I think I went just to confirm it felt good for me and luckily it did. I am still not a fan of suffocating in the warm weather but I did the icy cold water test a few times. Decor lighting and moonlight DJ evening all worth while. Salad was good!
Came here last Sunday, Feb.2, and THE STAFF were more noisy than the clients. I told the waitress and she said she spoke to the manager. Later on, the bartender and some other male staff were rambunctious again at the bar and the manager said, well, it’s soon closing so we let them do what they want now 😳🤦🏽‍♀️. I don’t think these 20-year olds realize how much customers pay to try to relax 😑. No one went around too to make sure clients weren’t talking so loud in the hot tubs. Decent hot temperatures too in the hot tubs and a nice view. Would be a regular if it was better staffed.
The spa has a modern, and cozy atmosphere that makes a great first impression. The restaurant on-site was okay, but not worth the price! portions were very small for what you pay. That said, the drinks were good. Unfortunately, the massage experience was disappointing. While the masseuse seemed to be trying, it was clear they lacked proper training or professional technique. To make matters worse, the receipt had errors, including incorrect details for the therapist, which took over 10 days to get fixed. One major concern was the shower water temperature – it was extremely hot, to the point where it felt unsafe and could cause burns. This is completely unacceptable for a spa environment, where safety and comfort should be a top priority.
You get what you pay for. The location is great, lots of parking nearby and easy access in dix30. The staff was fine. However, it’s clear that they need to renovate some of the areas. The outdoor pools are all scratched up on the sides, the paint is chipping off into the water, the grout looks like it hasn’t been scrubbed in ages and the floor has brown patches everywhere. The outdoor grounds look dirty with brown and black stains everywhere. The locker room is outdated. Sky spa is not the place to relax as there doesn’t seem to be any restrictions on volume. Clients and staff alike are speaking at normal volume so it feels less like a spa and more like a public pool. Probably won’t be coming back.
85$ for one color of nails… MAJOR SCAM AVOID THIS PLACE! They don’t do any designs or anything. For that price I can get a FULL acrylic set with designs on it. Crappy job!
Spa was nice but our initial interaction with the receptionist was very rude. She insisted the reservations were mandatory for the thermal baths, but after checking the website they are not. She made it seem like the spa would be packed with people, but it was half empty when we entered. Thankfully, the other younger staff were much nicer and friendlier, and saved the awful first impression we had. Even so, I will not be going back.
First time and won't be last highly recommended So relaxing lot of options Steam shower,Sauna ,hot and cold bath sun bathing bar restaurant massage option and more and best of all we have free locker to secure our Belongings Thank you Sky cnt wait for your newly opening after renovations please dnt make me wait to long I work so hard everyday I need this once a month. Plus I got a free Champagne drink for my birthday I appreciate that the soup was also good.
Nice place! Enjoyed my experience. It was very relaxing and just what I needed.

Shopping mall
Nightlife
Sophisticated, outdoor mall featuring brand-name retail stores, boutiques, eateries & entertainment.
Slide 1 of 8
Quartier DIX30 is the largest shopping complex on the South Shore of Montreal, and it truly feels like a little city of its own. With its wide range of boutiques, restaurants, gyms, spas, and even medical and wellness services, it offers far more than a traditional mall. The outdoor plaza design makes it pleasant to walk around, especially in summer when the patios and terraces are full of life. It’s about a 30-minute drive from our home in Saint-Jean, and always worth the trip. We especially like that the Apple Store is located here, along with several of our favorite restaurants. Dining options are diverse — from casual cafés to fine dining — making it a great destination not only for shopping but also for an evening out. There’s also nightlife and entertainment with a movie theatre and a live show venue, so you can easily turn a shopping trip into a full day (or night) out. For families, the complex is very convenient: plenty of kid-friendly stores, activities, and the cinema, plus clean underground parking that’s a real advantage during winter or rainy days. Seasonal events and outdoor spaces add to the atmosphere, and it’s a place where you can find something to please everyone. For us, DIX30 is also a great alternative to Promenades Saint-Bruno, which is considerably farther away. It’s modern, lively, and has become our go-to South Shore destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment — all in one stop!
A unique shopping mall/outlets in the Great Montreal. There are coffee shops and restaurants all around the place and a few benches to sit down for a break. The stores are not really at a walkable distance to each other. The outlet is vast, but it's mostly filled with parking lots, except for the stores around the Place du Square. The cinéma Cineplex Odeon is probably the biggest cinema theater in Great Montreal.
