This is a beautiful spot! We happened upon it while looking around a farm nearby and wanted to stop in and it was even better than we could have hoped for. The owner is lovely and not overbearing. We had the place to ourselves for the first little bit but even once the other tables filled up we didn’t feel overwhelmed or forgotten about. We got the blonde ale and the table beer which we liked and tried the bitterballen, the Dutch sausage, a grilled cheese and a pizza and all were amazing. We loved everything but the stand out was definitely the fries all dressed up because it was new and delicious! You can tell the care that is put into the meals and the quality of Al the ingredients used. We will absolutely be back and definitely want to try their dinner menu!
Our party of 4 enjoyed a great dinner at this interesting Brewery. We received good service from Zandra. She was very friendly too. We left her a 20% tip. Reviewing our bill (sadly after leaving the Brewery)...(receipt posted here too) We saw 1 classic Caesar $15.95 Mock Really? It wasn't as if it was a particularly fancy one, and what would one with vodka cost? It definitely was a mock Caesar because it was for our designated driver. The rest of our party drank 2-3 beers each because we had a DD. I really hope this very high charge (for a glass of clamato juice) was an error. We'll see ...
Excellent service Although they require reservations to dine here, they welcomed us. First time here was definitely a pleasant experience. We ate too much of their wonderful gourmet meals
The couple who runs this is so lovely and authentic. It is just the two of them, and they made an effort to come and chat with us. Their front patio is dog friendly, so we were able to bring our dog and sit in the shade. They got him a water dish so he was also comfortable. The beers are sooooo delicious ! And the fries special, although the combo sounds intimidating, was something I will dream of. Can not wait to go back!
Delightful stopover for bitterballen at this Dutch microbrewery in Norfolk county! Great backyard patio - friendly owners - lovely Belgian style craft beer. We stopped for a snack and a drink - and brought some of their delightful beers with us for camping; would come back to try their Dutch cuisine!
One of the best restaurants in the entire SWO and definitely the best in the South Simcoe area. Great brewery as well. Me and my family went for a late dinner and they made us feel extremely comfortable and well served. The food was amazing and I’m truly glad we had the opportunity to visit and dine at their restaurant (and buy a case of 12 large beer bottles as well! Thanks again!!!
Great experience even tho we met them last minute and reservation was a bit late. Jo and Yvonne have been very patient with us. The food was amazing, the place and set up was exceptional, service was great too. Our guests loved everything. Our small gathering post wedding because of your family was a success. My husband and I are very thankful. We will definitely visit again when we’re back in Canada.
Our first time at this restaurant and it didn’t disappoint!! Wonderful food, amazing service, great ambiance and awesome friends!! I can’t recommend this enough!!

We were at Villanova to purchase Saucy Cider and some of their wines. We were served by the owner who's extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is definitely worth the drive to visit this quaint, picturesque winery in the beautiful County of Norfolk.
I didn't enjoy the ciders as I found they lacked spice and bite. A bit too watery for me. The wine however is very nice. My wife prefers the red to the other near by wineries. The showroom is on the smaller side. They are very friendly and it's worth the tasting.
A proper cottage winery/ cidery and meadery (?) - beautiful rural setting and cosy tasting room. We were there on a quiet Sunday and spent some time lingering over a few generous ( and free!) pours of their wines and ciders. An interesting range with reds from a Marachal Foch blend, a dry dry Riesling, a semi sweet rosé and then the ciders ( try the Impeared (sic) Pear cider!) and a unique honey mead wine using Norfolk county honey. Lovely black lab to greet you too! Enjoyed this place very much.
I found out about this winery at the London Food and Wine Show. I absolutely love their ciders! They are not overly sweet which I like. It's worth the drive and a lovely property
Great little winery. Good selection of wines and ciders.
Beautiful property and very friendly owners. Free samples and very well-priced wines.
Love the ciders, fabulous service interesting wines. Worth the visit!
Excellent wine and ciders. Very friendly people.

If you are looking to do some local historic research or genealogy research, this is a good place to get a start. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful! I was able to attend a Beginner Genealogy Workshop tonight that covered a lot of the records that are available locally.
Cozy place right on the main drag of Simcoe. Friendly staff. They had a live history event that was fantastic.
My experience with Norfolk County Archives has been strictly on-line and absolutely hands down the best service ever. My dealings on different occasions has been queries for digital scans from out of print books and family genealogy information. Josh has been an amazing resource for me. When they say "Working together with our community" they mean it. Thank you Josh and to the rest of the team.
Always a pleasure to walk through the doors of the Museum. A book sale was set up in the front room, and researchers were actively at work in the archives. Staff are always welcoming and friendly.

