many high end and smaller vineyards and wineries and purchase wines for our cellar. I cannot recommend a visit here.
Lovely setting and good wines. We got to talk to Andrea, the owner, which made the whole experience that much more interesting. Didn’t join the club but recommend a visit here.
This winery includes a large shaded patio with a calming beautiful view. I enjoyed the wine tasting as the flights have an interesting range of tasty tones including a sparkling pinot! Would recommend!
The perfect winery for any season. Charming staff and the flights were all solid. We shared a sparkling, white and red with a delicious charcuterie plate. Can't wait to go back.
We went on vacation through Oregon's wine country and we made a reservation here and was not disappointed. The staff was very knowledgeable about the wines we tasted. Nick made us feel welcomed and taken care of. I hope to visit again one day.
Always amazing. Beautiful views, stunning artwork, elegant wines, fantastic staff! Jasmine and team never disappoint. I originally joined for their Riesling selection, but have since changed my membership to include the Pinot and bolder Washington varietals. You simply cannot go wrong!

Don’t miss out on this vineyard during your next tasting adventure. I can’t recommend it enough. A great experience every time we visit. I learn something new every visit due to Charles’ exceptional knowledge of wines and the surrounding region. The simple elegance of the tasting room is pleasantly inviting and the hospitality of the employees goes above and beyond. The wines are also very delightful and recommend you don’t pass if you get a chance to try the Sparkling Rosé.
Incredible hidden winery. We went here on a whim and we are so happy we did. The view is beautiful. The service was terrific. The wines were delicious. I highly recommend making the trip here. I can’t wait to return and to share it with others.
Great experience. Charles is very entertaining. Beautiful tasting room and AC keeps it cool inside even in the 100 degree heat wave
We have been to Arborbrook many times and have never had anything but a wonderful experience. They are making some really excellent wine! We have taken many different friends who all enjoyed the wine and time spent there in the updated and welcoming tasting room. There is such a beautiful view from the upstairs room. Charles is an exemplary host, always making you feel welcome and never rushed. He is so knowledgeable, I always learn something new!
Taste: ⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️ / Environment: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food to Price Ratio: N/A / Service:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Price:💰💰💰 / Amount of Dishes Tried: NA L:DR: I enjoyed the way everything hook and the vibes! Mr. Parra was just on point with being a people’s person. Played some great music and took us in a great tour! Wine was amazing and is a place I would recommend (Drones shots included)
We have been Wine Club Members for a number of years and I have been a customer since 2002. The tasting room has expanded over the years and now is just the right size for the business. Dave & Mary are always so gracious and the tasting room staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The range of wines that are available for tasting and purchase are the perfect representation of the AVA & Dave’s skill as a wine maker. I have attended numerous events over the years and have enjoyed them all, from intimate tastings to lunch and/or dinner with 140 of my closest friends! When I became a wine guide for A Great Oregon Wine (2 years ago) I started to bring my clients here and they always have a great experience! Come taste Arborbrook’s wines, enjoy the vineyards and buy their wines to take home...you will not be disappointed! COVID-19 UPDATES: Reservations are required and they are very accommodating to the needs of the customers & staff.
The winery is understated and the service staff is fantastic. Ask for Charles if you get the chance, he always takes great care of our party. They have a great, well-rounded, selection of wines. Everything we tasted was great! Great decoration - beautiful stemware. It’s all in one of the better experiences in the Hills.
Great winery to visit. There is a wider variety of wines to try here than the other wineries in the area, from Pinot Gris to Pinot Noir, to dessert wine made with semillion, and they are making a sparkling. We liked the wines and they are great values. Super friendly and attentive staff and the owner Dave was also around and very nice. Great cheese plate to go with the wines. We were really glad we made the visit.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Sarah was phenomenal, you can tell she’s passionate about her wine and the property. She’s so friendly, knowledgeable, and takes great care in her tastings. We had a wide variety of wine while visiting, each one unique and delicious. The views on the property are wonderful. We had great conversation and learned a lot about Bells Up winery and wine making. Would love to come back and see what they have in store the next few years!