An interesting outlet-style location with some attractions like Cineplex and some well-known stores like T&T, Sephora, and an Apple store. Plenty of parking was seen, which makes sense given the high amount of automobile usage in the South Shore. Somewhat difficult to traverse on foot outside the central area.
A Highly Developed Centre for all the top brands in the world 🌎. All the brands in one place is awesomely unique! The decorations all through the year is gorgeously detailed! There’s also a charging station for Teslas,a huge space for parking 🅿️ the walkway is grand. A great spot for dinning in with family , kids and friends. Overall the experience here is Horrendous just plan your vacations and shop here! It might take you the whole time but it’s worth it!
Love this place, a lot good shops for shopping and a nice mix of restaurants
Nice and spread out pedestrian/outdoor mall. A wide selection of stores and restaurants, benches and seating in several spots. There’s a FREE underground parking garage as well as a few surface parking spaces in some areas. Also, there are public restrooms available. They’re well kept and neat. My only concern was the underground parking garage. It’s a little rundown and rather dark in some areas.
Surprisingly Parking is easy to find in this chaotic place , but definitely not going back. There are no benches anywhere, so if you need to take a rest from all the walking you're pretty much stuck sitting on the floor!
A fun mall that has most of the stores you’re likely to shop for. The restaurants are plentiful and it does have a modern feel to it. Some downsides would be the parking can be a little cumbersome to find and since the mall is scattered across a few blocks it may be a bit of a walk to go from end to the other. Outside of that it’s a positive experience as a whole and have had no issues finding the store that I like. Also, it’s one of the major malls in the Brossard area so you are likely to visit this place regardless.

It’s a bit of a late review, but I came here to watch Ne Zha 2. The theater was clean and comfortable, which made for a great movie experience. The seats were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was nice. The sound and picture quality were excellent, making the action scenes even more immersive. Staff were friendly, and everything felt well-organized. Would definitely come back for another movie.
Big & clean. I had a good experience here. I got my tickets at the self checkout machine, which was very easy and simple. In general all the place looks nice and clean.
While our favorite neighborhood cinema is the Capitol in Saint-Jean, we often come to Cineplex Odeon Brossard for its larger selection of movies and better availability for blockbusters. A big plus is that many films are shown in their original English version, which we can’t get in Saint-Jean. The complex is large and spacious, with a lively arcade area in the lobby that adds to the atmosphere. The theaters themselves are reasonably clean, including the restrooms, and the projection rooms are well maintained. The concession stands offer a wide selection, and the popcorn is usually hot, fresh, and not overly salty. Another advantage is that movies often stay on the schedule longer than in smaller theaters, making it easier to catch a film if you miss opening week. Add to that the Tuesday pricing, Scene points, and promotions, and it’s an easy choice when we want variety and flexibility. Right next door, the VIP Theatre takes the experience to another level. It offers a menu of meal items along with alcoholic beverages, so you can enjoy a light snack or even a full dinner during your movie. I’m particularly fond of the loaded nachos, served with plenty of toppings and sides like salsa and guacamole. The seating is extra-comfortable, with wide recliners, and the in-theater service is always friendly and attentive, delivered with a smile. It’s perfect when you want to make your night out feel more special and relaxed. Overall, Cineplex Odeon Brossard combines movie selection, comfort, and convenience, with the bonus of a VIP experience right next door. Whether you’re there for a blockbuster on opening weekend, a casual night with the family, or a VIP dinner-and-a-movie outing, this cinema delivers a reliable and enjoyable experience on the South Shore.
Nice location, clean establishment. First time coming here, and I am pleasantly surprised. I just love going to the movies. Hopefully, we will never lose this experience. I will certainly be back for another movie. Maybe next time, I'll have to try the VIP experience, seeing as I've only been to the forum VIP. There is even an arcade so get there early! Enjoy your movie.
Review for VIP: Although the screen is good, the place is clean - this is not a VIP - the seats dont even recline lol - I have been scammed along with the 3 other tickets. The seats is large but they should mention this is not recliners. I suggest going to royal mount mall or just regular, not worth the extra $ :) Food was good, staff was super helpful.
No reason to have mobile service. We received a email saying our order was being made at 10pm and to be ready at 1015pm. Upon arrival the lady who took out our Reciept only started to make our order at 1017pm. When I asked why our order was only being made then after receiving a email with false information; she said that there was to many people in line, however the whole point of mobile service is to get it in advance. People were ordering there meals and receiving there meals before us. Also the lady who took our reciept was very rude. I don’t suggest mobile service here at all.
Seats and floors in the theatre were clean. Washrooms pretty clean but need toilet paper top up in some stalls. There was a loud "tong tong" sound for the trailer and into the beginning of the movie that was distracting. Seemed to be coning from the left side not within the auditorium we were in itself.