What a fun brewery! They have a fantastic outdoor space! It was a great day to enjoy the live music and have a nice cool brew. Beer was very tasty! Great way to relax in the country, enjoy a good beer, and listen to some music. Would definitely come back again!
This small brewery offers excellent craft beer and a great menu of food. Bavarian Bliss is my favourite beer but there are many others for all tastes. Wonderful staff and cozy, rustic atmosphere. When you’re in the area, don’t miss Charlotteville Brewing!
Absolutely love this place! The owner is so kind and down-to-earth—I didn't even realize she was the owner until after. Everyone working here is friendly and genuinely pleasant. We always go for the meat charcuterie board (delicious every time!). The brewery itself is set in an old barn that's been beautifully restored, complete with a charming upstairs filled with vintage treasures. Outside, there's plenty of space with picnic benches, games to keep everyone entertained, and it's totally family-friendly. The biggest bonus: they're dog-friendly too! A total win for everyone—highly recommend!
Such a unique space. There's a great little craft brewery in Kelowna called Barn Owl Brewing that's in a century-old barn, and this one is right up there with that one in terms of charm, service and beer selection. The grounds are super interesting... It is in the middle of nowhere ( for us city folk) but is well worth the drive.
WOW, what a great little brewery. Unique and delicious brews, amazing atmosphere, friendly service and tasty snacks. Would definitely recommend if out exploring local watering holes. I can’t say I’ve been to many places like this, they have such a good thing going. They had 4 taps, favourites were the gosa and ddh ipa. Snacks were great! We had a grilled cheese and dip duo. At the moment, seating is all outdoor so check the weather before heading out. A small area is covered but not much. They take reservations by phone. We visited on a Friday afternoon without a reservation and were fine but it was much busier than I expected. Also dog friendly! They had lots of merch and a farm stand of local veggies. You can get beers to go in cans or 1L. Big thumbs up for playlist selection! And AMAZING shrubs for those who don't feel like beer.
What a delightful find this was! Lovely converted barn with a good selection of beers. We didn't go out but there's a firepit on weekends. I'll be back for sure!
What a cool little brewery offering a big beer selection. Good food, awesome atmosphere inside and out, friendly staff and dogs are very welcomed. Flights of 3 or 4 beer offered, we will be back!
What a great little spot! Stumbled on this brewery while we were driving around Turkey Point. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the outdoor seating area is lovely. They also have a little retail shop to look at on your way out.

Nice little place with many programs and supporters of the community. I’ll let the photos and there website speak for itself.
A beautiful old Victorian House now a gorgeous centre for the Arts.
The team running the Norfolk Arts Centre never fail to host a lovely event. Whether it be soup art bowl or an opening night, I always have a wonderful time. I have also been introduced to many great local restaurants and artists through the arts center which is very involved in its community. Besides these wonderful things, the building itself is a piece of art to discover. No matter how many times I have been there, I still manage to see something new! I highly recommend taking some time to get to know the Norfolk Arts Center and the beautiful community it surrounds itself with.
A gem to behold.... cutest little gift shop in this gorgeous building filled with unique art and something for everyone to enjoy
This is a very historic building located in Simcoe Ontario. Inside is just amazing and they have many rooms
It has lovely art displays in the different rooms of the beautiful house. A great gift shop.
explored a wonderful photographic exhibition held in this old but beautiful building.

We had a great time!! We got to see the Northern Lights and a meteor!!! It was amazing!!!
Quiet park, not many amenities. Bath and showers function and are sorta maintained. Washers and dryers function. Park staff is friendly. Has one dumping station but like the water and hydro on your site, they are awkwardly situated on your site. It's doable.
Has a little but a good place with tables for a picnic. Bushes cover the view of the lake but also make place more cozy.
It's a great place to camp. We've been there for 12 years. Great view of Lake Erie and a short walk to the beach. Lots of amazing folks camp there... unfortunately due to Covid 19... this season will be shorter with no activities. Hope next year things will be better... but if you can, check it out... it's worth the Drive!!
From.dover to turkey point, there are many nice beaches and hiking trails . Pack a picnic and make it a day of adventure
Nice spot along the shores of Lake Erie. If you can get a spot right by the bluff, you'll hear the lapping waves at night. The majority of the park is setup for RV/trailer camping, so in a tent, you might feel slightly out of place. If you're looking for wilderness camping, this may not be it. That said, everyone was super friendly and Gerry at the front gate will help you with whatever you need. A nice added touch, they'll deliver firewood to your campsite for you.
Best place to tent camp, lake view spots are amazing and well worth the price!! Not overly expensive which is great when on a budget. Staff is super friendly. Beach is amazing and very private for being lake Erie. Even felt like our stuff was safe enough to leave for hours while in town at an event. Will definitely make another trip here.
Good facilities, short drive for GTA residents. Well worth a visit!

