Have visited weekdays, weekends, and even holidays like Labor Day weekend. Crowds are lower on weekdays but there’s usually more character meets available on the weekends we’ve noticed. They have so much to do and it’s ideal for any baby that can walk up to mid elementary school age kids. Staff always friendly. Park entry always smooth and organized. Entertainers always give 100%. It’s a truly great place to visit. I’m so lucky to be local and get to enjoy all the seasonal events as well.
We visited for the first time and really enjoyed our time with kids. Nothing much for teenagers but they can still have some fun on the rides. Some of the rides were not functional as you can read in most of the reviews. I visited on a weekday and didn’t experience any wait time. Parade was the most amazing experience for my kids. Salute to the artists who were performing with such an enthusiasm on a super hot day
I had an AMAZING time with my little one at the Sesame Place. This theme park is full of colorful fun packed streets. We did not cover all but the bit we covered was memorable. Things are a pricey like the parking, food and most items at the gift shop. But nonetheless, it is a MUST SEE especially for kids. The parade was our highlight. I highly recommend for tourists and even locals. 💯 Kids Friendly ✅ Paid parking✅ Gift shop✅ 🚻 Restroom ✅ Lovely Ambiance ✅ Good Music ✅
"Elmo, Mama. Elmo, Mama!" - 2 yr old pointing with excitement. Where are we? "Special Place, Mama!" - 2 yr old. He couldn't say "Sesame" so called it "Special Place" instead of Sesame Place. Wednesdays are the least crowded day in the summer. Get a season pass. The parade is cute but if you go often skip the parade and go on rides without a line. Kids must be able to walk and sit independently to go on the rubber duck water slide. My son loved it at 2 years then 3-4 was scared. Then went back to it when older. My son was so excited to be to be tall enough for the rollercoasters. Oscar's taxi was closed the first time he was tall enough then got stuck with us on it at the finish but my kid needed to go to the bathroom while we were waiting to get the seat belts to release, luckily he held it and had no interest in getting back on. Grover's rollercoaster is way better but for adults who don't like rides, this is a real ride, not simply a preschool thrill ride. Get to shows early. Seating can run out at the indoor theater. Get a spot for the parade early if going. I miss when they allowed kids to interact with parade characters. Core memories for my child. Skip character meals...too expensive for picky eaters, vegetarians, and kids with food allergies. Wish bathrooms were cleaner. Elmo's Flying Fish was my son's favorite ride. And he loved climbing on the ropes when he needed to jump around. Bubbles were a great distraction in line on days when lines were longer. Season passes can be bought in August for the end of the season and Halloween and Dec holidays' spectacular AND the following summer. Pass includes parking. Worth it if going 3 or more times. Sesame Place was my son's happy place ages 2-7 years of age.
It was a great experience with our granddaughter and family, just as fun as 20 years ago with our children. food, merchandise and extra activities are pricey but that's with all theme parks. Definitely recommend purchasing tickets online you save about half the price.
This experience was everything I wanted it to be. Food- I purchased the food pass for the 3 main places to get food from (ABC, Big Bird's, & Elmo's). Preparing in advance for the food I would highly recommend as theme park meals are expensive. The pass offered one entree, one side or dessert, and one drink ( no alcohol ) every 90 minutes. In my eyes for 3 adults and 2 kids it was worth it and at about $137 vs an approximate $375 Rides- I am no thrill seeker... but my kids (18 & 10) enjoying plenty of them with shorter wait times averaging around 4 to 15 minutes depending on the ride and the time of day. Oscar's coaster had the longest line at about 30 minutes, however it had an delayed open at around noon. What I did notice about the rides, is that they do not all start at the opening of the park. I'm not sure if this is due to staffing, maintenance, closure or whatever else one could think of but there is so much to explore that by the time you make it back around to a ride that was "closed"... it may be open. Characters- the meets for the characters were pretty easy going. The lines were tolerable and were consistently moving. Not all the characters were available for meet and greets but there is a way to find all of this stuff out. Parade- We went due Labor day weekend & 45th Birthday celebration. The parade was awesome. The songs were catchy and not the normal songs we all know! With some ABC'S & 123's, floats, bikes, and dancers... you can bet that they all did great! All of the characters were in the parade. Elmo, Abby, Big Bird, Oscar, Zoe, Kelly, Cookie monster, Bert, Ernie, and the count. What really tied this whole experience together was the Sesame Place App. This app held my tickets and passes, had a in depth map of the park, and give you a schedule. You can navigate the App to pull up your passes for easy convince instead of navigating through emails or printing out passes and tickets. The map will offer you directions to and from different areas. If you're looking to find a shop or the playground the map will give you directions on how to get there. The schedule is a little wonky and my best guess is because the characters are human and there is some error in all things human. With that being said characters are subjected to change without notice. So dont get your hopes up looking to see someone and they're not there. This disclaimer is also on the app. The schedule will help you plan your day based on what you like to do. For us it was helpful because we were able to plan for the little one to meet her favorite friends while the others were able to play until meeting for food, parade, or at Count's castle in the water. There are plenty of things to do and a variety of foods to eat. The park was clean, colorful, and encompasses people of all ages and races to come and enjoy. Not quite as diverse as Disney but its not as popular. I will be going back with my kiddos because they want to go back to Sesame Place!
Place was very clean and never had to wait more then 5 mins per ride if any. Bathrooms were plentiful and always well kept. Parade and staff was so much fun and oscar was a g.
It's a good time with our toddler but it is pretty overpriced, understaffed, and could be better maintained. We got value with the season pass and a teacher pass, but won't be doing it again. We really enjoy everything Sesame Street, but this feels like a cash grab.