Great spot. Self serve « butter » section. You can add as much as you want 😅 tip: if you going heavy on the butter, get napkins!! They got a starbucks! A party zone for children if you want to do a party there for your kids. Love the place. If you want a more adult vibe, go vip section; full food and drinks/alcohol menu, served to you at your seat 💺 Seats are leather and better than normal section. Bathrooms are unisex, and private single bathroom each. Pretty nice spot!

Any seats will give you a great view. The sound is amazing. One of my to go venue for show. Make sure to arrive 45min earlier, even though there's plenty of parking, it can be hard to find a spot on certain nights.
Great place. Sound is good. Parking is easy to access. If I had minor improvement suggestion is a water fountain also by the balcony bathroom.
A great experience at Théâtre Manuvie! We had a really nice time! The theater is super easy to find and conveniently located right above the indoor parking at Quartier des Spectacles, which made arriving stress-free. The seats are comfortable with plenty of leg room — a big plus for someone like me with knee issues, especially during a longer show. We attended a comedy performance, and the sound quality was great — no annoying echo, just clear and enjoyable audio. The venue itself feels both modern and elegant, while still keeping that classic theater charm. Beautiful decor, great layout, and overall a really lovely atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!
Great sound. Functional and intimate space. Decent restaurants and ambiance nearby.
The design of this place is just horrible. The exit is only one stair to get to the lobby. And everyone needs to take it to get out ! The bars are everywhere, so the drunks are thrilled about that part, and the theatre makes a killing on those ! Everything in this place was designed and conceived to make the most seats to maximize profits, regardless of creature comfort… Then why three stars you say ? Well, they are keeping prices affordable for the majority of shows, and because it is the most decent show place close to nice restaurants we got on south-shore. The staff is always nice and helpful !
Great place. I love the audio-video system for the theatre.
Good seats all around. Had last row at the balcony, sound was excellent.
Easy and pleasantly located at the heart of Dix30. My son’s graduation was a lovely experience.

Been there, did cerebral with my friends on their birthday; probably one of the most chaotic yet fun nights that I've been part of. Our game master, Melodie, really elevated the night: easy to understand instructions and detailed backstory helped us ease us into the game. Overall great experience
I had an amazing time at this escape room! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, immersive, and full of excitement. The puzzles were clever and well-paced—challenging enough to make us think, but never frustrating. Every clue felt intentional, and the story unfolded in a way that kept us completely engaged. A special shoutout to the owner, Etienne, who clearly pours passion into every detail. His enthusiasm and creativity shine through in the room’s design, the storyline, and the overall experience. He took time to chat with us afterward, sharing behind-the-scenes insights that made the visit even more memorable. If you’re looking for a high-quality escape room with thoughtful craftsmanship and exceptional hosting, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back and try the next room!
I was in Montreal recently with a group of friends and we ended up trying the "Chamber of hocuse" escape room. There were five of us and I had such a good time. It was actually my first escape room ever, and now I get the hype, definitely won`t be my last. Huge thanks to the staff for making it a great experience and especially to Etienne, super friendly and welcoming.
We had a great time, and enjoyed the Cerebellum escape game. It was challenging but super creative! Olivier was a great host. D-BOX Team
Good room, not too crowded. Puzzles were not too complicated, but group were overthinking a lot of them. A few first timers in my group of 6, we had fun overall!
Great experience the person who helped me Etienne, made the experience even better very attentive and made sure to brief us before we started!
Etienne was a really nice and kind person and I seriously couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much

A fantastic place to spend quality time enjoying the tides and honing your surfing skills. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to assess each individual's level and provide personalized coaching to help improve techniques. 🏄‍♂️ The bar staff are equally welcoming, and the menu offers a great variety of options to suit all tastes. 🍻 Whether you're a seasoned surfer or a beginner looking to catch your first wave, this spot is perfect for a memorable times. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an amazing wave-riding experience! 🌊 #Surfing #GoodVibes #OceanLife #Oasissurf
Amazing ambiance and welcoming staff, Felix is an excellent and passionate instructor. Definitely coming back for more wipeouts 😂 and a lot of fun on the wave 🤙
Great experience. Would do it again as this was my first time. Was able to stand and balance pretty quickly and didn’t hurt myself when I fell. Instructor was good. He made it easy. Next time I’ll make it to the middle of the pool!
