Beautiful cathedral with nice accessible walking grounds, fountains and statues. The gift shop is very comprehensive and has many things and books (also a Spanish and Vietnamese section!). There is a monument for Our Lady of La Vang which is beautiful and such a nice way to show love and respect for the large Vietnamese community in OC. Lots of parking as well.
A Beautiful and Holy Experience for the Whole Family My wife and I, along with our kids, recently visited Christ Cathedral for the first time so that my wife and I could go to confession. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the cathedral’s size and modern architectural beauty. Despite its contemporary design, it still carries a deep sense of reverence and holiness that truly moved us. We appreciated that the cathedral offered confessions in Spanish, English, and Vietnamese, reflecting the diversity of the community. We made sure to arrive before 6 PM to avoid the long lines, but even then, the lines were already forming—so be sure to bring your patience. That said, everything was well organized and peaceful, making the wait more bearable. It was a meaningful and spiritual experience for our whole family. The sacred atmosphere, welcoming environment, and the presence of many faithful people made our visit unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back again, not just for confession but also to attend Mass and explore more of what this beautiful cathedral has to offer. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
By God’s grace, I had work in the area and was blessed with the chance to visit this beautiful church. The moment I stepped inside, I felt a deep peace that reminded me of God’s presence. I hope to return soon to attend Mass here. I’ll be honest, my faith has been tested lately. I’ve felt hurt and disappointed by some in positions of authority within the Church, people I once looked up to. But I know that our faith is not built on people, but on Christ Himself. There is both good and evil in the world, among the religious and the non religious alike, yet God remains constant and merciful. This visit renewed something in me, a quiet reminder that even when people fail us, the Lord never does. The mirror building reminds me of Maraya in AlUla Saudi Arabia and the architecture is similar to Dubai and some of the modern marvels I have visited in the Middle East.
Saturday Vigil Mass (fulfills obligation) at 4:30pm is nearly identical to Sunday Morning Mass at 10:00am with pipe organ and cantor/choir. Sunday evening Mass at 5:45pm is contemporary music on piano. Mass propers might be identical across all Mass times, but the music is not. I prefer Sunday Morning mass.
For those who enjoy Sunday service worship or like visiting religious buildings or the like, Christ Cathedral, formerly known as the Crystal Cathedral is the place to be. Christ Cathedral offers two services on Saturday in the late afternoon and evening. On Sunday they offer over eight services in a variety of different languages. Make sure to check their website before you attend. The surroundings are simply picturesque. Once inside this magnificient sanctuary, you noticed the brightness from the sun's refraction, along with overall flood lighting. It is quite a spectacle. If you are out of town and happen to be visiting the region, it is well worth the trip.
We toured the facility during the week but didn't attend church Free guided tours are available but you need to register online. This is the former Crystal Cathedral of Hour of Power fame. When Schuller Ministries failed the facility was purchased by the Catholic Church and made into a Catholic Cathedral. It's a very beautiful facility. Well worth a visit and to take the tour.
Beautiful place to take walks, pictures, meditate or attend Catholic mass. You don't need to be a Catholic to visit this place. Everyone is welcome as long as we respect the church.
BEAUTIFUL Cathedral from top to bottom, from side to side, and both inside and outside! Amazing Organists, Organs, and Pipes! What a great place to pray!

The GEM Theater goes above and beyond to bring LIVE theater to a small town like Garden Grove. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like you MATTER! They address you by name, they give you hugs and kisses, and they make sure you are comfortable because they make the GEM a SAFE space for all. Unfortunately, due to the increase in admission prices my elderly grandparents and I see less shows a year now because attending the performances I have to pay $50.00 and my grandparents each have to pay $40.00! We Love You GEM FAMILY ❤️!!
Talent at its best! If you want to feel apart of the show Grease is a must see. Seriously each character has some A+ voice skills (serious range), dance moves, & more to offer. Best experience hands down. Thank you for your hard work & making a great memory for us. Be sure we will be returning audiences members. Sincerely the front row pink ladies 07.12.25 8pm show.