I haven’t visited this park since I was a teenager. Needless to say it changed and I could not locate the hiking trail at first. We did eventually find it on the opposite side of the lake from the dog park and boat rental area. We opted to stay on the trail that takes you closest to the lake. It was surprisingly fun! Some ups and downs and small bridges and boardwalks. As always I recommend good hiking shoes. My dogs enjoyed it thoroughly as there were a few downed trees they enjoyed jumping over. You make the hike harder by adding weight to your back pack or extending the length of your hike. I recommend this for beginners to moderate hikers and you can easily adjust the difficulty level. I also saw a lot of mountain bike riders but beware in the fall, with the leaves covering the trail there are a lot roots you can hit. I will definitely add pan a return and venture off onto some of the side trails to see what they are like. Get out and enjoy!
Hiking Trail Review Core Creek Park Trail - 5 Miles. Beautiful trail. The parking lot was very spacious and easy to find. Lots of garbage cans at the trail head and very clean. Trail is very well marked and spotless. There are some down trees but path is still easy to navigate. A bit muddy today but nothing too bad. Lots of great views of the lake and an overall fun forest hike.
I really enjoy Core Creek Park for a quick bike ride because it’s super accessible and always well-maintained. The park offers a mix of fun and challenge with: ✔️ Jumps for extra excitement ✔️ Technical routes that test your skills ✔️ Multiple paths for different riding styles Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced rider, there’s something here for you. I also appreciate the riders and the people maintaining the park—it’s always clear, clean, and ride-ready. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot to ride and have fun at any level. -Coach Jose Keystone Boxing Gym.
Clean park offers: fenced dog park. canoe/kayak/paddleboard/rowing. Bring your own or rent. Hike and mountain bike trails. Barbecue cookout grates and rentable pavillions. Fishing, on docks/beach or bring a boat w a trawling motor. I go regularly to kayak paddle for exercise. About 2.5 miles per lap. Also, decent mtn bike trails in one section of the park, but no trails that loop the lake.
Definitely have to revisit for the fishing and kayaking, but the hiking trails were great! Roughly 4.5 mile loop with low elevation, perfect for beginners. Bring a camera and binoculars—the birding is amazing! Can’t wait to be back outside here.
I haven't been to Core Creek Park in years and it's is amazing the walking path though the park how big the lake has become the add papillion areas and playground it is just beautiful .... I'll be back in the summer to enjoy the paddle boat area ... If you get there before the big rain you will still see some beautiful leaves
Overall we love this site. This year there were a lot of bees or wasps flying under the roofed area. The area should have been sprayed before we all arrived. Over the last two years I believe our meeting was held later in October. The cricket game was noisy and used a lot of parking spaces.
Great park with bicycle tracks, kids playground, picnic areas, boat rentals. Peaceful corner to relax and listen to the nature.