Went here for my birthday with a few close friends and had a blast! Maika was an awesome instructor and provided us with great advice…we improved so quick because of her guidance! Thanks Maika and Oasis Surf for a fun birthday 🥳 🏄🏽
Lots of fun! The instructors were great and the surf shop was cool. Surprisingly warm inside, I wish the change/was rooms were a bit dryer and equipped (be sure to bring sandals for the wet floor). The restaurant was a good stop after for some food and cold pints.
Instructors were nice and patient! However, the lady at the front desk with curly blonde hair ( might be the manager) where you check in was unpleasant and impolite - which made the experience meh. Don’t think I would go back.
Amazing place, amazing staff. My daughter is autistic and had her little friend that didn’t know how to swim and they were So So amazing with them. Been there 6 time already and we will drive again for this place.
1 star for the restaurant, 4 stars for the surfing. We were there for a party with about 50 people. The service was very slow and the food was cold. One of our children didn't receive her food till 15 minutes after everyone else. The meal choices were good but the portion was very small for the price. I just don't think they are equipped in the kitchen to have groups. The ambiance is really nice and the surfing is so cool! The instructor was very helpful.

I had question about sizes for a t-shirt. And he took the time to show me alle the model available in the size I needed. The man was very nice and great smile and vibe. Thank you sir :)
We recently played a four-day hockey tournament here. For the first three days, both ice sheets were completely fogged up -- the glass was so covered in condensation that you could barely see the puck on the ice. Parents and fans had no idea what was happening on the ice. Even the players mentioned they couldn't see clearly. Then, the fog finally cleared on the 3rd day afternoon -- but then the scoreboard stopped working! No time, no score, nothing. The kids were playing without any clue how much time was left or what the score was. Honestly, very disappointed on the facility of the rink. It's hard to believe this is the official practice facility for the NHL Montreal Canadiens.
Went there for my son's hockey with the Montreal Canadiens sponsored by George larocque. Did not know did not know how tall he was and how big he was but what a gentle bear he sponsored this event
Absolutely a great experience. Met and watched the habs practice. Even met a couple of them. All gentlemen. And the staff is very friendly aswell.
Amazing complex and the staff is really helpful and super nice ! Definitely one of my favorites
Visited for public skating which is 4$ on select days without the Bciti card (City of Brossard resident card for local activities). It was very packed with people. As there was a hockey tournament on the second ice and the Mansfield gym is attached, there was no parking in the parking lot. Families with young kids and skates were forced to walk from a further parking lot area in the Quartier Dix30 area. Overall, the ice conditions were nice but the parking, amount of people and cost reduced the enjoyment of the activity. Skate sharpening was 7$, reasonable and there is a Montréal Canadiens store as well were clothing and jerseys can be purchased.
Very spacious and clean, just don't understand why is the free skating schedule changes without notice and wish to have more free-skating schedule for families
I've been seeing a physio therapist at Acces Physio. Very professional and friendly staff. Lens-Harly is doing a fantastic job on a back problem.

The Mile Public House is a fantastic venue to celebrate a friend's birthday. The atmosphere is lively, the food is delicious, and the drinks are both tasty and visually appealing. While the service was a bit slow, the overall experience was enjoyable. I would highly recommend trying the fried calamari and bavette dishes for a delightful culinary experience. The restaurant's ambiance and menu selection make it a great choice for special occasions and gatherings with friends.
Had an awesome time at Mile Public House! The vibe is always great, and the drinks never disappoint. The whole cocktail menu is creative, refreshing, and always hits the spot. 🍸🔥 Eloise is a super great waitress, she took great care of us!
My daughter and I had a quick bite here. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant is very nice. We both got the Caesar salad and it was extremely good. The sauce was delish- didn’t seem out of a bottle. The chicken was very well made and flavorful. We both got the small size with an addition of chicken. Yum!
Went from being a favorite spot to just another overpriced normal spot. Used to have great fries, now it’s McCain, the duck was hard, the sauce is still good and the quarter mile is still value lagger in that area. Tartare plate took a massive hit, used to be big and great with salad and all, now it’s half the size, still tastes ok, but you can’t do extra duck poutine anymore. Seriously, quality is not what it was, it’s a shame.
I recently went there with my two kids and had an amazing time. The food was fantastic, especially the burgers and cocktails. The service was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was great too – lively and fun, but still perfect for kids. We'll definitely be coming back!
A fantastic espresso martini. Food was Good, did the cluck norris and loved the cluck norris...i refuse to stop saying cluck norris. Well Priced. Service was quick.
I have been there for lunch. It's a very beautiful restaurant and we sat on the terrace. The service was very nice. The food was delicious for the fish and chips and the club sandwich. The salmon tartare was okay. The portions are very generous as you can see in the pictures. For the drinks we took two sangria. You can choose the amount of alcohol in it. Those were very nice too. Overall, we had a superb experience and would be back of ever coming to the quartier DIX30 again.
