Had a great time here on a family visit. There's lots of animals to see - the elephants and snow leopards were a personal favourite of mine. The picnic area was nice, and was nice and shaded as well. This is a great place for kids because there's lots for them to see and there's different things setup for the kids to play on along the way. It's a good way to keep the kids entertained! I would definitely come back!
Granby zoo is a nice place to take the family out for some fun discovering the animals, enjoying rides at the amusement park and water park sections. If you plan on doing everything that the zoo offers it is best to go early. The time I went there, traffic just to get in the park lot was crazy. It's probably best to park at the P1 zoo or P2 zoo parking lots and then take the shuttle to the zoo, its a long wait for the main zoo parking lot, I parked on the street. Entry fee for the zoo is expensive for a family of 4 depending on the children's age can cost $200 around. As usual when you go to the zoo the animals love to be away from the sun, hiding somewhere in the shade (not at animals). Overall good experience. Didn't go to the amusement park. The water park was really packed, the water temp was fine and the kids had lots of fun. The only issue i had is the parking and the crowds. Granby zoo is excellent. Buy your tickets online so u don't have to wait in line
Went with my wife to Granby Zoo near Montreal on a late Sunday. The zoo is divided into different continents, which makes walking through the animal exhibits really fun. I thought it was especially cool that you can pet the goats at the petting area, a great activity for couples or families. A few of the cages were missing animals during our visit, which was a bit disappointing, but the parking lot was very easy to use and right by the entrance. The entrance fee is on the pricey side, so I’d recommend visiting in the summer when the water park is open, it really makes the day feel worth it. Overall, Granby Zoo is a fun, educational outing with lots to see, and it’s a great way to spend a full day exploring animals and exhibits.
Pros: The zoo is an open concept, you will get to come face to face with a lot of animals without having a glass barrier and if you’re lucky, you’ll get to pet one of them! Cons: Worst zoo I’ve probably seen in my entire life. 1- Confusing map, and no signs whatsoever to tell you where you at. Just walk in and once you reach a habitat you will find a sign with which habitat. 2- Most habitats are either closed ot empty, one visit you’ll see 10% of the animals available. 3- Tickets are way too overpriced for such a zoo. I’d say 20$ is a max for such a zoo. Do not buy food there, its a rip off, one burger “patty, lettuce, tomato” trio with barely any fries and one poutine were 37$!!! 4- Animals look in a very bad condition, some of them even live in a 2x2m cubicles with limited access to nature and fake trees everywhere. 5- No surveillance whatsoever, a lot of minorities were just screaming at the animals, a lot of these animals have sensitive hearing, at least put a sign to warn others since some people feel entitled and are disrespectful to these species. There are more issues with this zoo but i just wanted to share the most important ones. It’s absolutely not recommended to visit there, go to a pet shop you will probably see more animals there! Pictures below will give an idea of the fake trees, dead ones which aren’t much cared for, and the conditions of some animals and how they are locked in tiny cubicles.
Was a nice place. We got there after lunch when it was hot outside so naturally the animals were mostly chilling or sleeping in the shade. The aquarium was amazing. The rays touch tank was the highlight of the zoo. Those little rats are the puppies of the ocean. Could have stayed for days loving those amazing creatures.
Amazing place for a family outing and to help the kids get familier and closer with animals and nature. Really enjoyed our time there. Its a must to go place. They (the zoo) also have an amusement park and a water park with various rides. I took combined tickets for the zoo and amusement park. Kids really enjoyed and loved it. They are already ready to go there again next time. They also have a hotel if you are looking to stay for a night or two to enjoy all three activities. I will be going back soon. Until next time. 😊☺️ I took a lot of pictures but unable to share them all due to the privacy of my kids.
If you’re looking for a fun-filled day out with your little ones, this place is perfect. There are tons of exciting attractions and interactive areas that’ll keep the kids entertained from start to finish. Don’t forget to pack a picnic lunch and bring your swim gear - you’ll be all set to enjoy the day. And if you need a stroller or wagon, they have rentals available, so you can relax and enjoy the day without any worries.
It was truly unbelievable – an amazing lifetime memory! Thank you, thank you, thank you! September turned out to be the perfect time to visit: no lines, comfortable weather – not too hot, not too cold – and all the animals were out enjoying the sunshine. A special thank you for providing dedicated rooms for mothers to feed their little ones – such a thoughtful detail. Everything was simply wonderful, and we will definitely be coming back in a few years! Thank you once again.