Spent the most amazing time with Dave at Bells Up Winery. His charm and passion for his wine making, made our entire trip! If you're visiting the Willamette Valley, this one has to be at the top of your list. Plan on becoming life long fans of Bells Up and bringing a case (or two) back with you!
Bells Up is the BEST! I've been visiting Bells Up Winery since 2017, and every time the wines only get better. Dave and Sara are the type of people you would want to be if you owned a winery in the Willamette Valley. Down-to-earth, cares deeply about the wines being made, and is always excited to explore new varietals. There isn't another place in Oregon with this personalized of an experience alongside outstanding Pinot Noirs, unique whites, sparkling and big red wines.
Great wine, lovely location and the best host! Dave introduced us to a whole new love and appreciation for wine. His process and passion for the art is infectious. He makes wine approachable, interesting and fun. The whole experience was just wonderful and we will be customers for life! His Rose’ is the best I have ever had!
Bell’s up is one of our absolute favorites! Such a beautiful family and beautiful winery. We love their wines and highly recommend scheduling a tasting. It will be intimate and afford you the opportunity to taste some of the great wines that this family vineyard produces. I can’t say enough about how much we love Bell’s Up, drinking a bottle right now in Lake Havasu AZ. XOXO
Where do I begin? Dave has an absolute heart for his craft. Our tasting was not only delicious every step of the way, but it was authentic, real, sweet, down-to-earth and so lovely. Dave is the kind of guy you want to be friends with. He’s warm, light, funny, and so genuine. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an experience that is truly special and unique.
One of our favorite tasting experiences of the week we spent in Willamette! Small tasting as Dave only takes one group at a time, by appointment only. He is very engaging and great to hear his vision and philosophy for his wines while he guides you through the tasting, which provides that personal connection to the wine and the overall experience. The wines were also great! Highly recommend, worth the visit!
This was a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon. Dave was personable, professional and knowledgeable about his craft. The property was a relaxed setting for delicious wines. The Syrah was my absolute favorite. Went home with several bottles to enjoy at a later time. Lots of fall colors in the neighborhood make for a beautiful drive as well. It was great getting to know Dave and the history of Bells Up. Will definitely return and recommend this place to others.

With so many tasting rooms to choose from in the area, BraVuro is still my absolute favorite and go-to spot every single time we pass thru on our way to the coast! Welcoming and inviting atmosphere, sophisticated but nothing pretentious about them (thank goodness, been there, done that at others!), great flavors and variety to choose from, and an overall wonderful and fun experience every time! I LOVE the big, bright flavors of the Tempranillo, Tannat, and Barbera - my must haves for my personal collection and gifts for my guests.
Steve is a very knowledgeable owner. Both his Amity and Newberg locations have the best customer service. Best bold reds I've had in Oregon. Bravuro is a 10/10 visit every time.
Just popped in on our way home from the valley. The service was beyond exceptional!!! The wines were good. Some not to my preference, but it’s a taste thing- I can say that even though they weren’t all to my taste they are well done. The prices are absolutely reasonable. I love that everything is really the same price - they say we want you to choose based on taste not price. That’s something I can really get on board with! Good options and if you don’t find something you really like the tasting fee is the lowest I’ve seen anywhere in 15 years. Check it out just to try something new and have a nice visit!
The location in the Amity hills is spectacular. It sits on top of the hill with great views and friendly staff as well as a relaxing tasting area. A must experience tasting. We recently tried their wines and immediately signed up for a wine club. We were drawn to their big bold reds instead of the usual Pinot. They also have a tasting room in downtown Newberg. We recently attended a wine club dinner at the Amity hills location with the dinner provided by Loam. The dinner was fantastic and paired well with the Bravuro wines. For those looking for reds other than Pinot this is the place.
Excellent visit to BraVuro Cellars in Newberg. If you like big reds, this is a must stop. We really like the ancient Vine Zin. The Newberg location is their tasting room. They have purchased a winery south of town that I’m excited about visiting on our next visit. Highly recommended.
Delicious red wine! Not just Pinot Noir (in fact, often NO Pinot Noir at all). Steve takes great care of guests and serves fantastic bold red options.
My first visit ever to Bravuro, I signed up as a club member after tasting the second of five wines. I have not been disappointed. Steve and Luci know how pick bold reds to put their label on. If you like bold reds, you will not regret visiting them!