I went for Sunday lunch with my husband. Cocktails were great and my club sandwich was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service! Definitely going back and definitely would recommend!

This place is smaller than we expected but our kids had fun. Butterfly exhibit is the best part and a unique experience. Tropical setup which is very humid and you'll see butterflies flying around and you can get lucky if it sits on your hands (I was ecstatic when I had one on mine lol). There's a play structure for kids which is well made with slides. It can get crowded and sweaty inside so dress accordingly. Most importantly our kids enjoyed and that's all that mattered. Cheers.
Unique and fun place for children and adults alike. If you like butterflies this is the place to go. You can hold nectar sticks to pick butterflies. They have ball pit and climbing with slides for little ones and zip line tree to tree suspended adventure course for older kids to do. They have a small mirror maze as well which is amusing. Good times all around!
Beautiful place with butterflies, felt like I’m in tropical garden. It was so beautiful. Disappointed by the workers. They only spoke French. When I ordered coffee they didn’t have coffee cream or milk. Such a simple things. You would think for the price you pay you get proper service.
We had a blast in this place, before we went I heard comments about how small the place is, but for us was just perfect. Ben thank you very much for all your help. He and other members of the team spoke french and english. Great team, clean space. We were a group of friends with kiddos between 9 months til 9 years old, neuro typics and neurodivergents and we had such a good experience. I 100% recommend!!
We brought our daughter to Bfly for her birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff were fantastic! So attentive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Our daughter had the best time and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
Great experience! When planning a kids bday party, you fast learn that no matter where you go it'll cost about the same. So experience is the factor that becomes the deciding one. At Bfly, the staff is attentive, present, accommodating and enthusiastic! And, the kids had a blast! It couldn't have gone better!
We had a wonderful time visiting this place, it was amazing to see so many different varieties of butterflies! It was not only beautiful but also really interesting for my child. She was fascinated by all the colors and types of butterflies fluttering around. One small suggestion: it would be even better if there was a guide or some kind of interactive session for kids, explaining how butterflies are born, their life cycle, and why they have such vibrant colors. That would make the experience even more educational and engaging. Highly recommend a visit!
It was an awesome experience. Staff was so nice and kind with my kids helping them for tree top experience, always smiling and vigilant .. We as a family of 4 had best time. Butterfly garden was so beautiful. Amazing staff 😊. BIG SHOUT to helper Jacob for tree top experience who helped my 6 year old. She was smiling and was so proud. Thanks a lot.

I recently visited Isaute, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was buzzing with energy and excitement. The facility is incredibly clean and well-maintained, with a variety of trampolines and jumping activities that kept everyone entertained for hours. The staff at Isaute were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all guests were following safety protocols while having fun. Their professionalism and enthusiasm added to the overall positive experience. What really impressed me was the range of activities available. Whether you’re a seasoned jumper or a first-timer, there’s something for everyone. The foam pits, dodgeball courts, and basketball hoops provided endless entertainment. There’s even a designated area for younger kids, making it a perfect family outing. Isaute is not just about fun; it’s also a great workout! After an hour of jumping, we were all pleasantly exhausted. It’s a fantastic way to stay active and have fun at the same time. Overall, Isaute exceeded my expectations. It’s a perfect spot for birthdays, group events, or just a fun day out. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exciting and safe indoor activity. We can’t wait to go back!
It was my first time here, attending a children's party. The staff was strict about the reserved time, but this is understandable as they have to limit the number of people in the park for obvious safety reasons. Kerian made sure our needs were met, and his supervisor Rudwan even followed up very kindly and courteously to make sure we were satisfied. There is a lot of staff supervising the park and many trampolines to choose from. There is a smaller section for kids aged 6 and younger, but they tend to prefer the bigger park which is more dangerous for them, hence the waiver that needs to be signed before entering. My kids loved it.
I like that they have a parent seating area up with the kids. I have had a bad back a few days and the massage chair made it a bit better. It hurts at first using the chair but the massage lossens any tension. I am English and they understood me well. The mini donuts are good. I like that they have kid options for food and included an drink and popcorn for only $10.

Great experience for kids. We went there early at 9 am, so there were no people. At 10:30 the place started to get full, so be mindful to arrive as early as possible. I personally jumped a bit, but not really made for adults. Location easily accessible. Parking available. Price is okay. Make sure to expect buying 4$ socks for each person as without them you can not enter. So price adds up. Staff is a bit confusing, took us 20 min to understand how much do we pay and for how much time. Overall good experience. Had fun.
