Live music and a dance floor add to this really terrific brewery! Try a shot of chili beer in you regular pour. Or try pickle beer if you’re adventurous. Try any of their beers: they’re good!

Bootstrap Brewing is another nice brewery in Longmont. We stopped an hour from close, they had an open mic and closed with comedian. I was there with my wife and we were not expecting that, that is on us. They had 15 beers on for my stop including: cherry gose, Czech pils, amber, hefe, golden, pickle beer, pale ale, hazy IPA, Juicy IPA, mosaic IPA, IPA, Imperial Red, a stout, and a chili beer. Staff was friendly but it was loud. Their was plenty of seating outside, probably should have sat out there. Beer was a 4 star, I would try again on a more quiet night.

Another cool and local brewery. The two bartenders were awesome and we enjoyed the beer. We visited on the Sunday ukulele and kazoo event. It was really cool listening to them sing and play. If we come back to this area, we would definitely visit this brewery again.

Bootstrap is a hidden gem in Longmont. Kind of off the beaten path, it's a lively and unique bar that has live music, a food truck with yummy eats, and a nice outdoor patio section. I will be back!

This place has a unique beach vibe to it that makes you feel pretty comfortable off the bat. Easy parking with a decent outdoor area. Great service too! As for the beer, it's not my favorite. They have a solid selection of various styles, but nothing jumped out out excited me. Don't expect much more than the offerings you can find at the liquor store. Worth a visit though.

We are in town visiting from Texas and wanted to check out the local breweries. We were driving around and we found Bootstrap Brewing. The band is good tonight. There is a food trailer also. We are sitting outside as the sun is going down and it is beautiful. Nice sunset. Trying the Stout and my wife is having the hard seltzer and she really likes it. The story is also good. Recommend coming here and trying it out.

Attended the Halloween party here 2022. Lots of fun. Great cocktails and local brews. Friendly, efficient bartenders. Live music added to the party atmosphere. Wheel House hosts several events on a weekly basis including live bands and trivia night. Located in Niwot, a small, quaint town with good restaurants and unique shops.

A funky taco truck is associated with the wheelhouse. The wheelhouse will serve you drinks and let you sit down in their fairly expansive dining area and you can get your tacos from the taco truck. In my book the atmosphere lost a star because it was too hot.

Service is not their strong suit. You need to go to the bar to get a drink. They’ll talk and talk to patrons at the bar but won’t come service tables. Also their website is not up to date. The food truck was closed for 2 weeks but it wasn’t noted on their website.

We booked the Wheel House for our parent's retirement party and our experience was phenomenal. Staff was so helpful and responsive and had so many options and ideas to make the experience great for our guests. Everyone had a great time and made multiple mentions to me that the venue was perfect for the event. The barstaff were incredible and ensured our guests received a high level of service all night. This is already a great local bar, but it is also a great event space. Thank you Eric and Tammy for everything!

Excellent golf course and friendly members! Great food at The Persimmon is open to the public and take out is available! Chef Paul is extraordinary! Enjoyed a delicious clam chowder and coconut shrimp dinner on this winter evening. The Grille is open to the public every day but Monday. I attended a group lesson today and Assistant Pro Rudy taught this old girl 2 new tricks for putting!

Fantastic club with welcoming membership and laid back feels. Staff is amazing and pro shop has great selections. Heavy walking club (course is perfect for it). No homes on 13+ holes. Wonderfully difficult green complexes. This is what private golf in America should look like. Fun, challenging, and most importantly, inviting.

I am not a member, but had a lesson with Cameron Morton today (5/9/2025) and he is excellent. I have been playing golf for decades and have taken numerous lessons at private clubs, GolfTEC, driving ranges, attended golf schools, etc. and today's sessions was truly great. I left hitting the ball better and Cameron recommended a few drills for me to continue to make progress. On top of the range and practice areas are amazing!

Exceptionally well maintained course. This was the first time I have played there in several years. The greens were the best part. The staff were outstanding in every way. We used the golf scooters which was a very different experience. It's not for everyone.

Don't waste your money.This course is mediocre at best. Coal Creek Golf Course in Louisville is 100% better than this course and it's not even that great of a course. If you wanna play a good golf course that's worth the money, go play The Golf Club at Bear Dance, Red Hawk Ridge Golf Course or 4 Mile Ranch Golf Club. Bayside Golf Club in Brule, Nebraska is the best of all of them. Spend your money at good courses. Another "real" golf course you could go play is Black Mesa in Espanola, New Mexico.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, downtown niwot is a lovely place to get a cup of coffee or a cocktail. I'm delicious! Meal, or to shop for unusual gifts, beautiful art, handcrafted items and so much more. Osmosis is a must stop on your journey in niwot. Carefully curated local art and hand selected items from around the region are a feast for the eyes. You could find something for everyone here, including a small collection of items for everyone. I'm already planning a trip back. I particularly loved the collection of humorous letterpress greeting cards, and purchased a beautiful vase for myself, as well as a couple of items to enjoy in my home office.