Great place to see a show. Perfect for a date or special occasion. Fun themed drinks at intermission. The actors are so talented I have seen two shows here now, and they we both amazing. I had trouble with my confirmation code this last time. So I called the box office and Victor helped me out quickly and politely. I would highly recommend this theater. Everyone here is welcoming and entertaining. The voices will not disappoint. Come check out the gem.
I just got home from seeing GREASE. Let me tell you ...it was ELECTRIFYING!! The performers were full of energy and looked like they'd been working together their whole lives. The flow was magnificent! They capture all the key scenes I'd remembered...and a few I'd forgotten. The staff was so kind, friendly and willing to engage with everyone, not just the elite members. Victor was kind and not rude when I entered the theater while they were still getting ready. The price was fair and the location is about 5 minutes from my home. You will definately be seeing more of me when time and finances align. Looking forward to the Christmas show. 🤩😍
Pippin is the start of my 3rd season coming to the Gem Theatre. I LOVE musical theatre and to have this theatre and company so close to home is a dream. The cast members are so kind and really appreciate their audience coming to support them in the shows. The performances are top notch and the talent on that stage in both singing and dancing is over the moon perfection. I usually see a show 2 or 3 times because they are all so fantastic. If you have never been to the Gem and you want great musical theatre….Run to the Gem and get tickets to a show.
I recently saw Grease at the Gem. It was delightful!! I didn't care for the movie. The musical was wonderful!! I've seen several shows at the Gem. This was as good as anything I've seen. The singing and dancing was enthusiastic and lively. It was really fun. I highly recommend it!!
Wow! I had never heard of this place until this week. To find out that it's nearly a hundred years old is mind boggling to me. It's literally a hidden gem, so the name is fitting. Community theater at its finest. They cast locally, and put on a professional show. We came to see Into The Woods and were blown away by the production quality. Fantastic actors putting on a near perfect performance. For a kick, Google the history of the theater.
I love musicals. My family introduced me to the Gem Theater last year with their production of Avenue Q and I fell in love with this theater. It's small and intimate. Well-mantained, beautiful, and clean. They offer food, such as hot dogs, chili, chips, and desserts. There is a full bar. Everything is priced very fairly. I have seen every show they've performed since Avenue Q in 2022 and every show has been excellent. The cast and crew put their hearts and souls into each performance and it shows. The sets, the lighting, the music, the costumes, the singing, dancing, and acting are all top-notch. Each performance is full of feeling and they move me every time whether I'm laughing or crying. Two nights ago I saw La Cage Aux Folles and it had me in tears during parts of the musical and giant smiles in other scenes. It's one of my favorite musicals and I'm so happy to have seen it at the Gem 💎

I grew up in the late 60s and living nearby my brother and I were constantly at Atlantis. It used to cost a dime and as we got older we had more fun playing hide and seek in the lush landscaping that had several trails. The park was full of flowering bushes that attracted all kinds of butterflies. Also in later years we had fun trying to sneak in or go on the maintenance day that it was closed. And the ice cream truck was always there in front when it was time to leave. A great place for kids and amazing that it is still there!
Pros: Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Park nearby. $2 per person, 3 and over. Many play areas inside - structures to climb, slides, settings, boats, rocking animals. Not crowded when we went. We were told there's a water play area in the summer. Cons: Our kids (2&4) enjoyed it, but I did feel it was more for older kids than toddlers. Also, note that it is an older establishment and not remodeled and some slides still had bird poop on them.
Sigler Park splash pad closed early unexpectedly due to maintenance this season so we went to Atlantis. Plenty of parking. Cost $2 for entry for ages 3 and up. Inside has several playground area and two large areas with picnic tables. We were only there for the splash pad. It’s much smaller than Sigler and the kids got bored easily. The only advantage I see is if you throw a gathering and have your party hang out at the picnic tables. Then they are free to room Atlantis which we didn’t explore. The splash pad is open until mid October for the season.