Movie theater
Fun & Games
Theater complex with multiple screens featuring new release films, plush seating & concession stand.
Slide 1 of 8
It was honestly the best choice to watch a movie, we bought our tickets from the concession stand. It made it so easy as it was a last minute date night and we walked in after dinner. We watched the accountant 2 which was a great movie and did not disappoint for a second movie! The recliner seats were super comfy and with the ones we got we lifted up the arm rest and got to sit close together while on our recliner seats, definitely recommend this place for movies and date nights. The screen was so big and clear and it was not very crowded for the late movie which was at 10:20pm.
I specifically found a theater to reserve and pick tickets for middle center seats to watch this movie. We get to the theater and find that the map I picked seats for does not match the seating arrangement in the actual theater. Our seats are now all the way in the back left with a wonderful metal handle railing obstructing our view. Had I known this was going to happen I would have picked another theater for the actual seats I wanted. This place sucks. Never coming here again.
I come here pretty often, once a month sometimes once a week , tonight was awful! We saw the new Jurassic World Rebirth, a couple was having intercourse and the other part of my family watched Weapons. In weapons, a man snoring LOUD next to me,his phone went off 3x and the row infront of us had kids who were obnoxious and talking, laughing etc. the entire time. Staff should do frequent walk throughs and monitor these movies . Parents should have more control over their children in public places where other people are paying to watch movies. If you fall asleep during movies sit in the very front so you’re not disrupting other paying customers, it’s common courtesy. Any other time this theater has been really enjoyable.
Nicely air- conditioned, comfortable seating, and friendly workers. It was the weekend and busy, so it's understandable that the bathrooms could use more attention between crowds and the floors spot swept and mopped.
Today, my brother and his friends decided to go to the movies, but they didn’t know it was 21 and over. The staff at the front did not clearly explain that they needed someone over 21 with them. I came to try to fix the problem, but we ultimately decided to refund the movie tickets. The senior manager, Chris, was very unprofessional he used inappropriate language and blamed the young kids for not knowing about the age restriction. I believe they need a new manager and that Chris should be FIRE. However, another manager was very polite and professional when handling the ticket refund.
First time here and I will be coming back. Theater was clean, seats comfortable, staff was friendly and professional and plenty of snacks and drinks.
If you like the feel of smaller theaters, then you can't go wrong with Regal Oxford Valley! The reclining seats are nice and roomy, and they have a nice array of concessions, too!
The theaters are always clean and neat, my only gripe is the cost and how long it takes if you order actual food not snacks. The bathrooms are generally clean, I do need to point out that the placement of the hand dryers is terrible for pregnant women, or handicapped people. You have to reach over the sinks.

Great store. Recently I wanted to buy a winter jacket but most stores were sold out of my size. Then I went to Penny's and found the perfect jacket in my size at a phenomenal price so I bought two in different colors. Thank you, Penny's!
Pretty filled up with shops of name brands and commands a good crowd too. It was nice to walk around with that old school mall feel. Red Rose Spa was very great also. Highly recommended. The food court is of good selection of foods. Adriano Pizza & Pasta was very good.
Oxford Valley Mall is getting back to since the hit of the COVID. There has been some improvement over the years. New stores coming in and the food court is getting spicy too. Now in the food court there is a Jamaican restaurant with the best oxtails, jerked chicken, curried goat and curried chicken in the Levittown area.
Malls are a dying thing and it’s honestly really sad. The stores that are in this mall are really good and have a great inventory. But there are a lot of empty stores. Not always the safest… but no where is anymore.
You constantly hear that malls in general are closing… This one has remained pretty steady over the years. You can definitely tell it’s going through its own struggle, but still a good mall to visit.
Clean, friendly, safe, light, beautiful and comfortable! The best Mall Management! I love this Mall. This is the only Mall of which I know where you can play huge chess and checkers. This gives this mall a special status: smart, intelligent and cultured people run and work here. There is an opportunity to relax and exercise your brains. The mall is very large, nice and clean. There are a lot of different shops and brands in this mall.
It’s just not the same anymore. I used to love Oxford Valley Mall, but it’s honestly sad to see how many stores are gone now. It feels empty, and a lot of the energy it used to have is missing. There are still a few stores worth stopping by, but many sections feel deserted, and it’s clear the mall is struggling. It’s clean, and the staff in the stores that are left are kind, but it’s just not the lively shopping spot it used to be. I really hope they can bring it back to life because it used to be a fun place to walk around, shop, and grab a snack. Right now, it’s just not worth the trip unless you need something specific from one of the stores that are still open.
Mark and Mashamba they are such an amazing people they helped me so much with my account and answered all my questions and at the end with full patience go thru with me to order new phone . Definitely I recommend it here .