We did so many of the big wineries Domaine Drouhin, Domaine Serene, Penner Ash, etc. Bravuro was a breathe of fresh air after 2 days of wineries and wine tasting. Not pretentious like some of the other local wineries that take themselves so seriously - we really enjoyed our easy relaxed and friendly visit. So much so that we joined their wine club. Steve is really friendly and great company. Always responds quickly when we email or have questions. I love the Cab Franc and my husband the Tempranillo.

This was by far our favorite winery in the Willamette Valley. The service was excellent, the wines were amazing, and the grounds were lovely and peaceful. Also, bottle purchases help waive tasting fees, and you'll want to buy bottles. Definitely check them out!
We (2) came in, walk in w/no reservations on a busy & beautiful Saturday afternoon in the Willamette Valley. We were warmly greeted and offered seats at their wine bar. We tasted their Pinot Noirs, and a flight of Italian whites-wonderful. Generous tastes with truffle popcorn! Kerry, our wine server was busy, but so pleasant and gracious. We bought some bottles, walked through the gardens. Kerry was very flexible on the trying different flights. Would certainly return & highly recommend! Wonderful garden and hospitality staff-thank you!
Oooooeeee tasty sparklings and pinots. Beautiful scenery. Relaxed and lovely vibe. Jason was an amazing host. Absolutely love it
We love the wines and tasting here. We've always had very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We discovered them at a restaurant at the coast (sadly gone due to covid) that served their gravel road, their "bottom end" which is excellent. It's the only wine club we've kept over the years. Some of their wines get pricey but we have found them to be worth it! Highly recommend.
We loved this peaceful tasting room. The wines are delicious and Tessa was so knowledgeable and kind. We felt spoiled with attention and were excited to take home some yummy bottles of a lush Pinot noir. Definitely recommended whether you’re just passing through as we were, or if you’re lucky enough to have this gorgeous setting in your own backyard!
My mother and I started our Wilamette Valley trip with the ROCO Winery. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the patio and in the yard. The weather was beautiful, the wine was wonderful, and our hostess was very knowledgable. She did a wonderful job of sharing ROCO's story wile also giving us pointers on the valley itself. A perfect was to start off our week!
4.5 Overall, exceeding expectations. The server and 2 of the wines made the experience special. We visited ROCO because it was recommended by a mature and knowledgeable server at another winery. WINE: 4.5. We three had the 3 wine Oregon flight with a couple of substitutions. When the server heard that one of us liked Pinot Noir wine with minerality, she kindly offered us a taste of the Ancient Waters Pinot Noir; the certified wine expert among us declared it the best red she had tasted on our 10 day roadtrip through OR and eastern WA. We were also offered a taste of the 2014 RMS Brut 10-Year Delayed Disgorgement; we all loved it, and the wine expert preferred it to champagne. SERVICE: 5.0. Tessa was flexible, listened carefully to our interests, and offered tastes that matched those interests. Her attitude and pro-activity in offering samples that matched our taste made ROCO a superior experience for us. AMBIANCE: 4.0. Both inside and outside were very nice. We especially enjoyed sitting in shade on the Adirondack chairs on the lawn, enjoying the sweetness of doing nothing. ROCO doesn't have the hilltop views of some other wineries; the pleasant lawn and surrounding plantings more than made up for this.
Visited ROCO Winery after an unwelcoming interaction with another winery near by. Friendly and welcoming staff, that went out of their way to give us recommendations for sweet wines around the area. Beautiful property and building, great conversation and a tasty rose wine!

The dinner party hosted by Luke Adams on February 22nd was fantastic. The room was beautiful and cozy. And the wine served by Stephen Flock was delicious and went so well with the dishes. I'm hoping for more events hosted by this duo!
We took a day trip to visit the winery during a girls trip to Portland and it was one of the highlights of our whole trip! We were 5 ladies in our 40s and we had the pleasure of Sara being our guide for the tasting and she did not disappoint! We sat on the patio and the views and weather were both divine! Sara served us yummy wine and explained all the terminology and history and absolutely made our time there so fun! We cannot recommend this place enough! One of our friends does not drink and enjoyed the fresh juice flight! Great time! Thank you Sara for the wine and the laughs!