This park is great, gated only one way in and out. The splash pad is awesome! Just wish they had the snack bar open
I'm an out of town visitor. This is a neat park. I appreciated that it was gated for only adults with kiddos. I felt very safe. We went at 10am on a Wednesday in November and stayed for an hour and a half. We were the only ones there. It was $2 for my 3yr old. Me and my 6month old were free. The snack bar is only open on weekends, so bring snacks. There were some neat old-school structures to play on, plus some more modern-ish ones. And cute signs with rhyming couplets to bring the park to life. Splash pad area was not on, as it's cold now, but looks super fun for hot weather. If I lived here, I'd likely come here regularly.
It’s cute and quiet. This place is a great little gem, there were only a hand full of people here so the kids were able to play on everything without having to wait. In the summer they have a water play area and the entire place is fenced in so you don’t have to worry about your kids wondering away. The cost is $2 a person.
Wow, this is such a hidden gem for parents! This is a decently sized, secluded and chill park on the north western side of Garden Grove Park. At $2 per person it's supercheap to get in. Inside there are around 10+ small playgrounds, a small splash zone, and lots of green for picnics. To be clear there is only one small splash zone, but my kids had plenty of fun there. All the playgrounds are accessible by strollers through concrete trails. You can bring in your own food, there are drinking fountains, reservable spaces for kids birthday parties, clean restrooms with infant changing tables in both gender restrooms and there is a tiny concession stand where you can get water, soda, ice cream, chips for $1. Such a great place to spend with the kids. Note that this is a cash only place and isn't open in the colder months. FF
A great park, especially for younger children. Lots of slides, picnic tables, swings and playgrounds. Shady areas under trees and hidden areas to explore. Great for young imaginations!

I live less than a block from this venue and the sound is so loud it gives me a headache. In addition the groups are of such poor quality id pay them to go home.

I attended a wonderful tour on Sunday! The guide was very helpful and we all asked many questions about the historic artifacts, structures and way of life in these early days of Orange County. I highly recommend attending a tour and checking out the sales. :)
Was a great stop. There is plenty to see. Our tour guide was excellent. He knew lots about the buildings that are there. It was an eye opener to see how people lived in the early 1900's.
Very cool. Good hearty tour on the history of the Ware family and how it became Stanley. Unexpected lot of historical buildings which included the original Walt Disney garage. Highly recommend. Tour was about 1.5 hours.
This is a great tour! For five dollars a person min requested donation, it is a bargain. There are many vintage buildings on the property and the docent who took our group around was very knowledgable. The tour takes around 1.5-2 hours depending on how many questions are asked. It can be warmer in the summer but there are cool breezes to be found. The grounds are beautiful and the property is steeped in history. The buildings date as far back as the 1900's.
Very interesting with so much to see and learn about. Carl was so informative and engaging.
I went to one of their sales that they have, and although the place is so beautiful, the sale was not exactly as described. I was kind of hoping for more than extremely old books and other small items. But I did buy something and the place is so beautiful and it also does take you back to a older simpler time. So I love the place but the sale was just not quite what I had hoped it would be.
Have been enjoying the barn and book sales every April and October now for many years. So many great finds ! The staff are always very attentive and helpful. Without having to ask. Look forward to seeing everyone at each sale. Thanks
This is the most wonderful tour. Our school goes there often and the students just love it! They get to see a home almost 200 years old and before electricity. They learn how people ironed, how they made butter, how they washed clothes. They get to "attend" a classroom and girls wear the old-fashioned bonnets while boys don the farmer hats. Students then see a home from the 1930s and get to compare how they made toast, refrigerated their foods, and washed clothes. It's a beautiful site and I'm so happy students can attend and be hands-on!!

Great unique playground with a rocket ship theme. If your kid loves climbing and big slides, this is the park for you. Lots of open space and picnic tables too.