Plenty of inflatable bounce amusement that toddlers thru adults (if you're up for it!) can enjoy. There are also enough seats and free wi-fi if you want to sit down to relax and let the kids burn off some of their seemingly unlimited energy.
My boys still like going here even though they are 10 & 12. I am not sure I would want to have a party here, but a 1-hour "open bounce" is a good way for them to burn off some energy. I think altitude has more to offer though and costs about the same.
The kids love this type of action, but I felt like it was moving cattle rushing along. I understand time is money but the quality of how it's spent is important.Great if you want to have a party and "just get it over with" which sometimes that is the case! LOL
Cool spot for the kids. Great for birthday party's. Very on schedule. Even the adults can bounce and slide. Overall a good time for the kids and not too bad for the adults.
It was a little small compared to the one in horsham and jersey. Aside from that it was clean and my kids had fun. Love the games on the floor from the projector.
Great place for play dates and in the end they give snacks and juice.
Friendly staff, super helpful even know the staff are young! They helped my 3 year old the entire time until he wasn't scared anymore and made sure the bigger kids didn't crash into him! Super clean. Super fun. Great place to have parties. Parking is free and there's plenty. Wasn't too crowded on a Friday night. Prices are great. BRING SOCKS, if you don't have socks they have some for sale but they are for bigger kids. No ATM on site. Cute gifts in lobby. Overall fun experience
Just had my oldest 3rd birthday here and he loved it so much! The rooms were big and there was plenty for him and his little friends to do in each of the rooms. The staff was nice and did everything they could to help make his day special. The food wasn't bad either. The only complaint I have is that I feel for the amount of money this place costs you should get more than 30 minutes in each room and then 40 minutes for lunch. Other than that great place!

What an exceptional experience . . . And why aren't you on Facebook?? Visited a friend at St Mary Rehab and based on directions from the front desk, found our way to this superior eatery. The 40+ beers in bottles and 20+ beers on tap, with available flights, just made the experience even better. I enjoyed Sly Fox Grisette (a farmhouse ale from Phoenixville, Pa), Weyerbacher Insanity (a Brandywine from Easton, Pa) and Allagadh Curieux (a Tripel style from Maine) . . . All good but the later 2 were more memorable. As it relates to entrees, I enjoyed a Western burger and Harold had BAB chicken & ribs . . . we decided that BAB stood for Bad Ass Barbecue!! The ribs fell off the bone and were very moist, exceptional!! But the corn bread is out of this world!! Our server was exceptional, and in fortunately we don't recall her name. Oh, I almost for it about the jazz band . . .What a great saxophone!! A heat meal and a great evening!!
Great, small sport bar. I like to come here for sporting events. Good prices on beer and food. I personally like there grilled chicken sandwich. This place has a local feel to it as it is tucked away in a shopping center surrounded by condos/apartments. I have been here many times, and have very seldom been disappointed.
Great local place. Simple menu and some specials all with very reasonable prices. Very comfortable and laid back which I love. Staff is friendly and attentive. Have been here a few times now and have never been disappointed.
Seven for lunch. 13 including us and the staff. Only people eating. No wonder. Food wasn't good. McDonald's would have been better. Drunk, loud, people at the bar. Bartender had no control. Time to close your doors!!
The food was awful! I ordered a drawn pork sandwich that was bone dry. Even with the extra sauce I ordered it was dry! And the French fries were overcooked hard and dry! You need to find somewhere else to eat, skip this place .
Nice place. Good services and attention. The food was delicious! We all love it, we were 5 people and everything was good.
Always a good time cold beer great mixed drinks good food and fantastic bartenders and waitresses

Went to the Heritage Farm Flea Market this morning. Took some pictures of the flowers near the community garden. I'm so glad the volunteers were able to save this farm. It's really beautiful. The flea market was pretty big, I recommend going to this flea market next year, they usually have it twice a year Spring and Fall. Wish I lived nearby so I could see what other events they did
Have been here for two events in the past! The first time was for a sale of crafts and items etc, and the second time was for a free Jazz Concert with really talented musicians. The grounds are nice!
Have had a garden here for several years. Great environment and great people - makes for an excellent community!
It's a nice quite area in town. Perfect for walking your pets or just spending some quality alone time in a bit of nature. It's is relatively small and a portion of the land is reserved for locals to have gardens and such, I believe. Worth a walk through if you have a moment either way.
Flea Market days at the Farm are always a fun time for the family!!! Been going most of my life. Always good finds at the Flea Market booths & also a great way to run into and visit with fellow Langhorne locals.
Beautiful local preserved land with barn, few outer buildings, and a farmhouse. Residents can take yoga classes, plant a garden on rented plots of land, participate in flea market, see musical performances
Nice listening to Straight Ahead jazz
This place was a complete surprise. We were told by some friends they were having an event and attended. Lovely ground/facilities.