They have monthly passes for $40 and the jump time is 1h30. I bought it and came to it almost every day. It's a pleasure to play trampolines with my friends. Several advantages with the monthly pass. They also have lots of modules with children aged 6 and under. Perfect for children.
Good place for kids to have some fun. They have birthday celebration packages. We attended a birthday party here. The birthday side team is awesome. If i get her name next time, I'll update my review with her name. She's awesome. Kudos to you all
The place is definitely fun for the kids, but it seems a little overcrowded. Also, you need to keep in mind to book a time in advance as you might show up there, which happened to us, and they'd be in full capacity. That would be a bummer for the kids.

We called ahead to check if the Montréal Passport was accepted and were told yes, so we rushed 30–45 mins to make the 11:45 AM game. After arriving, we learned the passport wasn’t valid at this location due to a language misunderstanding. Despite that, we paid and joined a lovely family of five with three kids. It was our first time playing, and we had an amazing experience! The kids and parents gave us great competition, and our team won. Big thanks to the family for letting us join and have a great memory. Also to the staff member with glasses she was kind and helpful. A fun and friendly place for kids or friends!
This would be 2 stars because I went with my classmates (it was school activity) But the employees ARE SO NICE and there's even a Sundrop / Dare care attendant from Five Nights At Freddy's MASK. I WANTED TO BUY IT FROM YALL. Reminder: This was like last year. 2 more stars because y'all are just nice and it's clean.
Our group of 10 boys was there having a farewell party for my son Kerrick, unexpectedly, all of his friends, except one who was out of town, came and joined us. I saw the happy and exciting faces of our pre-teens. I am so happy to be there witnessing their happiness and fun moments together. This is a chance for them to create more memorable moments when they are together. I really appreciate that the table we reserved was given to us once we were there, which might not be the case if there were many groups of players. That means we can settle all the children there and very thoughtfully there is one small table at the corner for us to put all the food and drinks we brought for the party. My main purpose of writing this review is first, great party experiences for the children which is our first priority, so I highly recommend Dix 30 location. Second, appreciation for the staff host of the party, Mohammad, he is amazing in assisting us and arranging simply like when to provide me with the cake, utensils, soft drinks and candies, water and cups for the children after the first game. He is polite and thoughtful. I appreciate him for asking most of the people of the group with the table next to us to stay away from our table. This is one thing I would appreciate if it can be improved by the management, in my table, there is not enough space for us to sit, we do have two extra chairs for me and my husband to use when necessary, space-wise, it is a bit too tight, two of us are always standing. The problem of the group next to us, really annoyed me a bit, as all of them , adults who are staying here or those just dropping off their kids, and a few of the children are standing around our table and looking at all the things we have, and I am not comfortable with that especially when I was there alone during the first game while my husband is picking up the food for the children. And I am glad that Mohammad talked to them about this multiple times, but they are doing the same. It is a situation that Mohammad and I cannot control. I really appreciate his flexibility for the children to switch groups, and for our third match, he got a great suggestion, that he would like to see the children having a fair match. So he helped them to rearrange their teams. I was very busy during the time with the children, they were excited and happy and chatty, I appreciate the patience of Mohammad, and thanks again. Kerrick would like to thank you for your amazing service, patience and flexibility, he had so much fun on July 5th Saturday.
There is no information about the 20 min waiting time between each game and the total duration when booking. They don’t show up in the email confirmation as well. Despite long waiting, the kids seemed to be put in the same scene multiple times. The souvenir for all participants in the red package is just a plastic cup, very disappointing. The pencil case for the birthday kid is also cheaply made. All these details are done in a very perfunctory manner.