This park Is a mix of good and bad. Pro: On the good side plenty Of kids come by and play meaning if you Bring your kids here chances are they'll make a new friend or two. Playground is fairly big with plenty of room for everyone. Cons: Considering this park is easily accessible to most anyone by the street or near the highschool you would think it would keep up with its maintenance due to high foot traffic. Unfortunately the park is dirty most of the time and filled with graffiti all over. Many of the rides are broken or falling apart. There have been incidents where some kids are a bit to ruff around the edges for example a teenage boy with his friends came around one day calling smaller kids the N word when the boy himself was Caucasian and so were his friends. Not appropriate but like I said maybe just a misguided young. Its a mix of what you get here. Overall not a terrible park but definitely could use a clean up especially the graffiti and broken rides/activities. Overall 2.5 stars.
Remodeled playground. Resembles a NASA Station. Lots of slides and climbing areas. Great for all ages.
Nice park. Lots of green grass to play ball and picnic with many covered picnic tables. Play structure is nice and a good size, and it's sturdy. Lots of slides, curling slides. Lots of shade trees. Lots of kids, mostly young ages 3 - 9. Bathrooms are locked up. I see many posts here about Atlantis Park but that's next door and a completely different park.
I came here, it feels comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and full of shade. Children and adults have a lot of physical activities, and community activities here. The destination mentioned
One of the nicest kids playground in the area and the park has multiple choices. Plenty of space but the only downside side that the restrooms are only available inside the building. There should be access to the ones outside or make separate restrooms designated to the visitors. The other good thing that it has open fitness equipment that can be of a utility to adults as well. Plus other courts
Lots of park reviews and this is one of the best I've been to. Great playground and fitness center, volleyball and basketball areas. Lots of space to run and play.
This is the largest park in Garden Grove City with is about 35 acres. The park has plenty of parking spaces along the Deodara Dr and Atlantis Way as well as multiple parking lots. It has soccer field, multiple play ground and fitness playground, basketball courts. specially, it has a small skate park. It's dog/pet friendly and great for family picnic.

This is our second year celebrating my daughter’s birthday at great wolf lodge • once again my daughter and her friends had such a great time. As once as we walked in service was great. Mary at guest services was so helpful kind and personable. She made sure that the girls were going to have a great time… they loved her. The water park is so much fun for all ages. The hotel is great and able To accommodate large groups. Everything under one roof.Arcade, mini bowling, glow in the dark mini golf. Food is great and fairly priced. As locals to the area we are grateful to have a great wolf near us. This is Definitely going to be a birthday tradition. We can’t wait ti come back next year
We celebrated my son's 8th birthday at Great Wolf Lodge for the weekend and had an amazing time! The water park was a huge hit, and we enjoyed it on both days, even after checking out, since we could stay until 9 PM other wise you pay for an extra day of parking. The kids loved the slides, the lazy river, and the wave pool, and there’s a great section for toddlers as well. The amenities were fantastic, from mini-golf and bowling to the arcade and the dining options, including buffets and various eateries. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we also loved the Magic Quest adventure, which, while an extra cost, was definitely worth it for the kids. Overall, it was a memorable and fun-filled experience for the whole family!
First time ever going to a GWL and it definitely exceeded my expectations! We stayed for 4 days and had no issues. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Waterpark was amazingly fun! The “Magi Quest” is also a really fun extra experience for kids and a really good way to get even more extra steps for your day. 😂 Cons: It is pretty pricey, as in resort pricey. Parking is $35 per night. Food is super pricey, just eat outside. Arcade is expensive as well, just go to the 5 cent arcade right next door. Even still, I definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning again. Overall experience was 5 ⭐️
Staff in the hotel is attentive and friendly. Like they genuinely enjoy their job it seems. Staff in the water park are on the younger side. Social skills not as developed as staff who were maybe 30+ years old, but still attentive to swimmers. Lots of activities for kids in the hotel. Love the decor and great souvenir shop. We didn't go to the restaurant this year because last year the food was not good. Yes, great experience last year and this year. Awesome water park for adults too, even when it's raining outside!