What a great experience we had! Party of 5, 45 yr old, 2 14 yr olds and 2 10 yr olds Everyone enjoy it even if we didn't escape. Kyle and Tia were amazing and helped us out with great clues. Definitely coming back
We did the special agent room. The room was literally two lockers and a table. This looked like something a school would set up as a treat for students not a paid experience. The staff was helpful and great but they don't make up for the complete lack of production value. My son and I went to do a real escape room immediately after leaving this place. They offered half off a future visit if we left a five star review which might explain the prevalence of 5 star reviews
Kyle and Annie were a big help. What a great experience, It was easier at the beginning and slowly graduated. At the very end, it was a struggle, but we got through it. Their rooms varied in level in difficulty and was a blast for the family. I highly recommend this escape room for you and your family. definitely coming again
The staff were very helpful! We had an amazing time and the escape room is set up really well. Very organized and well maintained. Thank You to the team members: Alistair Ayden Caitlyn Danielle
We enjoyed the Sherlock Holmes room and Shana and Latia were extremely helpful! The room was a little loud because the rooms don’t have walls up to the ceiling and you can hear the other rooms, but it’s not too distracting. Recommend if you want a one room escape room that’s easy to get to
We had so much fun! My whole family all 9 of us had an amazing time. Ayden and Alistair were hands down the best!!!
I would like to personally thank Shayna and Latia for all of their patience and hard work. They took great care of me and my daughter, and gave us a very positive experience. They provided excellent customer service and I hope to come back again! They were very helpful and even took the time to let us take photos at the end.
Latia was great with helping us, but this escape room was simply the worst I've ever done. The room was extremely basic with no character or story, and almost every combination lock was broken and wouldn't open even with the correct code. There was simply no effort put into the setup, and it shows in every way. For the same price per person, you can go literally anywhere else and get a much better experience.

I went with my son to play here. The virtual reality was very clear and impressive in detail. I loved the race cars specially the formula 1 track and the western Saloon game! Very impressed suggested for trying something different!
Amazing place!! Awesome fun for all ages. Staff is very nice. The place looks so futuristic, it's like being in a movie. Huge variety of games. Great way to try VR if you never have! The family membership is great for families with time after school to spend with the kids! :)
Pretty cool place tucked into the corner of the Mall. About $30 pp/per hr and can play any game you would like. There are hundreds if not thousands of games to choose from. The kids loved it. I can see someone being stuck in here for hours. Staff was pretty nice, attentive and helpful with the children. No wait, no line and no large groups while we were there. I would def come back again.
Never have to wait to play. My 11 year old grandson loves this place. Employees are eager to help kids get the best experience.
This is such a great time. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I took my son and his vest friend and the staff chatted with them and helped them pick the best expierence. Even though we own and Oculus 2 this is such a great and reasonably priced day trip. Thank you Hunter and Liz
My family loves the place, bought several monthly memberships. There were only a few times in which we ( party of 4-8 ppl) couldnt get scheduled in during the time slots we wanted. The staff are wonderful with the kids!
Great time for the kids. Seating and drinks for the Parents. Reasonable prices!
This place is so fun and has so much space. Went there with my 3 friends and all of us had tons of fun. If you are very bored and feel like trying something different try this. And 30 bucks for an hour is a deal

The best place to get the best messages at the best price. Awesome experience. I go every week! There is a type of message where they will even walk on your back! No other message facility will do that. That's the kind of pressure I really needed!
I went to this place and the woman who gave the massage kept asking for a generous tip during the massage and I said if she did a good job I will tip well. It's unprofessional to solicit money from customers. I get massages at other places frequently and they are were better than what she gave, but this woman seems to think she gave the best massage, it was ok but I've had better. I still tipped her well, 20%, which is the standard and comes out to $12 ($60 for the massage). She asked for $20! I told her no, she is getting a 20% tip, which is generous. When did people expect to be overpaid for doing their job? Also, if she wants to make more money, find a higher paying job. I'm not going to this place again.
Great place for the price! It's somewhat annoying to have them stop during your massage to greet guests as they don't have anyone working the desk. Other than that they always do a great job. I love how you can just pop in, Sunday mornings are always a little busy and if they tell you to come back, try to wait because they will take someone else if you're not there when they're ready.
Been there 3 to 4 times. Great massages each time
Great price for thete messages. I have 7 herniated disc and multiple other injuries. A bit rough feels good at fisrt but days later you are aching from triggered injuries. But its my fault for npt telling her to go easier. It was the only place that took a walkin where others turned me away DESPITE POSTING ON THEIR WEB PAGE "walk in welcome"
Wendy was my massage therapist and she was awesome! The only thing is they charge extra if you use a credit card, so make sure you have cash.
I come here all the time, amazing each time. The 1 hour massage for $50 is a deal you wont find anywhere else
Does not honor Serene Blu gift cards. Employee called manager and she said she cannot honor it.
