Good vibe with rocky trial. You can sit on the rock and see the sunset here. The area is quiet especially around 17.45 on ward
Really nice, long beach. Not a great deal is shade. But a lovely place to spend the day and it doesn't get too crowded like freedom beach or some of the smaller coves.
FREE beach. Nice stretch of beach but very busy with boats and water taxis but head further up to sairee and it's much more relaxed and ocean clearer.
Lovely stretch of beach. Would have appreciated more if it was cleaner, but no, it was a bit polluted. Sunset view is breathtaking here. Good food options. Nice place to chill in the sun the whole day. And it's all sand, just in case you were expecting rocky. Walking distance from the pier and market.
Where two main piers Lomprayah and Songserm are located, but still boasts some beautiful scenery especially around Sensi Paradise Resort
DO NOT WALK OR SWIM BAREFOOT HERE!!!!!!!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Heaps of glass in sand!!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I was going to go for a swim, then noticed a big shard of glass at the edge of the water, then the more I looked, the more I found! There were several shards of glass that I picked up from the sand in only one small section! Right in front of Ananda Villa where there are children and people playing on the sand and going swimming. I can't believe more people don't end up with cuts on their feet! Please be careful!!!!
Not big beach near Pier. This is the central beach on Koh Tao. It is clean because there are a lot of resorts there. But if you want to swim better to choose Sairee beach (it is not far from Haad beach).
Sunset is lovely, but I wouldn’t go there for swim since is near the pier and there are so many boats around

It has such a beautiful ambiance with deeply relaxing hot steam. I loved the music and the gong, which created a truly calming atmosphere. After spending a few hours here in the evening, I felt completely relaxed and at peace. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a rejuvenating experience.
This is more than just a typical sauna—it’s a unique experience! • Instead of traditional wood saunas, there are two steam domes. One is smaller, less hot, and has a stunning echo—perfect for trying out some singing! The other dome is hotter with a pleasant herbal aroma. • The cold bath didn’t appeal to me as it wasn’t very cold and didn’t seem entirely hygienic. What I loved: • Complimentary towels, water, and watermelon—a thoughtful touch. • The lentil soup was absolutely delicious! • The lighting and overall atmosphere are fantastic, creating a truly relaxing vibe. Sound healing was enjoyable, though the nearby road noise can be distracting at times. That said, it’s an opportunity to practice blending external sounds into your experience. Overall, it’s great value for money and definitely worth visiting if you’re spending time in Koh Phangan.
Quiet and chill place. Awesome videos in the background. You can eat watermelon and drink tea. That is included in the price. Definitely worth to visit the place. We went around 8 o'clock. Not to many people was there. Sometimes there are naked people in the sauna without any kind of towel. They should where at least a towel. The owner sould make some rules!
Visted this place mid October after a friend recommended it to me and I was not disappointed. Even if all you come for is the sound bath, it's well worth it. They serve water, tea, watermelon and if you opt for the steam, they offer you a towel as well. The herbal steam is hot and nourishing for the body. The projected image onto the green area/ mountain wall adds to the atmosphere and the sound bath is one of the best I've experienced. A magical experience for only 400 baht!
Very cool place with a psychedelic atmosphere. The music of The gong is very meditative, and the saunas are very good. It's better to come when it's already dark so you won't have mosquitoes. Also stay for the musical performance, it is very cool
This place is an absolute hidden gem & should be a must visit whenever you're in Ko Pha Ngan. Its trancendingly amazing and enlightening. With an entry fee of 300 baht, you'll get to use the dome saunas, outdoor tub & showers, eat some fruits, drink some tea & water and ultimately just sit or lie around the fire and enjoy the spiritual ambient music along with psychedelic video images played from the projector or just gaze at the stars. The highlight of the night would be the performance of the gong (sound bath). Its sound is calm, mystifying yet spiritual as it enlightens your mind from this reality into another world. Also do note that it’s a clothing optional sauna so you are free to be yourself in your own skin.
One of my favorite places on the island and definitely the Best Ever place to Chill and touch the Cosmic connection within ❤️🙏 Thank You Dave for creating this Magic through your Soundjourneys music landscapes and special ambient atmosphere. Always feels like Home.
It is recommended to arrive before the sound meditation to enter the sauna and enjoy the peace and relaxation on the mats. A powerful spiritual experience. Looking forward to next time.