A full vacation experience aimed at kiddos and centered around an indoor heated water park that's always a comfortable temperature in the height of summer or the dead of winter. I lost my wedding ring on a slide and they never found it and my souvenir cups were stolen while we played at the arcade. When I went to ask about lost & found the lady at the desk was not very friendly, implying that setting my cups down to shoot basketballs was inviting them to be stolen and handing me a form to "fill out and submit online" along with a picture of my wedding ring and they would be in touch. Be aware that is the type of culture they foster and keep your belongings secure, I didn't even bother with the form. Otherwise, it was a fun couple of days .
I brought my family for a staycation and we loved every minute. We purchased the Pup passes and found it was a GREAT value! The kids had a blast and won't stop asking me to go back! We took advantage of the build-a-bear workshop, the arcade, the ice cream shop, the candy store, the lobby restaurant, the water park and the lobby activities like a kid dance party and morning yoga! We are looking forward to our next visit! This place is wonderful for kids and has so much to do!
My family had Marie with us for our breakfast buffet and she was just so amazing! She was constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything, she made sure we got a safe high chair, and made the kids in our family feel special. She really got our day off to a fantastic start here! Thank you Marie! Every interaction we had was great! Our room was great! We had the wolf
All I can say is WOW. Food was good and the omelette station lady Diana was great. But Marie was hands down the best server I’ve ever experienced. Literally it was like having a 4th person at our table. The conversation was fantastic, talking between work and kids. Truly she made this visit worth the trip here. Her personality was great and she was very attentive to our table. We loved our visit with her today!!!!!!

This restaurant is very popular in Garden Grove. I like how service is very clear about what they want from the customers. The food great
I had the pleasure of eating at Soju Belly while in town on business! Very cool atmosphere and the manager personally sat me. I was crazy something spicy so I ordered the Spicy Pork Belly ! It came to me sizzling, ton of flavor, and just the right heat! The portion size was big but I could not resist from eating it all! Definitely recommend!
Honestly, I rarely give 5 stars, but I’ve been wanting to come here for the longest. I go to the karaoke place next door and always see this place lively but not too busy.. atleast on the days I pass by. I finally decided to try it out and it wasn’t a disappointment! Ordered 3 meals for 2 people and couldn’t finish, definitely worth it. I hope to expect the same treatment and satisfaction when I come back.
Great food. Loved the watermelon soju. Wished I could've tried the pineapple one, but I didn't want to over do it. We had the seafood pancakes, spicy wings and beef cheese fries. In fact, I'm still having the leftovers today (Wed) from our dinner date here on Sat. Good stuff!
Our group of 7 came on a Friday night at around 7 pm with no hassle. Was greeted and seated immediately. Service was super quick, and they were friendly! Had low expectations for food as the reviews prior didn’t seem to highlight anything, but man, were we in for a good time! Good value in portions. Corn Cheese ($10.99) - Just like every other corn cheese out there, can you go wrong with cheese over sweet corn? No. Super yummy! Use the tortilla chips to scoop, and it’s a fun crunchy cheesy time. Spicy Rice Cake ($20.99) - Came on a hot plate, rice cakes with fish cakes smothered with cheese! The surprise was the hard-boiled egg hidden in between the layers of sauce and cheese!I didn’t like tteokbokki coming in, but I left craving it now. Army Stew ($28.99) - The amount of spam and vienna sausages has me going through nostalgia! The broth was to die for, pairing the spoonfuls of ramen and broth with a nice soju shot, which was a game changer for the morning after! Chicken Wings ($24.99) - Came with side radishes and a side slaw. Chicken was crispy and had a good flavor. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Bulgogi Fries ($24.99) - This is a MUST order. The bulgogi was so tender, and the sauce smothered between the fries was yummy! Watermelon Cocktail - ($17.99) ,Pineapple Cocktail - ($17.99) - Both concoctions came and garnered a good 18 shots out of both Both came out pretty icy, so I suggest immediately stirring and letting it sit before serving! Every other bottle of soju came out to be $12 each. Overall, our Friday night was enjoyable! The food was yummy, and the drinks were great. Would totally come back!