My son had a birthday party planned here for june 28th. Unfortunately out of the friends that were invited, no one was able to make it due to the long holiday weekend. My sons birthday is the 25th of june right after st jean so we tried to make the party for the 28th. With Canada day being so close, many of the friends already had vacation plans, leaving my son with no one to be at his bday party. I called june 23 to cancel the party. I waited a little longer so we could ensure RSVPs unfortunately none were returned. Devastated for my son, I pleaded with the women who answered the phone and I attempted to reason with her after being denied a refund. I was very polite and really wanted her to put herself in my shoes as we were excited to have the party there but things didnt work out as planned. I am aware of the time frame for cancelation is 10 days before the reservation date and completely understand the policy of refund. However, as a mother of 3 young children (all born in june 13,22 and 25) I begged to have a refund for my deposit since money is very tight and couldnt afford to lose the deposit and also find another way to celebrate my sons birthday . I would've liked to have the chance to make it up to my son for the devistating outcome of no guests. Unfortunately, i didnt get the young women's name as i was just too distraught and stressed out trying to find a solution to the mess that had just unfolded. Even begging and pleading with the women to please make an exception. I explained that my little boy deserved to have a special birthday. To some, 160$ may not be much, but for a mother for 3, its everything. The women on the phone seemed to have no remorse. She wasnt willing to be a human first and help a mother and her child in need of empathy and understanding . I was very disappointed and expected better customer service than what i had experienced. I expected a humain solution, Especially coming from a business who returning back 160$ wouldn't affect there overall sales ans profit numbers. But instead i was left feeling like the person on the otherline couldnt give a care in the world. Out of fustration of course, I did say i would ensure to never recommend this establishment to anyone since they dont actually care about the kids happiness l and only wanna reap the profits. I do take this back, as my situation was desided by a young women employee and not the decision of an experienced manager whos main forcus is to ensure happy customers who will likely wanna return to there establishment and will remember feeling supported in a difficult time. Needless to say, I feel robbed quite frankly, seeing as the 160 would have gone towards making it up to my son for the unfortunate situation. My son loves laser tag , and i didnt want to put him through the experience and memory of having a laser tag birthday were no one showed up ,leaving him never wanting to go back , part of me doesnt want to bring him back for the poor treatment we were given in a time of dispare. I refuse to spend my money on a place that wont even try to cut parents a break especially with cases like mine . I hope that in the future the laser tag enterprise will train the staff to make exceptions were exceptions are valid . And grow some empathy and humanity for the parents who struggle trying to make the childs day special. I appreciated everyone who has taken the time to hear my experience and pray no child or parent experiences the same outcome, and to the parents and children who have had the same or similar situation arise, you are not alone . I hope my story could reach someone who can make a change in taking in this feedback to ensure situations like this are avoided. I only hope laser tag can provide every parent feeling treated fairly, humanely, and able to leave with there dignity. Thank you
Having done many laser tag games at other branches, we were super excited to come and try out the rooms. Upon reserving on the phone, we were told we’d have to wait 20m between games which was no problem at all. However, after the first game, we were placed on the exact same room again, and upon asking to switch rooms so we get the chance to try a new room, the employee, Guillaume, refused with very dry and negative attitude, which he carried on him since we walked in. Despite the other two rooms being vacant at the same time, and him being able to switch us up, he just wasn’t trying to cooperate and seems like he wasn’t really excited to work that day. It’s unfortunate that we drove over an hour to receive such dry, poor service, and no sympathy or sign of respect was shown by this employee. It’s for sure our first and last visit. Very disorganized planning from the staff, overcrowded with people in the wait room and that sole room we tried was too tight and narrow. Hopefully you can work on ensuring your employees are more welcoming so they don’t steal the joy from customers excited to play!
Great experience!! 3rd year doing birthday parties at this location and it's always memorable. Really all inclusive, birthday cake, soft drinks and candies are included in the package (red). Staff is friendly and the play area (3) are really fun. The only downside I can think of is that time goes too fast when your playing, it's 20 min but it feels like 10. Will definitely be going back
An fun activity. Should be at least six people to participate.

Such great place to go with your kids! After watching a movie, we decided to come here instead of playing at the theatre arcades, and it was so worth it! Our kids had a blast! Watch the movie going rapidly at the arcade though lol it was worth every penny! The arcades are located at the second door and the VR separated on a different locale. If you collect enough points, you can leave with a reward but the fees start at 450+. I didn’t see anything less than that. Was a fun experience for the kids!
Alex is amazing! My kids had an amazing time playing VR and in the arcade. Place is also super clean! Can’t say enough about this place!
MontVR at the DIX30 very clean. I watched them personally wipe down all the vr equipment after each use. Charge and maintain the property. The staff are absolutely incredible. Very friendly and accomidating.
recently visited MontVR and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with vibrant lights and the sounds of excitement, instantly getting you in the mood for a great time. The variety of games was fantastic—classic arcade games like Pac-Man and pinball for the nostalgia factor, alongside modern VR experiences that were mind-blowingly immersive. It was a fun afternoon as a couple or with family. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, always around to help explain. When you win the games, you accumulate tickets to redeem gifts from the gift shop.
Amazing experience! The VR escape room was super immersive and fun. The staff was really friendly and helped us through everything. Definitely coming back!
Fantastic arcade for the family to enjoy. So many options to choose from video games, VR and fantastic option unlimited access for a specific fee . So much fun for the family.