We came here for a group tasting. It was delicious wine, reasonably priced and absolutely beautiful. Steven, the events coordinator, was wonderfully hospitable and took extra effort to make our party feel special. It can feel challenging to pick between all the vineyards in the area but based on service, scenery and quality this is a really great choice!
This winery has an INCREDIBLE view! The sommelier was incredibly kind and outgoing and made us feel right at home. I love that this winery is named after the falcons and raptors in the area. Got to see a beautiful red tailed hawk from our table! Highly recommended!
My sister took me here for my birthday in April, and we came back yesterday. It’s such a great winery with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and amazing wine! We will keep coming back for our sister dates! 🩷
This lovely small tasting room packs a big punch. The Blanc de noir sparkling wine was such a welcomed surprised upon arrival and the wines just continued in that vein as we went through the flight. Our host was knowledgeable and friendly while also giving us space to enjoy the wines. Highly recommend.
Our company hosted an event at Raptor Ridge, and it was absolutely wonderful! The indoor-outdoor set up was perfect, especially with the gorgeous view. The atmosphere was wonderful as well - it felt relaxed and "casual" while still having that fancy winery feeling. The wine was great of course, and the food was yummo! All of our clients raved about how wonderful the event was. 10 outta 10 recommend.
Beautiful location I could enjoy this view all day. The presentation and explanation of the wines was delightful.

My wife really wanted to visit as Styring did a collaboration with a podcast that she loves to listen to. The staff were super friendly and made us feel like it was a private tasting, despite other people there. The grounds are beautiful, and the facilities are very nice. They also encourage people to bring vinyl that gets played while your tasting. During a quick tour it was also discovered that they name all their barrels after dinosaurs which gave me even more of a reason to love them. As far as their wines, I thought they were all delightful. Everything we tasted we would have gladly brought home bottles of. Would highly recommend a visit to Styring
One of the smallest wineries we stopped at on our tour and such a great atmosphere. Collin was so friendly and full of great info on the plants and process. He took us into the vines which added to the experience.
We visited Styring for a private tour on the day after Memorial Day. We had the place to ourselves and Colin could not have been more welcoming and inviting. They have a beautiful location with great views. The wine was also great. Something for everyone. We even got to meet the resident canine. Put Styring on your list if you are visiting the area. You won't be disappointed.
From the second you pull onto this property is amazingly beautiful. I still can’t decide what’s better the people or the wine. I’m not necessarily a wine connoisseur but my travel companion is. I was almost hesitant as some of these places can be a bit intimidating for newbies but this is the place to start an amazing wine adventure for sure! The wine is amazing not only by my standards but also by my travel companion who has sought out the best wines all of the world. The people here (even the amazing folks who were picking the vineyard ) are so warm and welcoming. We really felt like we had walked into a friends place. So whether you're new to wineries or a seasoned veteran you will not be disappointed!
Let’s start with we were on our way to another Winery we passed by Styring! It screamed great vibes ahead!! Greeted by the sweetest most beautiful chocolate Lab named Jojo…next came Colin this guy is personallity PLUS!! He made sure our visit was top notch! I live in Seattle (about a 4 hour drive) I will be back soon to pick up a case of Riesling for sure!! Great Vino must do the flight!!
We had visited this winery years ago, fell in love with their wines then, and thought it was time to go back. They have a beautiful property and tasting room/area. You can sit outside to enjoy the views. Colin came out, sat and talked with us. It was a nice personal touch. If you plan on visiting the valley vineyards, definitely put this top of your list as their Pinot Noirs are amazing, and is worth seeking them out.
Styring Vineyard & Winery is ALWAYS a wonderful experience! Collin, Kelly, and Steve are such gracious hosts and are happy to educate tasters with their stunning wines!! The Ribbon Ridge property is beautiful and creates the perfect atmosphere to enjoy top-notch Oregon wine.
Wine tasting at Styring Vineyards is a truly wonderful experience. Collin is the perfect host who loves the opportunity to share his passion with his guests. We especially enjoy the best of wines in a beautiful vineyard with great personal guidance and knowlege. Styring Vineyards is at the top of our list of wines and tasting experiences.