Let's start with the service. After visiting many soju bars, I have grown accustomed to mediocre customer service. As such, I was pleasantly surprised by the interactions with four different staff members. They were all attentive, quick to help, and courteous from the moment we entered until our leaving. Here's an example: when we received our bill, I noticed they had accidentally omitted the charge for the $16.99 pineapple soju cocktail we ordered. When I brought this up with a staff member, he thanked me for my honesty, gave me a high five, and said it's on the house. Two more surprises: tables that aren't sticky and a decor that isn't tacky. Anyone who has been to multiple soju bars can probably attest to how poorly customers' tables are cleaned, and how most establishments have Korean posters, peeling and outdated, adoring the venues' walls. Soju Belly's cleanliness and overall atmosphere was highly appreciated. The drinks themselves were delicious and were delightfully presented. The watermelon soju came in an actual watermelon, and the pineapple soju arrived in a beautifully cut pineapple. Both hollowed fruits were filled to the brim with delicious soju; my significant other pointed out, multiple times, that Soju Belly did not skimp on the alcohol. The food menu was quite extensive, consisting of a few dozen items ranging from snacks to entrees. The food my friends and I ordered made our taste buds dance. The kimchi fried rice that I enjoyed was seasoned perfectly and was better than many of the Korean restaurants' dishes in San Francisco. Oh, and there was unlimited slightly-salted popcorn while we waited for our food and drinks. Disclosure: Soju Belly is the first bar of its type that I have visited in Orange County, so I should state I don't have much of a local reference point. That said, I've been to numerous soju bars in the San Francisco Bay Area, and Soju Belly compared positively to those.
Amazing and delicious food! Great atmosphere and very inviting. My favorite is army stew and Spicy rice cake and of course Soju!
The place is very clean and hygenic. They follow strict protocol during the pandemic, tables far apart, everyone wears a mask, and all disposable plates and utensils. We came here for my birthday and I really enjoyed it. I would definitely recomend the lychee soju, it's so good!

This billiard is remodeled by the owner. It is fun place to spend time with friends Also no smoking allowed. That is nice.🙂
$10 per table per hour, cash only, I recommend calling prior to going, check price and if there are spaces or there is a queue. Last time we went there were a lot of tables open, I would say they have 16 tables. After reading other reviews, I suggest sticking to the hour and not leaving 30, 45 mins in. Not sure if the owner charges $10 flat not considering the minutes leftover. Clean environment, doesn’t smell like smoke, a lot of teens not much older people, not too loud, there are plenty of seats. Recommend this place, do not go to the other one nearby, compared to that, 2000 points billiards is way better.
$13 for an hour at a table. There are many tables and this place seems popular with teens
A very no-frills pool hall. Don't have high expectations and you won't be disappointed. My group of 4 came here on a Friday night around 11pm and the place was popping. Mostly older Asian men with a few groups of younger adults. Hourly cost for us was $12, which is easily split between 4 people. Not sure if cost is cheaper for less busy hours. Interior decor isn't the best. Place looks a bit dingy. There's seating along the side and small tables to put whatever drink you're drinking down. We grabbed some bubble tea on the way over and they allowed us to bring everything in. Come here with some (likely non-alcoholic) drinks and with some friends, spend a few bucks each and have a good time.
Such a great place! All ages! Took my teenagers to learn! Clean and great value!
Only go here if you are Chinese or Vietnamese. The owner is very rude to anyone else.
It's good for teenage and amateurs people to play billiards. No smoke in the room. But for someone who one to play professional billiard, this is not a good place. All the pool table here, carom or 8 ball are smaller than normal. They are usually not clean the table after someone use. The balls are not clean also, all balls look dirty.
PROS: Very nice place. Lots of room move around in. Plenty of tables to play on. Services are great. Nice old men. Bright lights not dim and dark. PLENTY of parking. Not crowded at all. Open late ~2am. and 6$ per table = cheap. Allows outside drinks. Not sure about food tho. but definitely NO SMOKING: My friends and I had no trouble playing here. Noise level are decent. Would gladly come back and play here in the future. cons: Air conditioner are fans.

This is my happy place. Some people spend their self care time getting their hair done and mine is spent perusing fabric for hours. I will say there seems to be very few staff but the store is pretty easy to navigate. I prefer this JoAnn over any other location and am so glad I love close enough!