Great place to have a relaxing walks. Pine smell is priceless. Consists of two parts: one is more hilly, but smaller, other one is bigger and more flat.
Nice winter walk. Almost no people on the trail.
Nice little trail. The footbridge is not longer there, so it is just a short trail through the woods, which can be done in 10-15min. Wear good hikers - lots of exposed tree roots. Would only suggest it on a sunny day (I imagine it's quiet difficult/slippery when wet). Trail paths are not always obvious either, so plan to get a bit lost. Afterwards, stop in at the Port Ryerse's Fork in the Road food truck a 2 min drive down the road afterwards for lunch!
Very great place to do some trail hiking Like the sign says the bridge is closed actually the bridges aren't even there anymore. As you can see by one of the pictures
Great place to hike, picnic, walk the dogs etc. Lots of parking, trails along the water but the bridge is out so it's kinda divided into 2 separate areas.
Very overgrown trail. At times, we found it hard to know if we were on the trail or a deer path. A lot of very muddy, slippery spots, broken makeshift bridges. The main bridge is completely gone (see picture). It's a shame because it looks like it would have been a nice spot in the past.
Quiet and lonely. It’s not easy to find the path of trail which hides in forest. Maybe because of pandemic, the garbage can is full without cleaning for a while apparently.
More signage would have been helpful. There's a map as you enter but that's it. There are arrows on some of the trees but it would have been great to have them correspond to the legend on the map. Feels like it would be very easy to get lost. Washrooms would have been great as well. Enjoyed our hike though. Most of the pathways are wide and covered in pine needles. Hope to go back in the fall if I can find more detailed information about the different paths.

Nice atmosphere, but the wine itself needs a lot of work to get to a point where it could be respected. It was still very yeasty smelling, and the flavour reminded me of low quality home-brew. I also bought some cider which was horrible, and we couldn't finish anything past the first sip. It's a nice place, but the product needs to be better developed.
So disappointed to find this winery all closed up. A sign on the door indicated that it was closed for the winter season (this is August) even though their website says that it is opened. Deserted!

Amazing place! Our family was so excited to picked our own blueberries. They are so sweet and delicious! Very good bonus for kids it’s an animals around - our daughter was extremely liked this family farm. The owner is really friendly. I am recommend to my friends to visit this farm already.
Superb place. Kids had fun picking blueberries and seeing the farm animals. The people who own this patch are even better. Chuck, the owner, took us for a tour in the cart and gave us a history lesson. Lovely people who made us feel welcome. We'll definitely visit them again anytime we're in this area. Thank you guys.
Great “folksy” family business in a picturesque setting on the outskirts of Port Dover. You can pick your own berries which is very enjoyable or purchase pre-picked. The large 7 litre box of pre-picked was $47 which is incredibly cheap. If my math is correct this is 28 of the little plastic containers the grocery stores sell for $5.99 each.
Took my daughter for her first ever blueberry picking. Staff were very friendly and helpful at pointing out which rows had the ripest blueberries. The animals on site were a great complement for kids to have even more fun. Thanks for a great day!
beautiful spot, good blueberries, and a fair price. employees were so nice and helpful, and the horses on the property are so friendly!! a great afternoon trip :)
fantastic place for the family. pick your own or pre picked blueberries, farm animals to visit, and the owners are always pleasant to talk to. thanks for a great afternoon
Very nice! I saw some chickens hanging out and I was very nice, they kept clucking and making noises at me but soon the noises became voices telling me to set them free so they can apparently "take over the planet and eliminate the human race" anyways those chickens are wack but they did have a really cool goose and I liked the goose, 10/10.
The very best in the area. Great people who care about their operation and are extremely welcoming. The blueberries were incredible and we enjoyed "meeting" the animals. Thanks RD!!

This was a great place to go in the afternoon to pick blueberries. The farmer was friendly and cheerful to talk to. He helped direct us to where we needed to pick. The blueberries were delicious and the bushes were neatly trimmed to make it easy to pick. 5/5 would go here again.

This theatre was welcoming, the ushers were impeccable, and the show was lovely!!
Have experienced the Wonder of this place from the stage and from the audience, and have been impressed every single time. It is very reasonably priced for an enjoyable evening out. The seats are comfortable, and every seat is designed to see the stage in all of its Glory. Attending a show is a great way to support Community theater. You won't regret it!
We saw Sherlock Holmes today. It was very funny and very well done! This is a small theatre but very clean and comfortable. Little bar is open before and at the intermission. It's great as you can bring your drinks and snacks into the theatre! Nice place!
Theatre and environment welcoming and comfortable. Show was great and cast very entertaining.
Loved watching my granddaughter play the beast in beauty and the beast. The children put a lot of effort into this show
I had a nice night out with friends. I enjoyed the play with all it's twists and turns. The staff wasfriendly and helpful. Venue was easy to find and the seats were great! Good entertainment value for 20 dollar tickets.
Great theatre, loved the show, it's a really great theatre. Highly recommend.
My first visit tonight, will definitely not be my last. Great show, friendly staff.