Venue is definitely for kids. Employee took a bit of time to get stations setup. My equipment wasn’t working properly. The goggles were not clean. I could not see clearly. When calling for assistance, it did take a few minutes before arriving to help. Loading time depending on games can take some time to load. For the price for 1 adult and 2 kids, pretty pricey. For adults that don’t game and wanting to try it out. 30mins is more than enough. I did an hour and was starting to get motion sickness. I did not venture over to the arcade side.
Birthday celebration fun with the kid gang 🎉 Fun memories for the lil ones. Next time we'll need to try out the VR games and axe throwing 😜 / Back for our son's 10th birthday celebration and these boys had a amazing time. Fun core memories before they return to school next week 🎂🎉

Had a great massage with Anne-Marie, I’m very glad I found this gem nearby my home! The decorations are lovely and the facilities are clean. Anne-Marie did a great job welcoming me and explaining her process and style of massage to make sure I was fully comfortable. One of my favourite parts was the fact that I wasn’t rushed out when the massage was over, and I was offered tea during the check out process. They also have a loyalty program so I will definitely be returning again. A lovely experience!
Tina was not the friendliest. The massage experience felt rushed. She welcomed me with food in her mouth. She has long nails and scrached me a couple of times 😑Not feeling relaxed. True, the music is not of a massage atmosphere.
I was very skeptical about going to this place for a massage because of the mixed reviews. When i called to book my appointment the person on the phone wasn’t the friendliest which didn’t help with my skepticism but i decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt still. I had booked a prenatal massage wanting to relax and… the massage was far from relaxing😅 Everything felt very rushed, no technique whatsoever to the point that i was even doubting if the lady had a real certification. Also no relaxing music or any kind of background sound to help relax. By the end i was actually pretty glad the massage was over and that i could leave. If you are thinking of getting a massage there do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. Name of the massage therapist: Tina
Always a pleasure to get a massage from Osasun. Both Tina and Stéphanie are very thorough and professional! - Jessica Chen
I had a great message! The massage therapist listened to my needs and made me relax. Prices are good, hours are very good plus you can reserve online which is convenient. The only negative I have is that the room wasn't very sound proof. I could hear noise from outside the room throughout the massage, but it wasn't a deal breaker.
My wife and I experienced the massage with Tina, and we are both satisfied. Highly recommended.
Tina was amazing and was very thorough and patient. Her massage techniques helped me a lot and really relaxed my body. I will definitely return and highly recommend Tina!
Amazing experience! This is my favorite massage place! I have been going there for more then 5 years! The staff is all amazing and super professional and each of them have a specific expertise. The place is extremely clean and welcoming! I definitely recommend Osasun to everybody looking for a great massage experience.

I have been training here for 1 year and a half and I have no complaints. Very good trainers, the ambience and energy here is excellent and pushes me to come as much as I can. Everyone here is nice and friendly and there are a lot of experienced people who help you improve. Recommend to anyone who wants to start training any martial art.
This is the best MMA gym I have been into. Sifu Marc beauchamps is a fantastic coach who is very knowledgeable in the sport and give you the exact advice that you need. In addition, all the staff are fascinating!
I've been training at the academy for 7 years now (Kung-Fu) and every day has its own unique and amazing experience. My two children are also signed up and we get to train as one big family. They absolutely love it! We get to practise our passion, our love for martial arts in a safe, friendly and positive environment. We get to sharpen our skills and and learn concepts to apply to our every life. Always new and improved classes continuously being added.. kickboxing, ground and pound, jiu-jitsu, to name a few.. The coaches are abosolutely wonderful and of course, Sifu, who brings out the best in all of us 💪🏻 1% better everyday🙏🙏 Thank you Sifu Marc
I’ve been attending this gym to learn kung fu, and it has been an incredible experience! Our Sifu is super kind and extremely knowledgeable, always willing to share insights and help us improve. Manon, my kung fu teacher, is the sweetest and makes every class enjoyable. The receptionists are all so nice and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. Come try it yourself, and you will see what I mean! I’m thoroughly enjoying my time here and highly recommend it to anyone interested in martial arts.
Best Martial Arts School on the southshore !! The headcoach Sifu is a gem and It really does feel like home!!
When I opened the door the first time I wanted to leave because it’s intimidating when it’s your first time but after being welcomed by Marc I instantly felt relaxed. I just started but the whole team makes me feel so comfortable and I learn SO much it’s amazing.
Phenomenal technique taught by the coaching staff and positive energy all around. Great team and even better people!
The best training gym MMA, you can learn striking, grappling and self defence with the expert coach @Sifu Marc