This location is by far the messiest & dirtiest Joann's location I've ever been to. It's like this every single time. Fabric everywhere, on the floor and fabric pulled off the bolt. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it's the customers that go to this location? But the last time I went it's obvious that they're either understaffed or just don't care. The bathroom is always disgusting. Poop splattered on the walls and tp everywhere. Absolutely unsanitary.
I know the company is struggling right now, but it’d be nice to see them at least keep up the basics. I went to this Joann for a few supplies (thread, needles, fabric, paint, and primer). While I found almost everything I was looking for (no paint primer for unique painting surfaces) the state of the store didn’t make me want to come back. Much of the items were missing from the shelves. In other areas, the existing merchandise was disheveled beyond what happens in a normal business day, and the floors were covered in dust bunnies and odd “dirt” (see photos). This means there’s no daily tidy of the store after they closing, even just to straighten up the merchandise. They’re likely short staffed, in which case this is a management issue. There was also a bottle of blue acrylic paint which had spilled onto the floor. I didn’t notice while I was walking and it stained my white shoes. Again, not entirely their fault, but it makes me wonder how long it had been there. However, the employee we notified was professional and said she’d let the manager know right away. The reason this location gets 3 stars and not 1 is because the staff we spoke to at the cutting counter and checkout were very friendly and patient. So while the physical state of the store was unfortunate, the employees’ attitudes, especially considering the grim circumstances, made up for it in part. I understand this isn’t an issue with the employees but with either this location’s management or Joann’s practices as a whole. Again, I understand they’re struggling, but I wonder if this is a symptom or a cause.
I walked in with 10 minutes until closing time and they turned me away. I totally understand the need to turn away customers before close but I only needed to run in to grab one item for a holiday party and there was clearly no line at the checkout and about 5 workers all gathered near the checkout area. Again, I understand the need to turn customers away before close when the staff is already overworked and busy but it was 6pm on a Sunday and they clearly weren’t busy or understaffed so the lack of flexibility was super frustrating. I like this place but customer service is a little lacking.
They have quite a selection of fabrics and stuff for handcraft. But, I couldn't find the right price or missing price tags for the items I wanted to buy.
I think this store just may represent the worst retail experience ever. Many aisles and shelves are completely empty, yet the app shows the store has plenty of stock of said items. The store is filthy and the employees are disengaged, as if they know their days are numbered because the store is closing. @joann leadership - If you’re going to close the store, just do it. Stop putting your customers through this. The past several visits been such a waste of my time.
I have never seen a Joannes in that much disrepair. The floors are filthy. Everything‘s all over everywhere. Nothing is organized. I’m shocked quite honestly shelves were bare stuff was over the floor. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or swept for years. Very sad. Very sad. Someone should call Joanne and tell her
Good sales 👍 got my first crochet tools for under 10 bucks. Really comprehensive selections for crochet. And staff are super friendly, especially the cashier Mich who had a big smile

Good foods, they had blood duck, hot pot, seafood, n live music, you can join them if u want sing a song. Highly recommend this place
Food Food was ok. Compared to other lounge but the have a big selection of food. Service The service was good and fast but the restaurant wasn't busy when I went. Parking Parking can get pretty full cause of Boiling Crab customers taking up all the parking.
Fun place to come with friends. There is live entertainment and karaoke. The food is pretty good here. If you want beer for cheap, you can get a bucket here.
I love this place. I would come at least twice a month.
Good food, clean place, need to improve in costumer service, prices are ok.
Fun place to hang. Great atmosphere and good food.
Great place to eat and great hospitality!
This place is fun, loud, and filled with a new cultural experience for me. The public karaoke is not something I am used to. All the songs that were sang that night was Vietnamese tune which I enjoyed. Some were good and some were bearable but everyone had good time singing and listening. Waitresses were attentive and price for drinks were more than reasonable. I tried few dishes and everything was good. I thought the fish sauce wings were interesting and go well with the drinks. I shall come back for more.