Such an extensive array of historical weapons, and the guide was highly knowledgeable. My son was elated with the tour, asking many questions over the hour we spent there.
Small museum, but mighty collection. It was great to see rare items such as the Webley Fosbery revolver or the FP-45 Liberator in person. I recommend it, well worth the visit. Although call in advance to make an appointment or to make sure they are open.
Small but with tons of historical guns. The guide was amazing and knew a lot about the pieces in the museum. Very cool!
Small museum of guns and rifles, many fascinating such as the double barrel small pistol that actually a knife. Also, a water-cooled machine gun from WWI.
It's a really huge and the awesome collection I ever see.
Pierre Gravel and his team have put a ton of heart and soul into this small museum, which boasts 2000+ firearms (including 2 bronze cannons that are historically significant to Quebec City). Had an amazing time there; Mr Gravel was an excellent host whose passion for history is prevalent in every last detail that's gone into this place! (Be sure to bring cash as there is admission and it's a cash-only site.)
Wonderful experience. Super-interesting stories about the weapons and their history. Huge selection to see, both old and new.
Amazing place!!! Kinda found it last minute by accident and so glad we did!

Super nice park with multiple play structures, splash pads, a lots of picnic tables, canoes kayak rental, clean toilets. Perfect for a stop while travelling with kids.
Great park for the Granby International car show. The trees provided shade and the water gave the show a Pebble Beach feel. The show was fantastic! From the wide variety of autos from the thirties up to the auction. The two negs were the variety of food available (hot dogs, burgers, fries and pizza) and the music (no car songs). French only for a "International" show may have pleased the language police, but doesn't make sense.
Such an amazing place to go for a walk

Take an Alpaca for a walk is the highlight to this truly wonderful farm. The hospitality by all is superb. Everybody leaves with a smile, kids and adults.
We saw on the website that there were various fruits to pick, but when we arrived, we found that only apples were available. If some areas are not ready for visitors, you should inform people before they buy tickets. There are a few sheep, cows, ponies, and alpacas to see, but the animals are limited. The food offered at the restaurant is worse than what you’d find at a convenience store. If you're driving from Montreal, it’s not even worth the time and gas, especially considering that they charge an entrance fee. Most of the activities here are offered for free at other farms. ----------------- In response to the owner's reply, I would like to clarify a few points: 1. I did not say that you hid the admission fee; I simply stated that it was not worth the price. 2. No one explained anything to us at the exit of the parking lot, and according to your map, the area for pears is under construction, which is not mentioned on your website. 3. Your website states that there are 250 animals, not 100. 4. Regarding the food, there were only some desserts and sandwiches available. I didn’t try them, so perhaps they taste good. By the way, the tractor drivers and the staff at the entrance were very nice. They deserve 5 stars. Adding one more star for owner's quick reply.
Consider coming here instead of the zoo. Really beautiful place, the best apples and super friendly people.
Nice place full of animals like alpacas, lamas, ducks, etc. It feels so relaxing to spend half a day there enjoying the autumn season. They have a store where they sell products of the farm. In my opinion they are expensive with respect to the quality you get, not bad but not what you pay for.
We were driving and noticed a nice garden around a boutique which attracted us to stop. We then saw that the place was called an orchard and seemed to have animals so we decided to park next to the boutique which said 10 minutes parking allowed only, thinking we could walk around to see what was this place about. Suddenly a lady came out of the boutique and scolded us, telling us if we were here for the "visit", we had to park elsewhere and not at the boutique. We then told her that we wanted to know what's there to "visit" before deciding if we wanted to stay or not. She didn't explain and we didn't want to escalade the confusion so we just decided to do a quick stop in the store and drive to do the visit as it only costed 8$ and we had time to spare. Boutique: cute store with food options (quiches, pies, some fresh veggies), and alpacas scarves/socks/blankets and Christmas decorations. Visit: turns out you can walk around the garden (tomatoes, onions, zucchinis, etc.), the orchard and pumpkin patch, and see alpacas, deers, swans, sheeps and peacocks. For 15$ extra, you can walk an alpacas or a miniature horse for 15 minutes, which was definitely the highlight of my visit. Verdict: fair price. cute place to spend an hour or two, good for families with young children. I would probably go again but in the fall season for apple picking, pumpkin picking and to walk alpacas again.
I love coming here. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. Service isn’t the best and I wish the rabbit cage and chicken cage was bigger. They need more space. I love that the horses and other animals get to roam around free in the fields. You can pet them and take photos. There’s a donkey that is the absolute cutest. There’s also a nice pond you can sit next to and relax
What a MAGICAL place! I absolutely LOVE that you can walk into paddocks big enough that animals can walk away from you if they aren't interested in you or the food you're offering. The animals appear well cared-for and their enclosures seem wonderfully big. The people are friendly, too. Beware - goats WILL put their feet up on you if you're not paying attention! It's adorable, but something to watch out for with very small kids.
Walking the alpacas was fun. The hospitality of the owner is great. They greeted us with a smile and explained about the different food they/ wines/ products they have. We went around Christmas time the decoration was very nice. Coffee was good too. I recommend this place.

We have now attended 5 shows here over the last two years. It is a fantastic venue. Small enough to be intimate and large enough to create an event appropriate atmosphere. Absolutely great for comedy shows. Super easy access and tons of parking close by. On a beautiful street in a dynamic town. Highly recommend.
Great experience. But chairs would need a bit more padding & a drink holder
Nice venue. Great lobby and bar area. Would have been extra nice if the bar was open after the show for a bit as people were waiting around to meet the band. Missed opportunity there. Overall, the venue was clean and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Great live music events.
Nice and comfy seats
Very good show and service is very good too, the staff is nice and smilling. Only the price of drink is a bit expensive.
Average performing arts theatre, not much to say about it.

The menu offers good choice of meat and sea food, with different flavors to please every one. We had the special offer, a large plate for 2 for 40$, that include soup, eggrolls, 2 entree, Lots of coriander so if you don't like this herb mention it before ordering. Service was good.
Went on a quiet Saturday, tried the bang bang shrimp, 2 meals and sampled 9 beers. The waitress was super helpful and served us excellently (even in English!) The salads and dressings were a bit weird, I enjoyed the boar burger with fries. The beers were delicious I just wish I could have bought some to take home.
Food was fine for pub food. The service was very poor however. There were only 3 tables occupied when we went and it took about 20 minutes to get drinks and poutines. Items from our small order were forgotten but they were charged on the initial bill that we had to request after waiting a long time for.
Nice small pub with really good brewed on sight beers. The 'Desérables' was like a full cabane a sucre (sugar shack) in a beer. Didnt eat but the plates looked delicious. Plenty of different beers on tap. And a few board games
Classic brewery food. Some of their beer is excellent some are bad. Before, the production was in the back and very inconsistent. Now, they recently open a big modern facility and the quality of the beers have improved a lot as did the consistency of the taste. They pretty much serves burgers and nachos with lots of meat and lots of cheese.
The food is tasty, the portion is good, the staff are nice and they have several good beers, i liked the one with maple, it has an orginal taste. The music and the atmosphere are cool as well.
Food is decent at best I think. The fish and chips ($12.99) were pretty uninspiring. Filled the stomach, but not really better than anywhere I can think of. The linguine mona lisa ($13.99) is basically just a fairly standard alfredo pasta. Their Irish red beer was excellent, however.
Ok food and very good beer. Service was Ok. Long wait on a sunday afternoon with very little customers( over 30 minute wait for a burger). They even turned around customers after telling them of the possible long wait. Might have just been a bad day.
